Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests praising the friendly staff, convenient location, and cleanliness, but also expressing concerns about outdated facilities, noise, and safety. Some guests found the rooms spacious and comfortable, while others felt they were small and lacking amenities.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Outdated facilities and furnishings
- Noise and safety concerns

The up side is they let us check in extremely early. Once we got into the bathroom after a 6 hr flight. To see dead bugs (or so we thought) in the corner. It was a HUGE roach at least 3 inches big. At the end of the day we only really slept in the room. You can’t beat this location. So the dusty and old isn’t too problematic. I will be bringing my own sheets and blankets along with towels they are child size.
- 5/5
Some things in the building could use updating, but for the unbeatable price, this spot is definitely worth it.
- 2/5
This place was probably clean but didn't *feela
- 5/5
Great location and easy to get around. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Only real issue is they only had one key per room so if you have multiple people staying in a room, you’d have to have one of the staff let you in. Very large room if you get the suite And it’s great having a full kitchen if you’re staying for multiple days.
- 5/5
Cute place with personality. Loved showers pillows and bed was comfy. Only downside is I couldn’t use my charger - I brought a bigger block and the outlets were so loose it was too heavy to stay in (tried multiple outlets). But overall loved location and the place and staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent location for exploring the Manhattan/Brooklyn area, friendly staff, and the price was great for the space of the room. Would come back if we are ever in the area.
- 4/5
Was nice to have a full kitchen right next to the room. The only draw back was sharing it with the other room.
- 4/5
The location is fantastic and was by far the biggest advantage of this property. We never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The building and the units are dated, but everything was generally clean. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and room service daily, which we appreciated. The kitchen is fairly basic and not particularly well equipped, but it was perfectly adequate for simple meals and snacks, such as making pizza for the kids in the evening. The sleeper sofa is suitable for children, but it is quite small and would not comfortably accommodate two adults. We would definitely stay here again, primarily because of the excellent location and the size of the unit rather than the apartment's appearance or amenities. A couple of things to be aware of: despite what is advertised, there was no airport shuttle service available during our stay. Also, the convenience store is located around the corner rather than inside the hotel itself.
- 5/5
Budget suites as advertised. Some units have shared bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was rather old but very cost effective and in a trendy area.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
This is the only place I stay when I visit NYC. Gabe and staff are the best. I love everything about this place.
- 5/5
Close to prince and spring st. Chinatown was a short walk and subway accessible.
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 4/5
This is an ok place if other options are not within your budget. My suite was very outdated, but still functional and clean.
- 5/5
The guys running the front office were so kind and so helpful! The hotel location was convenient and the inside felt safe.
- 5/5
Loved this place! The staff was really friendly, the suite I rented was the perfect size
- 4/5
Staff all courteous and helpful. Nothing fancy but certainly meets all reasonable needs.

- 5/5
Great location, like having your own apartment in NYC, TV and appliances could use an upgrade for the price paid, but a cool area to stay.
- 5/5
For me my three nights here were time and money well spent. Superb customer service in the environs
- 5/5
The only thing that was missing was coffee provisions. I think this is meant for a longer stay, but would have been a nice touch.

- 4/5
Friendly staff. Easy check in. Large room. Expensive
- 5/5
The room was adorable! Surpassed our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
This property was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. There was a lift. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and always available. We could leave our luggage on the final day. The location was excellent. It felt very safe and was close to subways. I can't fault it.

