I have stayed here before and always had a positive experience. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, linens were soft, staff is kind. You can see some ware and tare on the room with some broken wood and finishing breaking down.

For my first time in Brooklyn, this was definitely a great budget friendly, but also great location to stay at. You are close to Dumbo, close to Barclays Center, but also there's great food choices within walking distance (food hall, coffee/matcha, bagels, ice cream and teas). Lots of nearby walkable shopping, and close to train stations as well. Danny was extremely helpful and hospitable in catering to our needs with questions, suggestions, and really made home away from home special. We will definitely be returning here anytime there is a chance to.

We loved the location with Target across the street & subway to any area pretty easy. The proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge was amazing & the waterfront beautiful. The room was small but the balcony was huge- definately recommend the upgrade for a long stay. The staff was adequate- no memorable assistance though. The decor was outdated, and no continental breakfast of any kind- the amenities were zero- you could smell the chlorine of a pool but not allowed access. There are vending machines for snacks & soda & the cafe adjacent was only good for coffee. We would probably stay again because of the location but don't expect too much.

The free bottle of water. Construction noise during weekday, electrical outlets that didn't work, all plugs for table and standing lights were pulled out of receptacles, towel hook in bath room broken off. Large damage deposit which indicates the type of guest drawn to the hotel.

Also. Small thing, but first day there was an alarm on the hotel clock in the room. In my travels (closing in on 1k nights in hotels) I have never had this happen. Will look for any other hotel before selecting this one.

The air conditioning didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it, so they moved us to another room. The air conditioning didn’t work there either. The manager never responded to my calls or emails. Eventually, Marriott only gave us an $80 credit in points.

The next morning the car hadn’t been charged, and they couldn’t charge it in the time we had left. The local manager didn’t know if there was fast charging or not. Al thought rh hotel charged for the valet it’s a separate company, so the manager couldn’t find out about the charging capability when asked. Promised to refund the valet charge, couldn’t tell me how fast that would happen.

Location. Large room. 1.No answer to my messages in application at all. I made a reservation a long time ago. I asked via application message that I could have microwave in the room as in the photo or not and asked for suite with 2 full beds and a sofabed instead of suite room with 1 King bed and a sofabed as my reservation but no answer so I expected to have the suite room as my reservation. When checking in, the lady at counter told me to have standard room with 2 beds instead. OMG, so disappointed for 4 star hotel in management of this way. Stupid, wasn't it, to pay for small room with the price of suite, how could she think ? I strongly rejected it and showed that the hotel never answered any questions in application at all. Fortunately, the gentleman at the counter could wisely manage to what I want, though had to pay a little more. Suggestion: The hotel should improve the way of management and improve quality of staffs as well as should reply fast in the application. 2.In my room, I found at night cause I checked in in the evening that the body wash bottle was not worked ( it was broken a little bit and the fluid could rarely be pumped out) and it didn't be placed on the wall as the shampoo and conditioner. I told the house keeper in the next morning to change and fix it but what I found when came back was that broken body wash bottle fixed on the wall ... I had to go down to tell the staff at the counter ( no phone in the room, so wondered for 4 star hotel without a phone in the room) Suggestion 1. Should have phone in the room. 2. House keeper should be more careful arranging the room. In my opinion, it impossible not seen the bottle out of the wall because it was placed in the rack for soap, not in normal place. Another suggestion for the day guest showed need privacy, should give drinking water and daily amenities in front of door. Hope to be back if the hotel can be improved soon.

Great hotel, their access rooms have a door linked to another room I guess for an assistant. The walk in showers don't have a barrier to keep water from hitting the floor in the access room.

The first room we were assigned, the door had an issue with the card reader. The staff was quick to reassigned a new room (at a higher floor). The location is super convenient to subway, also pretty quiet as it was off the main streets. It's close to the Brooklyn city point which has a food hall, target and Trader Joe's. Very convenient.

