Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location is also highly praised for its proximity to public transportation and tourist attractions. However, some guests have issues with the small room size, noise from construction, and certain facilities like the bar and restaurant.

Clean Room and great staff.

My room overlooked a wall which kind of accounts for my overall ‘good’ review. It was fine. A little bit of a tight squeeze with my case given bed took up most of the room. Shower was good though, bed was super comfortable and location was great in terms of walking distance to restaurants and the best of FiDi

this is very accessible to all nyc subway lines. its in the heart of the financial district, and a few minutes walk from the oculus which is also accessible to the Path trains to NJ. the area is safe and walkable and plenty of eateries (both chains and local) around. The best part - its accessible to the A train (walking) which connects directly to the jfk Howard Beach air train!!!!! No more crowds at Penn/ Grand Central/ jamaica air train!

Location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We enjoyed being able to explore the neighborhood on foot. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were fresh. Valet parking would have been very helpful given the narrow one-way streets and limited parking options in the Financial District. Having access to a rooftop restaurant, lounge, or observation area, especially one that was family-friendly would’ve been nice. Overall, this is a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a walkable location near the Brooklyn Bridge and Lower Manhattan attractions. We would consider staying again for the location and convenience.

I had an issue with my luggage when I arrived. The front desk sent up one of their building engineers to help me try to fix the bag. I thought this was exceptional service.
- 5/5
Amazing staff, great location. Also, the rooftop bar was super cool.

Terrible experience was not able to check in called in advance. Make sure that everything was OK. Got to location. It was overbooked. They said that they canceled my reservation at 5 PMI was on the plane no email no nothing, and I called the day before to make sure everything was confirmed, and was assured that it was and they had no record of me confirming only a record of me asking for a high floor. was able to find another hotel. Thankfully, we never try to book here again.

When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things that were missing but I don't want to cause any issues

everything perfect for New York. We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel, which was a good deal: there are plenty of options within walking distance. I would be back, definitely

Phenomenal location, great space . Well kept…only heads up is that rooms I wish the rooms were a little bigger….

The bathroom shower was very low water pressure. A little moldy too, not bad, not good, just ok. The room itself was pretty good and clean. A strong 8/10 rating.

There was some club event or something at the hotel, that was playing loud music that could be heard down at the 7th floor till 4:00 a.m.. elevators also were not great for departure. Sunday morning. Parking as well was extremely expensive for people coming from out of town.

Really nice hotel in lower Manhattan. Very small rooms, closet and bathroom, but that should kind of be expected in NYC. The only thing I was annoyed with involving the "closet" was that the hang bar was a vertical bar, coming out at you, so your clothes were hidden behind on another, instead of it hanging like a regular horizontal clothes rack.
- 4/5
There were no microwave or fridge in room
- 5/5
There is not a dedicated elevator for service staff or rooftop bar goers to take, so at times there is a wait

Good location for Brooklyn Bridge, downtown etc. comfortable room and friendly staff Saturday night - really loud music being played from a rooftop close by - perhaps at the roof top bar from the hotel. Music played until 4am
- 3.5/5
Location was decent (near several subway lines), bed was comfortable, toilet and shower functional, and it was clean enough to meet my needs. The staff also let me postpone my checkout to 1pm which was nice, since I anticipated needing to sleep later on my last day. This place is nothing stellar, but it's about as good as you'll get in Manhattan without forking over a fortune these days. Felt a bit worn around the edges, and the cleaning could have been a bit better. I found a metal bottle cap under the nightstand that the cleaners had missed.

Whem I asked her my room’s rate eccept for the deposit he said ı could calculate the rate by looking at my reservation. Other staff was very sincere , kind and helpfull. They helped us immediately for changing my room. Secondly, Some rooms are very noisy because of the fan engine noise continously coming from outside.

- 3/5
Room was small but OK. It's New York. The Chinese place connected to the lobby was FANTASTIC but not cheap (again - it's New York). The restaurant at The Gild hotel on the next block was also outstanding, and, yes, expensive. It is close to the 911 site and museum and that is something people should see. OK: if you plan to STAY in the Financial District, this may be the place for you. However we did a lot of activities in Mid-town and it was a nightmare getting there. Everything was more difficult as the taxis and ubers were very expensive, and the subway stops confusing!

