As always the room was great. Great location. But this time the restaurant was closed for breakfast and closed at 4pm on our arrival day. So plan needed to change. Why I don’t know. But what a bummer. We looked forward to eating there.

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter. The air conditioning broke down 2 of the 3 nights. When I told the check-out staff it had not worked (again) on the last night they did not even apologize! Unbelievable. The white headboards of the beds are so worn out that you can picture the heads of 1000 previous customers laying on it. Complete lack of interest in the customer, especially by the check-in/out staff.

I had a pleasant stay. I was given a room when I arrived a bit early and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. The room on the 15th floor was clean, and quiet . The bed was super comfortable. I also enjoyed the 12:00 check out! I hope to stay there again!

Rooms are small, even the upgraded ones—even by NYC standards. Have to request a mini fridge. Super close to Little Italy. Loved our stay!

Great location and price.
- 4/5
The location is great for us. Renovations were gong on but not a nuisance. I had to ask twice for the described refillable water bottles. There is no bar soap, so if that is your preferred, it is best to bring your own. You do not get wash cloths so you have to ask for them more than once if you have daily housekeeping. We have never received an upgrade being Hotels.com users and have stayed there frequently. I think they ignore this. Other hotels have upgraded us even on the first stay in New York.

Had an horrible experience contacting this hotel, booked with Expedia and they also took 2 days to return an email. I was hoping to cancel our stay before arriving due to financial unexpected expenses but never heard from the hotel until 4 days after the days I was going to stay there only to be declined with no communication or understanding what so ever. Please do better

When in New York, I spend most of my day outside, so spending a little less on a hotel room makes sense for me. On check in, the staff was nice and provided us with a complimentary upgrade because of a special occasion. Upon entering the suite, I shuddered to think what our original room would have looked like. The room was dated, there were holes in the sofas and the mini fridge had been removed. The carpets looked scary. But the bed was clean and comfortable, and that was good for me. The shower had good pressure, but the handheld only faced upright, spraying water at the glass (which leaked) and through the bathroom. When standing in the shower and using the handheld, you had no water on you while you soaped. At turndown, we were not replenished waters. When we called front desk, they advised that they only provide water on your first entry into the room and from there on you are supposed to keep the bottles and refill them yourselves at the gym. I don’t think this was meant to be environmentally friendly and no one actually advised us of this at check-in. They also didn’t tell us that complementary black coffee would be provided at the front desk area and so on day one I had to go all the way down to the café only for them to send me somewhere else. The main floors lobby vs second floor front desk was an inconvenience. Overall, I got an inexpensive room in the city and a comfortable bed, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic location, Fantastic view, great room size, and the friendliest hotel staff I have encountered in the USA. Katie stood out as just an exceptionally friendly & warm host on my arrival, and every encounter with her was warm and welcoming. I travel alot, leaving my kids at home in Ireland, so I don't particularly enjoy hotels anymore, but she really made my stay very pleasant and actually memorable for her kindness. The concierge staff were also exceptionally kind and helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit in a couple of months - excellent hotel (because of their staff!).

What a location! It’s right in the middle of everything in soho. Rooms are tight. But they are very well kept. I was on 16th floor. Views were good at nighttime. All and all I had a great weekend shopping and eating in the best stores in NYC. I would come back here without hesitation.

The location is fantastic, very accesible and close to good shopping, eating and other ammenities the city has to offer. The staff is attentive, polite and very friendly. Room cleanliness is of the highest level. The room we reserved had accustic problems, we could hear our neighbor from the adjacent room as if he was right next to us, after complaining we got a much better room on a higher floor which was great but the hotel has to address this accustic issue. The rooms are generally comfortable and well maintained but lack some accessories such as minibar and coffee machine.

