    The staff was very pleasant, courteous and polite. The building itself was well maintained, the grounds were clean and it presented extremely well. Although I didn’t partake of the breakfast, the selection was excellent and there were many guests participating. The tub, shower diverter button was completely detached and fell apart until I got used to it. The tub drained extremely poorly and with every shower, I exited with dirty water up to my ankles and shins. The P-TAC air conditioner has a sour smell.

    Great location and hotel is clean and has everything you need. I was surprised by the amount of street noise, even on the 8th floor. This probably depends on the position of your room. I wash on the rounder part of the building facing the intersection. I used a white noise app on my phone at full volume and still had trouble. The windows and walls are thin. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had an interior room.

    Breakfasts were as expected. Eating area was clean. Easy to find a place to sit down and eat. The roof top area is nice and has a good view. There was noise issue that disturbed our sleep. There were garbage trucks and/or delivery trucks loading/unloading at a warehouse nearby. This happened usually at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. We stayed on the tenth floor and still could hear this noise.

    Overall my stay was good, location was nice walk to the main downtown area, hotel and room was very clean, breakfast wasn’t bad. Didn’t appreciate the price of $40 per day for parking, luckily we found street parking. Staff were friendly.

    The breakfast was okay. However, it can have been hotter. I rather that the breakfast be served. Some guest are not considerate of others taking more while they see a line of people behind them and don’t let children help themselves by touching everything. The staff was kind enough to let us check in before 3:00 pm. If I knew paying additionally for parking would result in first come first served I would have parked on the street for free. The disappointment was the price was too high and that’s not what was quoted online.

I went to the desk to report smoking on the floor and they removed the smoking guest with an hour. $40/night parking, $250/night deposit held on credit card is the only 2 negatives. Real close to Barclay Center. Overall I would stay again.

    From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming. The complimentary popcorn in the lobby is such a small touch, but it’s a huge green flag and sets the tone right away. The rooms are clean, fresh, and well kept. I stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view overlooking the parking lot — which was actually a huge plus because having on-site parking in New York is rare. Being able to see my truck and always have peace of mind about parking made the stay even better. Breakfast was solid — scrambled eggs, beef sausage, turkey sausage, grits, gravy, and more. It’s served in the morning (around 6/7am–10am), and it’s a great way to start the day. There’s also a small fitness center with dumbbells, a workout bench, treadmills, and a nice mirror setup — perfect for locking in and getting a good workout in. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing. I can’t overstate that. A special shoutout to Eve (Y-V-E-S), who works overnight — she was incredibly hospitable, kind, and personable. She truly made the experience special and made sure all my needs were met. By the end of my stay, I had to give her a hug

That he would look to see what actually happened to my reservation because he doesn’t see it and have seat because the line was building up with other people. After waiting in the lobby for an hour I went back to the guy asking about my reservation that he never finished researching. Very unprofessionally he was cutting paper while being able to see me from the lobby. Another employee did the research to see what happened to my reservation and quickly resolved it.

    The room was quite comfortable.however, the heating system failed. I was changed room after four intents to find a room with the heating system working. Breakfast was more than I needed. The service was quite efficient. The heating system failed. I had to sleep wearing my winter coat. The recepcionist and the guard were the only human beings at the hotel and did not know how to fix it. The following day, I was moved to another room. However, the receptionist and I had to visit four rooms before we were able to find a room with the heating system working. Cleaning was fine but they failed to do the bed and cleaning (change towels) the following day I arrived at the hotel. I spoke to the cleaning lady and thereafter, cleaning was perfect.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Although the nearest subway station was a short walk away it was well-connected to various lines which ensured one could travel to all the tourist sites with ease. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brooklyn or looking for a more affordable accommodation.

    Great property, central to many areas in Brooklyn. Only downside is parking, if you are driving a vehicle parking is very limited on property and if you arrive after hours most parking places are closed and you have to chance it with street parking, which in NYC you have to read the signs to avoid tickets or towing

    The location, staff, and rooftop was amazing. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was definitely a highlight. Great breakfast as well. The only issue was that the room spelled musty when the fan was on. We opened the window and kept it open which remedied the problem.

    Wasn’t warned that there wouldn’t be parking available for duration of our stay due to “construction” (I didn’t see any construction in parking lot at this time). Parking was one of the reasons this hotel was chosen- had to park offsite. Rooms were small and even with windows closed couldn’t sleep during the night from sound of cars and construction across the street. The rooftop was really nice though.

