Location The food and drinks were outrageously expensive. I ate at a very up scale Italian restaurant and their food was not as expensive. A beer with tip $15, I had a Hendricks martini for $15.

Location was fantastic. Shower didn’t get cold. The way we were treated and spoken to was unacceptable. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were locked out of our room with 2 kids for 45 mins making repeated trips up and down in the lift to reception where Alicia told me it was our fault for putting the key card next to our mobile phones. Then I was told I had to prove with photo ID who I was, despite the fact my passport was locked in the room. Eventually technicians broke into the room with crow bars because the lock was broken. Upon checkout, I explicitly asked Coretta NOT to charge the original card I had on hold, that I wanted to change it. She charged it anyway then blamed me, assured me it had been refunded and charged my second card. I currently have 2 payments for the same thing, far from ideal when the total is in thousands. What was supposed to be a fantastic trip of a lifetime was marred by such abysmal service. This Hilton does not live up to the brand’s reputation.

Disappointed in the room not worth the cost. Was just because it was in Times Square. Beds and pillows not the most comfortable and pai. Peeling on bathroom ceiling. Not bad for a quick overnight but won't make book for longer trip

The hotel was great for a quick weekend with my son. Proximity to broadway shows and all the shops was fantastic. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was amazing.
- 4/5
Room was nice, bathroom needs updating, a little worn, water /humidity damage. Loved, loved water pressure. Lobby was beautiful, Wi-Fi issues at times. Bar menu was limited. We did not use Breakfast from restaurant but did use the grocery store for breakfast coffee and breakfast sandwiches which were very good. Prices for breakfast at restaurant was too pricy for a senior who cannot eat much and there was no smaller plate options. Maid service was great!

When I called again, the front desk said they had checked with the housekeeping department and that nobody had seen the charger. They then asked whether I wanted to report the issue to hotel security. After I clearly stated that I did, they said someone would come to my room to follow up. However, nobody ever came, and there was no further communication. When I checked out today, I raised the issue again at the front desk. The staff showed absolutely no apology or concern, had a very poor attitude, and only took down my information without offering any explanation, follow-up plan, or solution. I am extremely disappointed with both the handling of this incident and the hotel’s customer service. Losing a personal item is already frustrating, but the lack of responsibility, communication, and professionalism made the experience much worse.

I’m giving the hotel three stars because our room felt quite dated, and the bathroom had a persistent damp‑towel smell. I was also disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. We didn’t leave the room until around 11–12, but there was no signage or communication indicating that housekeeping required the room to be vacated by a certain time. The only sign available was the Do Not Disturb tag, and since there was no “Please Make Up Room” option, we removed it when we left. There were housekeeping carts on our floor, so I assumed the room would still be serviced. When I called the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. And when the room was finally cleaned the following day, we weren’t given hand towels, and hand soap was only provided upon request—even though there was a dish for it. Overall, I expect more consistency and attention to detail from the Hilton brand, especially given the premium price point.

The staff was great but especially the first level bag/concierge gentlemen. They were especially friendly and handled our items with care. We were also running late to our train but thanks to one gentleman’s quick service we were able to make it on time.

Check in was strictly 4:00 pm, no earlier, but staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean. Convenient location cannot be beat!l

