Clean and comfortable. Excellent location and walking distance for many things. I was really impressed with the security check in when we got back to the hotel after dinner and drinks.

The room had plenty of space for us, it was not super tight. Location of the hotel helps a lot, we could go walking to Central Park or to Time Square or other places. Subway stations nearby helped a lot. Reception staff were helpful and polite. The hotel itself feels almost like a mall/convention center given everything it has in its facilities. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely be back in another occasion.

The room was incredible but the staff was simply superb - we just couldn’t ask for anything better. Karina was amazing - how well she treated us the entire time of our stay. She provided us with treatment we haven’t experienced since staying at the Waldorf Astoria!

Nice rooms , good & convenient deli & breakfast bar, also great location… We were on the 37th floor & still could hear the reverse sound of unloading trucks , & all night horns .. also no bedside table on the left very inconvenient for that person who likes a drink while watching tv
- 5/5
Loved it! Great location
- 5/5
We will definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable and as quiet as a NYC room can be.

Room was still getting finished when it was already time for check in. Not much bar stuff or water. It was a nice room overall.

A great location in midtown Manhattan. Clean room that had all we needed. Through booking.com we were able to get a decent price for New York City. The Hilton club check in was slightly confusing as you have to check in upstairs and we hadn't figured out the elevator system yet (which is being worked on, but to be fair they warned us about it). Being such a large hotel the elevator work really made going up and down from the room difficult at times. That whole issue will be resolved when they finish the elevator modernization project.

Except for problems with the elevators, which are being upgraded, this was an ideal stay. Beautiful spacious room— quiet, and a great location. I’d love to stay there again.
- 5/5
Very nice spacious room comfortable bed. Elevators were under construction, but it wasn’t too much of a problem, even at peak times. My only complaint was that the lighting in the bathroom was pretty dim.
- 4.5/5
Amazing staff Elevator maintenance is the only issue. Takes a long time to get an elevator.
- 2.5/5
They are in a multi-year process of upgrading their elevators. Several elevators are out of service, resulting in packed elevators and very long waits for an elevator. And that is despite using four service elevators for guests.
- 1/5
Dirty bathroom, dirty towels, asked for extra blanket never for it
- 5/5
Wonderful experience all around!
- 4.5/5
Elevator service was terrible. Had to use service elevators. Those areas could have been cleaned
- 4/5
The staff at the cafe is very overworked and therefore nervous and rude. The elevators are not working. You have to wait 10 minutes to get to the lobby. Otherwise, the Hilton club is a good solution because it is not as noisy and crowded as the rest. The reception staff and the cleaners are very nice and try very hard to do the best for the guests. And I want to draw the attention of the management that it is not normal for a hotel of this class and at this price not to have a vanity set and shoe cleaning sponges in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Great location. Rooms are nice
- 1/5
Poor cleaning, poor amenities, and no information. It is worlds apart from the 4-star standards in Taipei. No professional pride to be found here.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfy bed. Water pressure left something to be desired. Elevators are under maintenance and often had to let 2-3 go by before there was room for another passenger.
- 5/5
Room was great. Location was great.
- 4.5/5
The room was very spacious. Staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room, and we never felt raced to leave the room so it could be cleaned. The location was perfect - close to Times Square. We also liked that it was easy to get to the train station to go over to the malls in New Jersey! Microwaves in rooms would be nice. On-site laundry facility for guests would also be a bonus.
- 5/5
Your staff was amazing at Hilton Club! Thank you to LuLu & Wayne. Location is Fabulous! Just everything excellent. Loved it all
- 5/5
Room was spotless. Staff was courteous. Excellent place to stay and I will stay again.
- 5/5
The heat was too warm in the room and couldn’t be changed
- 5/5
All excellent. Super polite staff
- 1/5
The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable, I tossed and turned all night. You pay all that money with no microwave in room
- 4/5
Location excellent and great amenities. Easy to get taxis Elevators not working a lot of the time which was extremely annoying. Also the staff tell you that ordering taxi through them to the airport is better value. This is NOT true! Quote was $146 from hotel staff. I got taxi myself on street for $70! Hotel staff said rate is high yet going back to airport. This was not true!
- 4.5/5
Location Unattended staff /house keeping (I had to vacuum my own room , the housekeeper let me use her vacuum
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. Great location!
- 3/5
Service was a bit strange -room service would not give me coffee you have to call a special number and read the WiFi instructions. Lobby staff and check in was great I wish they would have more thorough on the amenities of the hotel - we were told nothing. Elevators were a huge problem. We almost missed our cab because it took 6 elevators to get us down. My daughter and I had to split up with our luggage on different elevators to get down in time they were all so full and no one was willing to squeeze another in. Happy New Year NYC!
- 5/5
Clean room and the staff were incredible!
- 5/5
Location is fantastic and since this hotel is located on the top floors, most of the rooms have a nice view. The rooms are fairly large by NY standards and each includes coffee/tea, etc. Be fare warned, the hotel is a Hilton and therefore the shops in the lobby are very expensive. I think a breakfast sandwich is like $15 or something. But there's several places nearby so that wasn't a big deal. No real negatives. Since the rooms are on the top floors you need to allow a little extra time for elevator trips, but that wasn't a huge deal.
- 5/5

