Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the shower design, elevator wait times, and certain aspects of customer service.
- Convenient location
- Cleanliness
- Shower design causes water to spill onto the floor
- Long wait times for elevators
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but staff slow to respond to housekeeping requests. Only 2 elevators were operational which created long wait times. The coffee area staff were adding on more tip percent to our bill than advertised and eating behind the counter. Front desk staff friendly but lots of socializing amongst themselves. The lobby lounge area was very dirty most days.

The location was great, very close to Times Square, the price was reasonable, friendly staff, the room was adequate and clean, well stocked and quiet. The view was the typical downtown view of the immediate building across the alley, no scenery.

The hotel is very nice with very friendly staff. We were a family of four staying in a room with two comfortably beds. The room is cleaned every day. The lighting in the room is very dim; this cool artificial light color doesn't suit the space at all. There is no ceiling lighting—only bedside lamps and a floor lamp in the corner of the room. Another issue is the lack of a showerhead and the small sink—washing long hair in the morning is like performing some kind of high-level acrobatics… It's quite a hassle when several people have to get ready to go out! There is also no a single wardrobe—just two drawers with a few hangers, enough for one person at most… so your things are in suitcases on the floor, and it's hard to move around the room. If only you could slide them under the bed—but unfortunately, you can't. Similar opinions appeared in the previous comments, and this is a valid point.

Clean, good place in NY, good staff, The resterant food was not tasty
- 2/5
Location was great There was an old crib in the hallway in front of the room that never got moved! The elevators were over crowded and took forever. No place to even pull over let alone park. Nobody there to give instructions for valet. The smell in the building was not the best they def need to add a hotel scent.

Clean room, comfortable beds. That’s all we needed for a one night stay. $25 voucher to use on food inside the hotel was a nice bonus. Helpful and courteous staff.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant!
- 5/5
Helpful front desk and clean comfortable room and beds. Daily housekeeping was nice. Only snafu was the valet parking. We don't usually bring a car into the city but had to this time. You have to give "at least 2 hours notice" to get your car which we did, but we also advised that we wouldn't be ready to check out for 2 hours. Of course they had it ready in 20 minutes and then weren't happy with us that we weren't coming to get it and leaving right away. So would definitely stay here again but NOT bring a car.