- 5/5
The front desk staff was extremely helpful in almost every aspect of the stay and the city.
- 4/5
The place should be updated a little bit but it’s clean. Also some rooms don’t have their own bathroom (or kitchen) so you’d have to share it with the room next to you which I wasn’t crazy about, other than that I liked the hotel
- 5/5
Great location and room space. i would stay here next time!
- 4/5
Nice staff, shabby hotel
- 4/5
Ok place
- 4/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location, huge suite for the area. Older amenities, but you can’t beat the location. Next to a large park. Great for families.
- 4/5
Great location and spacious room.
- 3/5
The bed was not as advertised. We were promised a queen or two twin beds. We got a small full size mattress. The property is very dated. No couch, just a futon which was so low to the ground it was very difficult to get up from. The phones in the room didn’t work so thankfully we didn’t have an emergency. There was one small tv in the living area that didn’t work. The staff came up and finally got a few channels on it. No TV in the bedroom. There was a window a/c unit in the bedroom and a portable a/c in the living area. They worked but their remotes didn’t always work. It was easy to get an Uber or Lyft. The next time I’m in NYC I will spend a little more if needed to get a nicer hotel with more amenities.
- 5/5
I wasn't sure what to expect since the hotel was priced on the budget friendly side considering New York prices . I was very pleasantly surprised the room was big really a one BR apartment . clean and the staff were very nice. My only complaint is that the neighbors next to me were Extremely loud pounding on theire door and yelling but you cant control things like that . The best thing was the location I like the Soho area and this is smack dab in the middle of everything . Was sad I was only there for one night . Would definately recomendf
- 5/5
Great option when you need a kitchen when staying in NYC. It was clean and all the people on staff were very pleasant. Also the area is fun and lively. I highly recommend
- 5/5
Basic set of amenities to make your own food if desired.
- 4/5
Gabe the front desk guy was such a helpful and sweet guy! He welcomed my brother and I and even put us in a separate room so we can stay alone even though it was economy!
- 5/5
The owner/staff were extremely pleasant and kind. Perfect location!

Staff fantastic Internet below reasonable standard for work. property needs a make over.
- 5/5
Roomy, compared to most Manhattan spots. Staff was very nice. It is a wonderfully walkable, vibrant neighborhood.
- 4/5
A great place to stay, with a basic, slightly old fashioned but clean and functional kitchen. The rooms were nice, and fairly spacious. It's within 10 mins walk of many subway stations, providing easy access to most areas of the city.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
The staff was charming, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The room was big (for a NY hotel room). It was clearly an old apartment that had been turned into a hotel room. While it was clean, it was rather run down. This was not unexpected for the cost and it suited our needs fine. Everything worked (except the windows were very difficult to open...required 2 strong and agile adults) and we wanted for nothing.
- 1/5
Absolutely nothing good to say about this place, nasty, broken, staff was awful, the bathroom, please consider a Holiday Inn or something
- 5/5
What a GEM!! Easiest, most convenient stay of my life. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Nice space with pleated furniture and kitchen appliances
- 5/5
We loved that we could fit our family of 5 in one suite for a reasonable price. We felt very comfortable.

The property was as shown in the pictures. Beautiful hotel with the New York feel to it! We were welcomed with a radiant smile and wholesome hospitality. We loved the fresh towels every day. They took care of us.

Our previous hotel had a room leak and could no longer accommodate us and I found this hotel. They let us check in before 10am, which was so helpful, and they let us leave our luggage after check-out because of a later flight. Truly grateful for their hospitality. Overall the hotel was great, it's in a great location. There was construction going on right outside but noise was tolerable. Would stay here again!

- 4/5
It had everything we needed for 1 night
- 3/5
You have to share a bathroom and kitchen…. It’s dorm style living! Staff won’t tell you till you arrive and try to scam you into more money. Do Not book hotel if you like your own privacy or a spacious room you will be disappointed. It’s very retro vintage as well
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Great front desk staff!
- 4/5
Great location! A bit old school but it has a kitchen! Also its in a busy area so be ready to sleep with ear plugs or a pillow over your head.
- 4/5
Let me preface this by saying I traveled with two teens who wanted the nyc apartment experience and they loved it. Me as an experience traveler found it to be a love hate story. Former apartments converted to hotel. Kitchen and bath definitely need work. Very worn. Bathroom is was boarder line dirty with bath mat in shower likely not changed. Was in a great location two blocks from the F train and Gabe the hotel manager/owner was fantastic, kid and funny. I would have preferred a more updated place that was less worn and bathroom that looked cleaner (it’s just old) but all in all the kids loved it so it was a win.
- 5/5
I made this reservation because I had an event to go to down a few blocks. I was a little skeptical due to other reviews but I am glad that I took that chance. We checked in a little late in the night but the front desk guy was so nice & gave us an amazing room that felt like home. It was a little out dated but the cleanliness was really shocking. The place smelled good and the sheets were clean. We loved staying there & will be back for sure!