Great location and the hotel itself is ok. The service feels quite basic and definitely not at a 4 or 5-star level. One important thing: carefully review your bill at check-out. Both in our room and in our friends’ room, we were charged for significant consumptions that were not ours. Two different invoices, on two different days, with the exact same type of mistake and for large amounts. Very strange. Guests should pay close attention, because this should not be able to happen in a hotel like this.

well first of all the view that i expected from the pictures on booking, was not the same, my room faced another buiilding, washroom super small i find that putting the sink inside the room is a little tacky, not alligned with the boutique hotel parisien that the they are aiming for. now im a frequent traveller , for business andd leisure, althought i did pay a non refundable fair, but usually refined hotels care more about the customer experience, anyways i didnt make it the first night i checked out the second day so when i asked ifsomething can be done, she said NO, at least a partial refund, a hotel credit, anyways i paid the equivalent of a night in a junior suite at the ritz carlton in a cute boutique hotel in the SOHO (oh wow) amyways at our check out we booked a car to take us to the airport, then me and my colleague went to shop quickly, so for the driver to pick me up from 2.2 km away 30 USD more, and taxes and tip .. not swiping my card again for sure Customer service in all it aspects

We were very pleased with our stay at NoMo Soho. The property had unique Soho vibes and was very beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our corner room had stunning views of the city, especially the night views. We would stay there again!

The hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant and rooms were very pretty but the rooms seemed a little worn and there was very little space to put anything in the Deluxe King. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful although I had to go back down at checkout to ask about the food / beverage credit after I was told it would automatically be applied when I charged the restaurant check to the room. I would stay here again as I liked the hotel overall and the location was in a nice part of SoHo.

This hotel was purchased out of chapter 11 bankruptcy in February 2026 and it looks like it. Mold was present in our shower and floorboards and the headboard was worn. On the plus side, found staff to be nice and accommodating, walkable SoHo location and there is a generous noon checkout time. However, I would not consider this hotel until after the new owners can get in and provide renovations, assuming they will make the investment. The previous

Great location and easy enough to find. There is beautiful aroma as you come into reception on the first floor. Staff are helpful. Our room was wow and the view was outstanding! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, to make it even better it would of been great to have had a kettle in our room. We managed with the drinks provided near reception but they are from 7am my body clock was in need before some mornings.

Most front desk staff was super nice. I was told that I get 2 bottled water a day. There was one particular staff (guy), told me that , that's not the case, I'm not suppose to get water everyday. My friends stayed at this hotel too, none of them got any.

This hotel used to be the Mondrian and now it is a very low cost hotel at the same prices of the Mondrian. The coffee downstairs is $8 for a machine version, there is no breakfast available on weekends only brunch starting at 9am. The number 1 attraction for this hotel are the views. These are spectacular. We had a panoramic view of midtown. Also the location is fantastic, in a quiet street in SOHO close to different subway lines. Because of the above points, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were certainly a few points where the hotel fell short. We booked a room with a balcony, but found this locked on day 3 of our week stay. Frustratingly, no-one was able to give us an explanation. The hotel did gave us a small refund, but still communication fell short and whatever the problem was, it should have been dealt with more quickly. Likewise, no matter how often we asked, we were unable to get caffeinated coffee in the room.

NoMo SoHo is a lovely boutique hotel situated in the heart of SoHo in Manhattan. The property has quiet, clean rooms. Its central location provides easy access to the subway as well as a number of amazing restaurants, shopping, and museums and galleries. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful and the restaurant staff were very kind. The hotel staff were very responsive and allowed us to have early check-in as well as providing assistance with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly, check in was incredibly easy and the ladies at the front desk were so kind. When we got to the room, there was hair all over the bathroom wall. Bizarre and not the friendliest welcome. I also wanted to grab coffee in the morning and noticed the coffee bar was not open. That made me sad, but there were plenty of places in the area that I was able to grab coffee from so that helped. All in all… I would say 4/5! Thank you!

Great hotel in a perfect location. We have stayed here five times and love it. Staff is very helpful and rooms are nice.

They offer coffee in the mornings near the lobby. The label on the coffee jugs was literally mispelled. The set up was a bit careless and gas station like. Much inferior to the Fairlfield Inn, who offers flavored creamer…in the end, it’s a gorgeous property, nice staff, but felt like zero pride and ownership. Everything seemed a bit not cared for. Baseboards on beds were peeling, towel racks were cheap, and like I said, the “cofee” situation was sad. Don’t let this hotel go. The vibes are there! The location is great. Love on it, and people will love you back!