Another nice lady with curly hair and light skin was great, and a darker skin girl had amazing hospitality don’t know there names. They all mentioned the Hilton rewards card that I completely forgot to connect my room to and also explained the benefits… the First Lady at check didn’t ask me at all didn’t care to ask!!!was just stale..with me. The property is nice!!!! The views from our room was great though but because of the hospitality I wouldn’t stay there again. But I do recommend to others if you like city view.. and comfy beds and a good location.
- 4/5
It was a great place to stay for the purpose of seeing a play on Broadway.
- 5/5
Helpful doormen and front desk.
- 2/5
One issue was the misleading breakfast advertising. Breakfast is presented as “included,” but the buffet actually costs $49 per person plus a mandatory 15% gratuity, totaling over $60 per person. This should be communicated much more clearly upfront. We booked a king bed on a high floor through Expedia, but upon arrival were given two queen beds instead. The front desk told us that was the only way to get a high floor. Exhausted from travel, we accepted it, but it was frustrating not receiving the room type we reserved. No microwave in the room. Sparkling water costing around $15. Tiny trash cans that filled quickly. We eventually wanted to cancel housekeeping because each time staff entered, they turned the AC temperature way up and opened all the curtains, causing the room to become very hot while we were out. Returning after long days in the city to a hot room was frustrating. We are Hilton Rewards members, but because we booked through Expedia, we were told we would have to pay separately a daily fee for WiFi, so we went without it. The only major positives were the location. The Lyric Theatre was about a 2 minute walk, and a subway entrance was nearby. This was our second trip to New York. Our honeymoon stay at a Marriott years ago was excellent. Sadly, this Hilton property was a major letdown and we would not return.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The room was clean and staff always helpful with packages
- 5/5
Great staff and good location
- 4/5
We don't have breakfast in the hotel. Our roam is clean and big enough.
- 3/5
Not a world class hotel even with the name of Hilton. No business center room so guests could check emails. No pool. Front desk would not mail letters, but had to find a postal box somewhere blocks away. No restaurant except for morning brunch then closed all day. Would not stay here again and the price was very high..
- 3/5
Hotel was covered in strange marks and smears. The canvas art in my room had really gross looking brown marks as if it had something wiped on it by someone in the adjacent bed. Bath ledges and walls surrounding had many long hairs on it when we first showered (we are both men - the housekeeper mostly sorted this when asked the next day) Random dark red, brown drops on walls, mirrors and elevators throughout the hotel like blood. Parts could maybe do with a refresh because of this. Drinks in the bar cost a fortune - applebees next door is much better value, particularly during the weekday happy hour (afternoon until close most days!) Fantastic location, elevators are really quick and regular and staff always friendly and helpful when needed. Staying at this hotel was only supposed to be a one-time thing due to the extra cost relating to the location. It does the job but would expect more care with certain amenties when you are generally paying $250+ per night. PS: dont pay for WiFi. They'll always seem to give it to you for free if the promo code isnt already on the key-card sleeve.

Great Hotel
- 5/5
Great stay and rooms! Cool views.
- 3/5
The room wasn't overly clean. There was a pill and candy wrapper under the desk area and the shower drain had hair in it. Everyone checking in was being sent to their room with bottled water, but not us. It was definitely quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Check out was easy and friendly. Location is great.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Had tickets to see Aladdin next door so the location was ideal. We had a corner room with an incredible view. The room was a little dated, especially the bathroom, but it was fine for 1 night.

It was a great to experience
- 4/5
The staff is amazing, the room was super clean, the breakfast is delicious the only thing is the air conditioning control system and the tv remote are bad
- 3/5
Stayed for two nights. Was told on arrival just because I booked a double queen room on a 3rd party site, only meant I would have a room, not the room I booked. Then was offered a king with up to 2 people allowed. There were 3 in my reservation. Had to wait 30 minutes to be told they would allow a 3rd person and a roll-away bed. They did comp our breakfast the next morning but it was very disappointing experience to say the least.

This was our second stay in this hotel after a trip in August. We were there for our daughter to perform in Carnegie after she had won a flute competition. The manager, Robert Whalen, was incredibly helpful letting us use a conference room to practice in before the performance. And then after the performance the staff had left an extremely generous gift basket of treats for my daughter. We had an extremely wonderful trip and truly appreciated the extra steps that Robert and his staff made in accommodating us and making our stay memorable!

Spacious room and fantastic breakfast buffet (about $50 each person). Central location close to Time Square actions. Solid choice 👍👍