Liked : 1• Clean rooms 2• Staff is very helpful 3 • Hotel’s Parking Garage is very near to the facility, less than 10 minutes to walk. 4• The main thing is location. If you want to minimize the city traffic, then this hotel is super good as it is very close to Lincoln tunnel which is the way to go in/out of the Manhattan. Also, the times square is less than 5 minutes walk, and We didn’t need to take the subways or taxis to go through whole Midtown Manhattan. The only problem was; Their in-room phone was not working. So every time we had to make any type of call to the reception, we had to use their phone number from Google. Overall, It is very good hotel if you want to spend a few days in Manhattan !
- 3/5
Good stay. But bathtub drain was clogged.
- 4/5
Good location, rooms are small. The staff was great.
- 2/5
Staff was not impressive at all. I felt bad for some of them, but the managers were terrible and rude at times. I think some of the bell staff were actually high at times. I was asked to excuse lack of a bartender or staff person at the counter which is the only place to purchase food to go multiple times. I wouldn’t stay here gain and I’m a die hard Marriott person.
- 5/5
Very specious room, proximity to subway, time square.
- 5/5
I would visit again.
- 5/5
Location is great staff was great
- 4/5
Overall a clean room, night time / overnight staff was great and friendly. Coffee was delicious in the cafe. I’d skip the dinner at Nerolab, service was terrible, food was worse.
- 4/5
My only complaint was the elevators. There were 3; however, every time I was headed up to the room we had to wait 3-5 mins for an elevator.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect other than the room had minimal lighting. On the rainy days we were there, our room felt like a cave. But other than that, we were very satisfied.
- 5/5
This hotel was exceptional. From check in to check out
- 5/5
Stayed here for 4 nights with wife and son. Great location for midtown - couple blocks from Times Square. Room clean and tidy, staff extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again for our next trip. Recommended.
- 4/5
Very nice place to stay for a night
- 4/5
I liked it. I had to move from another hotel to this one and it was way better.
- 3/5
The room was comfortable enough, but it was very dark. Also, there was always a line for the elevators, which were small. The hall noise was also very noticeable. While we were very well insulated from the noisy street, the elevator, doors slamming, and people speaking at a normal volume were all so loud it felt like they were in the room. The staff were lovely and some of the amenities were great, like redeemable tickets to museums and credits.
- 5/5
Staff are all very inviting and kind
- 5/5
Un excelente lugar maravillosa la ubicación el dormitorio super comodo
- 4/5
Room 1: 1 adult + 2 children Room 2: 1 adult + 1 child It is very weird. Something wrong with booking web-engine because I could book 2 rooms (each 4 adults) It may need to review from Expedia’s front end or at the back end of Delta Marriott When I came to the hotel. I asked hotel staff but they had no idea for remedy/solution.
- 5/5
nice location, next to subway station and Time Square, very convenience
- 4/5
Convenient, comfortable and super friendly and helpful staff. Location was ok, but would recommend staying in another New York neighbourhood as the location is particularly busy with quite a few homeless/drug addicts nearby.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the vouchers for the museum. However, the lack of a proper door on the bathroom was an issue. The floors could also use replacing. They were coming up and in pretty rough condition.
- 1/5
The hotel essentially harassed me because they felt like I wasn’t in my room enough. They continued to say that they were sold out during my stay, although I fully paid for the stay
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great location, very affordable and the staff was so kind
- 5/5
Great hotel in great location. Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Staff was good and helpful. Overall stay experience was amazing! Will come back to stay here and recommend to friends as well.
- 5/5
Recommend this hotel bc my family had a good experience.
- 5/5
The staff were welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
Great stay. Lots of amenities. Very clean.
- 3/5
Los acensores tampoco no servian habia que esperar como 15 min para los acensores
- 1/5
One of the worst experiences we ever had. I am glad it was only one day. I have no idea how I rated this as a 4-star hotel. I have seen 2-star motels that, by far, are cleaner and more professional than this one. Only 2 of the 3 elevators are working. Just imagine: we waited 8 minutes for the elevator to go up and 17 minutes to go down. Avoid at any cost.
- 3/5
The room was nice, but not enough elevators for such a big building. I needed to ask several times to clean the room.
- 4/5
Clean room, piece of drain just sitting in tub, elevators very slow and small
- 5/5
Great budget hotel if your planning to stay a weekend got a pretty good deal and felt really happy about the location great spot if your trying to tour nyc!
- 5/5
Staff was fabulous! Room is a generous size for NYC! Comfortable, clean, and a great central location.
- 5/5
Great included amenities - free tickets to American Museum of Natural History and the $25 voucher toward food/beverage for each night of stay. Overall, great experience and will definitely stay at this hotel again!
- 5/5
Excelente!! Nos encantó y la ubicación es perfecta
- 5/5
From checking in to check out, everything was great. The staff was fantastic.
- 1/5
When I first checked into my room, I found bugs in the room. I informed the staff and they told me the issue would be resolved. However, when I came back later, I found them again. A staff member then said they would change my room and asked us to pack all our belongings. We ended up waiting most of the day for a new room. We were originally on the 17th floor with a nice view, but the new room they gave us was on the 3rd floor with no view and essentially the same type of room. There was no apology or real effort to make up for the inconvenience. The staff also felt quite cold and unhelpful during the process, which made the situation even more frustrating. After everything that happened, I honestly felt uncomfortable complaining again. It’s a shame because the location is excellent, but the way this issue was handled really affected our stay.
- 5/5
Great amenities and amazing staff!
- 5/5
Excellent location specially if you plan to attend a show in Broadway or ise the subway
- 5/5
Staff can be a bit nicer.

- 4/5
The staff was fabulous!
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was clean and had a great view.
- 5/5
To stay at Delta was excellent. I had to leave early because there’s a gentleman stalking me through New York and he found me there. So I had to change over to the AC hotel a block over where the rest of my group was staying so it didn’t look like I was traveling alone, which remedy the situation. I would highly recommend the Delta.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
I loved staying in this hotel, had no issues with anything. Staff was very nice, the rooms very clean and overall it’s all remodeled and pretty. It’s very local so we walked everywhere or took the subway which stations are very close. Our stay included a $25 voucher daily to use in the cafe, 4 admission tickets to a museum, and passes to rent the city bikes. The only thing I’d say can improve is the showers don’t have a door, it’s just a glass door that separates it from the toilet so the bathroom could get a little flooded if you’re not careful. Overall I’d give it a 9/10
- 2/5
The washroom leaked while showering, terrible shower curtain scenario. I also saw a bug in the washroom. The bottom of the toilet had stains. Heater is very loud and 0 sound proofing. Got terrible sleep with people banging their room doors. Would not recommend this hotel!!