Property overall was good. Location was the best part. Staff was helpful and hotel was nice, just needs some updating. While clean, there was a lot of things like the peeling headboard, and crack trim in the shower that really could be fixed and would go a long way.

location Reflection to us on Booking.com business relations with the hotel seems not ok. Ladies at reception are not helpfull just because of we are coming from Booking.com. This is feeling supported by their responses when we request simple requests etc. Even we inform them about my partner's checkin before me (I arrived NYC 2 hours after her), officially got conformation email from hotel through your platform, they created difficulty for her and insist not to accept her even she showed our emailing etc.

My first time there would be the last time. The staff at the front desk and restaurant was amazing. But my room was not clean well, the bed head was flacking and the toilet seat was crack. The view was excellent, but premium room is not worth the money. Overall i wasn't very satisfied.

Hotel was in a good neighborhood but it was over priced for what it was. But that’s to be expected in NYC. The reservation said we would get a $36 food and beverage credit but no one offered it or seemed to know anything about it.
- 4/5
Staff amazing. Room a bit banged up. Cigarette burns in couch and love seat.
- 4/5
Wonderful views of the city. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room.
- 3/5
Check-in was nearly two hours late. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 PM despite a 4:00 PM check-in. We had an event that night and were left scrambling. They offered a $100 credit, but it didn’t make up for the inconvenience. The layout is confusing from the start. The front desk isn’t clearly located, and the overall experience feels disorganized. While the hotel looks stylish online, in reality it feels worn and poorly maintained. Elevator buttons were missing, and in our king suite with balcony, the shower handle fell off immediately. Cleanliness was also lacking. Amenities are minimal: no room service, no snacks, no coffee machine, and no clear info on what’s available. The lobby coffee bar was rarely open, and the only restaurant was underwhelming and nearly impossible to book, even for breakfast. Basic requests weren’t handled well. We asked for extra towels and received just one additional set. Blackout shades don’t work, and we were woken up at 7 AM daily by bright light flooding the room. The staff was polite, but the hotel itself is not worth the steep price. Great location, but that’s about it.

The property is in an exceptional location, nestled into the heart of Soho and a stones throw from tonnes of retailers. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were incredibly sweet, accommodating, friendly and funny. I was also upgraded to a much larger room with great views and received early checkin. The room itself was pretty dilapidated and very worn. The headboard on the bed had cracked fabric and material, the towel hangers in the bathroom were very loose and almost hanging off. There was a lot of chipped paint on the cabinets and stains on surfaces that were in the paint and woodwork, and there were no hangers in the closet. When I asked for hangers, I revived wire hangers, which, for an establishment charging what they’re charging, I’d expect better quality hangers, fixtures and fittings.

What a fabulous hotel!!! In such an amazing location too. Our room was perfect and I lovee the views. The restaurant was great and the overall esthetic of the hotel was great. Nomo Soho has a lovely floral entrance with both real plants and artistically done cloth flowers, and the staff was kind and attentive, and always available. The restaurant Nomo kitchen on-site offers good food and beverages. The only thing I would add is providing coffee and tea in each room, as travelers can miss the window for coffee in the lobby. The nearest coffee shops on Canal St. and Broadway are waiting, until then.

It's my 3rd time at NoMo SoHo. I love the location . It's easy to move around and there are tons of restaurants and things to do at walking distance For the price, it could be better. This is the second time I've had to ask for a mini-fridge. The shower without a curtain or enclosure makes a mess.

In terms of the room itself, it was quiet. Great view. However, room needed to be renovated. The headboard on my bed looked like it got into a fight with a lion. Leather was ripped and scratched. Pretty gross to look at. White marble tiles in the shower were also looking yellow. The room is showing clear signs of age. Hope hotel management makes a design to give them a refresh asap.