The location is good with a safe neighborhood and close to a subway station. The entry of the hotel was not great but the picture shows a different image :) it was unclean and shabby. I am from Asia and a four points from Sheraton would be a pristine property but maybe not in NYC. the room was ok , nothing special , pretty cramped I would say , but had everything we needed. Too many pillows and nowhere to keep them when u sleep as you cannot sleep with 8 pillows on a bed !! There was no water or coffee for guests. The water jug had so much ice that it would take hours to melt and the staff did not do anything when I mentioned about..

Liked the location close to Piers 15 and 17 which offer the best views of Brooklyn Bridge. Lots of eating options around. Appreciated the free coffee at the reception during breakfast hours. Reasonably priced for New York city. The rooms are very tiny so if travelling with lots of luggage, this hotel is probably not the best option.

- 5/5
Everything excellent except only one ice machine for 28 floors. Maybe one on 1,10 and 20.
- 5/5
Good location. If there would’ve been a small fridge, it would’ve been 5 stars. Bed was comfortable and AC was COLD! shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. Blankets on bed were also impressive. Hot chocolate at night. Coffee and tea with cookies in the morning. Microwave is in lobby.

Rooms are small but to be expected in NYC. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff sr the front desk was so friendly and helpful! Location is close to subway and we walked to Chinatown, Brooklyn bridge and 911 memorial. Really close to stone street historic district - many restaurants there. There is also a big grocery store I no pearl street that sells alcohol and has hot, fresh food. Would stay again.

I didn’t like the treatment. I came to the front desk to register, the lady asked me for my information then took me outside the hotel to a Courtyard by Marriott. I made reservations for a king size bed. When I got there, the room was not ready. I had to wait for half hour to get a room with two twin side beds with dirty sheets . I was vexed . As soon as I got in , I tried to get in touch with the main desk. I can’t get through. I left the facility after 40 minutes. I got downstairs, I gave the keys to the receptionist then left.

Nice hotel, I was on a high floor and if ypu wanted ice you had to go to the lobby to get ice. No ice machines on the floor
- 4/5
Size of the room for three adults, just about worked. While we only used the room to shower and sleep, the TV, bathroom and AC were all very clean and functioning to a great level. The rooftop bar was ice and the free coffee in the morning was perfect to get up and go. Staff were great and accommodating.
- 4/5
1. The location was accessible to restaurants and public transport. 2. The size of the rooms is good enough for a family of four. We didn't stay in the room other than for sleep, so the space was not a big deal, but if you are looking for a room to relax, this won't be the right choice, but for NYC, this is good enough. 3. The bed was really good, I turn around a lot in sleep, my spouse didn't feel it. It was really comfortable. Minor minuses: 1. The complaint we had was that there was no water for a brief few hours the next day of our arrival. We checked in late at night, due to the water shutoff, we had to get ready early to avoid being stuck for long. This was not notified when we checked in by the staff; we almost missed the notice in the room until my kid picked it up and tried to read it. 2. The AC didn't work that well to circulate air. I left the window open a bit,t but it was 40's outside, so we shut it off. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work either. Except for these minor inconveniences, the stay was ok to roam NYC.

Just the location Very tiny room and absolutely suffocating
- 3/5
I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful when comes to asking for local attractions or help getting around.
- 3/5
The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. Tea and coffee was provided. The high roof bar was closed our whole staff. We were really looking forward to visiting that bar. But overall it was a great experience.
- 3/5
When we first checked into the room the bathroom had not been cleaned, someone had gone number 2 and stunk of weed. They also turned the water off from 9am to 12pm on a Tuesday morning, right when we wanted to get ready to go out for the day and only saw the paper under our door that morning.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed
- 4/5
I like its location east of Broadway in the financial district. I also like the lack of resort fees. The room is small like typical NYC rooms. The breakfast option at the attached restaurant is just okay. The public space at the entrance always smells of cigarette or marijuana smoke. The hotel has zero control of that.
- 4/5
Great staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds! No fridge in rooms and no breakfast. Mediocre coffee offered.
- 3/5
Decent enough, needs a little tlc in the bathrooms, loose fixtures and mold around the dispensers in the shower. The window would not close completely, we didn’t mind being on the 16th floor and we like it cooler when sleeping. Beds are firm. Close proximity to a lot of places within a 20 minute walk. Bus and train are within 3-5 minutes.

