It was our first time visiting New York and this hotel was the perfect place to stay!! The hotel itself was nice and clean the room was spacious enough to where the four of us weren’t on each other’s space. The only downside was the view from our room but we hardly were in our room so it was alright. Location was perfect, near stores and places to eat etc.. loved it. Would definitely stay here again

I’ve stayed here a few times. Once for a work travel trip and the other with my 12 year old daughter. The location is perfect, beautiful lobby and rooms, and I feel very safe as a woman traveling solo.

The room was quiet, well air conditioned, fantastic shower, very comfortable bed. New bottles of water every day. The restaurant and bar had great staff, and the food and cocktails were very good. We will return!

Our room was large and very quiet. The cleaning staff was very helpful with providing a luggage rack and keepong our room spotless. We liked the location because the Theater district was within walking distance. We would return to this hotel again.

The location , cleanness and the staff Our first room overlooked an old building that was under construction. The construction site was very close to the room, which negatively affected the view and overall atmosphere.

I loved that the room felt like separate spaces. It was perfect for me and my teenagers. I also liked the location. The staff was friendly and courteous. I don't have any complaints.

We had queen room with sitting area. The room was updated, quiet (in back of the building but did NOT face an air well) and comfortable. Lobby has nice sitting area next to restaurant. Only minor issue is that hotel is a tall skinny building with 20 floors but only around 8 rooms per floor, so the two elevators can sometimes be a bit slow when you are on a high floor and it’s busy. Location is convenient. Staff is helpful.

The location was great, easy access to public transportation and waking distance from a lot of the places we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only minor issue was a slight rattling noise caused by what appeared to be a loose ceiling tile when the AC was running. It’s a small maintenance item that could easily be addressed. Otherwise, everything was great.

There must be thousands of hotels to choose from in New York, so for a couple of first time visitors to choose the Executive Hotel Le Soleil is a bit like finding the proverbial 'Golden Ticket'! The location is excellent for visiting all the main tourist attractions on foot. The Empire State building is a five minute walk around the corner - you can even book a room with a view of said building! The hotel itself is absolutely splendid in every way - clean, comfortable, well appointed and inviting - there is nothing to dislike. What really makes this hotel sparkle and shine is the wonderful team of people who welcome and look after you from the moment you first walk through the door. We have never had such a wonderful customer experience in a hotel and it was from every single member of staff without exception. Yasin, Nicole & Jimmy all deserve a special mention - we are just sorry that we cannot remember everyone else's names as everyone was a star! To Florencio Ferrao, the General Manager, (who we sadly did not get to meet), we would say this: "Your team do you proud and are your best asset - please look after them!" There was nothing to dislike.

Staff are consummate pros and best stay I’ve had in midtown in years. Occitane products and in room steamer were nice surprises.

Clean hotel and rooms were cleaned each day. Perfect location. Good hotel gym with cables, dumbbells, kettlebells and a Peloton bike. Gym also had a fridge with free bottled water. Every member of staff was super friendly. Nothing, it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Much better interior design/furnishings than most hotels. Stayed at their sister hitel in Vancoiver, B.C. 4x. Friendly NYC staff at reception, e.g, Yaya. I would have stayed longer had the price for the following night not almost tripled.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, and reliable internet, a comfortable stay with good room sizes, cleanliness, and location, but lacking a personal touch and warmth. However, we were disappointed by the lack of hospitality. We informed the hotel in advance that we were visiting New York for our wedding, but there was no acknowledgment of our special occasion. Even a simple congratulations would have been appreciated. We weren’t expecting anything extravagant, but a small gesture would have made our stay more memorable.

Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom, large with lovely toiletries. Other details in the room were great and a tea kettle and mugs were given on request. Nice lounge area and handy restaurant on site, even though we didn’t use them. Lovely helpful staff. Everywhere looks clean, tidy and in good condition. No noise but then we were on a high floor. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Room is small though that’s normal for NYC, and large bathroom helped to compensate. Not much hanging space for clothes, which is fine if it’s just a couple of days but was tricky for a five day trip. Air con could have been a little more efficient but we’re English so used to not having any! The location is good and convenient but the street itself is not very attractive. Not a problem just good to know!

Every staff member was outstanding!!! Each was kind, smiling, efficient, and caring. My friend traveled with oxygen tanks. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating. This was a first attempt to travel. We chose a perfect hotel. We also learned things by experience we will soon share with management. Would not hesitate to book again.

