Dusty room because of my allergies coughed all night. When outside coughing and wheezing stopped . Ice machine had a frozen roach in one of the cubes. I¿m also allergic to roaches.

This is a great place to stay and go to multiple Yankee games. Pleasant walk to stadium with an excellent Mexican restaurant along the way. Easy subway access (3 blocks) and only ten blocks from the stadium.

Even though it was advertised as a non-smoking hotel, there was a heavy smell of smoke. Not to mention our bed linens had cigarette burns in them.

Staff members are considerate. Guests are sometimes sleeping in hallways and stairwells.

The property was filthy outside. There was debris in the elevator. There were customers arguing all night. When I called about parking, I was told there was a parking lot. When we got there, there I was told that there was not a lot that I could access. There was no breakfast to speak of. This was false advertising and a very poor experience. Also I was not allowed to use my company card to pay for the room. I have never had an issue using my company credit card, but I was not allowed to do so. Also, I was in a non-smoking room, but I could smell the smoke in the mattress.

Property didn’t feel clean at all. Breakfast was served in a paper bag with snacks in it.

The hotel smelled strongly of marijuana. The carpets in the hallway were filthy. It didn’t feel clean in the room or bathroom. It was very noisy all night long with people partying.

Here are the biggest issues I had with my stay: 1. The room was not clean: There were food crumbs on the desk chair, cigarette ashes on the toilet paper holder and a smudge of poop on the toilet seat cover…which was broken. 2. The mattress pad under the sheet had blood stains about the length of a hand that were clearly visible through the sheet. Bleach? Anyone? 3. No one sleeps at this hotel, apparently, either intentionally or because of the noise caused those who are intentionally awake. Have you ever seen Ocean’s Thirteen? Remember the guy who’s there to inspect the hotel for the 5-diamond award and they give him the worst possible experience on purpose? It felt a little like that.

Smells bad and smoking in elevator

Property was fine. Rooms too small and the continental breakfast was not much to say about. Breakfast was pre packed and placed inside a white cooler. No juice ... Only coffee. I believe it 8s over priced for what you receive.

It’s was great… close to the stores… walk able to everything

Free breakfast included prepackaged Luke warm meal, no plastic ware, milk cartons on countertop w/no chilling capabilities, but the bananas were good. Smell of pot and cigarettes abound. The large screen TV was great.

Poor breakfast choice. Lobby area in poor condition. Carpet looks disgusting.

During the pandemic this hotel was converted into a shelter like environment. Unfortunately there are still remnants of that environment. Could not sleep because of the loud noise in the hallway and the consistent smell of marijuana. The clientele left a lot to be desired...It is unfortunate, the neighborhood lacks quality hotels and this Ramada had an opportunity to change that.

Everything was clean and up to date. 1 block away from the Bronx Terminal which has all sorts of stores. A but pricey and for some reason they didn’t have breakfast “possibly cause of the pandemic”. I also had noisy neighbors. Butt overall it was a good stay. 9/10

The location was great, the staff was very helpful. I had to switch rooms because the first room I had (107) had 2 humongous cockroaches in it.

location & parking in front of hotel. I loved the tv and how it can move on the wall and change angles. pretty cool. & nice wall paper on the walls. 2:00 am nonstop fighting in the hall, loud and waking everyone on the floor

The breakfast is a bag with very sweet snacks and an apple in every single morning. Verry poor.

This is my second time staying their, The first time was like 3yrs ago and the breakfast was excellent. This time they weren't serving breakfast probably due to covid It was good that I could walked to my relatives. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was it had a little roach problem but other than that it was okay, I probably wouldn't mind staying their again if they have someone to spray for roaches

The building was clean but each floor smelled of cannibis extremely strong to the point it was noticeable near the door in the rooms. I complained but nothing was done.

This place was in terrible shape and in a bad area. Nothing really around it and tucked in a weird street. The room wasn't clean at all and had a lot of damage. Roaches and hair all over the bathroom. Gross

Roaches everywhere as soon as I started to get comfortable they started coming out. The most the front desk did was bring spray they didn’t offer a room until 4:30 am after me staying up all night because i couldn’t sleep. I caught two roaches on the bed crawling by my daughter while she slept. If I had somewhere else to go I would of left. They charged me full price and still haven’t issued a refund of any capacity.

Tons of Cockroaches dirty rooms,

There was a strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway and my room, I also saw small roaches in area of the room.

This hotel has roaches. The bottom of the curtains were covered in mold. The no smoking rules were not enforced. You could smell the Marijuana from the front door. This is a hotel for locals, not somewhere for out of town visitors.

The lobby was clean. No trash anywhere to be seen. Receptionist was friendly enough. My call to the front desk was answered professionally and promptly. I had a pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be accomodating. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were no other amenities available at this time (coffee, breakfast station) althought the staff assured us that this was COVID related.

The location is not that great. Street is super dirty with glass and paper. The hotel it self looked clean but there was no iron in the room or hangers. Also, this hotel was also a shelter hotel and should be disclosed before hand. For the amount that I paid for one night I could have stayed in the city. Also, one of the amenities was breakfast but I didn’t see anything nor did the agent at the front desk tell me.

