Gym very small, so we decided to go to the (overcrowded) one down the street, which was very convenient.

I loved the stay. Good room, very clean, not noisy, and staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice too. Very close to train!

Overall not bad for what I paid for room was not too spacious but wasn’t there too much anyway while I explored the city, unfortunately could hear most of what Was happening in the hallways especially slamming doors. However, alll things considered for the area it is adequately priced.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The food was okay. Parking was good and felt safe. Friendly staff. Location was perfect for our event at the Basilica of OLPH.

Very accessible to N and D train on 8th ave. The only thing I would say is that the bed could use a thicker blanket, other than that it was a nice stay. Lots of shops, fresh produce, fish and hot food nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was a decent spread. Glad we found this spot.

I had a very good check in. The convenience of the parking in the bottom of the hotel is amazing.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic but not much to do. The hotel itself doesn’t look like the pictures and feels more like a motel than a hotel. The rooms are also on the smaller side.

The staff is very nice and they always do their best to clean well. They ask if you need anything before leaving and they always make sure you are accommodated. The air conditioning is well maintained as well and the staff are very attentive.

The rooms do not have a luggage rack, so I had to put my suitcase on the small desk. The room also does not have a refrigerator which I really like for cold drinks, and leftovers. Also, there is not a lot of variety for food in the area… mostly Chinese restaurants. But the location worked really well for me.

Room was clean that’s about it Rooms super small, they say breakfast included but only had bagels and cereal which they should state, the room we had was directly next to ice machine so we heard that noise all night , people hanging in the hallways, strong orders of marijuana, pictures on there website don’t add up to the actual hotel ! Had to step over mounds of snow when unloading vehicle in which there sidewalk should be fully cleared knowing ppl will be unloading. 1st shift and second shift staff was nice I can say that

The hotel is very nice and offers a lovely breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable. You need to use your door card for the electricity, which I think is wonderful for saving energy. First time I've seen that and loved it. The room also had a Keurig. Only thing that would have been nice is a small refrigerator to keep my dinner leftovers cool, and also any drinks or snacks I brought with me. The hotel also has an ice machine which is nice. There is parking if you drive your car in the garage underneath the hotel, which was very convenient and you can get up to the hotel without going outside by stairs or elevator. The parking is $30/day with hotel validation. I liked everything about my stay

It is really convenient to have affordable valet parking in NYC right next to the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. I only stayed one night but the front desk staff and house keeping staff that I encountered were pleasant. The breakfast pastries could have been more fresh.

I stay here every time I travel to NYC and I’m never disappointed. The place is clean, quiet & spacious. The staff is friendly & amazing. It’s near the train & lots of great food spots.I love this place and can’t wait to book my next trip.

I had to set the temperature to 80 degrees in the room to feel comfortable. 4. The hotel advertises a terrace, there is NO terrace. There is a back door exit with what they call a patio but it’s really a ramp with a smoking area. I specifically booked this room for the terrace so I was HIGHLY disappointed. 5. Not to mention it was raining and ALL of the floors throughout the building were wet with no one to clean them up. NEVER AGAIN !

Sounds insulation is poor, the footsteps from upstairs are so noisy, we couldn’t sleep whole night.

The room was tiny and very noisy. We were on the ground floor and near an ice maker. There was not any sound proofing from the door to the room or the walls. We could hear our neighbor snoring. Unfortunately there any better choices in this area.

The location in Chinatown was not described by Expedia when making the reservation. But if Chinese restaurants are your favorite there are so many to choose from a short distance from the hotel.

Hey! It's New York City. Hotels are expensive and rooms are small. Our room was clean and small. Bed was nothing to brag about. Staff was, for the most part helpful. When I checked out, not once did she make eye contact.

I arrive to check in no one was at the front desk to let me in the lobby i was lucky enough a guest who was already checked in let me in it was about 2 am got into the lobby i waited up to 2hours before a guy came he looked like he was sleeping he didn't introduced his self or anything i asked him if he is the one supposed to be at the desk he said yes i told him i was waiting over 2hours he didn't apologize or anything his response was where is your ID AND CREDIT CARD AND IF WE STILL NEED THE ROOM OR WHAT? MIND YOU MY CARD WAS CHARGED ALREADY HOTEL GOT MY MONEY EVEN BEFORE I CHECKED IN..i was treated with no respect i never got to my room until 4.45 am and had to check out for 11am i don't recommend this hotel if you are black i will never stay here ever again when i travel i also contact the manager by email onto this day i never got an response....

