Staff were super helpful! Gym was nice! Probably is central to so many things. The streets and air conditioner are loud so my ear plugs helped a lot.

Cleaning was perfect, I travel a lot and 90% of my arrivals in the hotel rooms I have to request a room move for some cleaning issue, but not here! The room was perfectly clean, towels and bedsheets were amazing. Shoutout for the housekeeping team ✨ Location is amazing, near everything. Only the loaction is good, but highly overpriced No drinking water was available in the room. Breakfast was not freshly prepared. lift is very old and works slow. very less width in front of lift, that too is occupied by housekeeping trolleys.

Don't expect to check in exactly 3pm on the dot. But you can store your bags while you grab some food or souvenirs.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and it was a great location. We walked to Radio City, Rockefeller Center, Times Square and Central Park. Not sure if this was just our room, but the air conditioning unit was super loud. Often I thought a car was driving by but it was the AC.

This was our first time staying here, but it won’t be the last. The staff was so helpful, the hotel and room were clean, and convenient to all the NYC hotspots. Loved our stay!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hilton at Times square . Room was a bit small however clean and comfortable . Location is excellent as it is walking distance from many attractions of New York as well as a short train ride to the others . Would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to new york for a vacation or has work close to times square. The Staff as the reception was a bit curt and not friendly

Derrick was exceptionally helpful when we arrived after midnight and the parking lot gate was locked. He was friendly, helpful, and walked with me to get help from the night attendant at the lot. It is so nice to be greeted by a smile and it really set the tone for our stay. The room was also lovely, smelled nice, and had a nice city view. The location is perfect for catching a Broadway show, visiting Times Square, and playing tourist. I highly recommend.

Hotel is immaculate, and the staff are super nice and helpful. The room (we had a 2 x queen bed for 2 of us) was spacious by NY standards and the beds were very comfortable! Only small irks for us was limited tv options (we've stayed in hotels which had built in streaming services so we could stream US shows, which we loved as we like to be up early and back at the room early evening) and the overpowering scent of the lobby (something floral) that gave me a banging headache and is something anyone asthmatic should be aware of - but 5 stars remain as these were irks personal to us and probably wouldn't bother 99% of people! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to experience the city in comfort!

Morning. I wanted to have access early instead of waiting to check in st 4pm. I was not aware of the no show policy and my room was cancelled when I arrived. It was fully paid for and no one made any attempt to retrieve the booking regardless of me showing them I had been traveling all night . I had rebook another room for the night. The area is ok. The room is quite small and the bed is very uncomfortable. The room was also noisy hearing all doors closing

The staff was very flexible and maintain their composure during a busy time. Even though early check-in is difficult to do, the staff was doing their best and very accommodating. It is definitely a plus to have a small microwave and refrigerator in the room. The hotel is essentially located if you’re going to a Broadway play, less than 10 minutes walking in your shopping in Times Square.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a really great experience. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed in Manhattan, and the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Diana, who made our stay even better.

We didn't stay here. There was a mistake between Booking.com and this Hilton location. When the Booking.com reservation was not honored the staff blamed Booking.com and did little or nothing to help us find an alternate accommodation. We were on our own. They washed their hands of the situation. A little more training is needed for these younger agents to enhance their skills in hospitality, hospitality that goes beyond the standard scripted smiles, apologies and responses.

I literally stay at this hotel every time I go to New York, one time I chose a different hotel and it was the worst decision I made! Hilton Garden Inn time Square North is top notch and the staff are even better! Ten straight across the board! I highly recommend!

This is a great hotel. It is close to everything, without being right inside the noise and chaos. The room was very spacious for two people, and the amenities were nice. One of the best things was that, compared to other hotels in this area that we have stayed at, the elevators were very quick! We will definitely stay here again!

Avoid booking transfer to airport provided by hotel. We booked one. The driver first informed us he would be arriving in five minutes, then said he was just two blocks away. We kept waiting, until at last were told that he couldn’t come because there was traffic blocking. We had to rush to Grand Central to take LIRR instead. Very bad experience.