I had a great experience at Four Points by Sheraton New York Downtown—this was actually our second stay here, and it did not disappoint. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance was very attentive when needed. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated that they held our bags in a secure, locked room after checkout. The area is quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Luar silencioso.

great. my only complaint was no microwave or frig in the room for some reason. that was very inconvenient.
- 4/5
I enjoying my stay but it was quite noisey! Its definitely for a younger crowd at least during the weekends. There was no refrigerator so we used the window ledge behind the curtain to keep things cold. The bed was super comfy which is the most important part. I would return but maybe during the week and hopefully score a higher floor.

Great location. Subway is around the corner to go around Manhattan. Clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
We had a corner room that was very small, but it was very nice. No refrigerator in the room. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable on the Marriott Bonvoy ads kept coming on the TV and interrupting programs, but the staff was very nice very accommodating and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. The location is very central. The subway is within a block or so to get you anywhere you want to go on there are plenty of places to eat that you can walk around too without having to take a subway or a taxi we came from Newark and we had to take an Uber shuttle for $19 and it dropped us off about five minutes from the hotel so it’s very convenient for that. We got a good Expedia price. Overall the experience was great. The only complaint that we have is that there wasn’t a refrigerator and there was a really small angle of getting from the bed to outside of the bed, it was a weird space, but it was a nice hotel. We’d stay there again.
- 5/5

Enjoyed the stay staff was amazing room was clean the only downside is the restaurant is expensive. Other than that I’d stay again for sure
- 5/5
Newer property. Easy check in process. 3 elevators, so no long wait times to get to your room. Safety checkpoint by needing to scan your card to get to your floor. I was on the 23rd floor. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Free waters, clean towels all the time. 3 restaurants connected to the building. They have a roof top bar. I wasn’t able to checkout it out, but looked like it could be fun. Relatively accessible location. Overall accessible building. Restaurants within walking distance. There was a pharmacy within walking distance to get supplies. I didn’t explore as much as I’d like to around the area but looked there were plenty options for whatever you may need. Would like to stay there again.
- 5/5
I overall enjoyed my stay here, close to many different food establishments and the subway to get to many major tourist attractions. It is unfortunate that the rooms have no fridge to be able to take home left overs and keep food cool.
- 3/5
The only really standout thing is the position, it’s very close to many transit stops. The staff is also incredibly kind and helpful. The cleanliness was not the best. There were some stains on the sheets as well as some visible gunk in the shower, especially where the body wash and hair products were connected to the wall.
- 5/5
Second time staying here, loved it! Great location
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Amazing location- walkable to a ton of great restaurants and bars. Very clean room with good temperature control and good amenities.
- 5/5
clean and new room and bathroom. small bedroom. it's worth it.
- 2/5
Phone would not stop ringing at night, very loud neighbors smoking weed throughout and nothing being done after it was brought to the front desk staff’s attention. Hotel smelled terrible. Overall room seemed relatively clean, but could not give over the odor.
- 4/5
Room was great. Close to everything, walking distance to Wall Street, 9/11 museum/memorial, and the subway. My only issue was someone was smoking cigarettes in the room next to us and the smell was horrible. I tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever picked up. I ended up going down to let them know and by the last day of our 4 days there it was more manageable or I got used to it.
- 3/5
Small room but that was known, the staff were nice. Main issue above all else is noise isolation. The doors toward the hallway let’s just about all noise in and voices/tv sounds travel through the ventilation system between rooms without much interruption.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
I was greeted by the staff with a smile and welcoming attitude. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable . Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. If no one hasn’t told you this before I will, THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.
- 5/5
Staff was kind enough to store my bags while I waited for transport that was coming later. Area was a great location, close to restaurants, sights, and trains.

