Staff was kind and accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay
- 3/5
too small and not friendly
- 5/5
Room was clean , property is well maintained, not much parking so alot of driving around as it was always full. My only issue is someone was smoking every night and we could smell it in our room, other than that the stay way good.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 3/5
There’s so much potential for this property to be so much better than it was. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency but I was very relieved to not have to stay there any longer than I had originally intended. I didn’t feel safe and there were numerous things in the room I was in that needed to be repaired. I won’t be back but I wish them well.
- 4.5/5
House keeping left my door unlocked after cleaning it

- 4/5
Clean and modern in a quiet area. Less expensive than many other Brooklyn hotels. Good access to bus lines. Pretty far from a subway station. Rooms are very small and tight.
- 5/5
Great stay

Need to provide more towels
- 0.5/5
The location Everything. Dirty nasty hotel. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.
- 5/5
The staff was super kind and EXTREMELY helpful. I ran into a situation with some boxes I had to move and they were more than happy to house my boxes until the next morning. They even helped me and my sister bring the boxes in and take them out. When I say, I was truly grateful, and I couldn’t thank them enough!!
- 2/5
Shouldn’t be a first choice, but seemed safe and the room was pretty clean.
- 5/5
Good location, close proximity to Subway buses and stores served its purpose for overnight. Stay in the city reasonable.
- 3/5
The linens
- 2.5/5
Location The sheets, towels, the bathroom was very untidy. Called for new towels and they were dirtier. The bed had a bunch of different hair colors; black, red, blonde, etc. The sheets smelled like no sanitizer(oxiclean or bleach for colors) was used to wash them. I took those sheets out immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
- 0.5/5
Very disappointed with the night guy on Friday night The service is poor, Including the car park

- 5/5
House keeping could have done better job the room smelled like pure weed
- 4/5
It was a good place to stay. I gave them 4 stars because they have only 7 parking spots available. I had to drive around and found a parking 3 blocks away. The staff was friendly and the room was clean
- 2/5
I got a room for the weekend Thursday check out time Sunday the entire time I was there wasn’t no internet the entire weekend every time we called downstairs they will try to fix it then five minutes later doesn’t work. Also Loud noises outside the room and in the hallway police sirens.
- 2/5
The manager in about two other people, they was OK communication but the rest of the staff I don’t know. It’s already say communication if you tell them something about people smoking and Nightshift Guy they really don’t do anything about it is one of the staff don’t care you can understand his his language. Clean towels and rags bath rage room service do not clean up real good. They do not mop floor real good and clean bathrooms. They just make bed give you halfway sheet some of the sheets have a lot of things on. I have to call every time to get clean sheets and clean bath rag and towels And the cleaning. They just don’t clean up real good a lot of times the women that clean up they have be everywhere in the room. They need to have her over their hair for hair won’t be all over the place when they make your bed up or cleaning up the bathroom And they charge too much for a half decent hotel charging $400-$300 for just a room a standard room that is very very inconsiderate even if you is a regular customer they don’t cut you no deal at all especially if you come here every week seven days a week they should be charging you good price instead of charging you 300 and $400 a day

Hazardous and toxic chemical were being released into the air in my room . I was unable to use the hot water. It was extremely hot because the phosphonic acid that was thrown into the hot water heater raised the temperature of the water. It hot water was a cloudy white color. The cold water was not affected. Heating fuel was also released into the air it contains VOCS that cause neurological issues with the constant exposure I experience at all the hotels I say at . The effects of the chemicals are cumulative.
- 1/5
Place getting worse and worse unfortunately. The housekeeping staff that work nights are amazing though.
- 1/5
The room was very neglected with dirty sheets and that were stained. Air conditioner was filthy looks like hasn’t been cleaned in years. Towel has stain's on them as well as the pillows.
- 4/5
Basic but clean 👌

