I want to start by saying, we arrived very early before check in and they were able to get us in a room quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. We were there during 100* weather. We realized the toilet did not work and contacted the front desk at 5:10 pm…we were told nothing could be done until 9 am the next day. Couldn’t even change rooms. The refrigerator in the room froze our drinks and they exploded. That said, staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was good.

Extremely disappointed. We were in a musty basement. I dont even believe its acceptable for business. Leaks, fired hazards, and we could barely walk into the room and move. And we are small people. Only good thing was breakfast.

Bare-bones hotel. Rooms are very smalls. Thin walls. Paint chipping, 1/2 empty bottles of toiletries. Breakfast is included but was cold and barely edible. Overall, if you aren't planning on spending any time in your room other than sleeping, its fine.

It was a place to sleep. Not the cleanest. But compared to other prices, it was more affordable and well. You get what you pay for. First stay in NYC. Will look for other lodging next time.

While the management and staff were friendly, the property showed some wear; rooms were small, wall tiles uneven, and paint chipped. The location was terrific for Broadway shows, and the 300 block of W. 44th was safe and convenient.

After all, everything was good, rooms are tooooo small for 4 people. Staff was friendly. We cheked in at 2:00. Parking is really close. Personally I'm satisfied.

Location is the only good thing about his hotel. It has a lobby/cafeteria/stockroom. Our room was in the lobby! No opportunity to change it. Expedia was not of much help neither. Small room, no space to locate luggage, dirty walls and lamp shades. Breakfast 😶Summary: not recommended at all.

This hotel is closed to Times Square and restaurants, the price is not bad for the area, the beds are ok, but it really needs renovations. The bathtub had like mold. Overall good for one night. The free breakfast was really good!

It is a rundown property. There is no carpet on the floors. My room was in the basement which smelled like the subway. The hotel staff was based in the basement as well so there was constant noise all night long.

We were on the first floor. I have never actually been to a hotel where your room is right off the lobby. We could hear the lobby music all night along with the dinging of the elevator and shuffling around of people. It made for a terrible nights sleep. Not to mention the door did not close all the way on its own, you really had to make sure it was latched when leaving.

Upon leaving, the parking garage said that the hotel only gave a discount and we still had to pay. Upon paying through the payment machine, we were charged the full overnight rate with no discount. We felt completely lied to. Aside from that, there was a prevalent smell of weed throughout the building, including our room.

You get what you pay for. Very old hotel with one very slow elevator. Be prepared for coffee maker to not work, bedside lights to not work, low water pressure, paint peeling off walls, etc. The front desk staff was nice and helpful at check-in. That was really the only plus side of this hotel.

When we got there Receptionist ,couldn't find our reservation. We provided both the Confirmation # and Expedia itinery #.We called Expedia to sort this out and my husband spoke to a lady who kept on saying she will send a "notification". When we asked what she meant by "notification"( email, text, phone call), the lady just said the same word. The hotel NEVER received a "notification" from Expedia. The good thing is that the Receptionist named, Parish Engandhi helped us find a room. The hotel did great. Breakfast was ample. EXPEDIA dropped the ball when it came to our reservation.

I did not stay in this hotel cuz I cancelled it but why I'm charged.when I cancelled it I was waiting for the cancellation confirmation. It did not come so I logged in to check using the confirmation number but it says no account is associated with the number.

The property listed Valet parking. There was NO valet parking and my husband has knee replacement surgery and has limited walking ability. Then they could not find our reservation. It made us late for our show and left anxiety that we did not know if we would have a room at nights end. A horrible experience that makes us question how we book reservations in the future.

The TV remote didn’t allow me to change channels at all. It’s been stuck on that same channel when I got in. The A/C can’t be turned off. It was cold for the whole night of my stay.

The room was very small, but that was to be expected in NYC. Not a fancy building, but has everything you need. The price for the location with free breakfast was very worth it. Just a 5 minute walk to Times Square.

When I first pulled up to the place I was disappointed . I wasn’t greeted with a bellhop and cleanliness but instead greeted with 2 people asking me for money and a façade of filth , so gross! Not what I expected for $600.00 a night . As I walked in through the doors of the so called lobby , they’ve crammed a service desk and a buffet counter into a 20x20 area. I barely even got a greeting and not even an offering to take up my bags . Elevator definitely needs to be serviced , dirty and has a lot of play stepping in and out of it and I only know this because I was a technician during my younger years. Room was the worst I’ve ever stayed in for that rate . Room was borderline clean , looks like it was renovated in a hurry with very little money , definitely cut corners as if no one would notice . Lastly to my surprise house keeping brought in her 3 yr old daughter on Saturday morning layed her down on blanket with some toys on hall floor while she cleaned rooms.Couldn’t believe it! I’ve stayed at Ramadas before but never again . I’m probably being a little to nice with this review ..

We also had issues with the tv in the new room, but they sent someone up quickly to fix it. Overall - great location, semi-reasonably priced place. This place was basically a dump, compared to the other bad NYC hotels. Staff was terrible - most of them did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Our room overlooked a loading dock so we were woken up with trucks unloading at 2 am. Overall not a great experience.

Room windows were dirty with lots of smudges, God knows what else wasn't cleaned from the last guest. The cutrains didn't close all the way so couldn't take a nap because the sun was shining right in. Only one elevator which was used mostly by housekeepers so guests hat to wait up to 15 minutes.

Not bad for the price paid. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, climate-controlled fine, and a huge TV. The shower's water pressure wasn't 100% but that's about the only complaint. Buffet breakfast was decent (are they ever great?). I would go back.

We had a great stay. The hotel is older but our room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was a must and the bed was very comfortable.