The location is excellent for our needs. The room sufficient for our stay. The daily water was a nice touch. The maid was very friendly and helpful. The check in was 20 minutes. There was one person checking in at the the desk and two people in front of us and it was slow. The person was friendly. It was also difficult to unload because there were several cars just sitting in the valet drop off area. We had to loop around several times and finally stop around the corner and wait till one car left to get closer to unload our suitcases. The curtain was off the rails, the closet door dragged on the floor because it was poorly repaired. Also, the sheets on one of the beds were soiled. The sheets were clean but stained. Not nice. The second day, it appeared that the safe stopped working and in the end it just seemed to be very sensitive. We asked for the battery to be replaced but it seemed like it never was except went I accidentality bumped the bolts packing up it peeped again. The toilet seat had a melt spot and felt warn. Not nice. The shower pressure oscillated and the temperature was inconsistent. There was loud music in the restaurant / bar in the lobby. It did not keep us awake but you could feel the beat on the 5th floor before we went to sleep. Also, I changed the room from a King to two queens and that was fine. But I also paid extra for the room because I thought it was going to be higher with a city view. No luck. The final thing was the heating. It was impossible to warm the room. The last two nights we turned off the air and the room warmed up to 71. Otherwise the warmest was 69 and that was chilly at night with air blowing on you. We were disappointed this time.

The hotel room did not have air conditioning on the hottest day of the week (90 degrees on Wed. 5/20/26). They were unable to transfer us to a room with air conditioning and did not issue a refund or room credit. We didn’t use the room and left. Front desk was unhelpful. No one answered the follow up phone calls. Even Expedia was unsuccessful in getting a refund. Absolutely disappointing.

Close to the Barclays Center I was given an already damaged room. The fridge was scratched up , there was a spill on the lamp shade, bed sheets were dirty/stained, scruff marks on the closet. I also didn’t appreciate that I was charged three times and I was informed that I would only be charged twice , when I called the hotel a day after I left I asked for them to break down all the charges and the manager and other employee kept giving me different numbers than what I seen on my transaction history.

After i checked out and left, two days later i noticed that the Hotel charged me $16 additional. I had already paid my invoice and received a receipt before i left, so this was an additional amount (separate charge on my debit card), for which I have no idea what it was for. I contacted the hotel and they never got back to me. About a week later, they charged me another small amount $2, again i have no idea why. I am in the process of cancelling my debit card because i dont trust that they will not continue charging me. Unfortunately, booking.com was not of much help.. The amounts are not large, however it is completely unprofessional to continue charging my card several days after i left for no apparent reason and not to respond to my communication.

The beds are uncomfortable, but I wish that was all I could complain about. I awoke on day 3 of my stay to find that I had itchy bites in 3 different areas on my left arm. (see attached pictures) I alerted the staff and they moved me to another room. That next night, I got bitten on my right arm. I ended up cutting my work trip short and spent most of my last day there at a nearby laundromat, washing everything I brought with me. I was informed that the hotel wouldn't be able to launder my clothes for me, and that I'd need to do it on my own. (Cut to an image of me walking through Brooklyn with an enormous trash bag full of clothes & shoes over my shoulder). I communicated with hotel management about this issue, and because, after an "investigation" in which I'm told they hired an outside pest control expert, they couldn't find any signs of bed bugs, they couldn't accept that there was anything wrong with the two rooms I stayed in. (808 and 613) They were kind enough not to charge me for the last night of my booking, seeing as though I would be flying home early and wouldn't actually be staying there that night, but they declined to compensate me for anything else. If you are curious, I would NOT recommend staying at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The company I work for will no longer be sending anyone else to this hotel, either, which is disappointing because of its convenient location.

Location was centrally located and close to train station. On site Asian bistro was fantastic. Property had a pool on the 3rd floor listed as an amenity. Pool had been sold to a local school and is now “private “ and cannot be used by guests. The pool should not be listed as an amenity. Front desk check in was excellent, the remainder of the stay front desk staff was indifferent & incompetent.