There is nothing to like about this place I came to use this motel because I was in town for a funeral. Parking entrance is really small. Place has 30 or more rooms and 8 parking places for this amount of guest, but all this I would live with I can understand and let it go, but what really took me over the edge, we requested 2 rooms, both rooms where supposed to be together. The front desk attendant was trying to convince me my reservation was 1 room with 2 beds not 2 rooms when I clearly know we had 2 rooms in our reservation, if that was not bad enough both rooms where dirty and disgusting, both rooms the bed sheets where dirty with stains and my bed even had blood on it.. in the entire hallway there was a heavy smell of weed
- 5/5
The clerk at front desk
- 3/5
Yes. Just have to ask the servants for stuff. They came right away. The shower pressure was not acceptable.
- 1/5
The room wasn't cleaned at all , the sheets was never changed they was dirty as hell and the pillows was dirty allso i have pictures to prove it
- 2/5
Tv barely worked and fridge did not work at all
- 3/5
It looks like they are running a homeless shelter there. Staff was nice. Room is tiny and not enough pillows.
- 3/5
My keys got cut off first night I stayed staff thinks I check out was trying give me a room someone was already check in to staff need better training on how to deal with customers.
- 5/5
I didn’t stay just came to shower after work
- 5/5
Found this hotel within reasonable budget nearby the area I was visiting. Even for a one day stay, it was very welcoming, clean and well maintained. This was a walk-in visit. They gave me the fourth floor, I had a great view of the entire city view from my bedroom. One highlight to mention - if one happens to arrive earlier than their check-in hour, they will allow you to check in with a $10 fee per hour leading up to the check-in time. I.e check-in is at 3pm , you arrive at 1pm, a $20 fee will get you to your room earlier. That's not bad at all considering other hotels are firm with their check-in hours. Great place overall. If some way , somehow I end up back in Brooklyn, I'll consider staying here again.
- 5/5
clean room, awesome staff. thanks so much.
- 2/5
Me cortaron el internet y la cama no es estable
- 5/5
The hotel is great and quiet, lot's of light and safe. The staff is friendly. I recommend staying here
- 1/5
The hallway smelled like urine, and the door has no soudproofing so I was unable to sleep because other guests were banging doors and yelling all night. The windows to my room rattled all night long, which also prevented me from getting any sleep.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 1/5
I need to update the rooms. The staff are cool but it’s a little rundown and the bed is un sturdy and the TV is never working right definitely a budget hotel if you can’t afford more it’s not terrible but for the price they could stand to make some updates
- 4/5
Notes say no parking but there is a small lot out back and a sign mentions an underground lot. Staff were very nice and great location for getting the subway into Manhattan and only 20 minute drive to Brooklyn Cruise terminal
- 3/5
It is a wonderful area to eat original delicious Latino food
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
City view rooms or one I had is compact but nice. Pretty clean and easy to maintain/get clean again after room service. The few rooms I saw w the couch are nice space but all seemed to be crazy dusty. The rooms w the yelloeish tile/floor seem to be less dusty. The room w the closet that’s on pics is the “suite” not the upgrade from city view one.
- 4/5
Spring for the city view room
- 5/5
Don’t know what’s up w the reviews or maybe I just got a nice room but it’s for sure clean and not listed but city view rooms have a bathtub. And yes you get view of city from downtown bk to downs town of city and there is a warehouse like city building in front of you so you have no obstruction views and no one looking into your room from other buildings. Bedroom portion is tight it’s for sure just for sleeping but there is a decent sized hallway that’s separated out enough from that and also there is a desk if you need w plugs including 3 prong ones for w shipment /computer etc and you’d have city view behind u if you’re doing video calls form that desk. USB c ports next to the bed and not by your face which is nice. Lg smart rv w all internet streaming apps. Hotel is very nice maybe it’s good it has bad reviews so that there are available rooms. It’s def ok to good for 2-3 night stay. Def ok for people from outside ny also Air conditioner is in celsius oil
- 3/5
the desk to the point that I interacted with them were pleasant. Housekeeping was very nice. Hotel might be in the process of renovations? The faucet in the sink wasn't quite attached and was a challenge to use. The tub, while clean had seen better days and was heavily chipped. Windows a little thin and could head a lot of outside noise on a pretty quiet block. But with that being said street parking was easy to find (just a block back) pretty good neighborhood and a short walk to the metro.

