Courtyard by Marriott New York World Trade Center Area

We had a balcony which was very nice and the room was cleaned every day.

My husband and I stayed here from the 4-9th of June 2026 and had an unforgettable time. This once in a lifetime trip was organised by our son. He had liaised with the hotel staff, namely Jasmine to put a Christmas card in our room with some lovely words inside, as this was his gift. We went up to our room to find that it had basically been turned into New York. There were countless balloons scattered, all New York themed - it was a sight to be seen and incredibly thoughtful of the hotel. They went that extra mile, making it an even more memorable experience… The hotel itself was central to our needs, with plenty of subways close by and lots of landmarks within easy walking distance. It was comfortable and the staff, friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you. N/A

Easy to find with public transportation and secure to get it. After I certain time, you need your hotel key to get in the building and to use the elevator. Very clean and bed was very comfortable.

The property was clean, check in was easy & staff was great. Could’ve had bigger water bottles in the room instead of the tiny ones. Other than that my stay was great.

Incredible location next to various train stops that get you all round the city. From here, we easily got to the Bronx (Yankee Stadium) and Citifield, and everywhere in between. Room was comfortable, housekeeping staff was so gracious. Was a little nervous about staying in FiDi since it has the reputation of being a ghost town after business hours, but that was not the case at all. Very happy with this hotel.

The check-in process was quick and seamless. However, it would be helpful to offer a wider selection of teas in the room, including green tea, as well as additional bar beverage options. The service at the bar downstairs could be improved, as the staff member assisting me was not particularly helpful. Additionally, I would appreciate the option to check out later than 12pm.

Great location for visiting World Trade Center or 9-11 Museum & Memorial which is just 2 blocks away. Also has good restaurants nearby including Bills Bar & Grill, which we loved. Pay garage is almost next door so it’s easy to unload luggage to get to your room (good luck getting curbside).

Our room was not cleaned at all, she came by at 4:30pm. We had been out all day where there was plenty of opportunity then. Rooms were smaller than expected. Good location and parking close by. Overall good.

If you are there for walking, then it will be a great place to stay. Other than that, it is quite far from the center of the city; you do need to take a subway to get to the center, then you will have more things to do such as food tour and shopping.

Great stay while in New York City whether for work or pleasure. Close to almost all main train stations that go Uptown, Midtown or Downtown. Safe neighborhood around it, the room was sparkling clean, and the staff was friendly.

location and staff were great I reserved a king room which says king bed in description. I was in room 808. The bed is in no way the size of a king.

Small quaint hotel, perfect for a solo one night stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is terrific and the price was right. Only negative is that there's only 2 elevators and you could get stuck waiting a bit for one of them. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

The room was cold even with the heat on. The gentleman that checked me at the front desk when I first got there was a DESHEVELED MESS and "recited" something about the hotel from a card. The room's fit and finishes left something to be desired. The pillows were hard and the pillow cases were stiff. Overall NO BUENO.

Our room was beautiful and clean and staff keep us stocked with towels throughout our stay. The location was centrally located between sight seeing areas, shopping and eateries! We all felt safe and cannot wait to visit NY Financial District Courtyard in the near future! Bonus, we loved our view from the 23rd floor.

At check-in the staff spoke so fast and I felt rushed or as if i shoukdnt ask any questions. I was the only one waiting to get check-in so I don't understand. The hallway om the 6th fall did not smell great and the lighting could be brighter. The hand dosp doesn't go with the shower amenities, everything else was grest.

The rooms are small but offers a microwave and refrigerator. Although I did not have a balcony in my rooms there is a view of the city regardless of the back of the buildings. The staff is always a friendly reception. The location is right in the heart of World Trade Center, the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, South Street seaport, etc.

The hotel is in a great location in the financial district. Close to the World Trade Centre. The staff cleaned the room every day. Didn’t use the breakfast as it was easier to go out and about on foot. Subway was easy to use to get into the main city centre like 5th Avenue. Would return.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The subway direct up to Times Square was outside the front door. Battery Park and Wall Street was 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again if visiting NYC.