Logistically it was in a great, close to the subway, a Trader Joe's, stores and plenty of restaurants. The housekeeping staff were helpful, but I scored it low as the bar was closed due to refurbishments, but was never mentioned on their webpage or when we checked in, it was only when I asked how to get to it I was informed! This is one of the reasons I chose this hotel as it has a bar!

The hotel is centrally located. Lots of shops, restaurants and vendors! The room was clean but the view was not. We had a view of another building and its residents as well as a dog park. The dogs were cute but the barking was a bit annoying. The television kept blinking and the bathroom sink leaked for 3 of the five days. The tv was fixed immediately but the sink was a problem. The housekeeper was excellent! Not sure if I would stay there again.

The worst thing was that it was unseasonably warm in NY and the hotel and rooms were HOT. We asked the desk to adjust the temperature in our room because you can’t control it yourself. We heard other guests with the same complaint. All they did was open the window. This used to be my go-to hotel when i stayed in Brooklyn. Not sure if I’ll stay here again. It was a disappointment considering we used to love it years ago.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Very understanding when i realized I forgot my physical debit and had somw difficulty figuring out how i was going to check in. However the hvac units in the rooms are old and hardly function. I was given another room because the hvav did not work at all but the hvac in the 2nd room was working but felt like it was on its last leg. Luckily it was only hot on the first night and the other nights were fine.

Cons: The wifi connection was extremely slow, virtually unusable. The breakfast was terrible! The scrambled eggs cold and almost empty. The potstickers were dried out and cold as well. The coffee was empty and only refilled after we had finished. There no one around to be seen to ask about items which were out. The selection was also poor.

.awful food.. You can do better than that...SHERATON should stand for something
- 3/5
Placed us in a disabled room when we paid for a premium king and never asked if it was ok or offered a standard room when asked. No free wifi as we didn’t book directly through Sheraton. 1 free small bottle of water per room. Overall it was a very budget hotel feeling experience.

If I’m paying for a room, I want control over my own thermostat. Not what I expect from a Sheraton property.

Great work!!!

They have very affordable and convenient car service available for guest to use for a flat rate oppose to using uber or Lyft. The place was very clean . Not all rooms were the same our friends stayed down the hall and didn’t have a full body mirror like I had which made them a little upset . Breakfast was good not worth $20 though next time I’ll make sure it’s included the front desk worker told me the price is lower when it’s included in your stay .

There’s no parking so you either have the option of finding a parking spot on the street and Risk getting a $120 ticket or valet for $75 per day. Ice machine was only working on 2nd floor, my husband and I stayed on the 21st floor. Our phone in the room didn’t work it had a busy signal when you picked it up.

First the bathroom was dirty, they changed our room to accessible room with no counter space on the bathroom. The 3rd room the bathroom was dirty once again and outdated. The water pressure was very hard then soft, hot then cold. For the price paid, it should have been cleaner and updated.

Nice room for a good price. A few annoyances: A drawer kept rolling out. Sink faucet cold water handle too tight, hot water handle completely loose.

The room was great. Only exception was that the TV is crooked and couldn't be adjusted to be level ed straight. Otherwise, the staff and amenities were good!
- 3/5
There is a security deposit of $250 that they refund after your stay. About 45 minutes after checking out they charged another $249 onto our card. Then when I called in they said they had no record of that charge which doesn’t make much sense. It is also a nightmare trying to get through via phone to the hotel. You will have to go through all of the different options before you find a good one. Most of the extension that make sense for the front desk do not work. Lastly, parking…. There is no parking. The cheapest bet is to park in a parking garage on New Jersey side then take the subway over. You are permitted in & out privileges unlike the one the hotel suggests. The garages are set rate so an outrageous number isn’t just make up. We tried a lot first & they told us $280 for 3 nights. At the garage it was $110. Hope this helps!