Location They try to sell you a timeshare
- 3/5
Ok
- 3/5
Only 1 lift out 3 working due to upgrading. I call that poor planning. They should have had all 3 or at least 2 out of 3 ready for the busiest time of year. Staff were underwhelming. Our flight home was cancelled and we had to find accommodation for another night. I understand they couldn’t accept us as they were fully booked. I would have appreciated some sort of effort to see if other Hilton hotels available but no, just a shrug of the shoulders pretty much and left to sort ourselves out. I understand that it is probably over there pay grade. I phone call or some sort of contact with other Hilton hotels would have been put our anxiety at ease. I am disappointed because i expect staff from the Hilton brand would excel at customer service, but they didn’t.
- 4/5
Would say the lifts are a nightmare and avoid the bridge bar downstairs unless youve got deep pockets . 3 drinks was 70 dollars

Nice big room compared to New York standards… Helpful staff, great lobby bar
- 4/5
The elevators need to upgrade it
- 5/5
Great stay. The rooms are large and clean with daily housekeeping. Our room was very quiet. Two issues we faced was a heating system that didn’t seem to work - only blowing cool air no matter the temperature, and elevators that were jam packed, so sometimes we had to wait for several minutes and another elevator to come up. Would stay here again overall.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff were pleasant. Easy check-in.
- 4/5
large room. helpful staff in spite of the construction and throngs of people in the building.

Our room was spacious, well appointed and quiet!! A very nice stay
- 5/5
Great staff. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was pleasant and new, front desk and housekeeping were friendly. Crowded hotel, check-in for Hilton Club was on upstairs floor. First floor entrance was the check-in for other Hilton accommodations in the building. In the confusion, I made the mistake of trying to check in on the first floor only to be confronted with unfriendly and curt attitude. Room felt old and smelled a bit stuffy but the bathroom was renovated and the shower was very good.
- 4/5
Very quiet, great staff. Elevator being down was annoying. Only downside was no microwave in room.
- 5/5
Very clean room and it buffered the NYC noise. We were on the 36 floor. It was very convenient to walk to certain attractions
- 5/5

Great facility. The staff was nice and as accommodating as it could be. The room was clean. Location is terrific. Absolutely no complaints. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
A very clean and surprisingly spacious room given the location. Will plan to stay here again when business next brings me to NYC.
- 5/5
Very convenient Manhattan location, nice room, and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Location perfect. One block from E train if you’re traveling from JFK. Hilton Club check in is on the 37th floor so don’t stop in the lobby. Rooms were big, complimentary waters that are restocked, fridges in room and no resort fees. Can’t go wrong
- 5/5
Convenient location to all attractions and subway to airport. All staff was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location. Cool place. Hvac systme was wonky seemed warm overnight. Other than that no complaints.