Jason was very helpful and provide excellent guest service. And the rest of the staff was really welcoming and helpful as well. Thank you for allowing us to keep our bags at the hotel while we explored New York. I would love to stay here again. Next time I come back to New York.

Always a nice stay , don’t have to ask for anything just check in and enjoy the room
- 2/5
Room is small, amenities are old. It didn’t meet up to Sheraton’s level in term of stay experience.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, room clean, staff always nice!
- 5/5
Really bougie and CLEAN in my opinion for a decent price. My family and i loved it here. Chill rooftop bar with awesome customer service. Avoid the Chinese restaurant next to it tho. TOO expensive for tiny portions of food. They also drink on the job smh! Loved four points tho ❤️
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 3/5
Room, staff were ok. The only thing is not parking accommodations for guests. I understand that we can pay but like a ridiculous price and also every time you go out. It is not great experience.

Upon our arrival there was a brief mix up with the room but by the next day it was all sorted. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was wonderful especially Ralph!

In general, I was expecting more from a Sheraton branded hotel and from Marriott Bonvoy.
- 5/5
All the services of the hotel was excellent
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very clean rooms.
- 1/5
The window in my room was open the first night. I had to blast the heat not know an open window was even possible. There was no phone near elevator on my floor. I got locked out of my room and could not call front desk. Hotel did not compensate me.

This hotel was excellent. Great price and quality stay. They staff was helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The room was clean
- 5/5
Good hotel to spend some quality time.
- 5/5
Good location, easy to get to and from and still be able to explore whole city, but then a quiet area at night away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing was greeted immediately and upgraded to a king room, room was spotless and location was perfect. Right next to the Fulton subway stop and only 5 stops to 42nd street station. Rooftop bar on the 29th floor was very inviting. I will be coming back as I usually stay in the high traffic areas. This location was perfect.
- 4/5
Staff and crew were absolutely great during our stay. Lovely folks, very helpful. The room was clean, accessibility to transit and there's plenty of restaurants near by. The only thing that needs improvement is the elevators, especially during check out times - had to wait a bit to make it down from our room floor. Seemed only two out of three were working. Otherwise great hotel and marvelous staff.
- 3/5
Room was way too small. Overall staff was very nice.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process was seamless and the room was very quiet. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet—lots of fresh choices and high-quality coffee. Highly recommend adding the breakfast option to your stay

Room was clean but I booked a double queen room and was given a king with a roll away bed. Also, the room was very small. Parking is expensive but that is expected. You can find parking on the street if you hunt for it. Good location for food and sightseeing. Subway stations are close by.

It was a very nice room, nice helpful staff. I should have read the reviews to see that no microwave or refrigerator was in the King sized room but I didn't really need them since when you eat out in NYC the portions rarely leave you with leftovers 😂

This hotel charges $18 per day for morning coffee and danish. The rooms cost $180-$225 per day, for that charge coffee in the dining room should be included with the room price. I will find elsewhere to stay the next I visit New York.
- 4/5
The staff are really nice and always kept my room clean. Very much appreciated my room being clean!
- 5/5
clean room, helpful staff, good shower
- 5/5
Cleaning ladies were quick and skillful. The room was nice, clean and neat. No fridge but that was okay. There is a safe box in the room and enough hangers in the closet (I think there was a dozen). I specifically appreciated the body lotion, I love when hotels provide that, thanks! It’s a small but very pleasant addition. The price was the best for the period of my trip, and for this type of a hotel merely excellent. I also used my hotels.com bonuses to pay for a part, so I’m very happy with the price/quality ratio. The hotels.com keeps asking me about the breakfast – I don’t think I had breakfast included in my stay – and if so I’m very sad I missed that. It wasn’t clearly stated when I booked the room. I would have used the breakfast but noone told me it was available. I was sick the first days of my trip and it made me stay in the room more than I planned on a touristic trip. And it was a very nice place to stay in and recover. Thanks.

The outside area in the front is beautiful & I love how close the hotel is to transportation and restaurants, but you need washers and dryers, and perhaps a small fridge & microwave.

