Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the condition of the rooms, with many guests suggesting the hotel is due for an update. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the lack of amenities such as coffee makers in the rooms and the high cost of breakfast.

- 5/5
Great location 2 blocks from Bryant park and very close to theater district without the noise and crowd
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Didn’t appreciate the ‘urban experience’ of $45 though of which we used none on the list. The location is convenient for our purposes.
- 5/5
great place
- 4/5
Very good staff, properties, location and room-cleanliness. But renovation still on-going. No complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Very high price of In-room dining.
- 5/5
Great location for visiting NYC. New renovations of rooms were great and very needed. Rooms smaller than I remember from several past visits years ago. Very nice and accommodating staff at every corner. Housekeeping could do better but overall clean. Forgot to replace my washcloths 2 days in a row and left used and dirty wine glasses sitting on the table after room cleaning. Would stay again though and recommend to anyone wanted the best in NYC.
- 5/5
Under maintenance currently and a little more expensive that it should bed but excellent location and experience
- 5/5
Room is clean. Staff are nice. Bed is comfortable.
- 3/5
Passive aggressive doorman set the tone right from the get go. Room was compact and uncomfortable: sofa bed overlapped with king bed in a way that you’d have to almost jump to get thru plus it would block completely the minibar door and since it was too heavy we couldn’t use it (the minibar). We asked for the sofa bed to be made upon checkin and they sent us a man who after setting it up he couldn’t move it, he told us we’d have to avoid using the furniture because it was so heavy to move; he did so in a friendly way, no complaints about him. There was no ice vending machine, no water fountain in any floor or in the lobby, this was inconvenient. There were doing construction during the day in the lobby, so, seating there to chill was not an option. Not that I’d miss that given that the lobby furniture is outdated, stiff, high and not inviting to relax or chill, rather to seat and move quickly. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and with excellent bedding. The AC functioned really well, the bathroom was nice. The hotel is very central and has a very good restaurant although expensive in a way that I had never seen before: $10 for an espresso coffee. Just mind the prices if you are not a multi millionaire. I would certainly not come back. However, if you are staying in that hotel check out the italian restaurant next to it , it is great!

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and eager to help, which made the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and surprisingly spacious for New York City. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The attention to detail and level of comfort truly exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to the bartender, who made what may very well be the best Amalfi Spritz I've had in all of my travels. As someone who loves great food, cocktails, and hospitality, that's saying a lot! It was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to Times Square while still feeling tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Sofitel delivered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, hospitality, and location. 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to New York City.

Best city hotel we have ever stayed in - and we have traveled around the world a fair bit. The concierge gave our son a little Sofitel stuffy and waterbottles that we still use to this day, to refill water instead of using one time plastic bottles. The rooms are wonderful, big and clean. There’s a shower and bath. Truly awesome and will come back whenever we are in NYC.

We loved this hotel. It was very centrally located, and everything was within easy walking distance. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient.

The room and location were great. It was a little expensive but it is NYC so every place with this level of quality is pricey. I get it. A bigger gym would be nice. I went to use it around 900AM Sunday and it was at capacity.

Great location, the rooms are wedges between the backs of buildings so they have tiny windows with brick wall views. No rooftop terrace or nice restaurant on site. Gym is extremely basic. For a Sofitel, I expected more.

Unfortunately, my experience took a disappointing turn on the day of checkout. The hotel attempted to authorize and charge my credit card $500, claiming that my bachelorette party was playing loud music until 4 AM, disturbing other guests, and that security had come to our room after a warning call from the front desk. This was completely inaccurate. My group and I were not even in the room from approximately 12:30 AM to 4:00 AM. When we returned, we were winding down for bed—there was no music playing, and we were simply talking at a normal level. We never received any call to the room, nor did security come to our door at any point. It was extremely disheartening to have such a reputable hotel attempt to charge a significant fee based on claims that did not occur—especially without contacting us first to discuss any alleged issue. Experiences like this raise serious concerns, particularly as I’ve since seen similar reports online involving hotels in New York City. While the property and most of the staff were wonderful, this situation left a lasting negative impression and should be addressed with greater transparency and fairness.