- 5/5
beds were spacious with an extra bench. minimal and dim lighting. bathrooms in the hotel lobby were horrendous. avoid them if you can.
- 5/5
Clean, courteous. Reasonable rates.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, we flew into NY early in the morning. The hotel was gracious and held our luggage so we could go to explore the city. They let us check in but our room wasn’t ready. We came back at 4:00 (an hour after regular checkin) and our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another hour and half before getting our room.
- 2/5
Leaky toilet, clogged sink, shower handle that was hard to turn, sheets with stains and stairs with trash at every landing making it next to impossible to use. Oh and a 1:30AM wake up call due to fire alarm going off and 2 fire trucks showed up but we were told it was not a real fire. For nearly $900 a night this was not worth it. Only perk is that it was close to Port Authority and the workers were nice. They did offer Bonvoy Points but not sure I want to stay at a Marriott again anytime soon.

Awesome
- 2/5
The room was ok but there was no water pressure, the towels were so old and thin, I couldn't take a shower.
- 5/5
Spotless rooms and friendly staff, the hotel was conveniently located to all the major attractions! We would definitely recommend Delta by Marriott
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and the amenities were great!
- 5/5
Staff were very nice, room and hotel was very clean. Great location and appreciated the vallet parking.
- 4/5
It was real bad to park and even to drive of park on the property all the streets were closed by the police on New Year’s Eve it was a nightmare
- 3/5
Walk-in shower had no door or curtain so water got all over the floor. No option to switch rooms because all walk-in showers the same and they were fully booked. Our other room has a tub with shower curtain so ask for a room with a tub! Otherwise room was fine but small. $25 per day to use at the coffee bar was a plus! Rooms clean and beds comfy. Convenient location!
- 4/5
Location, location, location!
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
Check in was at 3 and didn’t get our room until almost 7
- 3/5
Room was not ready at check in time
- 5/5
Allow some extra time to get on the elevators. It can be crowded.
- 3/5
- water ponding in toilet due to lack of shower screen door & kerb - insufficient lighting in room especially in between beds and sofa - housekeeping can be a little better as we came back to the room for several days but room was not cleaned yet - timber flooring around sitting are is splintered & may cut feet if not repaired
- 5/5
Service was awesome. Facility was good. And staff was friendly.
- 2/5
Room was good, however check in was terrible. I checked in on the app at 3pm. Checked in at the hotel in person at 4:30. Room was not available until 6:35, nearly 3:30 hours after the stated time by the hotel. Not the best way to start our holiday in the city. Will not be booking here again.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, to much money for poor installations
- 4/5
Location was great for Broadway shows. Staff was very friendly. Seemed to be a lot of waiting for elevators. Bathroom sink very slow draining and toilet did not flush which maintenance addressed. All in all, it’s a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Everyone was kind and the room was clean
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. The manager checked us in she was wonderful!
- 4/5
Staff was excellent especially the manager of the hotel who accommodated our needs.
- 3/5
Average at best
- 5/5
Clean , friendly staffs
- 4/5
There was an architectural problem with the draining in the accessible shower. It was level with the floor and created a huge wet area in the whole bathroom. Everything else was great.
- 4/5
Clean room but the cafeteria had a couple of items that were stale
- 4/5
Super helpful staff, amazing location. The gym/exercise room was quite nice for a hotel as well. Only gave 4 stars as there were some maintenance issues with the room (flooring loose and cracked) and the coffee in the lobby cafe wasn't the greatest. Overall would definitely look to stay here again on our next NYC trip.
- 3/5
Staff was great it is very noisy at night
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff!
- 4/5
Recommend anyone here especially if you are looking at spending most of your time in Times Square. It’s accessible to train station!
- 4/5
The property was conveniently located. The coffee bar was available and very attentive. The shower in the room was concerning, as it was a walk-in, but it did little to contain water, so I was worried about getting the entire floor wet and falling. Other than this issue the room was perfect.
- 4/5
Room was fine
- 3/5
The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Very professional. The rooms however, are very uncomfortable. They have barn doors for the bathroom that are very noisy. You can’t turn on the light without the vent waking everyone up. Sheet rock was coming off the ceiling and the toilet dispenser was falling off the wall.
- 4/5
Clean and new rooms, nice restaurante, and bar in the lobby level. The only thing I did not like it was the bathroom sliding door.
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Clean room. Kind staff.
- 5/5
Great staff. We got complimentary tickets the the American museum of natural history and $25 everyday to spend at their cafe downstairs.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms great location!
- 5/5
Amazing location for a reasonable price
- 4/5
The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the location was great.
- 4/5
The room was truly very nice. I enjoyed the staff very kind. The hotel was very clean. I truly have no complaints about this hotel only thing is that electrical. Like when I was trying to charge my phone, it would keep going on and off. If that makes since lol and the wait time for the elevators might be a little long but besides that I would definitely stay here again. I love this hotel.
- 5/5
The rooms are a very nice size for the cost especially in time square area. Everything is in walking distance and the subway is at the end of the street. I recommend getting a high floor level for the views.
- 4/5
Clean room and comfortable bed. Easy and fast check in and out process
- 4/5
Everything was super
- 5/5
Felt like not many options
- 4/5
Good location
- 2/5
I don't recommend it. They took a deposit equal to the cost of the room, which is about $600. So, you need about $1,100/1200 on your card to stay overnight at this hotel, which is absurd. No breakfast, the room is small, and the view is of the wall of another hotel. The reception is very small, with only two receptionists. You have to wait in line just to ask a single question.
- 5/5
Good all around! Slightly pricey but worth it.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful, great location!
- 2/5
The hotel was located in a convenient area and all staff were good except one . She is the manager on site or she claims to be and was my first point of contact when I called before our trip to check out the parking arrangement. She was rude and loud and yelling over the phone, which is ridiculous in a customer service position. I mean she alone will drive away all clients. This is not the first time I have stayed in Delta Marriott’s but it very well may be the last. The other thing is I found the bathroom has no proper door just a sliding and no lock , ridiculous!! That was a major turn off and the sliding door is just in front of the bed !! We paid a lot for this hotel room and expected minimum standard. The food was nice and all the other staff were nice abd helpful but if i was management i would definitely ask Kurdashia if she enjoys her job or needs a change.
- 5/5
Everything about my stay was great. Thanks!
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. There were a few miscommunications on getting towels replaced, but that is likely due to language barriers, which is no suprise in a city like New York. The $25 credit to be used in the hotel was very helpful and a huge benefit!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and modern and quite spacious for a NYC hotel room.
- 5/5
Good Property love the amenities 🤗
- 1/5
Not a good place
- 5/5
It was very convenient close to everything! Staff are really nice.
- 5/5