Clean room, helpful front desk

You are 3-6min walk from all subway lines that go anywhere in the city. You are near food and drinks in the financial district and a 10min walk from the brooklyn bridge. I had added a mention that we were celebrating our engagement and the staff prepped the room to highlight the occasion.
- 3/5
the room was smaller than it looked and the surrounding area was so loud that we couldn’t even sleep.
- 4/5
Had a great stay, staff was super helpful, kept our luggage locked during the day of our check out. Would stay again!

Rooftop was a plus

We had a great stay.
- 5/5
Lovely stay. Quick in and out trip, but it felt clean and safe. They had an option to have bfast in the restaurant next door becuase their facility is under maintenance and i didnt try that, but it was nice to have the accommodation. They were nice enough to let me check out late and leave my bags there while I explored a bit more since my flight was later that night.

Not all hotels are perfect!” That should tell you right there the quality of this hotel.. I won’t be returning!
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Room was a closet for $450 per night. Also we didn’t have WiFi for the first day. Only thing good besides the staff was the location. I’d think twice before considering a Sheraton location again.
- 5/5
Close to all the Main Street. Affordable and provided what I needed
- 4/5
I was “upgraded” to a room with king bed which ended up being an ADA room. Shower was almost impossible to operate in terms of adjusting it to correct height and of course, since it’s ADA there is nothing preventing water from going all over the bathroom floor. Also, I noticed that where the door is for what could be an adjoining room had a gap from the floor that was at least 2”. What did this mean? I could hear the people in the next room about as clearly if they had been in my room. I would have been fine with my original quiet bed size room if it meant no ADA and being able to hear they people next door.

- 2/5
We were not notified of a planned fire alarm which was scary for us as we were very high up. It just highlighted a real lack of communication across teams within the hotel. Some of the receptionist staff were unhelpful at times especially when we asked to stow our suitcases away in the storage room. We were not supported when bringing down our luggage from the room and the trolley we were given was faulty which made the whole process unnecessarily arduous.

The room was very small, there wasn’t even a closet to hang my suits and dresses. There was a lot of noise from the construction next door even at 4am! The bathroom needed some TLC since the hooks to hang towels were all broken and the tiles were also broken.
- 5/5
We booked a suite and it was great. A lot of room which included a sofa, table and chairs, separate bedroom, fridge, microwave and 2 TVs. The location was wonderful and very walkable. Loved the hotel.
- 4/5
Clean room- friendly staff- a few sites within walking distance

I thorough enjoyed my stay at the four points hotel. I enjoyed it so much I even decided to stay an extra night. The staff was friendly and engaging and it was an overall positive experience for my first trip to NYC!

The room lamps had visible debris and stains! The lights in the room also had debris and permanent stains on it. Something needs to be updated for sure. But, overall great location and nice staff.