Location, the doormans were very nice, front desk employees as well. 1. I got packages but no one bothered to let us know it arrived and they're holding it for me. Even after more than 2-3 days. 2. There was an error with the fire alarm at the night of the 21th of May (or the night after) between 1:30 till morning. No one bothered to let us know when it will be over or to say "sorry it happened". The person at the front desk tried to calm everyone down because at some point lots of ppl got downstairs and I don't blame him but I was expected to some respond from the management when it was over or anything. For this rate of the hotel and the price it's the little things that counts (for us, anyway).

The “view room” (Empire State Building) was pretty cramped for 2 people, but nicely furnished and a well-sorted bathroom. Very comfy bed, nice linens. The lounge area on the ground floor was also comfortable. Appreciated the fruit-infused ice water. The desk staff were very professional. Jamie, the bell-man, was very kind and took care of all our checking-out needs. The room should have been bigger, but hey, it’s New York. We managed. The lobby could get pretty congested at time.

The staff was exceptional. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. The staff in the restaurant were fabulous. The location of our room. We felt we needed to keep our curtain closed the entire time. Thankfully, we didn't spend a lot of time in our room, other than to sleep.

The location is spot on as it is literally 5 minutes to Macy’s store and close to Times square. The staff were also lovely although it was my husbands birthday while we where there and although the staff said that they would look after him it was not recognised on the day unlike other hotels we have stayed in. We had breakfast included but to be honest it wasn’t great. The food was not hot and there wasn’t much of a selection as well as not being restocked until asked. The coffee from the dispenser was never hot and when you added milk it really cooled it down. Definitely room for improvement

Wonderful hotel! Sister and I went for a girl's trip & this place is in a great location. Close to plenty of food & the subway. Staff was extremely nice & let us check our bags for the morning while we got breakfast & shopped around. Close to the Empire State Building as well. If I ever find myself in NY again, I'd definitely stay here! Our room was on the back end of the building so we didn't have a great view. I'm sure if you put in a request they can try their best if you'd like a room with a view!

Everything was super amazing! The staff were very, very nice and they were able to hold my luggage while I walked around the city with no issues. The Room was very clean. The only thing that I had a problem was with the restaurant attached to the Hotel that serves breakfast the staff was very unprofessional. A female, I’m not sure of her name, but she bothered me the entire time I was trying to have the breakfast buffet about me paying. Big turn off!

Lovely hotel in a great location - right by Bryant Park, Macys and Empire State Building, and a 10 min walk to Times Square or Penn Station. Staff are very helpful and friendly (which you don't always get in other NY hotels!) The hotel does take an additional temporary surcharge on a credit card on check-in, but in fairness I think most NY hotels also do this.

Lots of breakfast and dining options with breakfast options available from 6 AM and dining options available beyond midnight (and this was critical to folk like us with dietary restrictions (vegetarians))

Front desk was rude, unless they see designer bags or clothes. Too over rated. The regular room is tiny tiny not enough room to even put your luggage but they didn’t want to give me a different room. Felt pictures are scams. It’s stank disgusting outside people kept wanting to vomit. I booked it because of high rating but nope nope not even close.

Also we were given a room with a broken door. We had to inform them because we didn’t want to be charged for accidentals. The street smelled horrible. No good view. Only house service women were sweet.

The location is excellent, the staff is very nice, we arrived very early and even though the hotel was full we got the room before 10:00 am. The room we got was upgraded. It is a suite with a view of the Empire State Building. The room is clean and has everything you need including a coffee machine. You can also get water and coffee in the lobby all day long Nothing

We came in to NYC to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. The concierge, Luis, reached out via email to check in and ask if they could assist with making the stay extra special. I let Luis know why we were visiting and he helped set up a special welcome surprise for her! Once we got to the hotel Shelley was amazing checking us in and we even had our room upgraded!!! Overall the best service I’ve had staying anywhere! Above and beyond, the place was beautiful and the location was so perfect for all the things we had planned! I’ve stayed in NYC many times and this will be our go to spot moving forward! Thank you again!

We booked an Executive suite as one adult and two teenage girls - the separation of the rooms cannot be beat in the City.

Our room was smaller than I had imagined but the hotel was charming and the staff were nice and friendly. The location was very good and convenient. The massage salon next door was pretty good too.