Staff was great!
- 5/5
Everything was great. Clean room, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall. Had a really good time.
- 5/5
The staff were lovely and easy to speak with. The hotel was in walking distance of nice restaurants and the subways for easy use to get to Manhattan. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Staff is lovely as always

Second stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn New York. It is a great spot just outside Manhattan that has hotel rooms large enough to fit more than two adults. The location is great as well as it is within walking distance of multiple subway stations, restaurants and retail shopping. The rooms are a little dated and one of the televisions had an issue with the volume but nothing was a deal breaker. Staff was friendly and courteous. Will def stay here again
- 4/5
Room was clean and room service was extremely kind. Check-in and check out were smooth and speedy. We didn’t get the breakfast. The gym was a little dusty but overall good. It’s in downtown Brooklyn and less than an hour away from main attractions so great location. I’d definitely recommend w

It was really bad, so bad that my kids and I was able to eat nothing, I wasted $60 and we left hungry!
- 4/5
The hotel location is excellent… staffs are friendly and helpful
- 3/5
The reason for only three stars is because they elevator wasn't working and I had to walk down from the fifteenth floor to checkout. When I called the front desk beforehand to let them know that there was a problem, they said that they would get back to me but never did. Thus the reason I had to walk, plus I'm nearly 70 years old. Not happy!
- 3/5
The bed had a visible sink in it. I’m sure I wasn’t the first to complain about the bed. The heat did not work in the room.
- 3/5
The room was nice location is great but they need to upgrade their bedding. The bed isn’t so comfortable and pillows awful not firm at all. Our TV wasn’t working neither was the phone in the room. Did go to guest services but no help wanted to change our room but nothing of the same value plus they stated the temperature in the other options wasn’t regulated. Then I received my receipt and they charged me 131.42 for Channel retail but nobody can tell me what’s that for. Waiting on management to give me a call or be available.
- 5/5
Location was perfect for our needs...Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Very good if you are just looking for a stay for a quick business trip.
- 3/5
The room was full of smell of the detergent that was used to clean the sheets. I had to leave the window open during the night to get some airflow. Then it was cold and there was no extra blanket to use.
- 5/5
PLace was great staff friendly room clean good area.
- 3/5
What breakfast? I was not aware of a breakfast! Would have saved me a bundle. The door to my room and the next room we're literally just a couple of inches apart. There was banging of doors into the wee hours of the morning and started again before daylight. Both nights. Very noisy and disturbing. Staff were excellent. Good location for sight seeing and just wandering about.
- 5/5
Parking isn’t ideal, but hey, it’s New York- that’s expected
- 5/5
Excellent experience; all-around
- 3/5
There was also a squeaking animal like sound coming from the vent in our room at night that stopped when we turned the lights on. Not sure what to make of that.
- 5/5
Loved it !
- 1/5
When checking in beware of the valet policies. It wasn't explained that there is no in/out access. The valet garage is 9 blocks away. So you will be charged $80 any time you want your car. If this is explained at check-in it'll give you guess the opportunity to rethink valet. Not just say it's on the ticket. Explaining your policies at check can go a far way. The manager Terri stated we would be refunded, because of the miscommunication. That never happened!!! I would never return to this hotel.
- 4/5
Bathroom sink wouldn't drain
- 3/5
Improve service at front desk.
- 5/5
It was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
Dirty floors and hair on the white towels and no soap in the shower. Tv Didn’t Work the best but it was ok.
- 2/5
The temperature in the room was not able to be controlled by the thermostat. I was never able to get the room down below 73°. Also there was mold in the grout in the shower and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. All in all, the room felt neglected.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, quiet and lots of amenities.
- 3/5
As always, the staff is very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent. But the property itself needs a lot of upgrading and repairs. We were there twice this year (2025) and at least one elevator was out of commission both trips. We will stay there again because of the location.
- 4/5
The room was excellent, super clean and felt very comfortable. I was just frustrated that there wasn't free access to the internet and it was difficult to sign into the internet.
- 5/5
great as always
- 2/5
Room not good
- 4/5
The staff was welcoming.
- 5/5
Stayed at this hotel twice for 3 to 5 days in 2025. Was there in the summer and there for Halloween weekend. Halloween weekend was great. During the summer, however, I got a room where I didn't have hot water at night for a little bit while I was showering. It was a Thursday night and I had hot water. The remaining days. I did not run into this issue when I was there in October and November. It's very clean. I like that there's a gym there. And the staff are very friendly. I definitely stay here again when I come back to Brooklyn. The location is also great because you're near Trader, Joe's and other shopping centers in case you need food or forgot something for your trip
- 5/5
Nice room. Walkable. Safe. Clean. Friendly staff. Not the ritz but very nice!
- 2/5
The room smelled strongly of cigarette or weed smoke. At first, we thought the smell was coming from outside when we opened the window doors, but later realized it might be coming from the floor above. This was disappointing since the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Instead of investigating who was causing the smoke, the staff member simply recommended that we change rooms.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff.