Nice staff. Marriot shouldn’t add their name tho
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Delta Hotel in Times Square. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location is perfect—there are plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. The bar downstairs also had a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, an excellent experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Times Square.
- 2/5
At check-in, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive. The elevators moved at a snail’s pace, and when I finally reached my floor, my key didn’t work. I had to lug my luggage back to the lobby, where the manager was unhelpful and condescending. When I asked to move my room away from the elevator, she immediately said she “wouldn’t do it.” Only after I insisted did she reluctantly agree. For a stay totaling nearly $4,000, that level of service is unacceptable. The next morning, I waited at the café for over 15 minutes without acknowledgment. When someone finally appeared, they said, “I’m the only one working.” How can a hotel in the middle of Comic Con week be so understaffed? When I returned to the front desk for help, the morning agent told me, “Yeah, the café is open,” then took a phone call mid-conversation and rolled her eyes. Between the rude café staff, dismissive front desk agents, slow elevators, and an unprofessional manager, this property demonstrated a complete lack of hospitality. I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member and found this experience embarrassing for the Marriott brand. I expect acknowledgment of this complaint and a clear outline of how these issues will be addressed.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our time. The satff were nice
- 2/5
Very rude manager specially the way she speaks. I was checking in early she said right now she has rooms on lower level but if we come later there is possibility on upper level. When i came later on she is rudely saying your booking is for basic and we cannot give upper level and lot of heavy tone with no manners of customer service. Room was alright but no door in washroom it was sliding and shower doesnt have door all water comes outside.

- 5/5
Easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Great location.. 5 mins from subways. The room was clean and quiet. Nice size for New York. I just didn't like how close the bathroom were to the beds. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff were incredible

Excellent Stay ! Great Staff ! Area just needs to be cleaned up and police the vagrants
- 5/5
The room was updated and very clean!
- 4/5
Staff are friendly and good service.
- 1/5
Rude and unhelpful staff, noisy rooms (you can even hear plumbing from above), and a poor view of a parking lot up to the 15th floor. While lower floors were available, check-in for a higher floor was delayed past 3 pm with no clear timeline. Days after checkout I was hit with an undisclosed $98 “destination tax” that was never mentioned. Overall, a very unpleasant stay — avoid this property.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my staff , staff was very friendly!!