Clean room and friendly staff
- 1/5
The room is dirty especially the bathroom.
- 1/5
Oh and by the way, breakfast was way overpriced, give me a break. The location is great but find another place to stay!!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly with any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in NYC who was driving in!
- 5/5
My room was missing bath size towels and a kind gentleman delivered some promptly. The bar was a great place to relax and watch some sports for a break from the hectic pace outside. Lobby and room floor access is by key card access only. Inside a security door man monitors people coming and going. Pay by the door man by kiosk $5 and they will hold your bags while you sight see before heading out of town. Francisco and all the dining area staff were polite courteous and attentive.
- 3/5
Our check in experience was terrible. We stayed at this hotel for an exceptional experience on Times Square and our check-in day was a mess. We arrived when we said we would, our room was not ready yet so we had to leave our bags and go walk around. Then when we came back at the time they requested, our room was still not ready. And I found that out after having to wait in a crowded lobby with It ended up making us lose our dinner reservation. Then there were elevator issues as well. And I’m sorry but providing breakfast buffet vouchers does not make up for all of that stress and inconvenience!
- 5/5
Front desk was not very attentive
- 5/5
My stay at the Hilton Time Square Hotel was excellent, but our rooms lack a microwave. The Staff conducted theirselves in a professional manner and provided assistance when requested.
- 5/5
Clean room, good staff! Very convenient location! Definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was ready ahead of time. Excellent location.
- 5/5
Great room. Great location. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
First time amazing. Decided to go back. Amazing. Definitely planning to stay here again! The views are breath taking
- 2/5
There was a blackout curtain but doesn’t do the job, and although I noticed an extra curtain rod, it seemed the curtain was missing for a reason. If you’re staying on the Times Square side, the bright lights shine directly into the room at night, which, combined with the noise, makes it difficult to rest. The room itself is outdated and clearly in need of renovation. It certainly did not meet the expectations of a “deluxe” room. We have stayed in a better rooms for the price we have paid. The only positive aspect of the stay was the staff especially the front desk and concierge who were helpful and professional. Overall, I would not book here again.
- 3/5
Didn’t enjoy housekeeping knocking on my door at 830/9am and asking if I was leaving today
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good! Did not go to bar.
- 1/5
I went to sleep at 4a.m my check out time was 12p.m and house keeping started opening my room door since 10 so I could leave my room. I was traveling with my fam we where tired so that was a very bad experience.
- 5/5
Didn't order breakfast
- 3/5
Overall the hotel was average, before my stay I reached out checking on the benefits of a member of the Hilton hotels, the hotel responded that since I booked through a third party the only benefits I would receive were the complementary water and the WiFi, well I didn’t get either but I was asked to pay a little over 19$ to receive the WiFi. Also I stayed over a 2 day period wich in any of my other reservations in any Hilton hotel , the room gets clean once a day, mine was not, not very happy with the service.
- 4/5
The location is perfect for tourists.
- 5/5
Staff was fabulous and felt so safe with comfy beds and great service!
- 5/5
We stayed in a very high corner king room and the views were amazing! Staff was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was delish!! Our room was clean and the extra blanket and pillows we requested had already been placed in our room upon our arrival. Hotel location was great and even though we were in Times Square, we never heard any street noise. We would choose this property again.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4/5
The staff was really kind and helpful! George was awesome at checkin, and helped us arrange a car service for the end of the trip to be transported back to the airport, and he wrote directions to get to his favorite bagel place, which is now our favorite bagel place! Hotel was in a great location to get around and do all of the touristy things. We had a great view of the Empire State Building from our room which was awesome to see the different colors at night. The only thing that wasn’t great is we were directly next to the elevators, which was convenient location for coming and going but not when trying to rest. You heard it creaking back and forth all day/night when trying to sleep. But overall was a great hotel with very friendly staff!
- 5/5
Good location. Clean and big rooms
- 5/5
Loved our stay! We will definitely return! Clean, staff was amazing, and the view in our room was AWSOME!
- 5/5
Front desk staff at check in was not very welcoming. I can’t remember the woman’s name. However the next day, the front desk staff was very nice and greeted us as well walked by. Besides that, everything was very nice.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay!!! Rooms were big bed was comfortable and the amenities were abundant!!!! Definitely will return

My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Clean room and property in general, helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms could certainly use a refresh, as well as the gym, but great location and great landing pad for a very touristy New York visit.
- 5/5
Great location, walkable to everything spacious rooms
- 5/5
Clean room staff very friendly
- 5/5
You could not check in before 4pm even if the room is ready. But money will make this rule exempt.
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Great location, just across from the lyric theatre where our show was. All the staff we interacted with was super friendly. Room was exactly as discribed and honestly a little larger than i expected it to be in NYC
- 5/5
Perfectly located, excellent security, and very clean.
- 5/5
Conveniently located in Time square and have a nice view of the skyline. The hotel was family friendly and clean, and the location is unbeatable. Area around the hotel feels clean. We stayed on the 31st floor and didn't hear any noise despite being in a very busy neighborhood. Lots of food options nearby and 5 minutes walk to many Broadway shows
- 5/5
Meets expectations. Good area
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5

- 5/5
I was only there for 1 night so I did not use too many of the amenities, but the hotel was excellent for my needs.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The mattress closest to the door was one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on. There was no support and you could feel the springs. I would have expected more from a Hilton property of this caliber. Other than that it was great. I was very disappointed with the sleep quality over the 3 nights

- 3/5
Room was very clean and convenient but you have to pay $20 a day to warm up food in a microwave and $20 a day for WiFi. That’s wild! Not worth it when you don’t even get continental breakfast.