Location. Clean.

Stay was good.
- 3/5
The pricing and the quality does not match. This hotel needs to be renovated completely
- 5/5
Danny and Teri are both amazing! They both went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns we had. Their professionalism and positive energy made our stay exceptional. We are excited to return here in December.
- 4/5
It was a nice room though a little small. The room did have a small refrigerator which was a pleasant surprise and a decent closet and desk. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and pleasant. We loved the area and will definitely stay there next time we’re in town!
- 4/5
Hotel was quiet. Check in was efficient
- 3/5
The bed was terrible, the hotel is a bit worn down, the room was dated and not comfortable. We checked out early
- 2/5
Sheraton hotel in Brooklyn had nice staff, and good location next to numerous subway stations. Biggest downfall was finding a cockroach in my hotel room after a long day. I can tell cleanliness is not a priority. I felt uncomfortable because I was worried that I would bring it back home. We called staff and they swiftly switched our rooms, but the new room was not clean either even the towels smelt moldy. One of the exterior entrance rooms were broken so it felt unsafe at night. Overall, the stay was bearable as one of the cheaper options, but I would have spent extra money for better accommodations if I had the chance to go back.
- 3/5
The toilet roll holder was broken off the wall. The shower temperature vacilated constantly and when it ran hot, was nearly scalding. The cleaners were competent and friendly, but the desk staff were impatient at times with basic requests for information. We also requested a quiet room but ended up across from the elevators, above the workout room so that we could hear the machines thunking early and late, and on the 3rd floor facing a very noisy street. For the cost of our 6 night stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay there again.
- 3/5
Room 1002 has issues. The lamps didn’t work, the heat was acting up, the mattress was terrible. They had a mini fridge but no microwave to reheat food. The mattress springs were used up to the point I almost rolled out of bed. The room is to mall to have a desk and chair. The picture on the site made the room look bigger than it was. The price I paid for that room was no where near worth it. The best part was the location but I won’t be staying there again. I was so surprised but the poor quality of the room because this isn’t my first time staying at a Sheraton. I’m a Marriott member and this was the worst.
- 3/5
Easily accessible. Valet was super fast. Room was clean and cosy.
- 4/5
Room floors needed mopping, refrigerator was not cleaned out, previous guest left food and beverages in the fridge again was not removed. Shelves for clothing area was not dusted - headboard not wiped down clean.