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was well stocked. My criticisms would be that there weren’t any towel racks or hooks in the bathroom in the room did not have any hooks or towels racks which was a pain and the mattress was a bit sunken in the middle. However, our three day visit was comfortable overall.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I started there for work during COVID for 2 months. It's clean, and the staff is friendly.

Room 103… right next to the ice machine. Constant noise from people using it. Sounds like they’re right in the room with you. In the mornings you can hear every and anything going on outside the door. Whether it’s the staff cleaning other rooms or just general passing in the hallway to the lobby. It doesn’t feel like I’m in a hotel. It felt like I was at relatives house who didn’t really want you there so they passive aggressively make lots of noise doing random crap around the house at 6am.

Super convenient location just a block from the N train. Plenty of asian eateries as it is next to 8 ave (Brooklyn's Chinatown). Theres a Tesso (japanese everything store) right next to the hotel, super convenient. The rooms itself was compact but enough room for 2 check in size suitcases w/o blocking. Property is clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was simple but a nice touch.

The room is very tiny, the walls are paper thin, I could heard every word from the hallway and rooms from next door. It was so hard to sleep and didn’t feel private at all.

Not what was advertised! The room is extremely small for nearly 400 dollars. It’s a box the room was literally a small box!!!!! For 400 dollars we could barely turn. Oh, and how can I forget the mold in the room ceiling! Hmm! Mold? For 400 dollars per night ! Crazy behavior!!!

Guy that worked at 9:30 pm very rude and nasty . He was condescending, dishonest and a bit racist. If there are cameras the owner can play back my interaction with him. He started out telling me in order to give me a total on my reservation I had to give him my credit card first. I asked for upper floor and he said I would have to take what they had which he never told me until I looked at card. A couple came in just after no reservation and he gave them upper floor. I asked him if he thought about his actions he just shrugged his shoulders and advised that I could complain if I wanted to even providing me with his managers card. This behavior is unacceptable, unprovoked and certainly not warranted. I have stayed in the most prestigious hotels across country and never have I been treated in this mannet

This hotel is in Chinatown in Brooklyn. There is no free parking. There isn’t even a place to pull up to check in. You need to park in the garage next door or the lot across the street. It’s $35 a day. The front desk isn’t very friendly. The room was clean but the smallest room I have ever seen. I wouldn’t stay here again, especially for the cost. The breakfast is basically a tray of bagels.

This was my husband and I (2nd) time staying at this property! From 3/26/25 through 3/27/25! They have a parking garage attached that you can use while staying at the hotel. Yes, you must pay before leaving. We were charged $66.00 for the two days. When we stayed there six years ago and this past weekend it is the same quality of service which consist of being clean, quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms are small but perfect for a couple! We plan to return for a few days again next June of 2026! Five stars! Marquetta Robinson..

The hotel breakfast was a complete JOKE. It was awful. The parking was ok. EV parking they wanted me to pay cash when they accepted credit card for the daily parking. Not clear why they wouldn’t accept credit for EV parking. The rooms are SUPER small to the point of claustrophobia. Don’t recommend and will not return to this hotel

The hotel itself was clean from what I saw. However, the rooms are tiny ! Like very very small. I booked a regular king size room. There’s not much space to walk around or anything. Another negative is that when I came in my room for the first time, it smelled like someone just smoked in there. So I called the front desk just To let them know what it smelled like in the room, so they don’t try to see that it was me or try to keep my deposit. The front desk agent thanked me for calling to let him know. Overall, my stay was OK.

The room itself was fine for 3 people with no check-in sized luggages however, the walls were a bit thin and you could hear people's conversations, etc. Check-in was a bit hard only because we had a car. Parking is a bit hard (either on the packed street or if you know where the parking lot is beforehand). For a quick couple of days, I would stay here again.

I had nothing wrong with my stay. I think it was pretty cool very walkable. Transportation was right around the corner and there are a lot of food options!

Room was shockingly small. Photos are...creatively shot. Staff was responsive and courteous but overly friendly.

Had parking, but none of them spoke English. Well, I’ve only ran into two nice Chinese workers that use a translator on their phone to communicate. The one I came in contact with at night did not speak English and was yelling out things that I couldn’t make out. VERY RUDE ! Hotel needs to make it clear that parking garage is NOT apart of hotel ! Also you have to leave the parking from 12-3 EVERYDAY or will get an extra charge and oh yeah if you have an SUV it’s more ! Rooms are SUPER SMALL but clean place

Hotel super clean and the front desk girl was amazing! No fridge or microwave so that wasn’t ideal and the room is small! I know the bed said a queen but it felt like a full. Side note. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. All morning I could hear people in the hall like they were in our room. Very very clean! Safe location.
