The staff is super nice, hotel is clean, location is really good and having a parking lot is a big plus. I can stay here next time without any hesitation.

Thought I had cancelled through Orbitz and charged full rate for a room I never used.

Comfortable bed. Shower only has rain head, I would have liked a hand held option. Pricey for what one gets, but may be that’s what one should expect in Brooklyn.

Everything was great except the bed was very hard.

Great location to visit son in Bushwick. Free parking is a huge perk. Staff was super friendly. Room amenities included fridge (with water bottles), iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Room is very small (European) and no coffee maker but there’s coffee on the first floor. We’ll stay here again!

Staff is friendly and you can’t beat the location and parking. Stayed here for a work trip and will be back.

Staying at Hotel Le Jolie was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were so incredible, gracious and helpful with the whole process. My room was really clean and quiet throughout my entire stay, and it was in such a great location to walk everywhere I needed to go! Definitely recommend for an accessible welcoming stay in NYC.

The room was clean and perfect for a quick trip. Staff was wonderful! I experienced a pipe leak from my sink and it was fixed within an hour.

Cute, clean and cozy!

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, clean. There are double, double pane windows so it's quiet even though there is a busy elevated highway. There are many very good, reasonably priced restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in the area, and shopping too. We also walked to the waterfront on the East River and hopped on the water taxi there. There are several new parks on the waterfront so it's very walkable.

Great spot

This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in the area. Parking garage was convenient and close. Close to lots of great food. Room was small but clean. Shower was great.

What a fabulous find!! My kids both live in Brooklyn-Greenpoint and Bushwick-and this hotel was a short walk to Greenpoint!! And it has parking!! And a great price!! Easy on and off the BQE! I am absolutely over the moon with this find!! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful!! My only suggestion would be the addition of a couple of hooks to hang towels or clothes on in the bathroom!! I will stay here everytime I visit my kids!!

Parking was supposed to be included. Only to find its first come first served. And we crammed in to a spot where I think we will get hit. Staff person directed us. He was rude.

Great location for a visit in Brooklyn. Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. Very close to highway so there was road traffic all night but was constant white noice. There are two cute bars around the corner for a night cap. Staff very friendly

The staff were accommodating, friendly, and professional. The area was a close walk to many bars, restaurants, and stores in general without the crowdedness of Manhattan. More affordable than most places. Free parking in NYC? Yes please! This will be our go-to spot to stay in NYC from now on.

I have just arrived and was warmly greeted. My room is well designed and very clean. I highly recommend Hotel Le Jolie based on my recent stay here. Their breakfast is excellent.

This hotel needs to keep up with its maintenance, the bathroom fan was broken and the Direct TV receivers did not work. They kept moving from room to room, I asked for credit because I got tired of moving they told me I could check out and get my money for one day but had to pay a late checkout fee.

It was fine but we stayed for two nights and they never cleaned the room or gave us new towels. Also the bathroom for didn’t close

The desk personnel were extremely courteous.

This property is in a great location just a few blocks from the closest subway station. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was fine and everyone was nice. I was told that I would get daily housekeeping, but the housekeepers failed to come, other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom water was running on and off from toilet.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. The free parking is a plus! Great places to eat near by and close to subway. Surrounding area is okay and right by overpass freeway but convenient place to stay if visiting city. Felt safe.

The bed was not comfortable, and I woke up with some back pain each morning. There was also a loud banging noise that was constant - had no idea where it was coming from. The noise kept us from sleeping well the first few nights. We were able to diffuse this issue by using a fan app on my phone. This was very helpful as we were able to sleep through the night finally. Even with these issues, we would stay here again.

Our stay at Le Jolie was very nice. The staff was wonderful. There was free parking and free breakfast. The room was tidy with modern amenities.

Way overpriced per night when we were there for the NYC Marathon

this is a cheap hotel that got a cheap cover up. there is no amenities to this hotel and the lobby looks like you getting in to a cheap apartment building. The value between what you paying and what you getting is far away/ I will not recommend it and defiantly not coming back !!!