It is very conveniently located to several MTA subway lines. The room was comfortable. The only irritation was the bathroom sliding door did not slide easily and cannot be closed completely.

This is a safe, last minute option for a hotel in a city, but definitely isn’t worth the spend. Clean rooms, but don’t expect it be designed to feel like you’re in a nice hotel — it’s a true 3 Star Hotel. Dependable WiFi, nice staff. The had a water outage test during my stay and I noticed the water was brown when it came back on, luckily I was checking out that day, but definitely wouldn’t have wanted to stay there that night.

I liked the area, close to 911, O'Hara's Resturant, World Trade Center. Room was small but clean. Felt safe walking the area.

All staff we encountered was wonderful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The location was convenient for us with 2 main subway lines within 5 min walk. We felt safe in the area as well. Room was clean, bed was comfy as well. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day on restocking towels for us. We will stay here again!

The following contributed to a disappointing experience: paid extra for a room with a balcony, only to be informed upon check-in that it was a shared balcony without furniture. This is nowhere disclosed on Expedia or the property's website. Second, and most importantly, the bathroom door was broken, which prohibited privacy. Additionally, my partner became stuck in the bathroom with no way out. After a succession of loud bangings, I was able to push and push, finally prying the door open. I found myself shaking and close to a panic attack. This episode RUINED our stay.

We were in NY to experience things and being right near a great and reasonable parking place , the subway and a short ride to all that NY offers was great . High floors have some views too

The only thing was that while trying to leave the room on the last day, the room service started knocking on the door at 10:55 on the door next to us (dude inside shouted "give me just a minute!!!"), and then at 10:58 room service knocked on our door. Checkout was 11am. Those very few minutes made me feel a bit rushed and unpleasant. Haven't experienced such a thing all my life, so it felt awkward. No room service person spoke English, but plainly spoke to me in Spanish, as if I should understand that. They were still nice, but again, felt a bit awkward.

The AC was not working in the room - we found it to be extremely hot. I did not inform the front desk as I was exhausted after a long day - but just letting you guys know!

It was the first time I booked this hotel while I was not familiar with this area.so, we got happy to see the location and easy access to subway station.However, we had our own car and the parking was very close with a reasonable price.

I booked a room with a balcony and no where in the description did it say it was a shared balcony with the next room over. That is very misleading and there was no privacy at all. The guest next door walked onto the balcony and right in front of our window for our room at 1am in the morning and could see right into our room. Very uncomfortable and not what we paid for.

I was so disappointed with the room the door bathroom was so hard to close and my friend and I we close and then can opened she broke her finger and then the shower slide door spilling water on the floor( outside of the shower) and when she finished showering she open the slide door and stepped out and she almost fell down because it was water on the floor all around. That very very bad experience and I think hotel should refund me.

Rooms are super small which is okay but I was not aware they didn't have a bath tub and I needed that, and also they have torn up features like the door to the bathroom at the bottom was peeling all the way across as well as there was a red stain on my comforter --for a motel okay but for what they charge absolutely not. Pros are they the subway is literally 5 steps away from the entrance and there's restaurants very close so easy to get around from that particular spot

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. They took care of all our needs and made sure we were comfortable. Will visit again, our go to place downtown!!

Hotel is in a good area. Problems with the room were the following, entire bathroom was flooded after a shower, due to the shower curtain was too short. You wouldn't think that the clock radio would be a problem, but it buzzed all night even after unplugging it. No drawers in the room to keep clothes in only tiny closet. Water pressure so inadequate, did not wash out shampoo and conditioner out of hair. Called front desk to fix problems, I think they tried but only fixed clock radio. I should have checked with Hotel in advance, so bring your own bathrobe. Room was small for a handicapped person. We have stayed in many Marriott Hotels,VERY DISSATISFIED

Louis at front desk was polite and helpful. The room was perfect and exactly what we needed. I only wish I had checked the sight for the hotel first because as a member of Bonvoy, I would have gotten a slightly cheaper rate and points.

This hotel is excellent if the only thing you are doing is exploring New York City. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, cafes, restaurants, parking, and shops all around the hotel. The rooms are small but cozy and clean! It is a perfect stay for couples, families, and friends.