Beautiful rooms. Beautiful property. Great location while also not RIGHT next to time square which makes a huge difference. Bar is pricey. The AC took a while to cool down to desired temp. Overall great experience.

- 5/5
I truly adored staying at this hotel. I really felt like a guest and that the staff was there to see to my needs and make me feel at home. The breakfast menu was awesome (french coffee press anyone?)and the dinner menu was not bad either! The bartender makes a mean martini and the atomosphere was always warm and welcoming. I will definitely return for another stay.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, great location. Free coffee and tea available in the morning. We only at at the restaurant twice during our stay, but it was excellent. Would highly recommend
- 3.5/5
Location, right between 5 and 6 avenues, close to the Theatre district with many dining options around. Perfect views from the room, the hotel is just after renovation. The staff is somewhat uninterested in what is going on. Everyone is polite but are not seem to be interested in helping the guest unless asked for. Room cleaning is ok, however nothing except the towels was replaced during the stay - no paper cups (!) for coffee, no Nespresso capsules, no drinks in the minibar, no bathrobes left on the floor to be changed. Every morning had to call the housekeeping and wait for 15-20 minutes for all those basic things.

Stayed here for three days amazing hotel and nice rooms only downside is no microwaves on the property for guests.

We were charged for dinner that someone else ordered and added to our room tab and we wouldn’t have known until we asked at check out if there have been additional charges! So double check the charges at check out.

We have been to the hotel several times before. As in the past, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were given a newly refurbished room, which has the same wonderful bed and bathroom facilities. Confusing however with a new power saving devices that included air-conditioning that did not adjust to a set temperature of 70° and several lights in the room that kept going out even when we were still in the room. Perhaps I missed an explanation sheet as to these changes. Otherwise we love the hotel and the staff.

Sofitel was amazing the minute we walked in. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We got there hours before check in, and were told they would check and see if our room was ready early, IT WAS!! We got tp check in early and got the best suite they had. We felt like royalty. The only thing that would have made my stay even better, would be to have a microwave and bigger fridge in the room. Other than that our whole stay was AMAZING and we will be back.
- 4/5
Good location, very clean. Staff isn’t extra nice, but they’re nice and helpful. Excellent food!

Staff makes a huge difference. Feeling welcomed is always a plus! We stayed at another property that wasn’t very welcoming and it made the experience less enjoyable. Thank you Sofitel and keep up the good work.

- 2.5/5
Good location, clean and safe. Lack of touch points with staff, no one provided us with insight on our "Urban Experience Fee" of $45 per night plus tax. This fee includes a $25 daily food and beverage credit, premium WiFi, a reusable water bottle, 24-hour fitness studio access, a 15% Bloomingdale's discount, and local/domestic calls. We had to go online to figure it out. Also we never received our water bottle. They don’t offer complimentary water in the room everything is for a fee. Ordering room service comes with the automatic 20%. There are a lot of fees and little is offered for the price point of this hotel. I’ve found that with higher price point hotels we are often provided more for our money. Also I am not sure they change the bedding often and we know this is a pet friendly hotel because our pillows smelled like dog.
- 3/5
Reason why I gave it an ok rating was because at upon check out I was charged 45$ plus tax for what they call an Urban Experience fee.
- 4/5
Bellmen were never very friendly. Not much interaction with other staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 3.5/5

We loved our stay this weekend. It was our first stay this this hotel and it will be our go to when in NYC. The hotel and rooms were nicely done and very clean. The bar was cozy with great food and beverage options. The hotel and bar staff were very friendly and very welcoming.

The bath! ALL the Staff (cleaning, front desk, doormen, that desk before the front desk, other staff members around the hotel)! The location! There was nothing I did not like.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation so many of the amenities were not available. The room was clean although it had not yet been renovated. I missed the restaurant and bar at the hotel; it was always a great experience. Looking forward to coming back when the renovation is complete.