Also, when I arrived, I will come now. I check the box and I paid $50 for the parking package. They told me it would be covered in the morning.They would validate parking. When I went to validate it, the lady said, no. We would have to make sure first.And then just walk into the back room. Never asked if I paid for it never even looked it up to see if I did. Thank the Lprd above the other person looked it up.That was overhearing and just went ahead and validated it for me otherwise I would have paid twice completely unprofessional.

The staff was incredible. Very personable, attentive and professional. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Housekeeping was top notch! The head bellman was amazing. He helped out with luggage, transportation and knew so much about the hotel. I really appreciated all of the attention to detail and little extras provided. The coffee/ fondu station at the front desk, the welcoming lobby and cozy lounge entrance to the steakhouse restaurant from the lobby. Finally, it really seemed the faculty were all family and worked with respect and honest care for one another. A rare thing to see these days. Excellent management! Nothing to say, other than my room safe wasn’t working on day one and wasn’t able to be replaced in time for my stay. Regarding hotel upcoming renovations- The pull-out couch in the suite and carpeting was older and should be replaced. The suite living area should have a little coffee table on wheels in front of the couch that can be used to eat off of if you bring back a meal. The water pressure should be stronger with an additional hand held shower attachment. Loved the L’Occitane bath products!

Visited Manhattan for the first time in April 2026 and decided to stay at this Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York. Overall I'll call it a very good experience, and would potentially stay there again. Very convenient to the common mid-town attractions, including the Herald Square subway station. There is a nice steakhouse restaurant connected to the hotel that we chose not to eat at. Also, we opted out of the breakfast package, so I cannot comment on it. But in general, the room and common areas were clean and the staff welcoming.

Fixed Price menu in restaurant was an excellent value. Extremely comfortable beds. Appreciated complimentary bottles of water and lovely bath products.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Felt like we were coming home each night. With 3 in our party, we were able to stay in one room, because of pullout sofa. Very, very quiet, no street noise, even though we were only on the third floor. We'll definitely return to this hotel the next time in NYC. Only suggestion is to replace the mattress on the pullout sofa.

We then did have an issue when we ordered a car and were charged $10 over what we had been quoted but the Operations Manager sorted this as soon as we informed him, again the hotel staff were brilliant at sorting and resolving any issues quickly. This did not ruin our experience as the hotel was on a great location and our stay was good and comfortable and we enjoyed our holiday.

Location was perfect! Coffee bar & Hot Chocolate & marshmallows in lobby. Fantastic Bagel restaurant 2 minute walk. No closets just a small standing hang up space which only had @ 6 hangers and had 3 small drawers below. Bedside chest had 1 or 2 small drawers.

Nice room in an excellent location in the heart of Midtown. We had an executive queen suite with a sofabed, and it's a great price for a suite in Manhattan. It's not exactly a 1 BR suite, but there is a wall and bathroom separating the queen bed from the sofa bed area and that worked out for us and our teenager. The room was quiet away from street noise. The room was very clean, but the front door stuck a bit and was hard to open/close. The bathroom was a good size (but we don't understand why they don't make a full shower door... it lets the cold air in and the water out onto the floor). The bed was very comfortable, and though my husband and I prefer a King bed the Q worked out just fine. The room is a little small, but at this price point in Manhattan, no complaints. Chocolate fountain with marshmallows and hot chocolate in the foyer in the afternoon. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Also a breakfast buffet for $ in the restaurant on site. Nice restaurant and bar. Great service and overall a nice hotel. I'd stay here again.

Midtown 4 star hotel. Be aware that a queen room which sleeps 4 will be on the lower levels and be exposed to a lot of street noise. An acceptable hotel and maybe better for couples.

I have to be honest, the guy that checked us in our first evening just took my card and gave us the key, zero interaction or intro to the hotel amenities and services. However, Andre completely made up for that a couple days later. He was very welcoming and we had a great conversation about his city. I liked the housekeeping cards they leave if you decline services for the day and we never waited long for them to deliver anything to the door. No one mentioned the car service until we had already ordered a car to leave, but they said it’s usually less. Location is central to everything and the room was very nice. Breakfast was just okay, I would recommend they get a warmer for the oatmeal, even more affordable hotels have them. All in all I would stay again.

This hotel was great! The staff were so so friendly and helpful. It was clean. It was pretty. I loved grabbing coffee or the yummy fruit water while waiting on family to come downstairs. There was a cozy waiting room with a fireplace. It really was lovely. The location was great. I would stay here again for sure. The only thing I would do differently is bring my noise machine. There is something in the middle of the street that makes a noise every time a car goes over it. My friend says it sounds like the “dum dum” in SVU when the scene changes and she is so right! That’s not the hotel’s fault though. A noise machine would drown this right out.