- 5/5
The room was super spotless. The restaurant staff were very patient with my indecisiveness! Furthermore, whoever was at the reception when I had a question to ask, were super polite and helpful. Definitely my favourite place I have stayed at.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing. The room was clean but there was an issue with the toilet and the wallpaper was peeling.
- 5/5
Valet was great front desk was friendly
- 4/5
Staff was courtesy and polite. The room had stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The rooms need to be updated as they are outdated. Maintenance needed to be done on the toilet in our room as the toilet seat was not properly fitted and the tub needed some Clorox to clean the bottom of the tub and shower curtain needed to be attached properly. For the money spent on the room, we certainly did not get our monies worth.
- 5/5
Everything was great as always. Only hotel I stay in while in the city.

Will come back again very soon to this hotel.

Just mid. Room average. If you like being in the middle of Times Square in December, then it’s a positive. Wasn’t for us. Total zoo… had to wait until 5:30 pm to get our room.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
the bathroom was less perfect—a lot of weathering, aged and cracked tub, odd and messy little sink—overall impression of old, funky, and having seen a lot of real hard use. Yet, still serviceable, and the deep tub did make a good spot for a soak. Some rooms are directly adjacent to elevators, The shafts are loud, but thankfully they mostly sound in the day and evening, not at night. Ear plugs were highly useful, eye masks too; Oh and the view… we were on the 31st floor (rooms start at the 22nd, there are none below): our empire state view was phenomenal, all of lower manhattan spread out for us to observe, We returned to gazing out it again and again.
- 3/5
It is an old hotel with very few amenities. I asked for slippers, which never arrived. I asked for a one page print which they did not help. First night, there was no floor towel and I had to clean the chair dust before sitting on it. This experience was unusual under Hilton name.
- 5/5
good and friendly staffs, very good location
- 5/5
I traveled solo here for a business trip. Great location, staff was friendly. Great spot for a NYC vacation. The cons, food is not that good and very high priced. I booked this hotel during January cold months on NYC. My plan was not to leave the hotel for food but I had to due to the limited and expensive options. 4/5, still a great hotel and there are lots of food options within walking distance.
- 3/5
The security guys in the firts floor in front of elevator are very rude. These guys look like a mafia movies.

Expedia page says 18 to check in, but I found out that it was 21+ upon getting there for state/city law reasons. If I didn't have my older sister with me I would literally have had nowhere to stay and no way to get somewhere to stay.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, Clean/modern/nicely decorated hotel lobby, Nice market/shop, hotel lobby bar, view from hotel room. We had a great time! Ty so much!
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional! I had an unplanned early check in and not only did they accommodate that they upgraded my room to a corner suite on a high floor!
- 5/5
The view and the breakfast was amazing. I will stay again
- 4/5
Excellent location, clean and friendly staff
- 4/5
The check in was pleasant, but it was a bit of a wait, with only one person, checking people in.
- 5/5
Nice size room.
- 3/5
Good location that’s about it.
- 5/5
The property is very well maintained and the staff provided excellent customer service and support.
- 3/5
We found garbage in the room that was not ours. I had to clean off the markings on the toilet seat, and there was urine on the wall behind toilet. Yuck. Get some new cleaning staff! And you needed 2 separate rides on elevators just to get to your room. Besides the staff I pointed out, the location was superb. Would I stay here again? Probably not. For the amount I paid, I could find better. Overall, I would rate this hotel as average.
- 5/5
Will definitely return!!! Nice clean rooms.
- 5/5
The cleaning and bar staff wasn’t polite.
- 4/5
Great location; lots of restaurants nearby. Could walk to most things we wanted to see. Wish there was more variety in breakfast options at the market. Even though there are a variety of sandwiches listed, what was actually available was a lot less. Staff very efficient especially considering how many people they had to deal with on a new given day.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel and great service
- 5/5
Increase dinner and breakfasr options.
- 5/5

horrible experience 3 hours for valet parking to bring my vehicle and on top of that they charge you $112 dollars for valet parking. never in my life experience have had such a bad experience.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff was friendly. We had tickets to Harry Potter and it was just across the street from the hotel. We also loved that we were right in the middle of everything.