- 1/5
This was an awful experience! I had to be in NYC for work and I did not sleep a wink in this hotel. Literally people partying all night and the front desk staff were rude. It takes a lot for me to give a poor review but this place is a nightmare. I think I deserve a refund to be honest.
- 3/5
Parking is first come first serve, we lucked out! Very low key hotel, not always a staff at front desk. Did the job for the night. The pull out beds are twin size which threw us off. Only one elevator for the facility. But the subway was a short walk away.
- 5/5
live this place

First day ok and nice 2nd , 3rd , etc, every time I come from work I have to go the lobby to get clean towels and clean sheets, today I get form work 5:00 and couldn’t take a shower because still don’t have a clean towells.
- 5/5
We needed a place to stay after our flight was cancelled. What a nice surprise. It was easy to get to from the subway (36th street yellow train). It was near a diner and several places to get supplies. We did our laundry at the big place within sight of the hotel. I would stay here again when we visit Brooklyn again. Thanks to the front desk staff for being helpful!
- 4/5
It was under construction at the time of my stay we had no television due to poor internet connection.
- 2/5
This property came across as skimpy - very few amenities, which was unfortunate for the price. It was also very noisy. I was constantly hearing other patrons at all hours, and the cleaning staff were extremely loud in the morning even hours before checkout time - having loud conversations in the hall, etc.
- 4/5
I like this hotel alot. It was quiet and convenient for my stay.
- 2/5
Front desk area not furnished and dirty no closet in the room
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Solid Hotel to stay at
- 5/5
The property was under renovation at the time of my stay a little uncomfortable with the banging and the lack of hot water other than it was ok
- 1/5
No service, land line phone Ha! Nope...basic hotel accessories (not on your life) face cloth/ garbage cans/ ice machine & water not working what a surprise. Not!
- 5/5
It was nice property, the staff was attentive. Everything was functional.
- 4/5
No washclothes nor body soap in the shower. No ice available. Parking is scarce. But our room was clean and comfortable.

Very professional and enjoyable
- 2/5
One of the most decrepit hotels I’ve ever been in in my life. Go pay a little bit more at the Holiday Inn in downtown Brooklyn.
- 1/5
We couldn’t sleep because it was too many roaches the Doorlock it wasn’t working and the bathroom it was dirty
- 1/5
The place is fine honestly (if u good w ghetto hotels) but there are better options in the area run by nicer ppl.
- 4/5
Management a little stiff with being nice to customers that wanna stay thru a weekend… good paying… but would rather not uproot to not pay insane weekend price
- 2/5
It wasn’t good compared to the price
- 1/5
THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE I DID NOT EVEN STAY HERE. THE BED HAS CIGARETTE BURNT MARKS, THE WHITE SHEETS ARE LIKE YELLOW DISGUSTING. WE LEFT WITHIN 5 MINUTE OF CHECKIN
- 1/5
Bad, terrible, when we got there they said, our room it’s not ready yes, we booked the date exactly!
- 1/5
I’m sorry but don’t stay here unless absolutely necessary. IMO places like this should not even be listed on Expedia.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 2/5
Love the variety of foods in the area. 3rd floor hallway was very loud all hours, didnt sleep much. One night even had two adult men in fist fight in hallway making noise at 1:40AM.
- 1/5
5th floor room and the elevator was out. No notice of this when booking. Also a breakfast was promised but nowhere to be found
- 1/5
The bathroom was dirty there was mold growing around the shower. The elevator was not working. We were not allowed to use it although we are handicap and had no way reservations so we’re forced to stay in this dump. The towels were dingy. The linen had holes and stains. The floors were chopped up and also dirty.
- 1/5
There is an elevator here, but they have put tape on the door and said it is under repair, so customers are using the emergency exit. However, I saw that the employees are using the elevator. We followed them, avoided the tape, and used the elevator, and everything worked fine. This place prioritizes their own convenience over the customers', which is really unfair.
- 5/5
Na
- 2/5
There is no elevators ! We had to walk 6 flights of stairs !!!
- 2/5
Elevator was out of order and I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. They should have discounted the room since I was required to walk up to the third floor. Halls are very noisy cause all doors slam.
- 1/5
I asked for towels and they had stains on them.
- 1/5
Horrible experience. Dirty and no sheets.
- 2/5
Cleaner bathroom and rooms
- 1/5
Terrible! The room was run down and dirty. The sheets had blood on them and the walls had tomato sauce. My room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn’t working, but I didn’t mind using the stairs as I understand things like that happen. This place is like a cheap motel. I requested a full refund and the manager, Shiva was very understanding and accommodating and issued the refund immediately.
- 1/5
elevator broke so had to walk up 6 floors with luggage
- 2/5
The elevator was broken, the room smelled like cigarettes, current had white stains all over it, shampoo and shower gel was empty. Would not stay here again
- 1/5
The place was terrible uncomfortable mattress. No ice.. no cable . No channels pillos trash. Babckyard full if trash broken down bikes. It put me in the mind of a shelter. I would'nt recommend to any one.p