Room is tiny but very clean. Thankful the bathroom had a real door and not a glass view. Wifi was good. TV channels were also good. No parking (did not expect in Manhattan) or breakfast service.

Rooms are really small but it has nice size bathroom, we were out all day so it didn’t matter, staff was really nice, I thought it was clean and everything was really close and the price wasn’t bad. The pillows I thought were not that comfortable other that no complaints

Soundproofing is not good at all, my room was on third floor so street noise leaks in majorly, all night long, especially considering there’s a night club across the street. Room is very small and very average. No charges by the bed, only one outlet at the opposite wall. None of the experiences there felt any special at all. Cheapest water possible provided complimentary. Had to ask twice to send a second robe to the room. Was given queen bed room when I reserved king bed. The hotel is passable if it was mid range, by no means it has any exclusivity or luxury feeling to any of it. Does not justify the cost. Save yourself half the money and stay at the hotel next door.

I am in NYC for work often and am always looking for an affordable hotel that is near my office. This place is a GEM. Clean, nice sized rooms, GREAT Staff ( Yadira is fantastic), and even a nice restaurant and bar attached. The evening hot chocolate was a nice perk :) Will absolutely book again.

Overall fine, but only 2 towels in the bathroom for 2 people, breakfast was pricey while offering very few options, and noise from the street meant no sleep without ear plugs. Staff was very friendly, and even held our bags after check out so we could continue to explore the city.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Le Soleil. The room was clean, spacious , and quiet, with a lovely view of the city. The staff is helpful and thoughtful - we were celebrating an anniversary and they helped make the weekend special. We will definitely be back :)

The room itself was clean, spacious and and well appointed with multiple outlets, Keurig, small fridge, separate sitting area with pull out couch... The staff is warm, professional, efficient and makes you feel like you are at a home away from home. I will definitely be back!

Like most Hotels in NYC, rooms are.small but overall AMAZING location, walking dostance of many things, accessibility, fun local bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Staff was SIMPLY AMAZING and friendly! Definitely priced okay for the area. Putting this on my top list for when i do come visit VYC always.

Concierge never available , hasn’t answered my email that I sent 3 days ago and my stay ended this morning. I stayed or got upgraded to the 1 queen bed with sofa and there was 2 of us . I told them one would sleep on the queen one on the sofa pull out. Never got sheets. Overall didn’t feel special as an Expedia gold status member as they advertised. Wouldn’t go again.

We were a little disappointed in our recent stay at The Executive which we booked based on reviews. The room was clean but tiny, I know it's NYC but it's the smallest room I've ever stayed at in NY. The front desk staff weren't rude but they definitely were not friendly. There are only 2 elevators for the building and staff was on them more than half the time, which only matters because it adds to the wait times. We put the hanger on our door the first morning we were there so we could get our room cleaned. By dinner time, nobody ever came to clean. Not a big deal but why have the hanger to put out? Nice stay but will choose another hotel next time.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in New York City, and this is one of the best ones that don’t carry a high-end name, it is centrally located and close to everything, the rooms have a good size and are very clean

The room felt dated overall; the shower head was old and poorly fitted, with water spattering in every direction. There were also no radiators or heated towel rails, so drying clothes was not possible. In short, the hotel bears little resemblance to how it is presented in its description or images, which was disappointing and fell well below expectations.

Me and my family stayed at Le Soleil every winter. We come from DC and South America; great prices, everything is clean and comfortable, the customer service is excellent. We will continue using Le Soleil everytime we visit NYC. Ahhh the lemon, cucumber and mint water at the front desk soooo refreshing. Thanks Executive Le Soleil Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York. We stayed for 5 nights in December and the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The hotel has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere which is further enhanced by its excellent staff. We had booked a one room suite which had a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room size is typical of what we can expect in New York City. The hotel is very conveniently located - 5 minutes from Bryant Park, 15 minutes from Times Square and 5 minutes from a subway stop. There are multiple restaurants nearby and this is also close to the famous Macy’s store at Herald Square. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Great food nearby (did not eat at the hotel) and they had chocolate fondue bar that my son loved and a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. The staff were very helpful and our room was cleaned perfectly. Front desk helped get us a car back to the airport and were very accommodating. Would recommend and stay here again.