The room was not what I was expecting. I’ve stayed here before and the rooms were beautifully decorated. This time it was just white sheets, the room was cold. One small soap in the bathroom. The light fixtures in the bathroom were coming off. I don’t know if I was just given the worst room but it was not worth the $300 I paid for the room. I’ve had better experiences in a Hampton Inn. Would not suggest if the hotel ambience matters to you. The only good thing about this hotel was the outside appearance and location. Other than that wish I stayed at the Ludlow for a $100 more

Room not warm enough with heater cranked to high but probably function of very cold weather and unavoidable so not a slight on the hotel.

The hotel was super cute and clean. I did not like that. There was no security at the hotel. Meaning that somebody from the public can walk in get in the elevator and go up to one of the guest floors without having to badge in.

nice location, clean and nice rooms When i first arrived they asked me for more then a thousand dollars for the deposit even though booking asked me for 500. When i told them they accepted to put on hold only 500 dollars but now it has been 20 days since i left and its still on hold. I tried contacting them but cant seem to get a response back.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Only complaint was no door to shower so floor got wet. But bathroom was renovated and nice and bright! Room got a lil hot from the corner unit with lots of windows. We had to close blinds and room cooled down.

Rooms are in significant need for renovations. The vinyl headboards are cracking and flakes are all over the bedding and floor. Had to be moved to another room because my initial room wasn’t appropriately serviced by housekeeping. Second room had no soap or other amenities. I had my other work colleagues change hotels before they checked in. Manager on duty had a horrible attitude and was upset I left a negative review “without the chance to remedy anything.” When you move me to another room, that’s feels like a pretty good opportunity to make things right.

Great location. We had a corner king on a High floor with great views. Room was overall very nice - bed was comfortable, nice finishes. It would be nice to have fridge and keurig especially with no room service but the restaurant and cafe are fantastic. We stayed as a family of 4 with teenage daughters - we needed 2 separate rooms. I would stay again.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. They called me twice by mistake, and when I went , they spoke to me with attitude and no respect. Guests deserve to be treated kindly, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at NoMo SoHo. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Manhattan, and the hotel has such a cool, stylish vibe without feeling pretentious. The staff was genuinely welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, and our room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after long days in the city. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable SoHo experience, the hotel is gorgeous, the vibe is upscale and modern, and the location makes it easy to walk to so many great spots. Staff was professional and kind, and our room was clean and relaxing. We’d happily book again.

Comfortable stay overall. The room clean, stayed warm when needed, and the bed was comfortable with a slightly firm mattress. The room was on the smaller side, but that’s expected in New York. Everything was close by, including eateries and subway access to Manhattan and Brooklyn. The hotel restaurant served delicious food.

We arrived at 9:20 just when the restaurant and bar closed. They have $35 credit towards restaurant , which obviously we could not use. In the morning I was able to buy coffee in the cafeteria and sandwich, which took 15(!) minutes to prepare. We also had lunch on our way back, which was below average and could not apply the rest of the credit , so we lost some money. I think this is a kind of the dishonest way of bumping up the price of stay. Did not like it. Rooms were OK, but overall this hotel does not deserve 4 stars as advertised.

Room was great. Service was great. After room being paid in full prior to arrival, credit card was charged $450 when we arrived for Amenities. Understand they was a resort charge. Checked out and we owed $108 for resort charge which was fine. Was never reimbursed the different between the $450 and the $108.
- 4/5
Great location but the rooms are in disrepair all around. Furniture, fixtures, decor are all dated and many with holes or stains or other issues. Not what I would expect in a hotel with 4-diamond awards hung on the walls.
- 1/5
They cancelled our reservation literally the LAST MINUTE as soon as we arrived in JFK. Me and my fiancé came for our baby moon so you could imagine the nightmare ahead. Management did nothing to warn us and i only found out because i called ahead to let them know we were coming late to our reservation since our flight was delayed. I recommend any other hotel.