First of all, the location was excellent. Apart from that, hotel rooms in New York City are generally quite small, but this hotel’s rooms were perfectly adequate in size. It was clean, and we stayed on the 21st floor of a 21-story building. I also appreciate that they accommodated our request regarding this. The elevator is extremely fast—it goes down 21 floors in about 6–7 seconds, which I think is a very important advantage. The only issue is that there is currently construction about 50 meters away from the hotel, at the corner of 5th Avenue, and construction vehicles start working from around 7 a.m., which unfortunately causes some noise quite early in the morning. Other than that, there were no problems at all. On the last night, the water was cut off for a few hours, but they informed us about it in advance, so we planned accordingly. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. Thank you.

There was no water for my stay! When I got to the room a note had been slid under the door saying the city had to turn off the water for three hours. Surprise, it never came back on before I checked out in the morning. I washed with bottled water. They still charged full price. Would never return.

Great location. Staff is friendly. The property is clean. The room was fine but had no view - just a fire escape. It was quiet and I was able to sleep. Only two elevators, so coming and going can be a bit of wait. There is a fabulous Italian restaurant called Chase Palminteri in the lobby. I enjoyed my stay.

I had no complaints whatsoever. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful, they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, which it was I would certainly stay there again.

Stayed in room 1201. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I felt safe with the elevator key access. The room was nice, cozy and clean. I loved having the mini shop and easy add to room as needed. I also appreciated the smart tv features. When it was hot, I wish I could have cooled the room a bit more. Location is good, good room size and fridge. Pillows are a joke, cant call them pillows because they are so squishy. Curtains dont do the job, a LOT of light enters as soon as the sun rises. AC is VERY loud and noisy, and no soundproof windows, so expect to have a lot of noise.

The room was very well designed- attractive and comfortable with places to put things away. I like that there was a Keurig coffee pot in the room , though I don't think it was listed on the website (or that there's coffee in the lobby)- it's something I always seek out in a hotel room. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The luggage storage was very convenient. The elevator was super speedy! The location was great- good quick food right within the block. Subway was a couple of blocks away.

My room was very clean. Breakfast was good. The star was my girl Diane and the bellmen. She did our initial check-in. We were early because we wanted to start our mini vacation early, no problem. We came back around 3:00pm and our room wasn’t ready. That was unacceptable to me because we arrived early. We waited a whole hour! I was tired! I watch other people check in and go straight to their room. I had to go and ask was our room ready. I think they forgot we were sitting there. I saw Diane the next morning and she took care of us! Smooches to you Diane. I hope I spelled your name right. Overall it’s a good place to stay. You’re not exactly in Time Square but the location is perfect it’s right in the middle of everything. I would stay here again.

Sadly, on the opposite of the hotel they are building a new building so for now you can expect some drilling in the morning. Overall very good hotel

The stay was ok up until the day we were to check out. We were told at check in that we could get late check out. We were then told last minute on Mother's Day that the hotel could not accommodate late check out. We had to completely restructure our plans for our Mother's Day in NY.

The staff, the room, and the overall condition of the hotel property was excellent. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel manager was top notch. And the location on forty six street a quarter block from fifth avenue can't be beat.

We traveled to NY for our anniversary. The staff were very helpful to us as we were coming in from a flight. They stored our luggage for us until we checked in. It was an absolute pleasure to be there.

I didn't take the breakfast or use the restaurant, so I don't know how they are. The location was good for my needs, mostly going to Broadway shows, all of which were an easy walk. There is also a subway stop on 6th that's an easy walk. I liked having a coffee machine in the room by default. The room was tight, but that's to be expected in the city. I also find it essential to have a safe in the room and this has one. All appliances and facilities were in good, working order, so that was good, too. Also, everything was very clean and no funky smells. A minor annoyance, but the lobby is super small (to give floor space to the restaurant, I guess) and I sometimes had to fight my way through a crowd of people at the desk with their luggage to get from the elevator to the front door. The oversized revolving door to get in and out is very slow and a bit annoying, too. As for my room, it was fine, all in all, but the hvac was very noisy and I was hearing some mechanical noise at night that made it harder to get a really good sleep, but that may have just been my room. I didn't ask for a change, so it didn't reach that level of annoyance.