This is in a perfect location. The staff is perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in wonderful location. Be careful when booking the two bed suites as they told me upon check in that the only had one beds available.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff courteous. It was a good location, next to a few subway stations and it was easy to navigate and find good restaurants nearby. The room was insanely hot - the heat was cranked because it was snowy outside, but it made for poor sleeping conditions. Only once we asked them to turn down the heat was it manageable. The hotel is right beside a bar and we stayed over a weekend - it was very loud and hard to sleep. As well it was easy to hear movement through the very thin walls - we could hear our upstairs/downstairs neighbors. The hotel only provided shampoo and no conditioner which wasn't great.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room. The entire place was quiet and kept.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
The staff were always really friendly, when we left or came back we always got a hello. They were also very helpful when we said our room was too cold, offered us a space heater which made a great difference. The cleaning staff also gave us fresh towels and cleaned up any rubbish everyday. Which was nice as I wasn’t aware they offered that. All the amenities were in working condition. And the room itself was pretty clean. I got a lot of space for what I paid for, especially being in New York City, so that was really nice.
- 5/5
Me encanto lo servicial que son y el cuarto muy limpio, lo único que me hubiera gustado es que tuviera calefacción ya que fui en invierno y la temperatura estaba a -3 y no había calefacción, pero la estadía y el trato fue 100
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, very clean, safe and convenient location

This place is perfect for your stay in NYC. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The suites are big so you are not on top of each other when you are getting ready for the day.

It felt like living in a studio apartment up near Chinatown. Can’t get any more New York than that. I unfortunately did not partake, but you can tell there’s a lot of nightlife in the area, especially during the weekend. At least three bars downstairs had lines out the door on Saturday. Great if you want to save a few bucks, and get a room with a fridge/microwave, those are very important if you want to bring leftovers back with you to the room.
- 5/5
Property is an older building. Super clean, close proximity to subway and Little Italy and China town around the block. Quite a few places to eat and small grocery stores around the corner. Housekeeping did a great job. Front desk staff were wonderful! I dropped my necklace the last day we were there and didn’t realize til we were home in Texas that it was missing. Housekeeping had found it and turned it in. It was kept safe with the front desk and I send a fed ex envelope and they returned it to me. The necklace was a Mother’s Day gift so very sentimental to me and I am forever grateful for everyone who helped get it back to me! My stay was December 10-14. We would most definitely stay again.

- 5/5
We didn't use the kitchen or A/C.
- 5/5
Inexpensive, clean, great location/staff, and SPACIOUS suites. I had a great time
- 5/5
Room decor is dated, but the place is clean, it has a kitchen if you don’t want to eat out or want to have bits in and the staff is friendly for New York standards…the area is very lively and cool…full of bars, restaurants and cool little shops.
- 4/5
The tv picture wasn’t the best quality due to the cable running around the bottom of the wall and out the window
- 3/5
Updates are needed to the bathrooms and outlets for sure. Otherwise our stay was adequate.
- 5/5
That you couldn’t control the thermostat. It was a little too hot in the room
- 5/5
The room was spotless, the owner and staff were so nice and accommodating! If i could give 10 stars i would! The area was safe as well!
- 4/5
Good value; spacious; nice location
- 5/5
The room itself was surprisingly spacious for Manhattan, which was a nice bonus. Having a small kitchenette was really handy during our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet enough at night for us to get good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The hotel isn’t luxury, and some areas are a little dated, but everything was clean and functional, which is what mattered most to us. Housekeeping did a good job, and we appreciated coming back to a tidy room after long days out. Overall, a comfortable stay in an excellent location—great value for the price, and we would stay again.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and tidy. Was able to leave cases in hotel as we had a late flight and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend,
- 5/5
The staff is amazing! Gabe and Willy were friendly and greeted us with a smile every day and night. It was nice knowing they were there if we needed anything. You are close to amazing restaurants and easy access to multiple subways. This is a pre-war building so don’t expect four star but I appreciated the large apartment, kitchen, living room space, bedroom, strong water pressure and huge windows. My old NYC apartment was much smaller than the suite we stayed in. Great stay overall!!
- 5/5
Plenty of space for 3 people. Large bathroom. Super friendly staff!
- 5/5
This was exactly what we needed. One night, great value and Gabe at the front desk is amazing!