Great location on SoHo NewYork . Lots of restaurants and cafes and shops nearby. We are upgraded to a King bed room
- 5/5
Another great stay here! This is my second time here. Front desk was super helpful and welcoming. Room was small but honestly so perfect. The views were worth it! Bathroom view was to die for- Location amazing- close to a lot of shopping, dinner, popular coffee shops. Only downside would be the toilet didn’t flush right away after you flushed it the first time- needed a few minutes but overall amazing!

Right in the heart of the Soho. Great hotel, trendy, nice rooms. Great option.
- 4/5
This is a very cute, boutique style hotel. Our room was spacious and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. 10/10 would recommend to stay here.
- 4/5
Cute hotel. Great location. Rooms are small. No fridge in room which was a huge bummer for us. So much food could have not been wasted if we could bring it back after meals.
- 4/5
Courteous staff, nice views
- 5/5
Staff and cleanliness was outstanding!! Beautiful rooms and view of the Brooklyn bridge. Anything we needed they were at our door within minutes. The only missing thing was a small fridge in the room. It’s a must for my son with Autism.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No request was to small and all were fulfilled with a smaller. The room was quite larger than expected and was perfect for the 3 of us.
- 5/5

Carpets in room were stained and dirty. Tile had black in the grout...calking around sink and shower in disrepair. Place is falling apart.

The room was incredible. Clean, well set up, with an amazing view. I was very happy.

I asked if there was a line since there was a gentleman standing at the counter, the agent asked if I was checking in, I said yes and she said have a seat, I'll call you up. But when another gentleman came in, he walked straight up to the counter and was checked in immediately! Mind you, there was another agent at the counter who offer to help me, notice we were waiting and went straight to helping the gentleman who walked up. The rooms were dirty, headboard tattered, curtains not close all the way so the sun would pierce the room in the early hours, tattered carpet, no blowdryer, slippers, robe, fridge, and dirty cabinets.
- 3/5
Location was perfect. Rooms were small, walls were paper thin. I could hear clear conversations from the room next to us like they were in our room. Headboard was peeling, definitely can use some renovations. Was not up to my expectations when considering the price.
- 3/5
room - bed headboard old and crusty, alright pillows, blackout curtains are not the most effective, view is nice, closet has decent space
- 1/5
New management is terrible. No water, if it rains, not an umbrella to use . Food and service at the restaurant is bad. The registertion staff very unprofessional. Yoo oay 600 dollars a night for 1 star service .

- 5/5
This is our 2nd time here. Great location. Convenient to so many areas to walk. The staff are great an accommodative. Great view. The only smal negative is it can be noisy. You are in Soho and there is aloy of traffic outside but that’s a small inconvenience. Highly suggest staying here.

Great hotel, a little disappointed Hotel never offered anything for my wife’s 50th birthday, not even a glass of fizz to celebrate the occasion.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay at Nomo SoHo. It’s a great location in SoHo. The hotel entrance is beautiful and our room had wonderful windows with views. We had cocktails at the lovely bar. Service was good overall. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Gorgeous!!!
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice. It was a nice 3-night stay. Room was clean and it was quiet enough on the street for a light sleeper. The staff was friendly but there was no easy way to message the staff via text or chat like other hotels, which I prefer. Got a $36 food and drink credit that I used on a burger and fries, it was good, but nothing special.
- 1/5
No water is offered. If restaurant is closed, too bad. Rude workers all. Will never stay here agai.
- 5/5
The entrance to this hotel is lovely, the restaurant has a great ambience and open-air feel, and the service was top-notch. Perfect location for shopping and walking in SoHo

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I received during my stay at your establishment. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive behavior from the front desk staff and management. On October 13th, I called the front desk at 2:00 PM to request room service. I was directed to the website for the menu, and when I called back to place my order, I was transferred to the restaurant, no answer. I called again to the front desk and was transferred a second time to the restaurant, no answer. My third attempt the front desk hung up on me and went on to ignored my calls. After multiple attempts to get assistance, I visited the front desk in person and spoke with the manager. Unfortunately, she blamed the restaurant for the issue and seemed dismissive of my concerns with the front desk poor customer Service. As a paying guest, I expect better service and resolution to my complaints. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your customer service.