First off, the location was very accessible to the places where we planned to visit. The staff were accommodating. And lastly, they have this room where you can leave your stuff/luggage even after you've checked out, and we were still able to go around and see other spots. Our bags were tagged when we left them so it was all safe to leave.

A truly outstanding stay at Hilton Garden Inn! The staff was exceptionally attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Traveling with a group can sometimes be complex, but everything felt effortless thanks to their support. A very special mention to Diana, whose wonderful assistance made a real difference for all of us. The location is unbeatable, right next to 5th Avenue, yet incredibly quiet. We didn’t hear any outside noise at all, which made it perfect for a great night’s rest. Breakfast was very complete with plenty of options, the elevators were efficient with no waiting time, and the facilities were modern, spotless, and very well maintained. An excellent experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room was clean but small, and the bathroom has only a sliding glass door with no lock. Our refrigerator did not work and we called the front desk about it. They said they’d send up an engineer. We went down an hour later and asked about it and the staff thought the engineer had come and fixed the problem, but apparently they were confused about a different job. As it was 9:30pm and we were tired, we just told them to forget about it. Staff was friendly and overall did their best to be helpful. Getting our car at checkout took a long time, but that’s parking in NYC. Good location, close to Times Square and 5th Avenue.

The room was reasonably tight but it is New York and large rooms will be very pricey. The location is really good. We did a run one morning up to and through Central Park. We did not use the restaurant as there are other options nearby.

Great location, clean. Room size was large considering it was in NYC. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. Samson at the front desk notified us about a car service to take us back to the airport or around town if we wanted to compare pricing with Uber. On the first day, room cleaning service did not come until 4:30 PM and we didn't get because we were getting ready for dinner and evening out at that time. Also, the Keurig for coffee did not work in the room.

It was a small room, but did the job. Apparently the king beds were “overbooked” so we got 2 small beds. Really disappointed in that because we are a couple and wanted to be in the same bed.

No housekeeping available. Housekeeping will not answer the phone and doesn’t follow up on voicemails. They will say you had a DND sign on the door and not clean. They will leave supplies available on the floor all day if you’re lucky. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AFTER CHECK-IN!

This hotel was nice and clean with a great staff. The location was close to time square, and other attractions in walking distance. They also provide a car service to and from the airport with fees cheaper than normal car services.

My husband and I rarely take trips together or drink, so this was unexpected and upsetting, especially because we had already paid for it. The shower also pooled with water quickly. All in all the place was okay but will most likely not book there again.

I booked two king size room and the person from front desk only gave me one double room when we checked in. Finally got a double room on another floor when we asked later on. Their explanation was that it was booked in third party website therefore it was not reserved. There was no reimbursement for the unexpected change. Very disappointed.

LICE. Assistant general manager from Hilton was unhelpful. Her resolution was to change rooms. AFTER already exposed to them. My only request was reimbursement for cost of lice treatment that the hotel exposed my family and I to.

We were here for 4 days in February. Our stay here was excellent. We did a lot of research beforehand, and we liked this location, the a 24-hour gym (essential for us), and large (for NYC) rooms. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious and had a beautiful shower and plenty of room on the vanity. We are a family of 3 - 2 adults and one child - and never felt pressed for space. Our room was cleaned and towels replaced daily, which was a welcome surprise. The only thing that we felt could be better is having more hooks on the walls. There was only one hook in the bathroom for towels. Some hooks in the main room would be great too for coats or backpacks. The gym was great - really spacious and had lots of weights and cardio equipment. I used it 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. There were lots of fresh towels and wipes for cleaning the equipment. Everyone we spoke to at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. The parking garage was just 2 doors down and reasonably priced. Super convenient. The location of the hotel is less than a block from the nearest subway and close to stores, restaurants, and the theater. But at the same time, the street was nice and quiet. We really liked Pave for breakfast, just a couple doors down. We will definitely stay here next time we are in NYC!

One little quirk - the closet is somewhat camouflaged. The design is so unique I didn’t realize it was a closet. I thought it was odd that there was no hairdryer. When I asked housekeeping, they showed me the closet. It is very large and well equipped with everything you need.