Everything was wonderful and lovely! Fabulous location, the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The employees all get 10 our of t0!

On the down side, the front desk referred us to the concierge for support for my 83 year old mother traveling with me. She was concerned about getting lost when walking to the hop on/hop off bus alone while I worked. She was assured the concierege would book the experience for her and support her with every detail. He did not book it and instead tried to convince her to do something else. While he waled her to the door and pointed down the road, I had already shown her all of that. Roomwise, I am always disappointed not to have a coffee maker in the room and there were not extra blankets provided. The bathroom doors were also problematic. We both got bruises in opening/closing them, and they were loud. Having a single or sliding door would be much easier for guests.

Oh my God! What a fabulous hotel right in the middle of the action. We didn’t even need taxis or trains because we could walk everywhere from here. First class staff, first class rooms. What else can I say?
- 4.5/5
Bathroom None
- 4/5
Clean and nice room, but or the price I would expect to have a coffee machine and standard refrigerator (not the one filled with beverages). Also the breakfast options are tricky, some juices are included in prepaid breakfast while others are not (and it costs $15 per glass!).
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. We got a coffee machine and electric hot pot once we requested from the staff. Thank you.
- 4.5/5
Quiet, clean, wonderful facility and staff Sometimes, you can overhear the wait staff in the first floor bar/restaurant complaining too loudly about their jobs

Hotel and room were clean and newly renovated. Extra daily Urban Experience charge was excessive and we did not even know about the daily $25 credit in dining room till our second day there. Just a bit too high priced for what you get. Also no drawers in room at all, so we basically lived out of our suitcase.

Paid premium for a suite for and none of the TVs worked. Staff had no answer other than it’s down in the whole building and they didn’t seem to be bothered by it at all. No empathy or care for service shown at all.
- 5/5
The room fit three of us comfortably while ona girls weekend trip to NYC. The location was just right - easy access to subways, theater and Central Park.
- 3/5
Front service staff for checking in. Wow..leaves much to be desired. Make staff were just cordial and dead pan. Been to so many hotels and the price? This is really disappointing. Even a $200:night hotel at indigo NY gave better service and had EVERYTHING. Saving grace? The Porters and doormen were exceptional along with the Housekeeping staff. THEY were the ones that gave 10/10 service.
- 5/5
Our room was spotless, the elevators came quickly and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 2/5
Firstly, Expedia misinformed me about breakfast-inclusive rates, claiming it would cost more when the same nightly rate was actually available with breakfast. The front desk staff at Sofitel were polite but unhelpful and dismissive. When I raised the breakfast issue and the broken bedroom lights that shone directly in our eyes, they offered no solution. For six nights, both we (adults) and our children had to sleep with the bright lights on between the beds, making proper rest impossible. At checkout, they attempted to charge us for a double espresso we never consumed and did not apologize for the mistake. While the hotel itself is nice, the combination of misleading booking information, unresponsive staff, and billing errors significantly impacted our experience.
- 5/5
Excellent service from the doorstep to the accommodations. Really appreciated the (Elvis) doorman and luggage gentleman that helped us out and treated us with care and kindness he upon our departure asked our hired ride back to the airports cost to make sure we were being treated fairly …I truly appreciated that level of service to ask.

The beginning was not really good: dirty room (the floor) so I asked to change. Low level (not after the 7th) for my booking and it was not specified on my reservation with Expedia. Hopefully the staff was kind and professional.