Terrible staff
- 4/5
Very good location. It would be very important to update the equipment, curtains, and furniture, which are a bit worn and not looking their best. It would also be nice to have an electric coffee maker or kettle in the room. They said there was water and hot water in the fitness area, but the dispenser doesn't work properly. If you want a hotel with basic amenities but a good location, this is a good option. Coffee/tea available at reception is terrible!
- 5/5
The lobby's white couches could use some work since they are now grey. But that aside, excellent location, very clean, nice views.Excellent price/quality ratio.I liked the garden eatery.Only thing that really needs work is the lobby furniture, that aside everything EXCELLENT!
- 4/5
- 5/5
Nice hotel in good central location near SOHO shops, LIttle Italy and near subway stop. Starbucks across the street. Rooms small, but that's normal for NY. Entrance and restaurant are beautiful, staff friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I will never stay at a different hotel when in NY. This place was amazing. Splurge and get the balcony room! It’s an awesome way to wind down after a busy day in the City.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 2/5
At prime check-in time of 4pm, there was only one person at check-in and a long line. Next day, at prime check-out time of 11am, there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 5min to check out.
- 3/5
This is a very low interaction hotel. So there isn’t really much to say about the staff. I will say the room was expensive. I will say there was no ventilation so when I showered the whole space fills up with steam. I will say there is no fridge or mini bar. No room service. no q tips or anything like that in the bathroom. My AC broke for a few days. Reception being on the second floor is super annoying. Only 1 of the 3 elevators was ever in operation, long wait times. I called reception several times for help with the room they only answered once. When I checked out they didn’t say how was your stay or thank you they just walked off. If you like being ignored and paying a lot for a run down hotel. Stay here. 4/10

Perfect location! Favorite hotel in the city
- 5/5
had all that I needed
- 2/5
The hotel is aging and not maintained. The heat in our room was not working, we paid $580 for one night and was not worth it. The maintenance guy came to our room attempting to fix the heat issue and said he would be back….never came back. The fan would not turn off and kept blowing cold air. Very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Not too small considering NYC. Comfortable bed. Excellent views.
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, but I must say the property is looking a little tired and outdated. Not as nice as it once was. The service was good though.
- 3/5
On the bright side- the views are great in corner rooms (premium king) and the gym is good!
- 5/5
the staff was wonderful. the area was sublime
- 5/5
The staff is amazing! Super clean! The view is gorgeous. Restaurant great for food! The bellman helps to find a park. I had a great experience with them!
- 4/5
Chic, clean. A/C in the room didn’t work, though...
- 3/5
One of the busiest weeks in NYC and no one was at the restaurant or bar. Very sad but you can see it was probably pretty inexpensive upon a time.

