- I just returned from my trip and wanted to follow up regarding my recent stay at Hotel Henri. I’m curious what amenities or room setup were intended for the King Deluxe Room, as the room I received felt quite small and did not seem to match my expectations for that booking category. Additionally, the TV in the room was not working during my stay. I reported the issue to the hotel, and it seemed the staff was already aware of the problem AHEAD of my stay, yet I was still placed in the room and was not informed about the issue at check-in. Unfortunately, the TV was never fixed during my stay. Overall, I was rather disappointed with the experience and wanted to share this feedback.

Location and good sized room. Also a kettle and coffee machine! The coffee was not replenished for my second day there…

Good location that’s all. Mold in the shower, rooms were dirty and not cleaned properly, sheets had stains, safe was not working, fridge not working, wet towels left in shower, room was dusty and not vacuumed. Housekeeping was not 24/7. Not even a phone in the room to reach the front desk. No proper management. Would never recommend anyone to stay there. Awful.

Posizione They don’t have enough space , is very limited space , and they don’t accept reservation to store it . So to store the luggage on check in /out so you arrive or leave at/ From the hotel and have to find a solution to store luggage in other places last second as official storages, and you have to pay for that.

The location was fabulous! The flatiron and surrounding area is one of the best in the city to stay for touring around NYC. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Idris checked us in and was very kind to allow us to check in early upon arrival. He was also a friendly face through our entire stay, welcoming me, my husband, and 3 year old with a smile every time we came through the door. Thank you for your amazing hospitality Idris! The rooms though NY sized, felt well appointed and more spacious than other hotels we have stayed at in the city. The bathroom had a nice layout as well. The bed was extremely comfortable for our family of 3 and was a true king size. Though we did not get to dine there this time, the hotel restaurant was continuously bustling which is always a good sign. Sadly we also did not get to enjoy the roof top bar Wallflower on this visit but it looked like a good time. Over all the vibe of this hotel was fun, energetic, and inviting. The perfect little city center stay. And the cherry on top was the perfect iced latte I enjoyed from the hotel restaurant after checkout. Thank you Hotel Henri! We hope to be back again soon and will recommend to anyone visiting NYC! Nothing

location. I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. When I got to my room, there was no hot water. After contacting the front desk, two hotel staff members came up and confirmed the issue, so it clearly wasn’t a misunderstanding. They offered to move me to another room, which I appreciated in theory, but the process took far too long. The hostess said she needed approval from the general manager, who was unresponsive, and there was no sense of urgency despite me explaining that I had an event to get to. I ended up waiting much longer than I should have for something that should have been handled quickly. To make matters worse, there was no compensation, upgrade, or any real acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Overall, the lack of urgency and poor customer service made this a disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Room was clean, toilet a little low but ok. Staff was wonderful except for 1 female server at Hole In the Wall, who was not pleasant gave us a hard time about using 2 seater table by bar. We gave her a $20 tip for doing nothing. Hostess & other staff were excellent! Jennifer at check in was absolutely wonderful, so pleasant. Nice hotel!

Location was excellent. On-site restaurant convenient. The head of housekeeping responded immediately to correct an issue. The receptionist ,Jennifer, is a gem, by the way. We booked through an on-line service, Booking.com. The terminology of deluxe king-size room (balcony) did not correlate to the Hotel Henri description of the same. We did not get the balcony.

Excellent location, very clean, nice room, very comfortable. The room was small.

The location is pretty great and the price seemed very reasonable We were greeted kindly but this place is just kind of dingy. The room was small. The mattress and bedding were cheap and uncomfortable. Walls were stained. Dirty and no frills. Don’t expect strong amenities here.
- 4/5
I liked the easy check in, the water station in the lobby, the comfy bed, and the restaurant attached. My room was also pretty quiet. The lighting was kind of strange, the concrete wall was actually just wallpaper and there were some brown spots on the grout in the shower.

The space was great and the location I didn’t like that didn’t offer parking reduce for their tenants because when I parked on one of the parking lot, they asked me oh your hotel should give you a discount. I told him I thought they did, but apparently the front desk with all of them say they don’t drive in New York, which makes it hard because I need someone who knows the parking situation because most of us don’t know the situation in New York especially if we’re visiting.