Hilton Garden Inn North Times Square was the perfect hotel for a birthday trip to NYC as a first timer. The location is very convenient, being close to Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, 5th Ave amongst other iconic places and easy access to public transport (bus and subway stations). The room was clean, amenities were amazing- we particularly loved the comfortable king sized bed and the shower (pressure and temperature were a 10/10). Service was prompt but I would particularly love to credit the front desk staff Nikky, Diana, David and Santiago who made sure our check in and check out process was as smooth as possible and were extremely helpful, particularly with providing valet services and notifying us that if we self-parked in the car park next to the hotel that we wouldn’t be able to go in and out, something the car park staff failed to mention. The front desk was then able to take care of our parking and took the car off our hands which I’m very grateful for because parking in NYC, not to mention near Times Square is an impossible, headache inducing feat. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for a great stay, we can’t wait to be back!

I was very impressed by our stay. The room was clean. Any requests that we had were promptly addressed. Their black car service to the airport was comparably priced to a taxi, but so much better. The location is great, it’s close to Times Square without being in the chaos, with numerous food options within steps of the front door. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very central walkable location. The room comes equipped with a hair dryer, closet, safe, microwave, mini fridge, iron and coffee machine. On the other side, our room wasn't cleaned, trash wasn't taken out and the coffee supplies weren't refilled. We asked for new cups and it took about 15-20 minutes for them to bring it to the room. There was trash outside one of the rooms on the floor and it was there from Sun night till we left on Mon 9:30 am. Also there were not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels

What’s really great about this hotel is it’s close to a lot of places, Rockefeller, Times Square, etc. Some of the staff are rude. They don’t know how to smile. They “upgrade” my room to the city view on the first night and moved me to a regular one on the second night because they messed up with the booking. One of the bed’s comforter had a lipstick mark and when I asked if they can change it, they said they didn’t have anyone available to change the sheets so I changed it myself. It also took them almost 2 hrs to refill the hand soap in the bathroom. They keep saying they will be up in 15 mins or soon. Other than that, I like this hotel because of the location.

Booked thru hotels.com, between our booking and our stay, our credit card expired. Updated our info with hotels.com and got an email “all set to go!” When I arrived, Hilton Garden Inn told me the room was cancelled. They provided a list of other hotels and we had to rebook last minute. No apology, no empathy, no accountability.

Clean room. Was put in a handicapped room, don't know why...busy Christmas season, probably. Low sink, etc, but it was ok. Big construction project outside was very loud starting early and ending late...but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Very quiet, comfy, and clean! The location is absolutely perfect…right in the middle of several significant areas but away from all the noise and crowds. This has become my go to stay in NYC!

The breakfast was overpriced with very limited options, and the dining area had no heat. We almost had to keep our coats on while eating, and the food became cold very quickly. Additionally, there was no option to purchase bottled water, as it was unavailable. The restroom in the hotel was missing basic necessities, including toilet paper and hand soap, which was unacceptable. We were also concerned to see someone sleeping on the floor outside the hotel. The only positive aspect of our stay, and the reason I did not rate the hotel lower, was the front desk associate, she was extremely friendly and helpful.

The cleaning person, failed twice to clean the room, dispose of trash, replace coffee amenities, and replace the towels. Both times we had discovered this after being out all day and then had to accept just the clean towels. The breakfast was bland and the same everyday it for my family was the worst in our years of staying at Hilton hotels. The checkout at around 1am, we were not given a receipt for our stay and don’t know what charges were made until the bill comes and possibly contest them as fraudulent

I booked 2 rooms with king beds. Upon check in they didn’t bother to tell me (until I asked) that they didn’t have the second king room and decided to give me 2 double beds. Not what I wanted or paid for.