Location is great, clean rooms, staff are very nice

Stay was in the Hilton Club who really need more maintenance; bathroom floor mats were discussing, looks like a low quality Hilton, a the Hilton Club floors are supposed to be the best . We left the complaint at the Hilton Club front desk. They must gave TLC to the units
- 5/5
The air conditioning could’ve been a bit colder, and we weren’t able to adjust it, which was a slight downside. Also, while the gym equipment could use some updating, I was still able to get a solid workout in. Overall, it was a great stay.
- 5/5
The gym is ok The only thing that could be improved are the lifts. During busy times you could wait for about 5 minutes
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
The room is clean and everyone is friendly
- 5/5
Perfect place, close to main areas to walk to, close to subway stations if you need to. I’d look for this hotel’s rate before checking any other hotel.
- 5/5
The hotel is very nice, quiet, and upscale. We loved everything about it and look forward to staying here again in the future.
- 5/5
It was a beautiful hotel close.
- 2/5
I had two issues while staying here. The first was a double charge. I had made reservations through Expedia and called ahead of time to find out if the property would accept a debit card for incidentals (which they do) and to find out incidentals deposit ($100 since all fees were paid through the Expedia reservation). When I checked in, the representative confirmed all of this, but my card was charged for the full stay, which I only saw when I checked my bank account. When I inquired about it, the same rep said that Expedia never charged me for the reservation. I decided to contact Expedia since I knew they had charged my account. Expedia contacted the property and the manager said he’d reverse the charge. However, the funds would only go back into my bank account in a few days. It was promptly handled on their end, but a major inconvenience. The second issue was noise. Loud guests throughout the day, but the worse was in the middle of the night — some sort of altercation or argument in the hallway— which woke me up. You can hear conversations through shared walls. One final note: there was a panel on the bathroom wall under the sink (looked like a plumbing access panel) which was open. I had to pile up tissue boxes to keep it shut to feel safe. Glad it was a short trip.
- 5/5
Our room was up to date and very clean. The walk-in shower was larger and very clean with side nozzle sprays in addition to a spray from above. Our room included a Keurig coffee maker and we were able to get extra coffee when we asked. Creamer and sugars were also provided. We are walkers, and we felt the location was great. We walked to Central Park, restaurants, Times Square and a different theater every day that we were there. The bed was very comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows. We would definitely come back!

Lovely stay in the suite at the Hilton Club!!
- 3/5
Service horrible, rooms were not clean.
- 5/5
Great room in a great location. The hotel team were very welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of space in our studio room.
- 4/5

