We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly.

Great location, spacious rooms for NYC, and very clean. I loved my stay. I actually slept well unlike other NYC in Midtown.

very odd room layout, couldn't watch TV from the bed. Door in the bathroom was in the way of the sink, which was laid out on the side so you couldn't stand in front of it to wash your hand or get a full view of the mirror. the breakfast staff were forgetful. I ordered potatoes and she forgot to put them in. I finished my sandwich and then received piping hot potatoes that I couldn't eat. I had to ask for ketchup 4 times before getting it.

The room has everything you need: an iron, ironing board, umbrella, bathrobes, and slippers. I’m very happy with my choice and would gladly stay here again. Honestly, there was nothing major I didn’t like. The only small downside was that there wasn’t complimentary bottled water in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

That area of Manhattan is much improved in recent years. There were reasonably good places to eat close by. And proximity to Penn Station makes it very easy to get around. The room was excellent, but it could’ve been a bit bigger.

Close to a convention I was attending. Bathroom had a tub for soaking. Spacious and great view. Nothing.

Had the pleasure of staying here for one night with my son, and we had a great experience. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, and the hotel itself made an impressive first impression. We were checked in quickly, and our room was spacious, especially for New York City. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is within walking distance to so many great areas. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Receptionist on arrival was distant and lacking in engagement despite my efforts to engage and advise it was my wife's birthday. Got given a late check out for 2pm with my membership, but had housekeeping knocking on the door at 10am. Asked about purchasing tickets for the 9/11 memorial, and I was told, you can buy online or at the location, great, that made for a valuable conversation. No bottled water in the room. Fixed shower head, not the option of a hand held. Had to remove the plug from the bath so the water drained. Uninspiring would be my primary feedback.

This is the third time I’ve stayed there. It’s clean. It’s a large room. Glass enclosed shower with a rainfall shower head.

This was a great stay! We lived in NYC 20 years ago and know our way around. This is a convenient location, easy to drive in from the west side and park and easy to walk to lots of things. Also close to the new Hudson yards. We were thoroughly impressed and plan on staying here next time we come to town!

Clean and easy to check in.

The check in process was quick and easy. The bed was made daily. The beds would get made and then the hand towels and wash clothes would never get replenished. Then they gave us hand towels that looked like wash clothes. Then for most of the stay we saw a makeup pad (used) on the floor in the hallway. Plenty of employees getting off and on the elevator at our floor, but no one picked it up.

Staff was very professional and willing to assist. We were able to stow our bags after check-out. Hotel lounge was spacious.

It was good, room was clean, the Front Desk were amazing their customer service was pretty good. The rooms don’t come with snacks, or any drinks you have to buy it downstairs at the lobby they have snacks, sandwiches drinks and ice cream.

The view was fabulous and excellent location. False alarm went off at 4am with delay on intercom from staff with additional information. After false alarm was announced via intercom it proceeded to go off again. A large amount of water would leak from the shower , which was an inconvenience. There was not enough towels to suck up all the water leaking out each night after showering.

Perfect location for a family trip. Near Hudson Yards mall with easy options for everyone. Penn Station and public transit are nearby. The room size is a bit small for four people, but it features queen-size beds and an incredible city view to make up for it. We stayed on the 20th floor.

The snow was too much for one person to remove. In storm you bring in your full staff to maintain a safe site inside and out side. I’m a person with a disability and I had be extremely careful while walking in the property and outside the property. I think that needs to be worked on by the site manager.

Front automatic doors kept breaking. Was there for Meet the Breeds, so I had a hard time pushing/ pulling open the other doors when trying to take my dogs out for bathroom breaks with the extreme cold and wind.

The hotel was nice but the photos and views do not coincide with the actual rooms. When I brought it up to the desk they did show me other rooms and switched us but they said Expedia does not have accurate photos . This should be corrected as a skyline room vs a room looking at the side of a building/construction zone with some buildings in the distance was deceiving

It was my friends and my birthday during our stay and upon arrival we got our room upgraded and a $60 voucher! All the hotel staff was lovely and very happy to help us with any questions we had. We called every morning for turn down service and they were very fast and did a wonderful job! The room was so tidy and they made sure to restock us on coffee, tea, towels, and more everyday! I would highly recommend as it is also located at such a great place in the city; 5 minute walk to the subway, walkability is great and you must try “Friedmans”, which happens to be a 2 minute walk from the front doors! I will be coming back here again

The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit perfect, from the warm welcome to the attention to detail throughout our stay. The hotel is spotless, modern, and comfortable, and we’ve never once felt unsafe in this area. It’s truly a peaceful spot in the heart of the city. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York, you won’t find better hospitality!