- 3/5
Great location, with shopping and dining options aplenty, but there are other nearby accommodations with same convenience. No breakfast option, so it’s a minus. The hot water pressure for shower was really low, so it was difficult to get a proper water temperature for shower.
- 5/5
It was just really good and everything worked well. They had a car service to take me to the airport. A gym and breakfast in their lounge.
- 4/5
Clean and nice rooms
- 3/5
Not the best but a good affordable option in Brooklyn
- 3/5
The best thing about this hotel was the comfort of the beds. Judging by the rates being nearly triple the price, it was a high demand weekend, and the rates did not reflect the service, comfort, amenities, or the aesthetics of the hotel. It’s a three star hotel.
- 4/5
Clean room, convenient to Brooklyn Tabernacle
- 2/5
hair on them, which was unacceptable. Additionally, front desk staff members were extremely rude and lacked clear communication. The only positive experience I had was with the gentleman who greeted me and assisted with my bags he was kind and professional. Unfortunately, this was my first and last stay here.
- 5/5
Nice Hotel, rather moderate size room. The receptionist was very helpful.
- 5/5
Bed was excellent. Exercise room excellent. Hotel clean and secure.
- 5/5
This was our second time staying at this property and it is important to know that the staff is the best. They are accommodating and go above and beyond. When we checked in, I asked if room 1901 was available, as this was the room we stayed in previously and we loved it. It was quiet and had a beautiful view. Since that room was not available, we were given room 401. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a terrible room because the building's multiple fans were right outside our room causing loud noises all night. Second, there was a loud repeated humming noise coming from a ceiling light fixture. With all this loud noise, we could not sleep. The next day I went to the front desk and explained our situation and asked to be moved. Lucky for us, room 1901 was now available. The staff went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and made sure to transfer our luggage to the new room. I will always consider this hotel on our next trip. I will always recommend this hotel to friends and family. I am grateful for the staff at this hotel. They are the best.

- 1/5
I’m mad because I paid around $400 per a night and they charge me $250 extra even that we leave the room clean and organize
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Like: conveniently located near shopping and metro. Helpful staff, clean room
- 3/5
I just want to say this wasn’t my best Sheraton experience!! I went for my bday and ON my actual bday my bathroom ceiling started leaking and then I had to leave my room early, the hotel gave me no type of compensation for the inconvenience! The manager was very standoffish and rude whenever I had a complaint! Staff member Alize (spelling) was great but everyone else were not very friendly! I honestly would’ve liked a discount or a night back!! The area surrounding the hotel was not great! I will not be staying there again!!
- 5/5
What I like about the property is that there was a rooftop bar and restaurant inside the hotel it was definitely a vibe
- 5/5
I had the absolute BEST stay at this hotel, as often as I frequent NYC I decided to give a new hotel a shot & I am sure happy I did. Every bit of the hotel staff was amazing which is the main thing I look for as a female solo traveler. ESPECIALLY the lovely Laylah who is at the front desk. I will definitely be back. so excited to stay here again! xx
- 5/5
In the lobby with pastries, etc and free coffee on the second floor.
- 4/5
Property could use updates
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Close to different train stations. You can find everything you need across the street: Target, different food options, and many clothing stores on the strip. Everything was clean and staff were extremely helpful.
- 5/5
This is my go-to when I stay in Brooklyn.
- 5/5
The place is great will continue coming back
- 2/5
Stains
- 5/5
Great location. Very good service. Check in could be a little cumbersome due to small staff but it wasn't too bad.
- 3/5
Rooms seemed to be clean and serviceable. Good location. However, the men's room downstairs was in an awful condition. There is no parking and the food options in the hotel are not great.
- 4/5
Location
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Location is great close to several food places. And close to subway.
- 5/5
First time staying at this hotel and I plan to return when I am in NY again. Great location and loved all the shops and food options close by. Easy to walk to train, public transportation (multiple stations and train options), or catch a ride share.
- 5/5
nice hotel and nice staff, would stay again
- 2/5
Our room seemed to be next to the rooftop bar which had load music till 3.30am
- 5/5
The best stay I’ve ever had in NYC. Just enough outside of manhattan, but so close to several subways to get into the city. Loved it!
- 5/5
Overall great property - very friendly staff!
- 5/5
My favorite thing I liked was that the convenience of everything around it. My wife and I will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great Stay
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
5 star with tinny parking problem otherwise everything is good ,location is perfect.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
The condition of the property is really not great. Paint splotches, torn wallpaper, furniture in disrepair, and a creaky bed. The location is great, but this place needs work (and an actual restaurant in which to eat breakfast).
- 3/5
The email reply came two days after our checkout.
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay for a week
- 2/5
Had to change rooms twice. First room because the mattress sunk down entirely when I sat down on it. (Like, butt down to the box spring, feet in the air. Another guest I spoke to said this happened in the rooms of a couple people he was traveling with, too.) Second room because it reeked of cigarette smoke. Third room was fine. Nothing fancy. If I'd gotten that room first I would've thought it was an okay/passable hotel.
- 5/5
Nice, close to Brooklyn Navy Yard and friendly staff.
- 3/5
The only problem I have with this property is that the water in the shower goes from hot to ice cold the entire time. Staff is friendly & rooms are clean
- 5/5
Place was exquisite and great night life attractions!
- 3/5
Fridge didn’t work, room wasn’t big enough for our family, great location but survive was bad. Night clerk was definitely drunk
- 5/5
Very nice and pleasant, also rooftop was great as well
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 5/5
It was a very convenient location and safe.
- 3/5
The location was great. For the money a complimentary cup of coffee in the lobby wa expected even with the sale of coffee on the property.
- 3/5
the property was nice and the room was decent but there were undiscussed and unapproved charges made to a card that they were not authorized to charge anything to that were done AFTER i had already checked out and left the state. i even tried calling multiple times using the number on the actual hotel website only to never have anyone pick up the phone so be wary of trying to call to discuss anything before or after your stay.