- 4/5
All staff were very helpful and kind! Perfect location to everything! Would stay here again!
- 4/5
Very large rooms for NYC. Bed and linens were great. Staff was friendly. Bathroom doors hard to open. No wash clothes or hand towels upon arrival.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff welcoming
- 5/5
Convient location. Close to subway. Times square, Bryant Park. Great staff. Nice rooms and facilities. Helpful bellmen. Easy luggage storage.
- 5/5
Great location if you want to be I the middle of the fun
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was excellent.
- 5/5
Our room was amazing. It was clean. It was big. The view was fabulous. Everybody was very helpful and nice. Great location. The only negative is the mattresses could be a little bit better but was so exhausted. I slept just fine.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and staff very courteous!!
- 3/5
Hotel was average, especially for the price. I expected a nicer place for $450 a night!
- 5/5
Clean and good experience

Third year in a row for us! Perfect location—- very kind staff from hospitality to concierge and door staff. Decorated beautifully for the holidays! Hilton Times Square has a five star feel! Opps forgot— Bagel Market round the corner outstanding! Bd Yard house restaurant nearby.! See you next Christmas!

- 5/5
Excellent hotel and location.
- 5/5
The room was nice, the view was great. The staff was very accommodating!
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was amazing. Stunning lobby all decorated for Christmas. Good restaurant, amazing customer service, clean, large room, nice bathroom. Close to Bryant Park and Times Square. Was right across the street from Harry Potter show. Highly recommend. The only disappointing part was having to pay for luggage storage on the way out. It’s free on the way in. Plan accordingly if you don’t want to pay the extra money.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Small bathroom, toilet not modern and upgraded according to present condition, small room and gloomy environment, service is not good
- 5/5
Staff was amazing from the time we arrived. We were always greeted when we walked through the lobby. It’s very close to theatres and Bryant Park.
- 5/5
location
- 5/5
Great room for the location and price!!!
- 4/5
Clean room. Very nice staff and employees. Very close to everything you need and want to do.
- 5/5
My daughter and her friends took a quick three day trip to NYC. The hotel is two blocks form Time Square which made it a great location. Also could not beat the price for a two night stay. The hotel was also accommodating in letting my daughter and her friend drop off their bags before their check-in and kept them on the ay they checked out due to a late departure.
- 5/5
Very nice room great view of NYC. Staff was excellent. Location is amazing two blocks from time square about three blocks from Bryant park. Perfect location to catch multiple trains.. all around great experience
- 2/5
Wouldn’t stay here again. Parking and valet was ridiculous. Nowhere to even pull up and drop off our luggage. We were sent four blocks down the street to park the car ourselves and dragged our luggage up to the hotel. The rooms were over priced at $500 a night (Time Square) I guess for the location - certainly not for the hotel conditions. The restaurant was subpar and grossly overpriced. The marketplace was grossly overpriced ($10 for a bag of chips). The room was nothing special. The shower smelled and had black mold with peeling paint. There were not enough towels and we had to call every day for more. There was also no drinking water in the room so we had to continuously go get some from the front desk. On a good note, the employees were all friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely never stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay at this property. I loved the vibe during the Christmas time
- 5/5
Amazing hotel at an amazing location
- 5/5
Great hotel convenient location.