- 2/5
Very Noisy and dirty HVAC, old stained windows. Very rough towels.
- 5/5
Great room and location
- 4/5
The stay was fine overall — staff were friendly and the location was good. However, the hotel felt a bit old, and the beds were too soft for a comfortable sleep. Considering the condition of the property, it didn’t feel like good value for money. I’d probably look at other options next time unless the hotel is renovated.
- 5/5
Had stayed at the hotel almost 20 years ago as well as had business meetings there about a decade ago. Figured I’d give it another try! Overall, the location was wonderful and within walking distance of Bryant Park, 5th Ave., Central Park & Times Square. Close to the subway station. Stayed in a club room which was extremely spacious. The bathroom had wonderful lighting and I appreciated the mini fridge. Two Free bottles of water was provided daily. I also liked that the club rooms had separate elevators, even if they were a bit slow and packed during peak times. The employees at the desk on the 37th floor were absolutely fantastic. For such a large hotel, it was very quiet on floors where the rooms were. The hotel was a bit crowded, especially in the lobby area, but expected due to traveling during spring break and the fact that they hold conferences there. Luggage storage was available for $5/bag. Most hotels I’ve been to recently hold luggage for free. Would stay again, maybe not during spring break/holiday season.
- 5/5
I love the location. It’s safe, very convenient, and easy to walk everywhere. Easy checkin and staff is nice and very helpful. My new go to hotel.
- 2/5
We booked a two bedroom suite and were placed in a room right next to the high speed hotel elevators. The noise sounded like trains running in the walls all day and night, disrupting our sleep. I complained to the front desk and they were unable to find us another room. Hotel management did not reach out to try and make things right. We should not have been charged full rate for such a horrible room that we could not get rest in.
- 4/5
We received bottle of prosecco, orange juice and amazing chocolate strawberries for our anniversary, with personalised card. Lovely gesture! It was busy at the hotel and in the city for Easter weekend.
- 5/5
I liked that it had option for room service, had a bar downstairs, and dining options. Also located at good spot near Times Square but not too close where all the crowds are.
- 5/5
We've stayed at other properties in the area, and this was the best by far.
- 5/5
We had a perfect stay and will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect along with all of the ammentities!
- 3/5
Dislike: Elevators take forever. No A/C during winter and early spring months even on warm spring days. It is an old building and so it is one or the other. Only solution offered was to open a window a crack (limited how much you can open one). Not the best city for leaving it open at night given the NYC noise.
- 5/5
I like the fact that it was walking distance to all locations whether going uptown or downtown.
- 4/5
It was always a 5-10 minute wait for an elevator. Rooms were clean, service was good. Rooms were good size. Hilton caters to lots of large groups so the place was always noisy.
- 5/5
it was very nice
- 5/5
I picked this hotel because of its convenient location to MoMA and other mid-town attractions. My room was nice and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.
- 4/5
The hotel was super over crowded at all times. The elevators took forever. BUT - The room itself was not only generously proportioned for that price, it was very clean and nice equipped with all sheets towels toiletries and tea/coffee stuff etc etc.
- 5/5
Great room and great service
- 5/5
Everything was excellent except the murder that took place at our hotel.
- 5/5
Close to several great (fast) restaurants, We particularly enjoyed the bar at La Grande Boucherie/pedestrian arcade and Pazza Notte. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room.
- 5/5
Very spacious & clean room.
- 5/5
Love this hotel. It was our second stay here and will be our first choice when staying in midtown.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay at The Hilton Club. Excellent location and nice room.
- 4/5
We were invited to a HGV sales presentation, where we found the sales tactics to be quite aggressive. For example, we weren’t shared complete info (e.g. commission rates to offload ownership, annual increases in HOA, terms of default, etc). The sales rep (Max) did not have these answers when we asked, but appeared to coerce us into buying ownership regardless. Poor practice.
- 5/5
Great location, easy to walk anywhere. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for family of 5.
- 5/5
The room is very spacious which is what we wanted especially staying in New York. The hotel is quite large. It is one of 3 on the property. In order to check in you have to go to the 37th floor. It was nice they provide complimentary tea, coffee, and water during your stay. The hotel is perfectly located. A short walk to 5th Avenue and Rockefeller center. Times Square and the broadway theatres are half a mile away. Central Park is close by as well. Many places to eat that are on the street and restaurants.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and housekeeping standards. Enjoyed our 7 night stay and would return.