I really really really enjoyed my stay. Convenient and relaxing. Kitchen wow
- 5/5
The front desk was super friendly and accommodating!!
- 2/5
The property is very run down and out dated.
- 1/5
!!!
- 5/5
Very nice management, truly feels like New York inside.
- 1/5
the "suite" was two bedrooms rented by different people sharing a bathroom. That is not a hotel room and this was not obvious when I checked the site and booked.
- 4/5
The room was good and I loveeeeeed the staff they were very family orientated and welcoming. I stayed in the shared room and it was a small room and had creaky floors but other than that it was good.
- 5/5
The size was perfect for a family of 5. The staff was great, this was our 2nd stay.
- 4/5
Friendly convenient place. Could use some minor upgrades like real black out curtains and better TV mounts that tilt. Plenty of dining and nightlife nearby but does quiet down appropriately after midnight.
- 3.5/5
Good location with easy access to several subway lines (including the J from JFK airport), and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (particularly recommend Spaghetti Incident for superb pasta at a reasonable price). Close to Chinatown and Little Italy. There is someone on reception 24/7, which is helpful - staff were friendly, and we were able to leave our luggage securely on the day we left as our flight wasn't until the evening. Although the decor and equipment in the apartment are dated, it was clean, and towels were changed every day. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and there was enough room for the 4 of us. The decor of the apartment is very dated, and the doors don't fit properly. There are lots of cupboards in the kitchen (again with lopsided doors) but very little in the cupboards - there was the bare minimum for 4 people of cups, glasses, plates etc. The fridge is very noisy, which was particularly noticeable at night, and when we looked to unplug it overnight, the wiring on the plug was bare and dangerous. We didn't do any cooking, but it seemed odd that there was a notice up effectively saying not to cook as this would set off the fire alarm. We arrived following a torrential rainstorm, and the corridor outside was soaked from water having come through the roof, although our apartment was dry. This may just be a reflection of NYC hotel prices, particularly on the marathon weekend, but $500 a night is not good value for money for an apartment a little bit away from the main tourist areas.
- 5/5
From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything you need including dish soap. The bathroom was nice, fabulous water pressure and had all the little extra amenities. I love this place. It’s on the lower East side in a pretty cool area. It will definitely be my go to in NYC.
- 3/5
Eashwoom
- 5/5
Large room and living space ! Did not expect the size knowing NYC.
- 4/5
It was an overnight stay so I did not use the kitchen. The hotel is a bit outdated but location is great! It’s walking distance to many good spots. Gabe was very nice & very accommodating. I found street parking a block away so it was a win all around for me.
- 0.5/5
That i got my $1000+ back. -1)The leaking roof, sending a flood throughout the hotel. -2)The staff did not readily have a backup plan/sister hotel to send their guests in an emergency. -3)Managment dragging their feet on refund. -4)Managments treatment of international guests on refund on the guests' day of stay. -5)Kinda suspicious that Hotel COULD NOT process my stay in one charge... $1046+. Was it because stealing/not refunding over $1000 is a felony in NYState??(I got my $ back)
- 5/5
Quiet, great staff, wonderful area, spacious
- 5/5
More than satisfied . Friendly and efficient personnel /receptionist .
- 4/5
Great location. Room m was basic but clean and did the job. We shared the bathroom with one other room and we never saw the person
- 3/5
Our flight into NY was early and we were allowed to check-in to the room early. Greatly appreciated! We had a room on the 3rd fl w/shared bathroom and kitchen with another room. The clerk told us he would try not book the other room if he could. It was not booked. Greatly appreciated! Wasn't too crazy about the neighbor, felt a little sketchy. There was a bar next door and if not for the A/C unit in our room the noise would have been awful. (The A/C in our room was a portable unit) Room was small, very minimal but you're in NY - Get out of the room.
- 5/5
Close to everything in Krakow. Perfect home base for outings, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The only limitations was with parking. Fortunately, we lucked out and found a great parking spot every night, but that could have easily been a challenge on any given day. Thank you for the incredible stay!
- 5/5
Great location, accommodation quite basic but spacious and served well for what we needed. I would have appreciated some coffee/tea in the room, as no breakfast options were available.
- 4/5
The room was very spacious. Beds were ok, although my pillows were flat & hard which made it a little hard to sleep. I would have VERY much appreciated a bit of coffee in the kitchen. Or even the option to purchase some kind of kit with coffee and milk. Overall though it was a nice stay for a good price.
- 4/5
The Orchard street area is so vibrant, it was a pleasure to stay so close.
- 2/5
Don’t stay here. Honestly, we didn’t even spend the night and went home. The “suite” had a futon as the couch. There was a floor air conditioner. It was overall really gross.