- 5/5
Our stay was nice!
- 5/5
cleanliness
- 2/5
Oh, and the room didn’t have access to Wi-Fi for the first night. It’s a shame as check in was smooth, the hotel isn’t bad aesthetically, and it’s located in a good area. This AC thing really bothered me and made me uncomfortable for two straight nights - not something you want for your guests.
- 2/5
Very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The hotel staff was very attentiveand provided excellent customer service. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants which is very convenient.
- 2/5
The hotel is conveniently located right across from DeKalb Market and food hall, so great for shopping (Primark, Target, Sephora and others right across the street) plus lots of great restaurants, including Katz Deli. But the hotel is old and has not been maintained well. In our bathroom there was a support bar in the shower that had rusted through and came right out of the wall. An elderly or infirm person, or even a child, could easily have been injured while using it. Don’t rely on the car service they push for rides to the airport. The driver didn’t show up for our early morning ride to JFK. Happily there was an Uber nearby.
- 5/5
Convenient location to everything, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, discount stores, subway, buses. Everything is within walking distance
- 3/5
Property has gone down over the years. Fitness center was extremely dirty. Machines were disgusting like it hasn’t even been disinfected in a long time. Top Bed comforter had a rip and room floor hadn’t been swept properly.
- 3/5
Decent place to crash. Staff was nice.
- 3/5
Furnishings are in disrepair.

- 2/5
This is place is okay if you are getting the most expensive room or if you need a quick place to sleep. But don’t recommend for long stays. There was mold in the shower and hair everywhere that wasn’t mine. Very disappointing more like a 2-3 star not a 4 star hotel
- 5/5
The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. The area had a lot of shopping and great bars/dining options!
- 4/5
Excellent location
- 4/5
The water pressure in the shower was weak and inconsistent. The elevators were temperamental and sometimes didn’t work.
- 1/5
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was charged an extra $90 with no prior notice, even though my entire stay, including all fees, taxes, and the security deposit, had already been paid in full. I reached out multiple times and never received a refund or even a response. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for guests. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
- 1/5
Check-in was fine, got in early. Caught a Liberty game and when we got back hopped in elevator and got stuck for 15min going up and down and door would not open. I had to pry it open at the staff basement level to get us and father and daughter out. Staff didn’t help, buttons for emergency didn’t work, a guest called 9/11 for us. We didn’t stay and all they gave was a 50% refund. Lady who called 9/11 said she is on her 3rd room, first smelled like urine and second someone was already in.
- 3/5
It was ok too loud and noisy at night, smells like weed