The manager and clerks were all very helpful and attentive. The neighborhood was walking distance to many major attractions: Bryant Park, Empire State, Times Square, radio city music hall, Rockefeller center, and LOTS of shopping and restaurants or pubs. I wasn’t thrilled that one of the elevators broke down and everyone was fighting for space in the one elevator that worked. It wouldn’t have been a problem except for one group that refused to make space and I had to force myself on, which made one man very upset to the point that he yelled and berated me all the way to the first floor. I will say that the hotel staff and the manager made things right for me. It was not the hotel’s fault that this guest acted poorly. On a positive note aside from that incident I plan to return to New York in spring.

The location is fantastic! You can walk to so many sites in NYC. We loved how easy it was to get places. Sometimes there is a significant wait for an elevator because there are only 2 for 21 floors so plan timing accordingly.

Upon arrival only one elevator was working so it took a while to get to our room. Day 2 the same thing. We ended up checking out early due to an emergency but had received a notice from the hotel that they would be shutting off the water overnight. The proximity to attractions is great, but be ready to hear traffic noise all night long.

The room is a NYC room, a little small but it has everything you need. It might be tight for 4 people, but it was good for 3 (2 adults and 1 kid). The room was clean when we got there. The staff was very nice! Specially with the Thanksgiving crowd. The valet was easy and fast to get our car back. The shower had GREAT pressure! Which was nice after standing at the TODAY show and walking all around!

The location is great but the rooms are tiny. The elevator took forever and for half our trip one didn’t work. Some waited 25 minutes+ to get on an elevator. The shower water was cold for like 3 days. Others also complained of no hot water. I would not stay here again.

The room floor was dirty when arriving. The elevator didn’t work which meant we had to climb 13 flights of stairs every time we left the room.

Staff was lovely, and the location is excellent, but during our stay one of the two elevators was out of service for two days, so getting up and down from the room to the lobby could take up to 15 mins. Also, one of the nights they shut off the water for maintenance issues. I will not stay here again.

This WAS a 5 star review. Location is great, room was small but adequate. Other than slamming doors, a quiet hotel. DO NOT book a airport shuttle with them. They booked the wrong date and therefore we had no ride. They never fessed up to the mistake. They hired us a hoochi mama taxi who tried to scam us...didn't even try to help us in getting our luggage from the trunk. SHAME ON HILTON...and to boot, after checking, their $70 transfer wa the same price as UBER.

There was only one working elevator and our room was on the 19th floor so that was an issue. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. It’s a great New York location. I didn’t know of any breakfast available at the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location for seeing various Broadway shows, but the reason for the 5 stars was the staff - they were so friendly and welcoming, and Samson was a stand out. He helped us arrange transportation for all five days were in NYC and checked on us each day to see if there was anything else he and the rest of the staff could do to make everything perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in NYC.

We BOOKED two King rooms and upon check-in they put us in two double bed rooms. When I tried to argue this, they claimed there was no King rooms left even though that's what we booked and paid extra for. They refused to rectify this issue and would not attempt to resolve THEIR mistake. Completely unacceptable especially for a global brand.

Loved the location. The location was perfect for visitors wanting to experience Manhattan highlights. It was close enough to Times Square to walk, but not have all the traffic. The room itself was clean. It was near the elevator so I thought it might have been noisy, but I didn't experience that. My only minor complaint was that the sliding door to the bathroom didn't close all the way to the wall (there was a little gap). Since we arrived early, the staff member found an available room for a small fee, however there was luggage storage if we would have had to wait. Didn't really use the amenities, but there was a gym. They had some snacks/drinks available for purchase in the lobby, but there were lots of breakfast/lunch/dinner spots nearby.

Rooms were clean and facility was in excellent condition. Whole reason we went with this hotel was because it said the rooms were bigger and there was a fridge. There must have been a typo on the sqft of the room as it was still very small and minimal space to unpack your clothes. The fridge was tiny and froze everything. They switched it out with another one and the same thing happened. Bed wasn’t very comfortable either. Proximity to everything was great and the staff was very professional and helpful.

We were upgraded to a slightly larger corner room free of charge as we had 2 adults and 2 children in a room, which was very welcome. The view unfortunately was just of the fire exits of the building behind us but that was fine. Beds and pillows were very comfy and we all slept well. The porter on checkout was especially helpful, recommending somewhere for breakfast and offering to organise airport transfers if needed.