- 2/5
Run down, dated, hard beds, and very noisy.
- 5/5
Great location! Big room very comfortable. Excellent service
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly kind. Location was great. We got a bigger room than we expected. It was the biggest room I have ever had in NYC before. The only thing I will say is that the building is very old, so there's only 1 outlet in the room and the outlet didn't work. The plug fell out and wouldn't stay in place. We loved everything else though!
- 5/5
Will definitely be staying again, The space is worth the money and in a very convenient location.
- 5/5
Great staff. Convenient. Nice to have a kitchen. Internet was spotty.
- 4/5
We took a cab here.
- 4/5
Very close to my work, easy to walk. Tasty places to eat nearby
- 5/5
Great location to little Italy for dining. Big space for a family.
- 5/5
Easy accessible. Friendly staffs.
- 5/5
The location is not would have been my personal preference, but it was easy to get used to as so many people of all ages walked up and down the street. I would stay at this location again. The staff was very friendly and held unto my luggage as I had a late evening flight.
- 4/5
Usually this is my favorite property. But our bathroom toilet was covered in urine when we arrived. Outside of that, the only thing I feel that needs to be fixed is the tvs in the room. They get almost no channels. And they’re so small you can barely see them. Which is unfortunate when you’re in the room at night.
- 3/5
The room was generally clean and reasonably comfortable, except for the noisy window AC, small beds and lack of counter space and towel racks in the bathroom. The location was very convenient to lots of restaurants and some shopping.
- 4/5
Nice, affordable older property near little Italy and Chinatown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices short walk away. Parking, of course, is an issue anywhere in NYC, but we found a parking garage ,2 miles away. Don't miss the cool grafflitti across the street in Freeman alley. Nice little park across the street also. Try Lombardi's for great Italian food! Hop on/off bus tour is great from upper level
- 1/5
didnt realize it as a shared space bathroom and ect. just double check it
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and enjoyed the room. Quiet and safe area. Will stay again. Thank you!
- 4/5
Our stay was really good! The only inconvenient that we have was that the air conditioner in our room stopped working
- 5/5
This is the only place I stay when I visit New York.
- 5/5
The staff is amazing! Kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and I would have loved to stay longer because it has everything you need to make it a home base. I love that it has historic apartment unit charm, nothing fancy, but very comfortable and we enjoyed everything about our stay here. Whole Foods is an easy walk around the corner and we loved the area for easy access to the subway and restaurants. I adored every staff member I interacted with, they made our stay very pleasant & memorable. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in the city!
- 5/5
Stay for a night to expore nyc and night event
- 4/5
Friendly Manager & staff.
- 5/5
Right in the heart of Soho, streetart, clubs, nice shops and Coffee shops, very nice and helpful staff, not the most quiet place :-)
- 5/5
The front desk agent was kind and accommodating. Lovely hotel and very convenient for my needs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
- 1/5
The beds were twin and not comfortable There’s was no continental breakfast as well as no parking had to go five blocks down to pay for parking which cost me extra
- 5/5
Great value in a prime Manhattan location! Spacious suite with kitchen, friendly staff, and easy access to subways and great restaurants. Perfect for exploring NYC without breaking the bank.
- 1/5
No A/C and dirty. Pictures don’t show how the rooms really look.
- 5/5
Off soho is my favorite place to stay. Gabe and the staff are awesome!
- 3/5
This place has a great location near Chinatown. The staff was very cout
- 5/5
Loved this place 100% staying here Everytime.
- 4/5
For the price you get what you pay for however that said I was satisfied with the suite I got. the staff were very courteous & professional
- 4/5
All of the front desk were great.
- 4/5
Great value, excellent location. Apartment like rooms that make you feel at home. Rooms are slightly dated and older but still excellent overall!
- 5/5
It was clean and a great location.
- 4/5
Easy location. Simple but everything necessary
- 5/5
:)
- 4/5
Not bad.
- 5/5
Liked the kitchen.
- 4/5
Great location. Within a few minute walk of multiple subway lines. Friendly and attentive staff. Spacious bedroom and full kitchen for a really reasonable price.
- 5/5
Awesome would stay again
- 5/5
There was plenty of space in our suite, especially for a location in NYC. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, the suite was clean and featured a full kitchen and a full bathroom as well as a living room and separate bedroom area. The price point was much lower than other accommodations and a lot more spacious. The location was also second to none. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
We were just in the city for 2 days and needed something affordable. If you’re looking for pristine, probably not the place. It’s a bit older. The front desk and the entire staff we ran into was so pleasant and welcoming. When we go back to the city, my kids and I will definitely be staying at soho again.