Rooms were good, standard room was better than the suite. The suite for parents and two kids are so small not enough place. The sofa for the kids is not good, dirty and not comfortable. Location was perfect, we enjoyed fireplace in the lobby especially in this cold weather, while my kids loved the hot chocolate in the reception each day after touring in this cold weather.

I will say that they weren't great about refilling the hot cocoa in the lobby, and we had the same problem with the food at breakfast. (They just didn't seem to have the same attention to detail for refills on coffee/cream/juice.)

The stay was nice and close to all we wanted to see but the room got hot and the last day of our 8 nights the room cooled to 67 degrees it was hot sleeping we asked for a fan they did not have any and we really did not want to be disturbed with maintenance to check unit as we had done lots of shopping so I do think they should get fans but all in all it was a great stay and staff was friendly and helpful getting me a reservation at keens steakhouse earlier than I could get , will definitely stay again

I stayed at this hotel for one night with one other person (two people total). The room was quite small for two people. Unfortunately, one of the reception staff had a bad attitude, which negatively affected our stay.

What a fantastic hidden gem at such a great price in the heart of Manhattan! We had a brilliant stay over the Christmas holidays, and enjoyed being so close to Times Square, Empire State Building, 5th Ave, and even Central Park was just 30 minutes walking, and lots of local amenities and dining options (be sure to visit Colm and team at the Keg Room across the street for great beers and a friendly welcome). Our room was large (our teen had her own separate sleeping area with sofa bed), super clean and modern and so quiet - it was hard to believe we were in the centre of New York as there was absolutely no noise in our room. Really appreciated the lovely high-end toiletries, and the top quality bedding. The only criticism we had is that the lift bell ringing regularly outside our room was a bit annoying, and the lifts were a bit slow, but other than that, absolutely no complaints at all and we highly rated our stay.

To be succinct, I'd reserved a Queen bed room and was upgraded to the penthouse--the sort of thing that happens in movies and dreams. Quite apart from that bit of good luck, I was impressed by the hotel's determination to become first-rate: a new restaurant, better amenities, etc., than were available when I previously stayed here 2-3 years before.

This hotel was in a great area, very walkable to Macys, Times Square and Rockefeller Center, all less than a mile. Lots of food close by as well and the staff were incredible. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and so helpful. I’d stay again and highly recommend!

I expected more out of this hotel because of the ratings and reviews, it was just okay. The room had everything we needed, but the towel hanger came out of the wall like butter and the toilet paper holder was loose so the toilet paper would just fall on the floor. I just felt like the room was cheap when I spent a lot to stay here. The staff was very nice at least.

However, room cost close to $1000 for one night only, which was too much for what we received. When we arrived, one bed side lamp wasn't working. No lighting over or on the desk area even though it's billed as an executive hotel. No closet to hang coats or clothes. We were 3 people. There was just a tiny open concept area to hang 2 winter coats comfortably. No extra bedsheets or pillows provided for the third person on the couch. We had to call room service late to have them delivered. Overall, it's a very basic room with minimal amenities for the high price, but that's apparently what New York is offering these days.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was small but very clean and nice. It is also centrally located with walking distance to a lot of the main sites like Macy's, Bryant park and the subway station. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because the last day of our stay there was a water issue at the hotel which affected our use of the water in our bathroom. We understand things happen and appreciate the hotel going above and beyond to make sure we were still comfortable with our stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we ever travel back to NYC.

Upon arrival, it took us over 45 minutes to get into our room due to an issue with the lock on our door. Upon entry, there was a piece of tile missing from the shower, exposing the drain (that I guess had been cleaned before we arrived?). Lastly, the schedule for cleaning was quite inconvenient. We stayed 4 nights, and were only able to get our room cleaned 2 times - one of these times, we had to request a cleaning while at dinner. A bit ridiculous to be out of the room from 9-5 every day, and not have the room cleaned. Overall a positive experience with helpful staff, but a bit disappointing on the fronts listed above.

The only area that could be improved is the dining experience. The food was good, but the servers seemed to rush guests to place orders or pay the bill, which made the meal feel a bit hurried. Slowing down the pace would make dining much more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay and I would return!

My stay was great the front desk staff was amazing and friendly. It was easy to find my room and navigate within the property as well the nearby places to eat and shop.