- 4/5
Room was big
- 5/5
Everyone was nice an friendly. Great location. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Great location. Great customer service. Fantastic experience
- 5/5
We didn’t have breakfast
- 3/5
I found the staff at the front desk to be cold and arrogant. The exception to this observation would be the staff members who were storing our luggage prior to check-in. I found them to be kind, professional and very helpful. Considering the rate charged per night, you might consider providing a better cup of coffee to your guests. As someone who travels frequently I find many hotels do this. A very small concession for an elevated experience.
- 4/5
After a few hiccups to start my stay at the hotel everything went well . Staff was attentive and took care of any concerns promptly. Location is great and safety was a priority for the hotel
- 4/5
Great room, location was perfect and staff was very helpful!
- 2/5
we advised with anticipation on the reservation that we were 4 people and there were only 3 towels, ambient was nice till during breakfast a crazy guys started screaming and causing all that drama that police had to get involved. don’t know who things like this could happen on a hotel like this. Beside when you chooses the option breakfast included tariff and then a guy who just put 4 cups on the table start asking for tips when you go yourself to pick what u wanna get for breakfast. don’t thing is ideal if everyone does self serving.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Perfect spot. Large comfort rooms. Friendly staff. Helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great view. Helpful staff.
- 3/5
Well situated
- 4/5
Room was a good size and was clean. Staff friendly. Location is very good, but the area itself is very, very busy being close to Times Square. There is a Target across the street, which was very convenient. Most of the immediate area unfortunately smells strongly of weed, which is of course not the fault of the hotel, but something to keep in mind!
- 5/5
Everyone at the registration desk and the bellmen were so helpful, courteous & friendly. The room was spacious & clean. The bedding & especially the pillows were wonderful.
- 5/5
Everything was outstanding. Great room and wonderful service.
- 5/5
Room was clean but comforter and chair held a distinct 'dirty ashtray' odor. Someone has previously smoked in the room in the past and the odor is permeated into fabrics. As a former smoker, I could smell it. Valet and bell hop was very professional. During the stay, I elected to not have room service but kept my own room clean. Let's talk weed. The ground floor always smelled like someone was smoking skunk weed. When I exited the ground floor, no odor. Weed smell on the elevators with heavy perfume cover up. On the last night of my stay, weed smell was wafting through the vent in my room all night. I called front desk around 9 or 10 but the smell continued on and off all night till I finally called the front desk and ordered my car by 4:30am and left. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 30 years and always recommend to others. Unless something can be done with the control of the weed smoking, I'll be moving to another hotel when I return later this year.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
The service from the luggage staff, concierge, to front desk workers was outstanding. The rooms are very big for NYC! We booked 2 rooms and they accommodated us on the same floor w a view overlooking 42nd street. The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing - steps from port authority terminal, times sq, theater district. We will absolutely return here!
- 5/5
Gr8 service, the location was perfect. All of the amenities were available
- 5/5
This was hands down the nicest hotel staff I’ve experienced. Everyone stopped to ask how i was doing, enjoying my stay, if I needed anything, how was the city… fantastic. Everyone was smiling and happy. The rooms were excellent (that’s hard to find in NYC). Located in the heart of Times Square, it was super crowded on the street, but the rooms were very quiet. Views were fantastic.
- 4/5
The staff was courteous. Room was nice but a little too warm during the night.
- 4/5
Everything was excellent. Good service 👍 thankfully We had a good time.
- 5/5
We loved that anything we really wanted to see and do was within walkable distances. Our family felt safe even while walking late at night. New York never sleeps and we were going to enjoy every minute. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
While the property was clean and service was excellent, the location was extremely loud and noisy. Even on the 41st floor you could hear tons of traffic, music, and street noise.
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Room ok.
- 1/5
Book two rooms with empire building view but got only one with view recommend to all call hotels to check out all extra charge before you book here I booked with total all fee $1450 but end up almost $2000
- 5/5
The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bar staff were very friendly and accomodating.
- 2/5
Wouldn’t stay again at this Hilton. The name Hilton hotel carries a certain expectation and this offering falls short.
- 5/5
It was amazing everyone was so kind
- 5/5
We booked a corner premium room but when we arrived they were sold out so they gave us a basic room. The next day, they gave us two complementary breakfast buffets and moved our belongings to a corner premium room on a higher floor. They made it right. Staff was great and the location was perfect.
- 5/5
Keep the hard work. Food service staff and in the bar could be more courteous and friendly and professional. They need training urgently. The staff at the entrance, desk and bags very professional.
- 5/5
Great property! Stayed with my husband and kids. Very convenient location and could walk just about anywhere.
- 3/5
Pleasant stay, room needed carpet cleaned and paint repaiars.
- 5/5
The Hilton is perfectly located in time square and the staff were great. The room was immaculate. Big shoutout to Ignatio the concierge. He was super friendly, fantastic at his job, and knew the best places to eat/sight see. Anytime he ran into us coming or going he asked how we were doing and if we needed anything
- 5/5
Great place!
- 3/5
No breakfast
- 5/5
Perfect location and comfortable bed
- 4/5
.
- 2/5
There was no shower gel in the bathroom and the bathtub was very slippery causing me to slide
- 3/5
We had awesome views from 40th floor. (High floor, view room). Nice staff. Old building in dirty Times Square. Both rooms were stinky (greasy food odor or chemical smell), but we were too exhausted to change rooms again. Expect big city noises (cars, buses, sirens, etc), even from high floors. Great location otherwise
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quiet location.
- 5/5
Clean room.. nice view
- 5/5
Times Square is amazing. So many people
- 4/5
Pleasant staff
- 5/5
Great hotel location! Beds need new mattresses
- 3/5
I am hilton jonors gold member and did not get even water
- 5/5
Spot on
- 5/5
Great room. Convenient location. Safe.
- 4/5
Everything we needed was easily accessible. Helpful check in staff.
- 4/5