- 5/5

- 3/5
Have a problem with the air conditioner in my room so we had to be moved to another room.
- 5/5
The renovations are complete and the results are beautiful. The two queen bed rooms are spacious and an unexpected bonus for the area. We will definitely stay again. Perfect midtown location. Very attentive and respectful staff.
- 2/5
Bad service, should not be charging $1200 per night for a suite with crappy service and crappy beds.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful except the use of paper cardboard products to support ecco friendliness - from the room keys to the toiletries and coffee cups. The upgrades to the rooms and lobby were tastefully done.
- 2/5
Breakfast was clearly precooked and sitting. Toast was stale and eggs were cold and rubbery for a $100+ breakfast. In the hall on our floor were carts of laundry etc. bed was good and bell man was quite helpful
- 5/5
Great hotel. The location is super convenient to Broadway. Only downside is that the room doors allow a lot of sound in from the hallway.
- 5/5
Ben the reception manager did a fantastic job getting our stay to be magical.
- 4/5
They were renovating so the furniture was sparse in the entrance. Not an issue as we didn’t sit in there. The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms have been redone and were ok. They could have done a better job with the rooms! The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open so had to prop a slipper under the door to keep it open. I notified housekeeping and nothing was done. Would like to have a tiny space in the mini frig for something. Asked housekeeping for ice one day and never got it. Did not like the lounge chair in front of the window. Hard to get the drapes closed and took up a lot of space in the room. Shelves would have been nice in the bathroom since they just remodeled. No coffee or tea pot in the room. Very disappointed in the room.
- 5/5

- 5/5
We always stay here on our visit to NYC.
- 5/5
Staff was great.
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay in NYC. The updated rooms are great, they are spacious and well appointed, especially the bathroom. The area around the hotel is safe and very quiet and the staff is always super friendly. Easy walk to Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, and Times Square. We look forward to them finishing the remodel to the restaurant and reception for our next visit. The only thing that needs addressed is the timer on the lights, they were supposed to be motion activated but the lamp in the room would just go off even while sitting in the room talking. Also, the timers on the bathroom lights are major fail. I was in the shower, and all the lights went out and the room was pitch dark. Luckily my husband was there to come in and turn the lights back on...otherwise, that could've been very tricky trying to get out to walk across the room to turn the lights back on in the dark had I been staying alone. That is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

The rooms are very large by NYC standards, very central location for midtown and extremely convenient for Broadway.
- 4/5
Great location - Bryant Park within walking distance. Friendly staff and very clean. Perfect for business travel.
- 5/5
My reservation was booked on Expedia and when I called the hotel day before my trip, they had a smaller room reserved due to a renovation. Although it took several days, they worked with me to accommodate our needs at a a mutually acceptable rate. I look forward to my next visit and am excited to see the completed reservation.
- 5/5
I loved the stay at the hotel. It was a very comfortable experience and walking distance to attractions.

Roooms very nice and recently refurbished. Desk staff, dooman

Arrived after an event that lasted until 7:30pm. Went to get bath ready for kid. Nothing but brown water for 8-10 minutes of running bath water and emptying it. Have him a bath after many unnecessary gallons of water wasted. Then I went to shower. Nope, no shampoo. And of course, now how can I call once I am sopping wet and in the shower? Then, we go to leave “early” at 8am. Haven’t even been in the hotel but 13 hours before we leave and the vouchers for coffee and breakfast aren’t going to be used because the coffee shop they collaborated with across the street had a lock that they needed to fix or force open on their front door so they didn’t open til after we had to leave. Sometime after 8:40am. Felt a little bit like a tactic they had to not have to honor 100 hotel guests bc it ended up not being a financially sound decision. So Starbucks it is and $20 more dollars out the window. Soundproofed? Not on the 8th floor or below that. At least the bed was reasonable and the room was clean….but of note, no bottle of water provided and no room amenities like a shower cap for a rainfall shower or a towel for wiping off makeup. It was below the standard for which a place can charge as much as they do. Stay at Made NYC for a more quality experience of the things the hotel markets as provided

Excellent

It was under construction. We have stayed there in the past and was so impressed with the lobby before. We understood it was understand construction but only after booking it.
- 5/5
Hotel is being renovated. Lobby was reduced in size. The new rooms are very nice.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Will be staying here again.
- 1/5
We were not told the hotel was under renovation. No restaurants n bar which was a huge dissapointment but they still charged full rate. Asked for refund but they refused.
- 4/5
Very nice property in excellent location. I would have rated 5 Srars but was undergoing renovation.
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and luxurious
- 5/5
Really nice hotel with great amenities. Shame that they had renovations going on and we were made aware after we booked the hotel. The lobby and the restaurant was closed
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel to stay in NYC. The staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable and look nice.
- 4/5
Great location. A walkable area near Times Square.
- 3/5
We have stayed here many times and like the hotel. However on this trip we didn’t know until a week before we arrived that the hotel was under renovation. No restaurant gym or lobby.