    However, we experienced some grace issues with cleaning. First, there was leftover food from a previous guest in our mini fridge. 2nd, we requested that our shampoo and conditioner be replenished as they were essentially empty upon arrival, but neither were filled during our stay. Finally, and most notably, a quick check under the beds before check out turned up a number of items ranging from a whole apple to what appeared to be a used condom. With oversights such as these, it makes you wonder what else is being skipped. If the issues were worked out, I’d stay again, but I think the issues we experienced are worthy of some response from the company. I’m even considering canceling a future booking I have at a different Marriott property.

    The staff were very nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My room had no amenities, though. I was dismayed that there was no refrigerator in my room, while my friend had both a refrigerator and a microwave in hers. We had the same standard room. There was plenty of room for one under the console. They sell frozen meals in their pantry, which would have been welcomed one of the nights. However, I had no way to make it in my room. There are no restaurants within close walking distance, so that made it especially frustrating. The lack of refrigerator in some rooms and not others was a bigger deal than a microwave, though.

    The free breakfast every morning was very nice! Quite a nice selection of food to choose from, including good vegetarian options - you can definitely save some money by eating breakfast here daily. It was quiet and about a 10-15 min walk (we walk fairly fast) to the subway station at Barclays Center. From this station, you can get to the financial district in Manhattan easily in 20 minutes and there are express trains to areas further north in Manhattan. Decent selection of restaurants nearby.

    The hotel is in a good location. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is kept clean. And the hotel also looks like a new.     The room is cool . They did hit me with a $250 deposit fee upon checking in. Wasn’t expecting that. Usually only $100 or $150 for deposit. All other listings did have it in the description, should definitely give customers the heads up, luckily I did have it but if I didn’t they wouldn’t have let me check in and then in the policy they don’t do refunds I read somewhere so if I didn’t have it , it’s a possibility I might of not received a refund and even if I did I would of had to call Expedia and probably take a few days to process if I did get a refund. Also it’s $40 for parking. There is decent parking around here so it’s ok but worried if I go out late might lose my parking space.

    There breakfast doesn't have much options, I wouldn't recommend to book this hotel with breakfast... it'll be waste of money. There was waffle maker available for only one day, otherwise nothing much in breakfast, it is not Continental breakfast... just a very basic one. Staff is not much helpful, didn't see much customer service overall, no smile or politenes except one or two people. Hot water vanished one morning for good few hours, there is no safe box in the room so keeping your stuff safe is difficult. No drinking water provided. Parking is free for few hours during the day but chargeable in the night.

    My issue with the hotel is when booking and reserving my stay, i was hitvwith an additional 250 dollars deposit for damages. That in untenable and illegal. All charges are to be revealed at the time of booking. I will not let this go, even if it means litigation. What if I wasnt prepared or didnt have an additional 250 dollars. Im coming from another state. I certainly would have been stuck. Illegal practice and Im taking this further!

    There is nothing around the hotel. We were told it was a bad area but we didn't experience any problems. It is an easy walk from Barclay's but dark and not populated. The floor had hair. The room is tight. You could easily hear others from inside the room.

    Good place to stay, clean and secure. We’ve stayed here before because it’s close to where my daughter lives. Be aware if you drive a car to this hotel, there is very limited parking space so get there early.

    Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping needs improvement, towels missing from room, room not cleaned one day. Heater going on and off constantly, wakes you up at night if you're a light sleeper. Had to just turn it off.

    The property overall was nice; however, the housekeeping department was not the best. Towels were missing from the room, wash clothes with holes, bed unmade, floor not vacuumed, shower not cleaned. Front desk personnel filled in the best they could. Would stay here again, but hope they improve the housekeeping department.

    Conveniently located in Brooklyn and close to subway and NYC access. I consistently saw staff keeping the property clean—wiping down counter tops, tables, wall, elevators, etc. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable.

    I reserved a room with a king bed. Upon check in i was told it was a full house and only a room with 2 double beds was available. This hotel doesn't understand how reservations work. The room we got was very average at best, as was the staff.

    I was refunded the parking fee as it was on my second night there due to the storm there was nowhere to park in the very small lot. If there are X amount of spaces then they should be assigned to the rooms for guests.