Very comfortable stay for 3 nights. Safe walking distance to good restaurants, bars, public transportation, and the ferry. There is some road noise if your on the Meeker side, but still has good sound proofing. Staff is excellent, helpful, and there was no issue holding our luggage before and after check-in/out. Complimentary breakfast is good and very well kept, excellent attendant on duty. Would definitely stay here again as long as pricing stays competitive.

Also, received a free drink coupon for Baba Cool upon check-in. The restaurant informed me they no longer accepted those cards.

We checked into our room, but could not get out--the door handle did not work so we had to call the front desk to have someone come up and let us out. Changed rooms and everything was fine.

Small budget hotel with anything you need. Breakfast included, friendly staff.

The hotel staff were wonderful. I did not stay for breakfast but a light spread was offered complimentary. I checked in early, for a fee, and was lucky enough to get an on site parking spot for my one day trip. The room was smaller than I expected, but nicely appointed. The hotel is close to transit into the city and had a lot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay again!

And when we asked for a taxi to go to the airport they called some other guy (not a taxi or Uber) and told us it’d be $45 which is more expensive than it should have been but whatever. Then the guy drops us off at the airport and says it’ll be $75. When we told him no that’s not what we were told he said he had to call back to the hotel. Super weird and annoying. But generally the staff was nice and breakfast was good. Location was good too.

Terrible, dirty, cheap

This was my second time staying at Le Jolie. Every staff member I have ever had an interaction with has been more than pleasant and accomodating. I love that there is free (limited parking) but street parking isnt bad either. Will definitely return any time I travel to Brooklyn!

The room was decent but was very small. Like about 2-3 feet beyond the bed at most, in three directions. For $350/night I'd expect to have a bit more space in the room and repairs/cleaning completely taken care of before I arrive. I had to ask for the bathroom vents to be vacuumed because they were so filled with dust. There were also chips in the furniture by the fridge and paint peeling from the ceiling in the shower. The shower head was nice but it was in the middle of the bathtub (coming from the ceiling) so no matter which side you stand to lather up, you are going to get wet. Not the biggest deal but just a strange design element. The staff were nice enough, other than perhaps, the desk attendant who decided to charge me $25 to check out at noon. Is this place really worth $350/night, rather than the other hotels in the area for over $150/night less? Probably not.

Very much enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was a great way to begin my day. The room is comfortable, clean, and cute. They also have blackout curtains.

It's Brooklyn... despite my best efforts to get a cute air bnb there just weren't any options in the area I needed to be in that didn't involve living with strangers for a couple nights. First I stayed at a less expensive hotel and there was no sleep to be had, no good eats to walk to, and it just felt like "roughing it". So I cut my stay short and booked a room at Hotel Le Jolie. The room itself is perfect. The hotel's placement is so close to the best eats and shops in the area. The hotel itself is not fancy... looks like a regular hotel... but when you get to your room and it was down to this, an air bnb for $300 a night with a shared bathroom, or The Ace Hotel... you'll be glad.

It is a great, budget friendly alternative amongst so many over priced hotels within the same vicinity. Rooms are a little small as their whole property has limited space, however the room was clean, comfortable and the blackout shades really do the trick!

The website didn’t tell me the check in time until after I paid for the reservation. I only needed the room for the morning before I went to the airport. I called right after to try and cancel and no refunds are given. 230 dollars just wasted.

Room was very clean! Not super big but was still comfortable. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I am not the most comfortable in big cities and they made the stay extremely easy and as comfortable as possible.

Kindest staff & hotel owner ever! Gave great help for transportation & places to go. Very lovely stay. Very new, clean, fashionable, quiet & restful. Very centrally located. Nice breakfast! Charged my daughter’s phone & even gave her a phone charger.Very hospitable! Love this place!

Bed is comfortable, room is clean and space is enough. However, it is kind of noisy 'cause the room is facing the elevated highway. Need to put on the ear plug to sleep. Other than that, everything is good.

Loved the parking and that I could see my car fro my room. Wish there were hooks to hang coats and hooks in the bathroom as well. Very clean. Nice staff. Lovely breakfast choices.

Amazing ! Shower didnt look all that but it was great . At brooklyn steele for a show it was a decent walk . Decent price . Staff was great 2 hskpers and gm made up my room 15 mins . Amazing THANK YOUUU will be back

The bed was very hard.