There’s roaches everywhere in the room it’s very dirty

Apparently the hotel is used as a homeless shelter. There were kids running on the lobby. The elevator and hallway were dirty and I was called multiple times to confirm my stay, which was paid for prior to my arrival.

For the area in the bronx it was in it was extremely clean, Everything we needed for a quick bite to eat was close by. Front desk very helpful. Room was nice and clean.

i wish that the microwave was within the room. due to the virus spreading, i felt like the common microwave was not a great idea. if it was within the room, it could have been better. its always a plus for me when there is unlimited coffee.

Nice room, nice people, convenient location!

As an out of town traveler, I was disappointed when I became aware the hotel had less than 10 private parking spots. I also was very disappointed in the size of the room itself, very tight quarters with a shower that did not even have a soap dish to hold the soap.

The front desk clerk was very polite, welcoming, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was basic, but appreciated. My only complaint is that the staff out in the hallway were very noisy, even at night, when we were trying to sleep - very loud talking and laughing. It was an issue each night we were there (3 nights).

I enjoyed a much needed, luxurious rest with a terrific hot breakfast! Thanks a million.

Great place. Great price! Very clean and quiet. Perfect for a one night stay which was what I needed. I’d definitely stay there again.

It was very clean and also it was safe as well. They might want to check on certain guest because of their kids making noise but otherwise than that it was a great experience being there.

We booked this ramada by mistake, booked the right ramada and called to see if they would cancel the original ramada 30 minutes after making it. Just got the run around, Hotel.com said they would handle and get back to me. You guested it, out of luck.. poor business practice, I will never book a ramada again.

Our overall experience at this location wss okay. The cleanliness of the room was excellent however the furniture is outdated and damaged. The staff was very friendly and provided awesome customer service. The bed was comfortable but for a King sized bed the pillows were too small and way too soft. The complimentary breakfast was lacking but its a continental so judge for yourself. The other guest on the floor played loud music all night and management did nothing but its the Bronx so draw your own conclusion. For a short stay it was okay but so not worth the money.

Already recommended to family members. Amenities ok Gave it a 4.5 stars Noise...Entry door frame could be seal in some way so to minimize the hall noise and the ac/heat unit quieter.

I really enjoyed my stay, I even brought them business during my stay I liked it so much. The staff was nice, sound proof walls would be nice as towards the end of the night we wanted to listen to music and was told to turn down the music so that wasn’t fun. On the date of check out the manager was at the door waiting for us which I thought was a bit unprofessional, but other than that the stay was nice.

It’s a good place. We’ve been there a few times. This last time it was cool as usual except the bathroom. We must have had a wheelchair accessible bathroom so the shower was actually the entire bathroom floor which was flooded by the time you finished. Very slippery and a mess. Room 415.

My stay was not a pleasant experience. The toilet was not flushing at all. When I called the front desk about this issue. The gentleman was attending a guest. Meanwhile, I urgently needed to use the restroom. The gentleman advise me to use the downstairs public restroom. Until someone is available to fix the problem. I requested for a room change but there wasn’t any. This was very inconvenient.

The room was not ready when I arrived at 4PM. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the room. When I finally got the room, it was the wrong room. I had to spend another half an hour trying to get things straight with hotel.com. After we get things straight, the hotel tells me that all the two bedded rooms were booked up. Finally he made some calls and were able to get the room but tried to charge me an extra booking fee. He eventually waived the fee. But it was eventful experience.

I was a great place location is doable and convenient.

My stay was amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. Everything looked exactly how it was suppose to look. I will definitely book them again.

The atmosphere was great the staff is very professional. There some parking available. It is also easy to find parking around the hotel . The mall is close by too.

Perfect in every way. Free breakfast, clean bathroom, clean bed, TVs that actually have a HDMI port for my laptop. Although the walls are a bit thin you won’t have much noise flying around.

The hotel is very nice. Definitely very clean throughout the lobby area. The rooms were very clean and well kept to my suprise. I am overall very pleased with my stay, I felt comfortable and safe at all times and would stay at this same location when traveling to NY again for business.

Make sure that you don’t get a handicap room they ain’t switching it...

I love the bathroom and the large screen tv with direct Tv. However, I did not like the fact that it was blood on the bathroom door and Pubic hairs on my sheets as well as in the towels.

The room was great however the room next door played loud music all night and kept setting off the smoke alarm so it made it difficult for me to get sleep.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Just a little noisy people hanging in hallway but otherwise it was good.

Too expensive for the room per night

This hotel was close to a shopping mall, which meant I could buy a few things that I needed. The housekeeping staff were kind and courteous. Unfortunately, these were the only two aspects of the hotel that weren't disappointing. My first night, I saw someone getting arrested in the hallway near my room. The next night, guests in a nearby room were having a fight that lasted for quite some time. The very limited parking is around the corner in back of the building. The staff at check-in took quite a while to get to me and then to find my reservation and get me my key. The day I was leaving, my key was deactivated hours earlier than the check out time, while I was going back and forth loading my car with my belongings. I had to find staff to reactivate the keys, which delayed my departure and the staff were not courteous about needing to give me an active key. This is not my first bad experience at a Ramada branded hotel. I will never stay at a Ramada branded hotel again.
