Spacious room Location is close train station People are good - Female receptionist in morning shift did not allow me to stay until 12.pm although I asked her 3 times but she said 11.30. At 12.15 I saw some guests checking out and said nothing. - Breakfast is not suitable for Muslims (pork meal is in the same hot plate with eggs)

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I love it. The parking was the problem. I’ve parked on the street and had problems finding a spot. When I was looking for a parking spot, someone had broken into a guys car so I had to park inside and pay $40 to keep my car secured. I wished it only cost $20 or $25.

At check in a young fellow was very polite and helpful. Room was clean as you walk in but the rug and the sofa in the suite was stinking bad. The smell was very unbearable. At check out there was a young lady not polite with glasses seem to be on a personal call. I told I was checking out she just lift out her arm insinuating to just leave the card there no good morning or anything just w a face on the phone. Disappointing.

The room was spotless and air conditioning was accurate and responsive. The free breakfast had very typical options, some hot and some cold. The dining area was clean and spacious. Staff explained everything. Parking was a bit of an issue because it is $40 overnight but at least it was literally right next to the lobby.

This hotel was kind of old. The cleanness was OK, but some amenities were not in good condition. Some staff was not as friendly as typically expected. The breakfast was at minimum quality, and no drinking water in the room. The noise from the nearby road was kind of disturbing at night. A good point is that it is close to Yankee Stadium.

We were for night . Worked out just fine . Breakfast was good and staff attentive .

The breakfast was decent, the rooms were not as clean as they could have and should have been. You have to pay for parking $40 per night and if not, you have to find parking surrounding the hotel. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There’s a TV in room, but there is no access to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming service so things to watch on TV were limited. Also it is very loud in the area. I could hear everything outside inside of the room, which was a huge inconvenience and disappointing. The staff was straight to the point, but not very welcoming as to what I have experienced at other hotels. Over a decent hotel or the price and close access to highways.

Other guest are loud at all hours, lack of respect for others and no notice of any enforcing for quiet hour by hotel staff. Breakfast very basic and bland, could offer a lot more and better set up.

This is a 10 out of 10 and an affordable hotel especially in the bronx. The train station is 2 blocks away to go to the city and a bus stop as well. Public transportation is accessible. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt when i 1st booked i was hesitant to go to the bronx. I'm SO GLAD I did it's sooooooo affordable i wish I've known about this hotel earlier on. I was staying in Manhattan and my gosh it was so expensive but this place rooms are spacious, clean, microwave and fridge available, parking lot on site. Staff is super sweet, friendly, warm and accommodating. Superb hospitality my kids and I enjoyed our stay here. No one bothers you in the neighborhood, the hotel is clean. Housekeeping is on que I have no complaints. I'd suggest if you're looking for a place for a reasonable and i mean inexpensive price and comfortable this is the place to be. Breakfast is served complimentary every morning but needs a change sausage and egg cheese everyday loses its value, before i forget the hotel has a Lil gym as well. Don't waste your money downtown in Manhattan if you want to that's fine. If you have family this is a plus. Thank me later.

The AC blows air that smells like urine. Overall, its a decent hotel in the bronx. Amenities are very convenient within rooms such as microwave and a fridge. Rooms are exceptionally big and always clean to the tea. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Convenient to transportation both bus/train station 2 blocks down. However, breakfast could be better sausages and egg w/cheese everyday is overrated. More options should be available such as bacon, fruit or switch up every now and then. Other than that, i would suggest anyone visiting nyc this hotel is very affordable and spacious compared to midtown and there is parking available which maybe included as well.

The only thing that I was disappointed was the manner Lisa at the front desk was very rude, when we arrived and walked in the front desk was unattended no one there and the house keeping manager Maria talk to house keeping staff like she's their Mother that lady shouldn't have that position at all. Unfortunately won't go back because of those people . Mrs.Fina was the only educated person that I was able to speak with. Thank you.

Check-in Issue: I made a mistake and forgot my physical credit card when I switched purses, though I had Google Pay with the same card saved digitally. I didn't realize the hotel doesn't accept Google Pay until check-in. While I understand this was my error, the front desk staff's response was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They refused to call my sister to verify card information, wouldn't accept an emailed copy, and wouldn't even suggest other nearby hotels. This was frustrating since they had my ID and the reservation was made with the same card. I was visibly upset and in tears, and they showed zero empathy. When another Penn State alum I had just met offered to help pay, the staff interrogated us asking "Do you know each other?" When we explained we were both there for the game, I had to plead "Come on, help me out!" before the clerk finally went to speak with a manager. Room Quality: The bed was very uncomfortable - hard as a rock despite being large. The entryway has a motion-sensor light that kept turning on throughout the night, disrupting sleep. The highway noise was also quite loud. Overall: While I own my mistake about the card, the staff's rudeness and complete lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again. The lights in the room are motion sensitive and are supposed to be off when there is no motion. However throughout the night, the lights in the hall way just infront of the entry door was switching on on its own. Had to switch manually almost 7-8 times in the night. Could not sleep. Else everthing else was good.