The hotel is in the best location, everything you need is within walking distance. The staff are amazing especially Luis and also Latch who remembered us from our trip a year ago, but everyone was so helpful, if we needed anything we just had to ask, this was our third stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The Hotel took great care of us and everyone was really friendly. When we arrived we were told that our room was upgraded. The view was amazing, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff got us rides on the spot and even stored our luggage for us so we could walk around the area before having to catch our flight. I will definitely stay there again.

We really appreciated the small touches, like the flavored waters available each day, such a refreshing treat! The gym was also impressive and well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better, close to great restaurants, attractions, and plenty of sightseeing opportunities.

The extra living area was great so I could watch football in the bedroom while my toddler was sleeping. Minor hiccup at check-in but the staff was helpful and friendly to get it right quickly. Would definitely come back.

The only issues were weak wifi in the room (not really a big deal for us, but it could be for some) and the extra bed (sofa bed) was not comfortable, even by sofa bed standards. It was about as supportive as a hammock. Despite these, everything else was fantastic. The room was very nice and well appointed. The main bed was super comfortable. The service from the staff was phenomenal and I want to say that they should be recognized for the outstanding service they provided. The location of the hotel is ideal for getting around the city. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room was big for NYC with a little sofa area and a TV. Very comfortable and clean and a large window and we even had a view of the top of the Empire State Building. They had fruit infused water in the lobby.

Location was convenient. Room was quiet.

The hotel was in excellent condition and in a great location but what makes me want to stay here any time I’m in NY is the manager Steve. I had a health issue with my son leading into the trip and Steve was amazingly supportive with adjustments. He even came out to speak with me when I checked in and checked on my son’s condition. You could tell that he genuinely cared and offered his direct contact information in case I needed anything else. Thank you for everything Steve. It is rare to find that level of customer service and it is greatly appreciated.

The bottle of hand soap in the bathroom was attached to the back wall, which my kids could not reach. So while they are old enough to use the toilet by themselves, every time they needed to wash their hands, we had to pump soap onto our hands and transfer to their hands. Other than that one minor complaint (which would not apply to adults or older kids), the room was clean and the hotel was clean. The shower worked well. The elevators worked well. Overall, a great hotel and we would stay here again.

The room was perfect for us and our two kiddos. Service was fantastic. We were super close to serval restaurants and shops and a close walk to many attractions. We were easily able to get a cab, uber and to the subway.

Very nice hotel. Great service. Extremely clean with is the main concern for my wife and it passed very well. Very comfortable bed. Typical small room for NYC, but happy with our choice. Was convenient to Penn and Grand Central Station as well took subway and trains to US Open daily.

We did not get housekeeping service on Sunday, August 17. We left at 8AM and returned at 3:30pm expecting our room to be refreshed. It wasn't. At 4:15pm a man knocked on our door and asked if we wanted housekeeping service. I declined as we were resting. This was a bit of a bummer. (I went to the linen closet in the hall to retrieve some fresh towels - apparently others had done the same as the closet looked like a tornado had come through at some point.)

Andrew who checked me in was amazing, room upgrade, family friendly, great location walking distance to many things.., helpful doorman/Bellhop.

Close to Madison Square Garden venues, within walking distance and plenty activities near by…comfort at hotel was just right. Friendly staff and check in was simple..

One of the nicest hotels I stayed in in NYC for the price. Got a a two-bed room and was pleasantly surprised by how roomy and comfortable it is. On 36th between 5th and 6th avenues, the location is very good. Service was pleasant and front desk and host very welcoming. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was exactly as advertised, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of Empire State building. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the location offered plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, plus easy access to the subway.

The room is small (the updated bathroom is almost the same size), but it is perfect for what we need - a clean bed, a hot shower, safety, and easy access to the sights we want to visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Rooms were great and light, shower pressure was perfect, cold infused water was such a nice touch.

I can see how it’ll get noisy at night but overall was not too bad. Bed was pretty comfortable. Room was small and not much amenities were provided (or I didn’t expect to have to ask for the amenities as it is a 4 star hotel).

Hotel is centrally located near Time Square, Empire State Building. We were able to walk to many places or hop on the subway as well as ferry or the Skyway (across to Roosevelt Island - highly recommend at sunset). We very much appreciated the refreshing fruit waters and coffee in the lobby. Room was spacious for the 3 of us with the pull out couch. All around a very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend.

Bathroom in need of renovation, old tub with tired caulking and a nasty ceiling. Pillows lumpy and mattress slumped down on the sides. Worst thing is carpet in rooms…yuck, felt dirty.

The location was great, and so was the room!