Boutique hotel with very limited parking but convenient to the start of the Brooklyn Marathon. Room was incredibly small, barely had enough room to walk around the sides of the bed. Had to have room key reactivated and was not asked for my ID leaving me wondering about overall security. Nice continental breakfast, other dining options within walking distance.

We were in town for the Brooklyn Half Marathon on 4.24.2022 and the hotel is located within a couple of blocks from the start of the race which was super convenient. The hotel was very clean, quiet at night and felt safe. The staff had breakfast out by 5am for the runners which was a much appreciated touch. The 24 hour coffee service was also much appreciated. The staff was pleasant and responsive when I needed foam pillows (I am allergic to down) and had delivered them to our room within 5 minutes. All in all it was a great experience the night before our race!

Would have appreciated grab bars in the shower and more places to hang towels.

The Hotel Le Jolie is a nice hotel within easy walking distance to many of Brooklyn's key areas. I walked out of the hotel on Saturday morning and was only a few minutes from a great farmers' market as well as the trendy Williamsburg area. The room was fresh and clean and the staff were super friendly. My only criticism would be that it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Definitely not a big issue as coffee was available in the lobby. Overall, I like the stay and will definitely stay there again on future trips to NYC.

Very clean and everyone was super nice! Really nice breakfast and it was great that there was coffee and tea available all day. Only critique is the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Location is fine. Nearby Williamsburg downtown and eateries. Too much noise from the highway 278. Too much!!! If you are sensitive to noise at night then this hotel is not for you. Rooms are very, very small and the price as if it were a 5stars hotel. Not even a two stars. It’s employees are superb and take care of you. They make the stay great.

This was our first stay - 2 nights at Hotel Le Jolie in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn. It quickly became a superior experience in many ways. Every member of the hotel's staff we encountered was warm, engaging and acted to serve our interests. For us it our stay was very reminiscent of our favorite hotel in downtown Budapest. Top quality mattress and linens, effective room design,nice shower and automated window blackout shades were all very tasteful. Rooms are not large but access to 24 hours coffee area reduced need for our room to be a kitchen. The hotel is in a densely populated urban area with subway stations and many fine restaurants within a few blocks.

My room did not look like the picture of the room I though I was booking. I was there on a Wednesday and the place definitely did not seem full yet I was on the first floor in a room right next to the entryway and next to the stairs. It felt like I was given the poorest room that may have been the easiest to clean rather than a nicer room on a higher floor like the one represented in my reservation. Staff was very nice. Free parking which is a huge bonus and easy to walk places. I just felt like I could have had a nicer room.

This hotel was very clean and quiet and the every member of the staff--from front desk to night security to housekeeping to the breakfast room were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Of course the rooms are small--it's NYC!!!-- but it's right in the heart of Williamsburg/Brooklyn. we recommend it!

Great value

I liked that it was quiet. I liked the staff! Very lovely... I didn’t like the bathroom pocket door… it was flimsy…the room was pretty small but it was comfortable.. I would definitely stay here again…

Convenient location

Our room was nice and updated. We however had an issue with the darkening blinds but just left them down. No worries. Great night sleep. Bed was very comfortable.

Not 30 minutes after I checked into my room, I was laying down for a nap and a random guy walked into my room (he had a key), they failed to notice they gave two people access to the same room. Very upset, could have been worse I guess. But I’ve learned my lesson to always deadbolt even in the middle of the day.

Great small hotel close to everything. Walking distance to great food places and shops.

Parking was great. Snack selection was pretty limited. Staff was all very nice and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here! All of the staff was so nice and accommodating. The first room I checked into had a fire alarm that kept beeping so they were kind enough to move me into another room. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for seeing a show at Brooklyn Steel. It’s a very walkable location. Staff was friendly. Check in and checkout were both super easy. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great.

Security was good and location was convenient.

Friendly staff cleaning the rooms and attending breakfast area. I didn’t like the fact when I checked in I ask for a room with a view wasn’t very helpful. The room didn’t specify if had one.

This is a small hotel that is very clean and has a exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was fresh and refilled frequently by a pleasant attendant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. I would certainly go back again when in the area.