Very nice , accommodating workers . Great location . We NEVER heard any other guest or street noise , quiet and felt very safe
- 3/5
Anyway, it is okay, just go in with low expectations
- 5/5
Perfect for friends

This is a great deal for the price. It's not the Four Seasons, but the rooms are very large by New York standards, it's clean enough, and the shower pressure will rip your skin off (in a good way). You can hear everybody else in the building. The towels are practically see-through.
- 5/5
Older building but nice location and the staff were fantastic

I took my daughter and her best friend to NYC to see a concert and celebrate their high school graduation. This propert was perfectly located, clean and within walking distance of any restaurant we could ever walt. Highly recommend staying at Off SoHo.

great area, very homey

The hotel is in a great location, the suite had a fridge which was great for all the food leftovers. The hotel has not been updated in a while, if that doesn't bother you than I can't recommend this place more. I've stayed here a few times and would again! The price point for what you get is unmatched!
- 5/5
Would stay here again for sure!

Ok good hotel for a few days. One thing i dont like about my room was the Ac . My room AC was too loud. They dont have central AC system. They have this wall AC nd some portable Ac. Thats why i give the. 4 star. The stuff are very friendly you can check in or check out any time . I like it.

A budget apartment hotel in a terrific area, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Gabe is a warm, professional and hospitable host. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, especially by Nee York standards. Cleaners are friendly and hard working. The area is safe, but hopping. Loads of options for dining and nightlife. Multiple subway options are nearby. Gabe was available with any recommendations we needed. It feels like we have a New York apartment (a girl can dream!). We’ll be back!

I will stay here every time. Hotel owners are amazing. Very welcoming. This is my second stay, and this will be my first choice over the previous five star hotels I’ve stayed in. My son loved it too! Highly recommend.

Great price, lovely staff, huge room—I even thought it used to be an apartment: full kitchen, living room, large bathroom, and bedroom.
- 4/5
Amazing location. Shower in our room was less than ideal. Would definitely stay there again for the location and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Great for families! Huge rooms

Le personnel est tres acceuillant et toujours disponible. La suite est spacieuse pour 4, un grand lit et un canape convertible tout aussi grand.. Menage fait tous les jours.. Rapport qualité prix au top..

I loved my stay. I had access to the shopping district. Brooklyn is right o er the bridge. This is my 2nd stay and whenever I go back to NY I will be staying again. Thanks for the hospitality I truly felt at home.

It has a home feeling.

A true hidden gem.
- 4/5
When first arriving the area seemed sketchy. The hotel is showing some age, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. Stayed in one of the shared rooms. The bedroom consisted of two twin beds in a small room. Next stay I will try a regular room. Overall good place to stay
- 5/5
This hotel was conveniently located and only a 30 minute walk to NYU.
- 5/5
5 stars staff!!!
- 4/5
Good location, over all clean condition with minimal amenities. Our unit also has a kitchen. If you travel as a family, this will be very helpful. The only down side is the noise from the street. People were making a lot of noise, talking loud around mid night.
- 5/5
Prefect stay - highly recommend.
- 4/5
It was all right, not great

Affordable option, clean and safe. Easy to walk anywhere or subway station.
- 5/5
Older property but spacious, friendly and helpful staff. Very walkable and within easy reach of 3 subway stops. Limited plugins (bring a power bar). Lots of restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Place was nice had the train 5 mins walking distance to get everywhere we had plan to visit, but what I like the most is that while we where leaving they asked, what time is your flight, to see if we wanted to leave our bags there and we where able to keeping enjoying New York
- 4/5
Seemed clean. Towels were a bit rough but ok. Overall satisfied and surprised by size of place (my ‘room’ was more like a 1 bedroom apartment. A but dated but things worked fine.

We will be back!!!

Large room with kitchen and sofa bed. Interior is old. No in-room temperature control resulting in warm room. We got to open the windows to cool the pkace. Service can be better
- 4/5
The front desk were very accommodating, I was not aware of a shared bathroom- the front desk worked with us to avoid sharing .

Great accommodation, very conveniently located
- 4/5
Location was good. Staff was excellent! Parking options poor.
- 5/5
A great place and organized!
- 2/5
Made a reservation for the low price then discovered the shared bathroom trick. Should have gone elsewhere as I ended up paying much more to get a private bathroom
- 5/5
Had a great stay! Close to bars and restaurants! The staff are super nice. I would stay here again.

Small room but everything clean