The heart of Manhattan is at the center of many of the downtown activities
- 5/5
The location is excellent, 2 blocks from Radio City Hall and 3 blocks from Saint Patrick’s Cathedral and Rockefeller Center, 1 block from 5th Avenue and all major designer stores. 1 block from The Museum of Modern Arts-(MOMA), close to wonderful restaurants!!!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great room and totally quiet. Staff was great. Would stay again.
- 5/5
4th time staying at this Hilton. Great location, large size rooms, clean and great staff
- 4/5
We loved the location of this property. We also appreciated the less crowded check in on the 37th floor, the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Downside was the $5 per bag charge for storing luggage. We had to pay $20 to store our bags when we arrived several hours before check in which was worth it. But when we checked out 90 minutes before we left for the airport, we had to pay $20 to check the bags again, which was a total waste of money considering we had to spend part of the 90 minutes waiting in line to check in and pick up. Desk staff told us we had no other option.
- 5/5
Perfect location. Fun place. Big rooms
- 2/5
We arrived at the hotel to find out that there was a homicide on the front steps of our entrance to the hotel. My wife was not pleased and no help was provided by the hotel
- 4/5
Our hotel room was on the 38th floor with fabulous city views. The room was quite large for a NYC hotel room, with a glass separation between the bed and the seating area. There was a table and two comfy chairs, and a large comfortable bed near the window. The room was very clean. The room was quiet at night. We didn’t hear any loud noises from the hallway or nearby rooms. The bathroom was nice, but a bit worn in places. The shower was roomy and had good water pressure and hot water. The toilet had the worst flushing pressure I’ve ever seen in a toilet. It barely had enough force to flush things. Finally, we happened to be staying in the hotel the day the CEO of UnitedHeathcare was shot to death outside the side entrance of the hotel. Everything inside the hotel continued as normal after the shooting. Gotta love the adaptability of folks in NYC! Overall: Would I stay there again? Not at this price. But if it were in the $250-300 range I would.
- 5/5
Excellent location to area. Great rooms. Main bar should open before 5:00 pm
- 5/5
Rooms were very nice and clean. Quiet and relaxing.
- 5/5
The hotel was perfectly located for my business events. Also, plenty of restaurants and shopping.
- 5/5
Spacious room, very quiet, and great location.
- 5/5
Great stay for 3 nights.
- 4/5
The elevator to guest ratio for our floor was very poor. Only 2 elevators . Our average wait was 5-10 minutes. Unacceptable.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Great location! Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Overall was good stay , great location , good service
- 5/5
Excellent location, clean and spacious. The only letdown was the bed, it aggravated by back problems.
- 5/5
Creat location
- 4/5
Great shower. Great sized room. Very close to subway and attractions.
- 4/5
This hotel was the perfect location. Times Square, Central Park, many shops and restaurants within walking distance or short Subway ride away. Waited at the check in line for 20 mins only to be told I need to check in on the 37th floor instead, but luckily there was no one waiting to check in up there. The room was very spacious for NYC and beds were comfortable. The only thumbs down was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was still hair and foot prints in the shower, as well as urine streaks on the outside of the toilet that were very visible. I will definitely stay here again for location purposes.
- 4/5
Great location, especially tourists
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff
- 4/5
Large rooms, convenient area
- 5/5
I loved my stay at the Hilton Midtown. It was close to everything. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. I would stay there and recommend it to my family and friends if staying in New York.
- 4/5
We spent over a week at the Hilton Club and the room was comfortable and the house keeping staff were excellent. We'd had to change rooms part way through our stay at the request of the management as there was a maintenance issue with a neighbouring room which we cheerfully agreed to. Only sour note was when we checked out and wanted to spend our last two hours in Manhattan at MoMA the hotel charged us $20 to mind our bags. After spending thousands of dollars staying for more than a week it was poor customer relations to nickel and dime us on the way out. Do better Hilton, we'll try somewhere else next time.
- 5/5
Nice spot
- 5/5
Shelley in the front desk 37th Fl , outstanding.
- 5/5
The staff and property were amazing. The location is quiet and walkable to the Park, Times Square and plenty of other local attractions.
- 5/5
Awesome location! 2 Blocks from 30 Rock / Radio City Music Hall. I felt welcomed and safe to move around the surrounding areas. Will stay again!
- 5/5
wonderful! Great location and cosy bed and decoration
- 5/5
Amazing. 10/10 would recommend and stay again when in NYC.
- 5/5
Great location, great personnel!
- 5/5
The hotel was in a great area for us and it allowed us to get to Central Park fairly quickly and when night time comes around there is lots of food options to choose from.
- 3/5
Suited in the best location and it is very busy hotel. There is 5 dollar per item charge when you store the luggages.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Hotel rooms were clean, staff service was good, and the location was great.

Super convenient to New York City Center, where I saw a show today. East to get to the subway. Close to lots of stuff and very quiet (for NYC, lol). I’d definitely stay here again.

Very large room. Perfect location - walking distance to Central Park, Broadway & Museums without the madness of Time Square.