Great choice
- 5/5
Lovely hotel. Brilliant location with very comfortable beds.
- 3/5
This hotel was undergoing construction and did not inform us until after book. Expedia also did not advise us of the constructionz
- 5/5
Even though the Property was under going a renovation in the Lobby, it did not interferer with the professional service that we received!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, 2 blocks from Times Square. Hotel is close to all the Times Square action but quiet enough to relax at the end of your day activities.
- 4/5
The only reason I gave the property a good rating instead of excellent was because of the amount of renovation going on. Expedia should have informed potential guests of the amenities that were affected. It really does make a considerable difference.
- 4/5
under construction
- 2/5
Felt price was extremely unfair due to the under construction atmosphere. Sadly not up to the Sofitel standards of yesteryear.
- 5/5
Shame the restaurant was closed for renovation but everything else was great.
- 4/5
SOFITEL is in midtown, so restaurants are on the block and several subways and Broadway area are easily reached. The hotel was a bit quiet because they are in the middle of a renovation, but you would not have know that from how well the staff helped us and how quiet the floors are
- 2/5
Hotel is under construction no restaurants or gym available. Didn’t mention this at time of booking
- 5/5
It is my favorite hotel.
- 5/5
Wonderful French breakfast and room service
- 4/5
I have stayed at the Sofitel so many times and truly love the location and all of the perks of this hotel. This time was a bit different though---folks should know that their lobby is under construction right now--big time---to get into the hotel is basically just this little alley through the hotel with walls up where the lobby would be. I did not hear any construction noise but the lobby is non-existent We arrived early and needed to check our bags---apparently the room where they check bags was completely full so he just put our bags by the door and gave us tickets---this concerned me as anyone could distract him and just pick up our bags---one of which had my laptop in it--so I did decide to take my backpack with me and I was super glad I did because 6 hours later when we came back there was nobody there with the bags---we waited for like 5 minutes and then just grabbed our bags and went to our room-- but I was really glad I had not left my backpack there! We were able to take our bags and could have taken any bag we wanted with nobody there. It was all fine but just concerning. Other than that the beds are so comfortable---you can't beat this location---we did have coffee in our room every morning and the loveliest lady would bring it in for us....the staff is the BEST truly---you get the royal treatment there---love it so much and totally will stay there again when I come to the city to see shows.

Great location, great place.
- 5/5
The best hotel in New York. Proximity is incredible. A bit dated but the cleanliness is 10/10!
- 3/5
I have stayed the Sofitel many times. This time however the lobby was under construction and there was no where to sit downstairs. I was not told when I booked the rooms that the hotel would be under construction. The price of the room was higher than last time I stayed and I thought it should have been discounted since the hotel was under rennovation. I brought another couple with us and they were disappointed by the hotel's appearance. This was the first time they stayed there.
- 4/5
The staff were very well trained , friendly and courteous and I appreciate that ! The sheets and towels are high quality and the bathroom was spacious and provided nice amenities . The carpet in my room was very worn and stained however , which gave me an ick feeling I don’t expect in a hotel billed as “ luxury.” I would have appreciated a coffeemaker in the room as well. They are doing renovation on the lobby level so obviously that changed my experience and I wish I would have known because i would have chosen the Algonquin down the street for this trip ! I chose Sofitel because I wanted something a bit more special and was disappointed it was just average for the 600$+ a night we paid .
- 5/5
Great location. Very nice room. Unfortunately, the lobby is under renovation so there are no dining or drinking options.
- 5/5
Accommodating and friendly staff. Our room was clean and spacious. Only complaint is the gym was a bit small
- 3/5
This hotel had some sort of "computer issue" that had them suddenly overbooked. Without any prior notice before arriving, we were downgraded during check-in from our beautiful large suite to a small standard room. We had to ask multiple times for the new rate we would be paying, since the room we were in was much less expensive than the one we had pre-paid for. Finally got that sorted after much effort on our part. Had to have maintenance come up to repair the air conditioning on our 2nd night. Overall not impressed with this hotel. We have stayed here before, but will most definitely choose a different hotel next time we are in NY.