- 1/5
The staff we’re not accommodating at all
- 2/5
It felt very unsafe and I had issues with the door to my room opening.
- 5/5
Simple, clean and convenient
- 1/5
The place made us wait for an hour to just give us a room with dead roaches on the wall and they didn’t clean the toilet had hair everywhere a set it was the worst we left right after check in
- 2/5
The bathroom was the most clean, the walls in each are stained with something. beds are okay, some have gross stains on them others don’t, whole experience at this hotel was a 2/5, there are better places with the same price.
- 1/5
.
- 2/5
This property is like a sad college dorm. It’s all about the location.
- 2/5
I don't like the hotel altogether
- 1/5
It was just not a place for anyone to stay. I had no hot water at the sink. The side lights did not work. You could hear People having sex. Coughing slamming doors.. Trucks braking outside. The bed frame was dirty.. I reported these issues to the staff . Nothing was done. I stayed 5 nights but wanted to leave. My earplugs got me through..Very disappointing stay here.
- 1/5
I have never been to a place like this before sheets were stained . Room and hotel felt u safe whole place seemed shady .
- 3/5
Heavy smoke smell in common areas, though it was not present in the room. The bed was sagging. The room itself was clean. There was only one towel set. Staff was overall nice and helpful.
- 1/5
No wonder its a non-refundable booking. I'm not happy with this experience at all.
- 1/5
Major fighting were going on. Creamming and yelling. I think one of the clients were getting raped. , desk does not care about safety of clients. Never ever again
- 4/5
Pretty run down, sometimes overpriced but if you get a good rate it’s worth it
- 1/5
Didn’t like the stay at all sheets was dirty, pillows was dirty, tub was dirty, sink was broken, there was no washcloths only one towel, no cable, front desk number was out of service had to go downstairs and request more sheets and possible change of room and got denied. It was last minute so I had no option but to stay the night and when I requested extra time in the morning to get ready I was met with someone who barely spoke English and didn’t understand my request. I am extremely frustrated and never stay here again. Worst New York trip ever. I will be requesting to get a refund.
- 1/5
The room was infested with cockroaches and I was assured I’d be refunded after I had to leave the hotel after one night, yet they have charged my card and the manager won’t call back. The only employee you can reach doesn’t speak English
- 1/5
the door lock was broken can't lock the door and the bed kept making noise every time i turns to the other side
- 1/5
The worst experience of my entire life but they did refund a night after I had to leave because it was so terrible so they get one point for that
- 3/5
Needs upgrade and better parking space. Its small but it did its job
- 4/5
Thw room is not as attractive as I would like.
- 5/5
They are very good