We absolutely loved this hotel, we’re a family of me (37) hubby (50) and kids (16) and (11) and we all enjoyed different aspects of this hotel and location but we all absolutely loved it. The only downside was the service in the morning a Spanish girl (24-30) a little heavy set was an awful waitress and forgot half of our food and kept avoiding coming back it was something they could easily fix aside from that the place is beautiful amazing location, etc etc! I did a post on my insta of it and ppl also loved it
- 4/5
Beautiful but small rooms
- 5/5
Excellent location and great views👌
- 3/5
Nomo Soho is feeling its age. Still a decent hotel in a great location. Room was clean and check in was easy. But the hostess at the street level restaurant (in the hotel) really hates her job and is super unfriendly.
- 5/5
The views are incredibly
- 5/5
perfect location in soho
- 5/5
Great Boutique hôtel. It’s close to where my son lives so I love the convenience. The hotel has a great vibe, music, gym and coffee in the morning.
- 4/5
Soho location and decent room for NYC but the walls are thin. It’s noisy most nights but unbearable on Saturdays.
- 5/5
Excellent location - attentive and friendly staff - comfortable beds -
- 5/5
What really stood out was how engaging the staff was — they had great conversations with us, treated us like people and not just another guest passing through. It made our stay feel warm, personal, and memorable. The room itself was lovely and comfortable, and the housekeeping team on the 16th floor was so kind and friendly. The restaurant? Fantastic — great drinks, great service, and the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. All in all, it was such a special experience, and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, NoMo SoHo, for making our trip unforgettable! 🌟
- 5/5
Attractive property, great location, excellent view from the room. Didn’t communicate VIP benefit, no refrigerator and no ice machines, was told to have ice sent to the room and then was charged a delivery fee.
- 4/5
I would stay again!
- 5/5
Great hotel but didn’t have happy hour that was advertised on website and in the elevator, and gave us a hard time about it in the restaurant when we tried to do a happy hour drink/appetizer..
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Great location.
- 5/5
We always stay here when in NYC as we love the neighborhood and the staff are so welcoming. For your money you also get a good sized room by NYC standards.
- 5/5
Excellent affordable boutique hotel in SoHo convenient to Little Italy and Chinatown.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The hotel was really clean and the location was really close to all the stores we wanted to go to
- 5/5
Location, location, location! Great location between SOHO and Little Italy. The food at the restaurant was great. Staff was very nice, and room was clean.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and had plenty of storage to stow away my stuff. Loved the view! Staff was also extremely helpful. I’m definitely coming back next time
- 3/5
There is no fridge in the room only one bottle of water which was hot.. i called front desk for water 8 am they said there no complimentary water so i said i will pay they told me to call room service i called 5 times no pickup i has to sleep thirsty.. no tooth brushes in the room no safe
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 3/5
Also 1 day they did not have coffee at 8 :30 am we advise the coffe shop & they indicated that nothing they can do !
- 4/5
We loved the location, view and staff! We do feel the room itself is a bit dated and can use a good refresh. The upholstery on the headboard was flaking badly flaking off and the tv didn’t allow you to watch Netflix or other streaming services.
- 5/5
Loved the spaciousness of the suite. The restaurant is beautiful
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 5/5
Staff was great my room view was amazing and clean a couple of marks on the side of the sitting chair but that's about it. Restaurant was spacious very nice great service.