We get in the room and the bathroom shower was disgusting. The tile was cracked and filled with scum. There was a dead bug in the shower. We had to go buy shower shoes. The exhaust fan did not function. The toilet flushed it's self every 30 minutes. The thermostat was hanging loose on the wall. The lock to the balcony was broken. The lock to the adjoining room was broken. Did not feel safe. The wall outlet was sunken into a wall and looked like a fire hazard. We were on the 9th floor and the ice machine was broken. We were directed to the 2nd floor. The balcony itself had patio furniture with rips in it. There were cigarettes buds in the tile of the balcony, and garbages stuffed around the edges.

My biggest issue with the hotel is that we were traveling with 2 young kids (under 3), I booked a suite at the hotel, but the room was not available for our check in. Very frustrating given that I searched the internet for hours looking for a room that would work well for our family. There was also a club or bar that had loud music blasting until 3am. Made the night less than desirable. Hotel is very busy so staff gave the vibe they are “over it” and I don’t really blame them.

Very nice place. Not too far from the Fulton Mall, Brooklyn Paramount, several shopping centers, food and NYU and CUNY

Dated and in need of upgraded! Very, very poor value for money. Location was good but there were loads of hotels near by so prob find better value. Don’t be fooled by the brand! Keys didn’t work (so needed staff to enter our room) AC was so noisy when activating and deactivating (waking us all night) floors were grubby. Had to use the sofa bed which was like medieval torture!

Its close to everything you need! No need to even go into the city for us!

Perfect location, but rooms are outdated and as a minimum need a deep cleaning to remove the molds around the shower

Lots of shopping within walkies distance

Sheraton is a respected company worldwide but managed so poorly. This property has no parking and no restaurant only a small snack/coffee shop that’s not even good. Phones don’t work and broken elevators. Lucky booked only for one nigh.

I had a clean & tidy room that was in near perfect shape. It was a pleasure to stay in. (Heavy rain and fog were about all that could be seen through the window.

$75 a day to have your car parked and then when you want your car you have to park wait 30+ minutes for them to bring it to you. I had the Air conditioning on high all day and the room was still 75 degrees. I finally fell asleep and woke up drenched in sweat and the thermostat read 79. I told front desk how hot it was in the room and they brushed it off with a sorry and no resolution.

My stay was good, but the manager I met on my final day was very rude and dismissive. Just based on her I don’t think I’d return.

The pool is not accessible for guests. The reason I chose the hotel was because of the indoor pool. I was very disappointed.

Terrible hotel. Water was shut off, noisy, lack of staff and maintenance

staff was excellent - The manager was extremely friendly and accommodating as was the front desk staff. The lobby however is in need of a face lift. It looks shabby and dated. This is of course no fault of the staff but rather the owners of the property,

I also expect that they can have a working Air conditioning system and keep the hotel a little cleaner

Staff and housekeeping very nice. Disappointed that the restaurant was under renovation, but there are plenty of other placed around to eat

Returned from a long day of meetings to find they had not even followed up on the issue. Second night with no AC and a cheap fan during a heatwave. Sheraton still has not reached out about compensating for the issue. Expedia refused to assist with relocation to a different hotel since it was not a valid reason to change the reservation per their customer service. Worst travel experience I have had across 4 continents. I will never use Expedia again, their support and service are worthless.

Air conditioning was a serious problem. Maintenance had to come to our room 3 times to address the air conditioning that was not working. We switched rooms once. Lack of air conditioning was still a problem in the new room.

Needs refreshing. Sort of tired carpet. We received a handicapped room. Not great shower. Leaked over the entire floor. No counter.

Excellent. Location is great and it was very clean with cleaning services on daily basis. Highly recommended.

This is a good property to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything and have access to shops, stores, and restaurants. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher was because the elevator situation is not ideal and the onsite restaurant was closed so there was no in hotel dining options as I thought there would be when I booked. But the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And it served its purpose for what I was there to do in Brooklyn. I do recommend it.