The bad.... Our door didn't shut all the way by itself. Had to pull it shut. Not a big deal, but worried about when others left the room. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nice way to make everyone suffer when someone uses the toilet. Whoever designed a sliding glass door for a bathroom should have their design degree shredded. It blocks out no sound, light or smells. So, when someone needs to use the toilet at 3am and cant see, the whole room lights up like a spotlight. Top that off with the loudest flushing toilet I've ever heard and no way to actually close the door and your nice comfortable beds mean nothing anymore. The elevator was terrible too. Up and down 3 times to get to your floor. 10 people waiting in the small lobby because the lift couldn't make up it's mind. Overall. 3 stars. Great people/staff. Convenient location. Nice beds (although small). Terrible interior design. Bad infrastructure.

This hotel is a great location. It is a short walk to both to Times Square and Rockefeller Center so it is great for tourists wanting to walk in NYC. The room was super clean. I was expecting normal hotel room size, but they definitely fit whatever they can into the space they have. There isn't much space for storage for suitcases, so we ended up putting them under the desk, which worked for us. While the space was smaller than expected, it was a great place to stay for our vacation.

The hotel offers convenient access to any destination. Most attractions are within walking distance. The staff are exceptionally warm and courteous. The only drawback is the poor soundproofing—it's quite noisy due to construction outside.

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was in a perfect area and in the middle of it all. The only feedback is make sure to take water. The filtered water in the 14th floor needs to have the filter changed and our rooms bathroom extractor wasn’t working.

It would have been helpful to get the disposable cups replaced by new ones as they were being used.

Clean room

Despite being in Times Square, the hotel was very quiet! It's walkable but near various public transportation options. Several restaurant and entertainment choices. The staff was kind, helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and the size was what we expected for an NYC hotel room. The downsides were no refrigerator or microwave and the price was a bit high, but I'd definitely stay here again!

Staff were great! Room was small but clean and enough space for 2 people. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and you can hear the cleaning ladies starting at 7 am so you can't sleep in. The windows were also thin - heard everything outside even though we were on the 18th floor.

--- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) The location was definitely a highlight—just a couple blocks from Times Square and one block from 5th Avenue, which made exploring the city super convenient. However, the valet parking service was disappointing. We paid $75 for one night, which is steep, and still had to wait over 45 minutes to get our vehicle back. That kind of delay really put a damper on our experience. If you’re driving in, be prepared for a long wait.

Only complaints is that the beds and linens are not comfortable, the beds feel like metal springs and the sheets are scratchy. But the room was clean and the bathroom excellent. No view- just a brick wall. Breakfast is very expensive, but there are plenty of options nearby. Very walkable area, and easy to get a taxi or uber.

Room was nice but the view was horrible, it was a view of an alley with another building on the other side that we had to keep the shades closed at all times or people could look in at us. We were also next to the ice machine so we heard people getting ice throughout the night which kept waking us up!

The drains did not properly drain in the shower and sink. There are not enough towel racks. The beds are only double size. The bathrooms are not private, have no sound barrier, and when the light is on it disturbs others in the room.These beds and rooms are too small for four people sharing. You only get cable TV. I generally found NYC wildly over-priced, so I can't really give an objective review. Location is the only reason to stay here. Staff were helpful.

Very clean and affordable for NYC. Never felt like we were in any danger. Many options for dining, shopping and the subway within walking distance (pending weather of course).

Extremely clean and well maintained property. The location was right by a work conference location and I could walk easily. The property is close to the subway and I found it easy to get to other areas of the city as well.

I highly recommend it, very clean and good area, plus good view.

I booked a room with King size bed, but given 2 double bed.When asked the front desk, the staff is rude. I was told that it depends on availability and I booked thru 3rd party ? I booked the hotel weeks ahead. No apology or empathy from staff.

Lots of construction going on in the area

I looked at many many properties and finally chose the HGI Times Square and I am so thankful I did. Check-in was quick, the property was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms were so clean and the front desk service was so fast when we needed extra linens and towels or additional service. The neighborhood was perfect, two blocks from Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Would stay there again and again.