Lousy
- 5/5
Antonio from the front desk and Vera from Housekeeping made our stay extra special. The whole hotel staff was super friendly and easy going. We will definitely consider going to this hotel again. ***** 5 STARS
- 3/5
Location was good a couple blocks from Times Square but parking garage was a bit of annoyance but that’s everywhere near Times Square. The bathroom sink drain was slow Other Than that everything else was clean Restaurant breakfast was good as well and convenient!
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
The room was small and the surrounding area was dirty.
- 5/5
It was great for walking everywhere!
- 5/5
Great stay, spacious room, great location
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and what made it unique is the hotel still had a bell hop. It was in times square, the charm of Manhattan. It was 2 mins walking distance from the subway. Central park is about a 20 mins away. This place is conveniently near shopping and a number of restaurants.
- 5/5
Great spot, will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The property is very well located if you come into the Port Authority. Rooms were simple and clean and comfortable! Staff was great and the coffee shop in the lobby is a great add. Also well priced. I would definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
When we got there, they gave us a room we came up there and the cleaning lady told us our room was not ready. My husband has been driving and he is in the wheelchair so we had to go back down waiting for an elevator forever and then they gave us another room that was perfect. The only two complaints we had was you had to wait for an elevator forever and it was really small, especially my husband being in a wheelchair.
- 5/5
Close and convenient to do everything downtown
- 4/5
Good, but room is a bit small and no parking.
- 3/5
The lobby is a bit small and can feel a bit crowded. While the staff was efficient, I didn’t get much info about the room or amenities, and they hurried me off with the key. The lower floor room had no view except the windows of the other hotel that’s just 15 feet away. Keep your blinds closed, I guess.
- 3/5
Satisfactory. Noisy and too busy of a check in area
- 5/5
Good coffee and bakery on site. The room benches gave us extra space to all hang out and chill.
- 2/5
The Check in staff was not polite or helpful. I asked if they had map and was told ,yes, that was it. I wasn’t given a map, wasn’t shown where one was , nor did they offer to give me directions or any recommendations. I wasn’t pointed to the elevator and I wasn’t welcomed as a Marriott member. The whole experience was terrible, I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
The restaurant has very good food but the staff doesn’t seem to know hi
- 1/5
The check-in experience was a nightmare. Clerk quoted me a security deposit amount but I was charged a second (unauthorized) security deposit, plus 30% extra "daily fees." Later, this was described as an Error or "System Glitch." This unauthorized charge was never resolved by the hotel. Rather than cancelling that unauthorized charge manually, the hotel, instead, kept it in the system as a Pending item, which could not be disputed or investigated by my bank. It was only reversed when I checked out. This not only created a hold on my credit card for the security deposit amount, but that second unauthorized charge created a hold as well, limiting my access to my credit for the whole 5-day duration of my stay. Being far from home, with my family, made for a terrible domino affect! Management did not convince me they could not cancel any unauthorized Pending transactions manually. I will never stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott again!
- 5/5
Location. Friendly Staff. Comfortable Rooms.

Rooms were nice but too small. A simple call to front desk took very long for what i thiught was a simple task to be taken care of.

My stay at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Times Square was excellent. The staff was welcoming, the customer service was great, and the hotel was very family-friendly. I’d gladly choose this hotel again the next time I’m in New York."

I arrived at 2:30 and was able to check in early. I valet parked my car with the hotel staff. At 9:05 PM I called the front desk and requested my car. The desk agent said they would call me when the car was downstairs. I did not receive a call that my car was ready until 2:15 am. Very inconvenient.

very convenient location.

Hotel had 32 floors with 2 out of 3 working. The original room i received was small and the air did not work. GREAT staff regardless of the hotel. When I told the staff what was going on they changed my room and offered free drinks and late check out

I love this hotel , the place , the staff everything 10/10.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. All the rooms are clustered around the elevator, making it extremely noisy throughout the day and night. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful—despite traveling with friends, they couldn’t accommodate us to stay nearby. The room was very small, much smaller than advertised. Would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and restful stay. If you stay

Nice location

Front desk agents were nice, rooms were clean, noise in our room was mostly from the elevator. It’s not for me, but for anyone that’s just looking for a nice enough, comfortable, and safe space, this is a good option.