- 5/5
Fantastic place
- 4/5
Our room was nice and had decent space. It had a lot of natural light, which was great, but it was hard to keep the room dark in the morning. The headboards on the bed are peeling, and flakes would end up in the bed. The room was missing a fridge, and the washroom didn't have a fan. We could hear every noise and conversation in the hallways, which definitely was disappointing. There was a supply cabinet near our room too and the door must have been opened and closed around 75 times at about 8 a.m. one of the mornings we were there. Water is not included, they do provide cups that you can fill up at a water station in the fitness center.
- 5/5
I love this hotel, I always stay here when I visit Ny. I did not receive a VIP amenity, I am unsure if Expedia communicated to the hotel properly. Cheers, m.
- 5/5
Jeffrey at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he help us with our room, but he also surprised my father with an amazing birthday gift in the room.
- 5/5
The hotel was lovely. The entrance, restaurant and lobby are stunning. My only complaint would be with the lack of privacy with the toilet. The partition was very thin where you knew what anyone would be doing in there. A real wall might be better. This would not keep me from returning. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.
- 5/5
I really liked everything, but the room lacked some privacy. Huge window in bathroom was a little strange. Also in the suite the bedroom wouldn't lock.
- 5/5
Super helpful staff. Rooms are nice. Great location.
- 5/5
This was such a beautiful cozy upscale hidden gem in the middle of soho! The luxurious vibe and spa-like bougie ambiance made our work trip so relaxing ! The rooms when extremely clean, bright and the view was amazing! Our room was ready early and the parking garage was a close walk and very reasonable since we had the ticket validated by the hotel. Canal street as well as high end shopping were all a short walk from the hotel. Huge bummer that the restaurant had an event and we couldn’t get food or sit at the bar. Very kind and professional staff and the free coffee and lemonade topped off the trip. We will be back !!!
- 3/5
Rooms are a bit rundown and need a refresh/maintenance.
- 2/5
This hotel has gone down hill!
- 2/5
This hotel is missing some of the niceties. There are no umbrellas available if it rains. No refrigerator in the room. The lobby checkin is on the second floor. There is no room service.
- 5/5
Perfect location. Beautiful hotel.
- 3/5
The location was excellent, we spent most of the day outside enjoying SoHo. However, the condition of the bed was very poor. The headboard was old and falling apart; small pieces of it ended up in my hair overnight. It also had a large stain, likely from something acidic like sweat, which was very off-putting. I tried my best to avoid touching it. Additionally, the blow dryer was broken and didn’t work at all.
- 4/5
Will stay here again
- 5/5
Angie at the front is the BEST!!
- 2/5
A lot of things were broken: Shower handle fell off. Window handle nearly fell off. Credit card machine was broken and had to call afterwards for payment to go through and then was put on hold forever.
- 5/5
Only slight complaint is that the shower would never fully turn off, dripping all night and wasting water. Other than that, everything else was great.
- 5/5
Nice stay! Great location
- 5/5
Excellent stay with my daughter for a girls weekend!
- 1/5
The aesthetic was nice and that’s about it. Everything else was below bar in miles. For starters, the reception was in an above level, you can either take the stair or elevator to reach them. Second, the room itself was extremely disappointing, there were no coffee machine, complimentary waters, or toiletries. For 500$ a night, definitely not worth it even the decor does not reflect the price, fingerprints on the mirror-like surfaces, no extra pillows blankets without a request, and the inside the cabinets of the bathroom was dirty.
- 5/5
Great staff, very clean and excellent location .
- 5/5
The property was amazing - clean, friendly staff and beautiful! I highly recommend and will be staying here again!
- 5/5
Great stay as always…we will be back
- 5/5
Shared the suite with our kid & the foldout couch was perfectly comfortable.
- 5/5
The views from the rooms and the bar - loved it!
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel when I visit NYC.
- 3/5
The room could have used a mini fridge. The glass bathroom doors meant waking up fellow guests in the middle of the night when you turned on the light. We reserved a car through the hotel to take us to the airport and after waiting 30 minutes, we had to order an uber. The staff were very nice.
- 5/5
Perfect central area , rooms small but perfect, restaurant and bar was great , would definitely be back to stay here again
- 5/5

We loved our stay at Nomo, wonderful view of the city. Easy walk to subway, food, sights. Clean and spacious room. Pull out bed was not a traditional bed the pops out of couch, European style that folds down. Staff came quickly to make the couch bed up and it was very comfortable. Perfect for our family of four. Would stay again. Only inconvenience was needing to get ice from the restaurant downstairs.

Great location, steps away from shops, restaurants, bars. 2nd time I stayed here & would stay again. Lovely bright white & blue rooms but blackout shades only on 3/4ths of the room. Bring eye mask for early morning sunrise light shining through the window with the beautiful view.

Always a great experience!

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at in NYC. Rooms don't have a ton of drawers or space for clothes, but other than that I would certainly stay here again (and again). Great spot to have a base in SoHo.

Toilet seat was very dirty. So many gross stains on the desk chair. Dirt on carpet that easily should have been vacuumed up. Floor was very dirty. Staff dismissive and short with customer. Weird smell. Not worth the price.

The stay was great. The room was nice and clean and the bed was confortable , reasonably sized tv. The veiw was amazing!!! There was no free water although the sign indicated there was. That was ok, there is a store around the corner. There were too many people blocking the entry. I understand people like to take pics, maybe the hotel should consider making a space for that. Everytime a person entered the next room it was so loud. I was dissapointed at the balcony barrier. It was not as private as most others. Not to mention staff looking down onto the balcony was scary as we thought we were on the last floor. Overall staff were courteous and the room was nice. I especially appreciate the double shower. The window could use cirtains as you can see silhouettes from the balcony. This place will be added to our staycation list.

Loved the hotel. Location was great, with literally every key place in the LES, GWV and LWS within 15 mins walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast place was simply amazing.