Bud bugs in room 1709. Homeless people chillin in the courtyard infront of entrance to hotel. Hallways smell of weed. Walls super thin, could hear everything above me.
- 4/5
Nice room
- 2/5
We stayed in a room across from a very loud machine in the hall that never turned off. Our lights in the room wouldn’t turn off on first night so the engineer unplugged them as a resolution and we had no light the rest of the trip. The phone went off constantly beeping the entire time we were there…also none of the restaurants were family friendly.
- 4/5
Clean. Friendly staff. Great location
- 5/5
The area surrounding the hotel is not great, restaurants and businesses dump garbage on the sidewalk. It reeks of smell of garbage, sometimes urine. There is scaffolding on most sidewalks which means stepping onto the road at times.
- 5/5
Perfect as a crash pad for a weekend in the city.
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was extremely helpful!
- 5/5
Great hotel stay! Only thing that I didn’t like was the tiny gym in the basement, other than that service was good and clean.
- 4/5
Close to where we wanted to walk NYC
- 3/5
Could not swing a cat in the room. Nowhere to put suitcase in room. Air conditioning noisy. Staff were great and very helpful.
- 4/5
I went to this hotel because close to an exam I was taking. The price was very good for what you get. I did not get the breakfast because pricier than the food nearby. The only thing I don’t like was the lighting in the hotel room. So dark and gloomy. Could barely see my books and laptop. I turned on all the lights. Overall was a good experience. Night life and good food around the area.
- 3/5
Weekend party was so loud and lasted until 2am.
- 5/5
Nice area and very walkable l, close to everything and near transportation.
- 5/5
Good service, unlimited baggage holding (within reason) to do your last-minute shopping. Housekeeping is very nice and staff is very accommodating. Great experience!
- 4/5
Location was perfect
- 5/5
The hotel is walking distance from the subway station which is very convenient. Also within walking distance is the Brooklyn Bridge. Staff is courteous and friendly.
- 4/5
It's a hotel
- 1/5
Zero noise cancellation between walks. Couldn’t sleep at all because of next door being loud all night
- 4/5
The rooms were very clean and modern and the beds were plush and comfortable. I just wish the rooms were larger with a little more space. The double bed room like the one I stayed in was pretty compact and small. Also, the outside area in front of the hotel didn’t look as nice in person as in the photo and there was work being done across the street on a tall building which led to some noise from the construction. All in all the hotel was nice, but the surrounding area was not so appealing as it was surrounded by tall buildings.
- 4/5
The location is excellent, very convenient and close to the subway, which made getting around easy. The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. However, the bed was a major drawback. It was squeaky and even collapsed, which was unheard of. They did come up to fix it temporarily during bedtime, but couldn’t fully fixed it until the next day.
- 2/5
The rooms felt too small for a couple, and the location was somewhat difficult to find. The front desk staff girl with glasses was quite rude, though the manager was courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Great friendly helpful staff. Thank you.
- 5/5
It’s was really nice I really enjoyed my 3 days thank you so much

- 4/5
It was the perfect location for us, close to tons of stuff and all the transportation outlets. For the price paid, it worked out well. But the room was small, and the beds were barely full size. My wife and I are slim, so we made it work. But a couple with more meat on their bones would find it completely unworkable. The cleaning staff was top notch and check-in was a breeze. I'd stay again if it was just the two of us (our college aged daughter was with us) and we could get a king room, or even a queen would be nice.

- 5/5
Great customer service.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful with personalized requests. Very happy
- 2/5
Room condition is pretty bad and needs major update. One of the morning shift front desk lady is not friendly.
- 5/5
I was very comfortable during my stay and appreciated being close to a number of both subway stations and useful bus stops that helped get me where I need to be. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and the nearby Mezcali restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) kept me well fed after a long day. The staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great. I’d stay again.
- 5/5
We had a good time it is a compact hotel but roomy for NY
- 4/5
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Walking distance from the 9/11 memorial n one world centre.
- 4/5
Great location! Rooms were clean and nice. My one complaint is the elevators. They are so slow and only 2 of 3 work. Typically waiting for the elevators (and stopping on every floor to pick up/drop off other guests) would add at least 10-15 minutes onto our commute.
- 4/5
Stayed here for a concert at the pier at rooftop 17 - fantastic. Walking view which was great. Hotel was nice - room was on the smaller side but good for a night or two. After concert we wanted to check out the rooftop bar which was at occupancy so we couldn’t get in so they suggested we go check out the bar on the second floor. That was also packed so we went to the lobby restaurant. We sat at the bar and it was a fantastic choice - quiet, excellent drinks (thanks Reggie) and food was good! Major issues with the elevators. Long line every time we had to go on them - only had 2 elevators working for 29 floors. Kinda crazy
- 4/5
Noise from other rooms
- 4/5
It was okay - nothing stand out. Just as the expected
- 3/5
No Fridge and kettle provided. The bathroom is pretty basic and the beds are not comfortable.
- 5/5
Too much construction around the area but that is out of the hotel's control.
- 1/5
The front desk staff is very rude! The environment is dirty. Don’t waste your money.

The rooms was very small for 2 person. And the first room they gave was smelling cigarettes. And the lady didnt want to change our room at our first try. She saud their computer system is down for 15 min. After 10 min, we asked again and she said she 15 more min in the middle of the night.

The bad parts? Mold in the showers, broken elevators (part of the button panel was literally falling off), and a sewage smell in the lobby. Very low-quality hotel that I won't be staying in again.