Parking is not free, it’s $40/night or you can search for parking on the street.

Checked in late on a Friday. We paid for parking $40 a night. Can’t complain we had parking in the front of the hotel and weren’t planning on using our vehicle. Our room was clean, clean sheet and comfy bed. Bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. Breakfast we aren’t too picky there were sausage and cheese egg omelette. There were waffles and cereal with milk as an option.

It was a nice stay in your hotel but my only complaint is when I booked my stay it was quoted in Canadian dollars when I got there it was charged in American currency so my $220 stay costs me $400 plus dollars for a one night stay

There were broken pieces of glass shattered all over the bathroom floor when I arrived. The elevator took far too long. The breakfast was not very great.

I found the hotel to be a modern property, that is decently appointed. There was a refrigerator and microwave in my room which some hotel is costing more do not provide. The bed was also comfortable. My only complaint is the highway noise nearby (which the hotel cannot control), which is not a reflection on the hotel itself. If you are used to a much quieter environment, this may not be your primary choice. This however is in NYC., and the city truly never sleeps. Because of its proximity to family, I will likely stay there again.

The drink vendor machine was also acting up. My Fiancé had put enough money to at least get 2 water bottles. But it only gave us 1 bottle. When he was asking for help, they hesitated and didn’t believe he put enough money for my water bottle. It was already too late to go to the grocery store, that’s why I asked him to get it from the Vendor Machine, but we ended up having to share then stay dehydrated for the rest of the night. Beautiful Hotel, but Nasty Hospitality, a messed up Vendor Machine and no type of trust. He even ask the employees to check the camera, which they said they didn’t have Access.

Affordable alternate to Manhattan hotels; 20 min subway ride to Midtown. But the industrial neighborhood may not suit everyone. Bulletproof glass at the checkin desk makes a statement. I would stay here again, but I would not bring my spouse or a work colleague.

The property is good value for money in the Bronx. Close to the Yankees stadium which is why we choose it. Staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is good, not great. But good value for the price.

I knew Bronx wasn't the greatest of neighborhoods before booking, but this exceeded my expectations in the worst way. I knew I had made a terrible mistake when I stepped off the subway. Trash, homeless people, junkies everywhere. I was shocked to see the front desk of the hotel behind bullet proof glass. I slept terribly. My room was yards away from an interstate and it was like the cars and trucks were driving through the room all night. The pillows were flat and lumpy. The vending machines were broken. There was no way I was going out to get snacks in that neighborhood.

Pretty clean and kept well no issues or concerns with my stay.

My family and I stayed at the Comfort inn for 2 days upon arrival the receptionist was nice. There's parking on the premises however there is a fee of $40 per day. I would've gave a better rating but one of the bed had dried blood on the side of the bedding and I had to wait an hour for new sheets.

We had no problems , it was clean, friendly staff, quiet. Allowed to check in very early for a small fee, that was a big plus for us. The area is ok, but coming and going was easy with a subway entrance nearby. Overall I’d stay there again.

Unfortunately the elevator was out of order for all but our arrival. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor but luggage and a bum knee made the rest of the stay difficult. In our room, 213, the bathroom light turned on by itself in the middle of the night, and the toilet seat was loose.

I will never understand why people choose the service industry just to be rude. I stayed for 4 days. the day front desk associates were kind. The overnight and evening shift not so much. Also the 3rd floor reeked of weed. I mean as if it was being distributed not smoked. The phone did not work. And the young lady that worked in the kitchen was clearing breakfast out at 9:50 and would not give people food that we could still visibly see on her cart. I like the place not the staff. Oh and the security guard was asleep most times.

The cleaning staff was good and supplied all that was needed.Replenished when needed. They said continental breakfast 7-10. My visit was Friday - Tuesday. When I went down to breakfast at 8:30 there was limited breakfast.No waffles, no fruit no bread. When worker was asked was more coming out she said no.I understand that the hotel houses displaced people from nycha.. I was told they only allowed to put out a certain amount. I find this unfair to the paying visitors like me. I had to get breakfast the whole stay due to nothing being available . This should be looked into.
