We were thrown out of the hotel without notice. They knew that the hotel was going to be closed and they did not inform us. We were lucky that we retuned the time we did. Our clothing where in the process of been removed from the room. We should be reimbursed for this in convince.

Hotel is closed. The hotel notified me that it will be closed “ for unforeseen circumstances “. Hotels.com has not refunded my payment as yet. As they cannot communicate with the hotel staff.

For the price, it was a good place to stay.

The property was okay. Just need some exterior & interior updating. Less than fifteen minutes to JFK.

Improve their cleanliness. It was dirty.

neighborhood older but clean, seems safe. Adequate free parking on street or in their lot. A good choice if you are on a budget!

And a very unpleasant musty smell from the carpets , the toilet was filthy , and the tub had a bunch of hairs on , in and around it .

pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable

I like that the property was near a gas station and places to get food. We chose this location because it was a good price and was near JFK airport. I didn't expect the room to be so small but I guess that's typical of a New York hotel room. All in all the room served its purpose.

I like that it’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to JFK. I was surprised and really didn’t like that they stopped having their complementary breakfast and their shuttle service to JFK. For these two reasons, I may choose accommodations elsewhere the next time that I overnight at the airport.

Now, don't look at the pictures, this is a dirty, unbelievably noisy and overwhelmingly scary place. The bath tub had a stain, there was not hot water, the toilet had a stain and the wrong cover, the sheets were dirty. I have pictures...

Nothing was unique except bugs and price for what they offer is high

Not much parking as they advertised. Room was clean, but had no extra pillows and blankets. Music was shaking the building until 2 in the morning. When we looked around afterwards, we had paid double through Expedia, as other third parties were cheaper.

I can’t honestly review the property because we never went. I am disappointed because I sent an email earlier in the day asking about changing the booking or getting a partial refund. I didn’t expect them to do that, however, I did expect them to send me a reply. They ignored my email and that is poor service.

Loved the proximity to JFK, the free parking, the 24- hour market around the corner, the friendly staff, the spacious room with fridge and microwave.

Hotel was clean, smart and nice. Room was a good size with large bed. 15 mins walk to subway station, then 35 mins into Brooklyn/Manhattan. Arear was fine, residential, just off a main road. Would recommend if you need somewhere near the airport. If you're looking for a base for visiting NYC tourist spots then stay closer in.

It went well

The place is convient and has easy transportation. The only problem is the aroma inside the hotel. It smells like cigarettes and wet carpets. It is very hard if you have allergies. The lighting in the hotel room is not enough. Fridge and microwave is there. Make sure to bring slippers.

I enjoyed my stay, staff was helpful. Floors were VERY dirty.doesnt take much to swiffer the floors or something. Bathroom could of been a little cleaner. I would stsy again but cleaning standards need to go up a tiny bit. Short people: good luck reaching shower head lol pillows were to die for and bed was comfy. A/c was perfect.subway 10 min walk away bus at door. 1 train to downtown Manhattan. Good place if ur on a budget.

By far this place is the worst hotel I have ever stay in. Horrible customer service, room was filthy and had a strong smoke smell. The entire hotel was supposed to be “smoke-free”. Bathroom sink faucet was broken, bathtub faucet was broken as well. We had a room with a King size bed and a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed the mattress was yellow and had at least three huge brown stains. Totally unacceptable. We also found some mold in the bathtub. The keys to our room stopped working the second day so since they couldn’t fix it we had to go all the way to the front desk to have our room unlocked everytime we would want to get in. Horrible experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Half-decent rooms for a stay close to the airport. We got there late at night and left early in the morning so nothing too problematic but the rooms could be cleaner and quieter.

The hotel doesn't offer anything

The floors were very dirty and the bathroom sink and counter I had to clean myself. We were in the area for the wake of my sister . Bed was comfortable and having the refrigerator was a plus

Room was passable. Bed was hard. When we could not get the fan to work in our room we called for help. The front desk person came upstairs and helped us but tried to tell us what temperature to put it on. We were HOT! We wanted to cool the room down by turning the fan or AC on for a bit. The AC sounded like it was taking flight and it was blowing out hot air. The heat was worse! It blew out sweltering air. The room was clean though and quite large, so very few complaints there! We just were warm and it left a bitter taste in our mouths being told that "78 was the most comfortable temperature." Not for us.... The front desk clerk also pushed a little deli on us and we were not interested in Deli food. We wanted something we couldn't normally eat back home. The pushiness to us was a real turn off. Again, the room wasn't bad, just the staff left a lot to be desired. Overall a good place to lay your head for a quick trip.

No bad, is a convenience place
- 2/5
The staff very nice but the first room I had the tv wasn’t working the next room you could tell they did some plastering the curtains old and dirty I would stay again
- 3/5
It seems to be a safe place but it's in the middle of a noisy, busy and not very pretty area right on a major roadway. The room was spotless, but very spare: tile floor, minimal furniture (not even a chair), but the bathroom was very nice. There's a lot of coming an going even in the middle of the night, so there is some noise. It was acceptable lodging for the price.