Location was good if you like the crazy of Time Square. Overall would still recommend. One thought though-challenging to catch a taxi or Uber just outside the property doors and no one to hail one for you or otherwise assist. Best thing we found out on checking out was the offered a car service to airport for a flat fee.
- 2/5
Shooing nearby. There was mold in the bathroom. Told staff and was told to send an email. I sent an email it has been a couple of days and have not heard back.
- 5/5
Quiet
- 3/5
It was ok
- 4/5
The restaurants and shopping stores in walking distance
- 3/5
The bathroom was outdated. Tub did not drain properly, and shower curtain smelled bad and made the bathroom smell like sweat.
- 5/5
Just the sidewalks were smelly. Dirty.
- 5/5
I was traveling with my 4 year old and the hotel personnel was incredibly helpful. I can't recall any other hotel with such level of support.
- 5/5
Great customer service and clean spacious room. Killer views.
- 5/5
It's a good hotel!!
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and bellhops were very courteous and helpful
- 4/5
Loved the area and the views from the hotel.
- 5/5
Staff & service was very good, thank you!
- 5/5
The property is very close to subway, tines square, shopping and eating. Great location.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for such a busy area, which made it easy traveling with children. For the price and convenience, it was just what we needed, a solid choice for families who want to be in the middle of the action.
- 5/5
There was nothing that was not to like.
- 4/5
Our bathroom was definitely not cleaned thoroughly before our stay, there was hair stuck to the shower walls and door, but other than that it was a lovely stay.
- 5/5
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
- 3/5
Despite this hotel being in the middle of time square, there is minimal street noise once in your room - which is good! Although, it is in the middle of time square so you also have to keep in mind the surrounding area/your safety/comfort when going out at night. The lobby is very nice. The room was okay - basic hotel room! The breakfast is not included.
- 5/5
Amazing staff and clean establishment.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. Very close to everything.
- 3/5
All good but my mother lost something on her room, i have to constantly remind them to place 4 towel sets, and they were not responsive or concern initially to my mother’s concern
- 3/5
The staff were nice and helpful. Daily cleaning offered. The wall in bathroom had mold above toilet area, the wall at top of mirror by the filter was so dusty, bathroom door top area was also so dusty, you'd be surprised. Otherwise, the lounge is really nice, even though its in timesqure, its so quiet. Older hotel, could use some reno.
- 2/5
Thermostat in room did not work well. Room would not get to an ideal cool temp. Room was nothing like the picture. No counter space on bathroom counter, towels frayed and practically had holes, toilet seat did not have lid. Shower had handheld spray (unlike picture). The room I stayed in needs a massive bathroom upgrade to even come close to how it was advertised/pictured. Staff was excellent, but that didn’t make up for the poor room quality.
- 3/5
The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable. Could feel the metal bars and not only the springs. Asked 3 separate occasions giving minimum 8 hours between each ask to sort out, but nothing until final day when they changed to a roll out bed. This meant 3 people in the bed and one on the roll out bed.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing
- 5/5
Great stay in the middle of Time Square. Clean rooms did not experience any issues.
- 4/5
Great location.Easy to get to Times Square,Plays and restaurants. Front desk did not explain if we had a destination charge that could be used in the hotel..all in all a very good experience. have been here about 8 times. See you next year.
- 5/5
Exceeded my expectations! Excellent location, excellent rooms and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Property is located within walking distance of just about everything in midtown. Times Square, just about every Broadway show. Room was clean, smelled fresh. You do have to take 1 elevator to lobby then another to your floor. Other than that book it. Hilton Times Square won’t disappoint. Will book again.
- 5/5
Beds were a little hard. Everything else was great.
- 4/5
Had only two complaints. 1. Tried to get reservations by phone 3 times. Left messages twice once requesting a callback so I knew msg received never recd any callback. 2. Water in tub took a long time going down no one came to fix
- 5/5
Not direct. Clean. Great security. Very close to Times square by 1/2 a block. Also the main subway entrance for many trains is 100 yds away.
- 5/5
Very convenient location to time square and transportation.
- 4/5
I loved everything about this hotel. Only small issue was when we took a shower first night, the water was running brown. I let the water run for like 10 min. Then it eventually cleared. The room was nice and spacious. Was very clean.
- 5/5
Was a very nice
- 4/5
Our shower at the end of our stay had brown stuff coming out of it. The toilet paper holder was dirty. They're also is a watermark in a picture that should be taken down and cleaned it was the one over the toilet in the bathroom. Room 2901 and the good things the pillows were awesome and the view was great. I do have a gripe about the fact that we couldn't take the car out for the day you still going to pay for two nights but we wanted to take the car out one day I think you guys should try to finagle and figure out something people can do for that. And the front desk people were a little bit standoffish. We ate at the lounge over there and it was okay but there was some floaties in one of the waters. And the best thing of all were the Bell hops Ryan he was amazing! Rodney I don't think he's a bellhop I'm not sure but he was also amazing very nice! And then when we checked out we had Tony as our Bell hop and he was awesome! And our cleaning lady don't know her name but it was Thursday afternoon we seen her she was very nice to us and gave us some extra stuff we needed! When we checked in we only had one washcloth in the bathroom and we called down and told them and we were supposed to get more I thought that night but we never did get them. And the toilet makes a clunking sound when you flush and it like Springs back at you almost hurts your hand I think that's it thank you
- 3/5
The rooms could definitely use with some updating. The carpeting was rather gross, the windows were dirty, and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The sink in the bathroom was also a super weird design where the faucet isn't in front of you but on the side which may not seem like a big deal, but it was super awkward to use. The biggest complaint we have, though, is that they won't hold your bags for free. It was $5 per item to hold our bags for a few hours on the day we checked out (they also charge if you do this before you check in, so it's not a matter of us being done with our stay). The front desk also arranged for their car service to pick us up from the hotel to take us to the airport for a flat rate, but when we got to the airport, the price was not what the hotel quoted us and the driver didn't allow us to see the breakdown price. Super weird.

- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
It was easy to fine not for from time square and to most on shows
- 5/5
I liked the property very much but when I called the front desk after 11::00 pm no one was answering the phone. I guess it was only one person available and they must have been extremely busy.
- 2/5
Place is falling apart and dirty
- 4/5
Old bathrooms, decent space, view of Broadway is a stretch, Good Hilton service was provided.
- 5/5
Excellent location for shows.
- 5/5
Great check in with Coretta. Knowlesgeable about the area and very helpful.
- 3/5
It was clean and safe
- 4/5
Food at bar was not very good.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff, lovely accommodation. My only issue was how they nickel and dimed you. Cost $50 for early check-in (2 hours before check-in) and asked for $55 flat rate for a $20 cab ride. We opted to get our own taxi.
- 5/5
Nice place. Close to everything! Clean.
- 5/5
Close to the areas we wanted to visit. Staff was great with information.
- 5/5
Location was great
- 5/5
My room had a great view of the city, rm 4402 king single , corner
- 5/5
Property was great ! Excellent place to stay
- 5/5
I would only change that the room was too warm. I could not lower the thermostat past 68.
- 5/5
Great location and staff
- 4/5
Rooms could have been better
- 5/5
The room was nice, staff was good and close to restaurants, shops etc. LOTS, and I mean LOTS, of people smoking pot and drinking in public everywhere. Especially at night. Keep a close eye on the kids while out and about, but I guess this is how New York is now.
- 5/5
We had a great time thank you !! The room was great ????
- 4/5
I was so sad in the beginning because my room was door connecting to other room And I would like not connecting and Angel make my vacations because give us other room and I believe he’s is a very good employee deserves a year employee because he’s is thinking and your comfortable I know Angel loves he’s Job is very nice . Ignacio always have a great smile and give us welcome very early in the morning and same as afternoon Breakfast was excellent and personal good too Are room have a nice view 😍
- 5/5
Definitely would stay again!
- 5/5
Every worker was cheerful and helpful,,,right down to workers that we crossed paths with in the elevators!
- 5/5
Awesome view from room and service was great!
- 5/5
The facility outside of the rooms were great, beautiful what I didn’t like. Was the smell of the carpet the hair in the bathroom on the floors and tub when we checked in. Also the the linen on the bed has holes in the sheets unacceptable for the price and also pay for early check-in.
- 2/5
Our experience was terrible. Room was extremely hot, our first room was not available had to switch the next day. The tub didn’t drain as well as the sink. The internet and Tv would randomly turn off. The additional towels, I ordered never showed up till the next day in the afternoon. Never again.
- 4/5
Great location, nice hotel
- 1/5
I had to sleep on the floor since they had no rooms with 2 beds as my reservation stated I needed and I paid for a room with 2 beds…. Never again staying at this hotel or using a 3rd party company to make the reservation
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 4/5
WiFi didn’t work in the rooms.