The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I told her I had requested as high a room as possible and a second room close to mine as I was traveling with family. She got us on the top floor and the views were incredible. Made my 12 year old so happy and excited! The rooms are new and clean. No noise complaints. Only one small complaint - no water bottles waiting or offered upon arrival and no small bath necessities such as cotton balls, shower cap, which we needed and typically receive at other hotels.

I love how amazing the bathroom was, very clean and amazing lighting. The shower was also great with good water pressure. Bed felt like you was in a cloud and employees at front desk very attentive to their clients. If you want something good to eat there is “Los Tacos No.1”, it a little pricey but it worth the authentic taste of Mexico.

Hotel was amazing! The housekeeping was beyond noisy in the hall and banging the vacuum so hard I could hear it clearly in our room EARLY in the morning 6/7am.

This property was in close proximity to the Amtrak train station and also the metro. There were plenty of restaurant options in the area and lots of attractions and shopping options in the vicinity as well. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was comfortable and clean. I will stay here again when I come to NYC

We booked through Expedia, next time I will book straight through the hotel. My three sisters and I all booked through Expedia and while pictures were shown to be in the same hotel, there are three different hotels in the area with the same name in Midtown West. We all wound up in different hotels. So we lost time together on our trip but made the best of it. So that’s an Expedia problem, no fault to the hotel.

Love the value and convenience of this hotel in Hudson Yards. It has everything I need including a great breakfast downstairs, Whole Foids down the block, and the bus and subway on your doorstep. Rooms aren’t huge, but for NYC, they’re good, and the beds are super comfortable.

Hotel next to Hudson Yards development and High Line, quite new and smart. My “skyline” room was a good size, with nice sofa and plenty of storage space. Good sized bathroom too with shower over bath (shower pressure should be better). I liked the toiletries they’re fixed too high on the wall - most people aren’t 6’8” tall! New enough hotel to be all very clean and smart. Skyline view uptown towards Times Square (other rooms face Empire State or downtown). Easy check in slightly early which was nice. Didn’t try restaurant in basement (Italian style menu). Not cheap but a pleasant place to stay.

Tv in my room didn’t work. Called the front desk more than once and no one ever came to fix it like they stated that they would. Otherwise excellent hotel, very clean and polite staff.

This property is beautiful! One of the nicest, most spacious hotels that I have seen in NYC. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable. I had no complaints at all. The restaurant in the hotel had a good food, although it was a bit pricey. As soon as I walked into the hotel lobby, I was in awe. The decor and the furniture was on point. Such a very nice place. I will definitely stay here again.

This property provides easy access to Hudson Yards. It doesn't seem like a Courtyard - more like a modern boutique hotel at a good price point for NYC. My room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals, which was difficult to alleviate without windows that open. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe. My view faced 10th Avenue, which I liked and the room was very quiet. There are numerous dining options within a couple of blocks. The front desk staff were very friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The stay was very good young lady at the desk even gave us credit because we were there to celebrate my daughter and grandson‘s birthday. I figured that was very nice of her. She didn’t have to do that. Now the restaurant. I had to order my eggs two times I ask for soft eggs and I received scorch eggs in hard when the third aid came out it was like it wasn’t scored, but it was hard. I didn’t even bother about sending that back. I just took it and left.

We chose this hotel for its great prices and convenient location near Moynihan Station. The room was in great condition, with a stunning skyline view, and the staff was incredibly friendly. If we visit Manhattan again, we will definitely stay here!

The one restaurant was adequate. No bellman or doorman in a heavy traffic area with no designated place to unpack luggage. Parking lot an avenue away. Only found a couple of the front desk staff to be helpful and welcoming. Coffee maker in room with no complimentary bottles of water to brew the coffee.