LOVE THE LOCATION

Favorite hotel in Midtown
- 4/5
Great location, great staff, and clean organize room. Breakfast are good but I think the price is too much for food offered.
- 5/5
Superb experience…this hotel is a true gem!
- 4/5
Enjoyed it, though the services were not as expected.
- 4/5
We stay in a suite here every time we are in NY. Only complaint this year was we were adjacent to freight elevator or supply closet. VERY noisy!
- 5/5
Great location. Easy walking distance to Broadway. Nice rooms and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Surprised there was no in-room complimentary coffee and tea, given the NYC high room rate.
- 4/5
I was only there for the day, but the staff there were very pleasant. They seemed very friendly and were informative on whatever questions I had for them to answer. Good Job!
- 5/5
Nice bathroom, comfortable bed
- 5/5
The size of the room and bathroom was perfect and very spacious especially for New York standards. The bed was incredibly comfortable and slept comfortably. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to all New York visitors. Also the location is unbeatable.

This was our second visit to this Sofitel. It is an attractive hotel with a spacious bedroom, closet and bathroom. The bathroom mirror is well lit and there’s a separate shower and bathtub. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast in their Gaby restaurant.
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice. Service was excellent, the Executive Suite was comfortable. The rooms were very quite at night.
- 2/5
Room cleanliness poor, there were sweets on the floor from the last guest that were never cleaned in our entire stay, sheets were not changed despite being requested, stains on the floor and poor wiring. Not a 4 star hotel as it stands, and we like Sofitel hotels
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
It was a lovely hotel, pleasant employees, also great location
- 1/5
Very very poor service. The manager did not call back. Waited for 1 hour for anything asked. Rooms were below average
- 5/5
Always great staff, friendly and competent. Comfortable room
- 5/5
My wife and I had a great time. Very respectful and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean Excellent Staff
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Very good experience other than no wake up call on the morning of departure as was scheduled and the weather in NYC was dreadful, in the teens and 20s with 40mph winds all three days.
- 5/5
This was a fantastic hotel! We went to NYC for New Year's Eve and it is very conveniently located near Times Square. One block in either directions gets you near cabs, shops and landmarks. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!
- 4/5
Great location
- 4/5
La limpieza del baño se puede mejorar
- 4/5
my only criticism was no coffee/tea maker in our room.
- 5/5
Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Manhathan.
- 5/5
Service was exceptional. Staff was incredible. Room size was beyond acceptable. Not one negative comment can be made of the staff and this property.
- 4/5
Bed mattress was in desperate need of replacing. It had big indentions in both sides to the point of almost being hard to stay on the bed without rolling off. Overall our stay was great as we were there for 8 days and had no major issues. It was a small room which was to be expected for NYC. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and the service was great.
- 5/5
Sofitel Was great!
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
The hotel is tired and needs repairs
- 3/5
Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Felt price was extremely high for all the more the room had to offer. There was no fridge or microwave. The room was pretty bare bones. The room was fairly clean but overall condition of the hotel itself could have been much better. Many areas where molding, trim, carpet, and wallpaper was chipping/peeling/lifting up
- 4/5
A reasonably good place to stay, I had to move rooms due to the shower not working properly and noisy guests in the adjacent room. The hotel handled the move well. Nicely situated for shopping and theatre district.
- 4/5
My third stay at the Sofitel will likely be the last. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are excellent and the location can’t be beat. The good at Gaby’s was fine. But the room was tired and had some damages that show a lack of caring. Also, no water, coffee or teas in the room? C’mon, this is basic. Will give another hotel a try next year.

Good location for travelling round Manhattan
