I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons Downtown a number of times over the last few years. I have nothing but praise for the hotel, cleanliness, amenities, location and most important of all, the staff - who could not be more helpful.

I wanted to take a moment to share how much I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. From the very beginning, it was clear how much care and attention you put into making every guest feel comfortable and well taken care of, whether they are visiting for leisure or business. The overall experience was excellent, and I genuinely felt welcomed and supported throughout my stay. What stood out the most: • Location • Friendly, extremely kind and helpful staff • Facilities • Cleanliness • Quiet atmosphere despite being in the center of a very busy and noisy city Your team is always ready to help with absolutely anything — whether it’s advice, information, or even something as simple as providing a charger. That level of attentiveness makes a real difference. On our first day, we were welcomed by an absolutely wonderful member of your staff who created a small itinerary for us for our first day in New York. It was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Throughout our stay, all our requests and questions were answered promptly and with genuine kindness. It is rare to find such a combination of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, and it truly elevated our entire experience. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and big! Our request for an early check-in was not a problem, and we especially liked the later check out time of noon. The staff was amazing as well! We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a new hotel, nice, clean, it fits well into financial district. There is an indoor pool which is not available everywhere. Room service was exceptional, food is amazing. There was a not significant cleaning accident but the staff handled it very well.

This Four Seasons has lovely staff and service and is in a fantastic location. We came to go to Liberty Island, and it was so convenient! The room was lovely, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for 2 kids, including cupcakes, bubble bath, robes, and Four Seasons style local stuffies. The only complaint is the pool. It was cold cold cold, and a hot tub is conspicuously missing. That’s quite a drawback IMO, as our MO when we travel is to spend a lot of time in the hotel and especially in the pool! Didn’t have breakfast there - there’s an Olle and Stein across the street, and they have the best hot chocolate on the planet, so we went there each morning.

Still the best service in the business, on par with the Carlyle and Savoy. In room dining was delicious and the Wagyu at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT is not to be missed. Take it from a lifelong NY’er on a business staycation, this is an incredibly stylish stay in the beating heart of NYC!

most countries were great. However, upon check-in, they did their damnedest to try to upgrade me to a more expensive room. They said that Expedia sometimes makes mistakes, and we couldn’t have the room that we were booked at already. I thought back. I provided my itinerary number and my confirmation number. I said give me the room that we were confirmed with I’m going to call Expedia. They then relented. But it was a Darn good fight. I think it’s terrible that they tried to do that. I also had to ask for my resort credit. They then had to look it up supposedly, and finally found it. Wow! Watch out when you are signing in. Make sure you get what you pay for

I am giving four stars because the pool water was cold and the in room dining food was below expectations for a place like this. However i had a great spa experience, the room was very quiet, and i cant speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had a local errand to run that i just mentioned offhand to make polite chit chat, and i was offered the use of their hotel driver/car, which was unexpected and amazing. If they fixed the 2 itemsni mentioned id give it 5 stars.

We really enjoyed Tribeca as our homebase for our NYC stay and The Four Seasons was comfortable and quiet and the staff was very helpful. The indoor pool and workout facilities are a bonus too.

Overall Four Seasons NYC Downtown was good. Clean, but not the cleanest. Staff was nice, but not the most accommodating. Facility was pretty, but a little worn in.

Everything was great except for I ordered the room service and got food poisoning from the salmon tartare...usually I wouldnt order this at a hotel but I thought the four seasons would be safe but I suppose not. Everything else was great though besides that and the staff were very helpful and nice about it

The staff at the Four Seasons was exceptional. We were in town to celebrate a special occasion and everyone contributed to our experience making it extra special. The most welcoming staff member is the general manager's Pomeranian. So cute! We enjoyed her greeting and hope to return soon.

It’s a beautiful, modern, sparkling clean friendly hotel. Our Liberty Suite was perfect in every way and on a different level to the Plaza which we left after one night! The bar and restaurant play fab music, the staff a friendly and fun and for me most importantly they dealt pretty well with my coeliac condition. Everyone acknowledges you with a smile and next time we visit we will stay again! Thanks for a great few days. Mike

I wish I could give this Four Seasons property more than five stars, because they deserve it. We flew in for my husband’s birthday, and they could not have done more to make the trip special. From Sierra and her team working to find a delicious Italian Rum Cake for us, to decorating the room for my husband to return to after our dinner reservation, the entire team went all out to make sure our stay was amazing. In fact, we are already planning our return in a couple of months!! If you do stay, check out the restaurant as well; Cut by Wolfgang Puck had the best steak tartare we have ever had. The bartenders were a blast as well! I can’t emphasize enough what a fabulous property this is.

Not one bad thing about this hotel to even say. It's the best.

From check in till checkout the experience was amazing. The oculus suite is one of the prettiest rooms I’ve ever stayed at. They were able to accommodate early check in and late checkout. Steps from the trade center ,9/11 memorial/museum. Cut restaurant located inside Four Seasons is a must but make reservations way in advance. Spa service itself was great but the relaxation area pre/post treatment could be improved. Will be back for sure.

Lacking attention to detail…. Hard to imagine that a 5 star $1000 per might hotel could forget to refill the coffee bar the room two days in a row, forget to add guest and then wake you up while napping to confirm and forget the bacon on the room service. Red wine stains on room carpet to top it off. Probably my last visit to this hotel

It was everything one would expect from a Four Seasons property. From the preparations of the room with wine and flowers for the 40th birthday kickoff to the expedient room service and polite and detailed oriented staff. This Four Season is absolutely the standard of luxury and customer service.

The hotel chain to stay at when you have a pet no doubt, they excel at this. We received a very nice amenities package for my dog that exceeded expectations. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious, unlike many hotel rooms in NYC, very comfortable bedding too. The hotel has a stylish modern/classic decor.

The room was dirty with stained carpets, and sheets. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The breakfast was not opened and we were forced to order room service, to which the hotel charged a delivery fee and a service fee.

My stay was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back to New York to stay here again!

It was a 5-star service all around. From the moment the doors open, be prepared for the experience of a lifetime. Luxury treatment all the way. Staff is helpful, courteous and respectful. Facilities are impeccable. Amenities are hard to top. It was an exciting experience, that will not be the last.

The staff was very polite and attentive throughout my entire stay. All amenities were superb! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful facilities, excellent luxury room, amenities, and spa. They also give you the option of ordering seamless and will deliver to your room. Only down side is no available parking but there are lots of nearby options. Will stay here again!

The room was very average for a four seasons. We paid extra for a room with a view but The view was obstructed and when asked to go to another room, it was the same. Due to Covid, we couldn’t have a couples massage but opted for massage upgrades instead. My massage was definitely nottttt four seasons quality, while my masseuse was very kind, It seemed like he was right out of massage school.

The staff really know how to treat their guests here. A very warm welcome every time I walked through the door. The room was amazing with futuristic electric curtains. 10/10. Only downside is I didn’t realise you needed to press the button to have your room serviced, so our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days. Thanks four seasons for making my 1st time in NY a memorable one. Xxxx
