Property was very small and modern, great staff! Easy check in. Room has new furniture, quite small but did the job.

The prperty looked exacyly as advertised, the room was clean and the cable was pleasing as well.

No refrigerator in the king size room. Ceilings are very low. The water in the shower was terrible! Once you turn on the shower the water waa ice cold for about 5 minutes. After the water started to get hot, there was no way to change it back to cold no katter how many times you turn the knob. We had to take a scorching hot shower which is very dangerous!

Given a suite, however, there were gaps in the door.

I loved the hotel but does not have coffee shops or restaurants this is important as hotel provides None. None within walking distance. No shuttle service to/from airport great customer service

Honestly save your money. I checked in at about 2:45 thank god someone was at the front desk and I had to leave so I told them to hold the key for my 2nd party. Why did my friend have to wait over 45 mins for a key cause no one decided to be at the front desk and we both tried calling over and over and yet no one would pick up. Then he finally gets the keys only to find the door was never fully closed. Mind you I never went to the room after checking in then we tried to take in the shower in the afternoon and in the morning both times I kid you not we had the water running for over 25 mins and NO HOT WATER we were bond to be late for our flight we just took a shower in the cold water. Then so many signs they have everywhere about no smoking but here you have an employee smoking right outside my room door. Then correct me if I’m wrong but it says they have parking but it’s parking in the streets where good luck if you find some where you don’t have to move your car cause of street cleaning. I swear NEVER AGAIN $230 for one night gone!

When we checked in, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful. However, no one was at the front desk when we tried to check out so we had to leave our room keys with an off-duty employee who left them at the front for us. I tried calling reception today (2 days after checking out) since I still haven’t seen any charges come through on my card for our stay, but the receptionist was not helpful at all and kept saying she didn’t understand my question because she was mainly Spanish speaking and I only speak English. I just wanted to make sure I’m not going to be overcharged since I didn’t sign anything stating the total for my stay.

The manger Daniel was very kind and helpful. Even though the hotel is under renovations its atmosphere was still very welcoming. Our room was lovely. No complaints.

Room was okay. Bathroom was disgusting.

Rooms are clean, new flooring and new beds but bathtub is chipped and 'new paint' job is painted over old chipped paint. And the windows are thin, you can hear traffic all night long. Just left me sad for all the effort and probably cost, this was considered a newly renovated room.

Front desk staff is very welcoming & helpful. Property is being renovated; the lobby looks great! Our room has been updated & is nicely furnished w/ new blackout curtains, nice bedding, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The art deco interior is beautiful.

Beds are nice. Bathroom was not clean. The tub had a huge rust spot in it. Surrounding area was a dump.

During check inn, Front desk guy(phelem I believe) confirms a checkout at 1 PM. In the morning, the front desk person calls at 11:10 that I have to get out in 40 mins or they will charge for next day! Literally in a threatening tone!

My purse with all my credit and debit cards was stolen from my room. I informed management but it looked like nothing will be done. This was an awful and tramatic experience that will affect any other hotel stay. Management didn't give a damb and they haven't called me back. The safety in that hotel is nonexistent no cameras, nothing. So how in the world are they going to see who went inside my room.

The facility is ok, recently renoveted but the rooms are really small, but the stuff that work there are so nice and helpful.

Hard to get to from the airport as they don't have a shuttle and I was on the receiving end of abuse from a cab driver. The surrounding area looks rundown and potentially holds safety risks. There is no food available at the hotel.

I deserve a refund

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The place is being renovated and still has some work to be completed but overall it was ok to spend the night while being near the airport. Convenient location.

This is a fantastic hotel it’s extremely clean there is a renovation you don’t notice it though. On some of the other floors is very quiet the staff is very good exceptional. Very helpful Falen At the front desk is very helpful He is an excellent representative for this hotel I just can’t say enough things about this hotel it’s just a nice good stay long or short. Very close to JFK only cost about $12 to take a Uber to emirates terminal Everything is nice and modern

Fine neighborhood by Queens standard; renovated room interior but overall decor of hotel still a bit dated. Felt safe and relatively clean.

The room was clean and tidy but the A/C made soo much noise like there were two pipes colliding with each other plus when I got up and I had to be at the airport by 9:50am there was no hot water so took a cold shower. When told the front desk while checking out she was least bothered and told me that “ you should have called the us and we would have sent the facility engineer” No Acknowledgment or sympathy but she was really rude I was in a hurry and didn’t care all she would have said I’m sorry and we will make sure it is fixed. So in another words not the hotel you wanna stay. The only good thing was when I checked in the front desk manager and the the lady I guess who was the security were really nice and they let my car parked in front of the entrance door.

El hotel esta en renovación, entonces algunas areas se ven mal. Alrededor del hotel hay parqueos de Camiones, el parqueo del hotel hay que salir con maletas y rodear el hotel. Fuera de eso, la habitación muy bien.

The lobby and the rooms were very beautiful! The hotel wasn’t too expensive. Everything went very well with our stay.

This airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. They are renovating the rooms and I had a room where they had renovated the bedroom but not yet the bathroom but it was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom although older was super clean. Check in staff at 11.00 were very nice and helpful despite the late hour and check out was very friendly.

I woke up to ants in my bed and all over the room. I call they change my room but at point they were in my stuff. I didn’t get compensated for this horrible experience I will never ever staff there again.

Showed airport shuttle and free breakfast on the listing which is why I booked there! Neither one was there! Also no ice in the whole hotel. I bought a bag and the staff brought me a fridge to keep it cold.

Smell of paint from renovations in room on 5th floor. Parking lot full, but ample street parking on a Saturday night. Noisy air conditioning. Polyester bedding, but comfortable pillows. No hot water in the shower. Sad property in all respects.

The staff: very helpful and courteous. The lady allowed us to check in early (0930). She gave us a room that looks newly renovated. The Room: the property is undergoing some renovations and I can tell that the room we were given was newly renovated. It’s spacious, however, I feel it needed the following: 1) an extension wire for the microwave to be plugged in 2) a coffee table by the sofa 3) maintenance should check the ceiling above the shower head because it was leaking Food : there is no coffee maker in the room. You have to go to the lobby and make your coffee there. Free munchies and bottled water also found in the lobby. Location from the JFK airport: less than 10 minutes with Uber which is very convenient . All in all, if you only want a hotel to rest your tired and weary body for a few hours this hotel will do.

They seemed to be unprepared. I was given the wrong room then was sent to a room that was not cleaned. Luckily the manager on duty was nice enough to give me an additional room so I had space for all of my people in my party but it was a frustrating thing to deal with.

This hotel has been completely redone. I was a little worried after reading several of the other reviews but risked it because of the price, I was very happy. The hotel staff was very helpful and checkin was smooth. The rooms are immaculate. Overall very good experience with an airport hotel. Just a tip, if you need an Uber to the airport set the location to the rental car center. It’s only $10 and the JFK train takes you right in for free.

Everything was great, only had one issue. No hot water in my room only warm.

Nice stay

I spent one night & would certainly book here again for whenever I'm in New York. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but that didn't take away from the great ambience, and exceptional customer service from front desk. The hotel is very clean & I had no complaints about my room. I actually had a good night's rest. Would certainly book here again in the near future.