Floor of bathroom looked dirty. Room was otherwise okay except was noisy.
- 5/5
Much cleaner and more spacious than I had anticipated, which was a plus. Very walkable, close to Times Square and transportation. Can walk to 5th Ave/Madison Ave and Central Park within 30min, or take the subway. The only downfall was the tiny little shower in our room, that did not have a shower door or curtain, so the bathroom floor would be quite wet whenever someone showered. Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience for my group, but could be a slipping hazard for elders.

They did not allow early check in while I request

Staff however were miserable and unfriendly. Except for the cafe staff who were lovely. Good location for everything and easier for Uber Airport Shuttles.

The room was quite uncomfortable for my family of four. The beds and the stone furniture have sharp right angles, which hurt my kids. The room was tiny, even by NYC standards, as it was impossible to find space to put our suitcases. The worst part was the bathroom, which had a small step to get into, so it's easy to stub your toe. The shower inexplicably had no door, so the bathroom floor would get flooded after every shower. To top it off, there was constant noise (honking and sirens) from Times Square, even on the 22nd floor.

The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It is off to the side from the main street.

Clean crisp rooms

The room was surface clean, needs deep cleaning. No valet to assist when leaving with luggage using the handicap door. Desk staff was fabulous.

The first problem was check in, our check in was at 3pm unfortunately we were told that we had to wait for a room to be available but as we had to wait we would be given a much nicer premier room. We got up to our room at nearly 6pm we arrived at the property at 2.20pm. Our room was less than premier, the flooring was destroyed, it was all broken and you couldn’t walk without shoes as the flooring had degraded, I’m guessing the room had gotten very wet at some point and the flooring had unlocked and blown at the seems. The bathroom was by far the worst it was moldy and very old and run down. The bedroom furniture was again old and run down and there were several broken drawer fronts and the bed had been screwed together where it was broken at the front. room 2907 on the 29th floor. The view was ok and the shower water was always warm. the oversized sheets and duvets on a tiny bed we had to make sure they were always tucked in as these created a big tripping hazard. We had a nice stay it was in a central location and getting around from the property was easy we visited many places and enjoyed it. 2 bros pizza located on the corner to the left of the hotel was a staple meal choice and the pizza was both cheap and delish. I hope they sort the rooms here to improve peoples stay as the flooring was unacceptable.

It's right across from the Port Authority Bus Station, which isn't prettty, but not a problem. The hotel itself was great, and the staff were terrific. Walked to Times Square in minutes. Rooms were recently renovated, and the bed was super comfortable.
- 5/5
Impressive & Spacious Rooms – The rooms are exceptionally spacious, making them comfortable for extended stays. They feature a couch at the foot of the bed and a TV that supports streaming services, adding to the overall convenience and comfort. Surrounding Area at Night – While the hotel itself is upscale, the block it's on can feel quite dark and a bit uninviting at night. Just something to keep in mind if you're walking to and from the hotel late. Great for Tourists, Close to Transit – Located near Times Square, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around NYC. Personally, I think this walk was tedious, especially because there aren't many attractions around while you do it, but others might not mind. If your priority is being close to major attractions, this is a fantastic choice. However, if you're looking for a more local New York experience, you might prefer hotels in downtown neighborhoods instead.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great location!

I purchased two rooms separately a week apart. Management was able to have both rooms available next to each other. I felt safer knowing my group would be able to get together easier and walk to our rooms together. Will definitely book again. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Enjoyed my stay!

Overall, an OK place to say. Felt safe and fairly clean. The property could use a complete renovation. The room had cracked floors and bathroom door did not work. The biggest problem was the valet parking. They needed 2 hours' notice to get your car, this was not communicated at check in. Terrible communication at time of check in.

I will comeback this hotel and prefer to my family. It’s very clean and look new. And parking is cheap. Location is excellent.

The elevators were too small for that many people staying and they only have two. The staff were using one which it was a pain to just go to the room.

I purchased this as a gift for them. Disappointed. Shower had only lukewarm water. The rm. was fine for NYC. Disturbing to not be able to check in at the time posted. This was a total turn-off - especially, when your trying to make a very ill man & his family a nice gift. Not acceptable. Terminal Cancer putting forth the effort to have one last Christmas of memories & can't even get into room on time. Shame, shame

Communication poor, Expedia communication to the hotel terrible, we paid for breakfast and we never got it included. Just an overall bad experience. I will never book through Expedia and I wouldn’t come to this hotel
