Reviews
The hotel is praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Many guests appreciate the unique, vintage charm of the hotel, although some find the rooms small. The hotel is described as quiet and comfortable, with a few guests mentioning issues with noise.

Nice reception… clean. Soft towels. Old school vibes

This is a different hotel experience. No amenities (not even a minibar) but it is super clean, quiet rooms, reasonable prices, really old but very well kept and the location is great. Also the beds!!
- 5/5
Really classy place. Great experience.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. There was some sort of Governors Ball and we weren't able to use the bar because there were just a bunch of men in suits taking up the place and we didn't try the restaurant. Overall the hotel was fine and the location was excellent. No real complaints.

Ok for quick business stay in NY

Staff. Jimmy at the Pub made me the best lemon drop martini I’ve ever had (and I work at a craft cocktail bar!)

If your trip centers around Broadway theater, Times Square, and Central Park, I simply cannot imagine a better location! The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
This hotel is a gem, with Old New York charm and classy, simple room decor. It’s a short walk to the Theatre District and Central Park, and on the same block as Radio City Music Hall, with St Pat’s in clear sight as well. Its also close to several Subway lines. Being at the heart of everything right down by the Rockefeller Center, one might expect street noise at night … but our 8th-floor room was quiet and dark, the beds and pillows were super comfy, and the AC was easy to control making it perfect for sleeping well. The closet was huge, making it easy to control clutter in the room. The bathroom had reliable and abundant hot water for a nice shower after a long day of walking. 12/10 … we will stay here again!! Thanks for being our NYC home away from home. :)

I stayed here one night before joining a group at the Westin and I honestly didn’t want to leave. The staff were friendly, good-humoured, and helpful, especially James. The room was beautifully furnished with real furniture, and exceptionally spacious for New York. And the location is just unbeatable if you want to be close to The Rock and the park. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 4/5
My room was a good size and everything was very clean, but some of the finishes on the bedroom furniture are definitely worn and could use refreshing. The bathroom looked beautiful and felt updated, but the shower itself was quite tight; it’s an old tub with curtains all the way around, which looks charming but makes it a bit awkward to actually take a shower. The staff were amazing throughout my stay — friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Overall, if you value location and historic charm and can live with some dated details and an old-style bathroom setup, this is a great place to stay.

3 West Club is beautiful and quaint! The staff was lovely and kind. Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff were beyond amazing and so helpful!!!!

Charming, clean, and quiet. Felt more like a home than a hotel.
- 4/5
Kind of dated. Nice bathroom.
- 5/5
Clean room, generous staff. I did not make use of the amenities. I would suggest that sound absorbing flooring solution be considered for walkway from elevator to rooms, as I observed the sound carries considerably. Although it didn’t disrupt my stay, I’m hopeful that I didn’t disrupt another’s.
- 4/5
Excellent location just round the corner from the Rockefeller Center and close to Broadway. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room, but there was an ice machine on our floor
- 1/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was close to everything. My room was so cold and the controls had a message saying it was unable to be adjusted. I was icy freezing cold because the air conditioning was set on and unable to be adjusted. The weather was in the 50s, gray, rainy and drizzly. Even with a sweater on, I shivered in my room. The coffee in the room was four packets of decaf pods and powdered creamer. For $700 plus for two nights. It would’ve been nice to have real caffeine and a decent cup of coffee in the room. Also, being there on a weekend meant no access to the restaurant in the building.

- 4/5
You can't beat the location - close to everything I was looking for in midtown. The room was large enough for my stay and had a great view of St. Patrick's on the corner of Fifth Avenue. I had trouble connecting to and maintaining the connection to the wi-fi. I'm not sure if my room was just further from the router but that was frustrating.
- 1/5
Cold and noisy. In violation of NYC ordinances, the hotel turned of the hear for 3 of my 5 day stay. The ordinance required heat if the temperature outside fell below 55F between 6am and 10 pm. The hotel did not comply and I was given an extra blanket which only helped in bed. When checking out I discovered I could have been supplied a portable heater but was not. The violation and the unacceptable remedy point either to weak finances or simple greed. A staff member even assured me, “we will take good care of you,” This showed additional dishonesty. I was miserable.

Place has excellent location, bu could use a little sprucing up.

We stayed here for a week, the staff are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. And the area is perfect, close to everything.
- 2/5
Anyone who chooses to stay here should be told up front that the club is the National Republican Women’s Association facility. We in effect are supporting them without be aware of the connection. If we had not already pre paid we would have left. THIS FACT SHOULD BE ON THE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL.
- 5/5
This stay was everything I could’ve asked for it was in the perfect location, amazing staff, clean rooms and beautiful views abd the solarium was an even better amenity than I could’ve asked for any other hotel because you got the pretty views! Even with events going on, you would’ve never really known because it was very well handled and separate from people who stay on property. I will be staying at this property every time I come to New York if they have any availability. I would definitely recommend for anyone who comes here. Central location to everything in with Rockefeller Center and Grand Central station within 10 minutes walk max and food and shopping right next to you perfect location!

Prime location. Dated but clean.
- 5/5
This hotel has an old-fashioned feel but meets modern expectations. For example, there are actual KEYS for your room! There are 2 elevators which make it a bit slower than the norm, but it's totally fine. Room was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels/toiletries, and staff very nice. Right across from Rockefeller Center, and we had a view of St. Patrick's. Perfect location for all midtown activities. Would stay here again.

Wonderful small boutique place to stay. Rooms are quiet, bed comfortable. Housekeeping services excellent.
- 1/5
My room did not have hot water. It was very late and I was exhausted. I reported th issue in the morning, four hours before checkout and it was not fixed. Imagine no hot water for a bath, shower, or to wash hands. No attempt to was made to remedy the situation by the hotel or the third party app it was booked through.

This is a little gem in the middle of Manhattan. It is a historic building and I wished the restaurant was open so I could see it. My only complaint is that the room was cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature. There was a split unit on the wall but it clearly stated it only worked for the a/c. I was on the only room on the 5th floor, with various locked doors that were probably for storage and there are large pieces of furniture also for storage. It was a little unnerving but I was glad to see a camera up on the ceiling. Overall, I hope to return one day.
- 2.5/5
the staff Hotel is sold as a higher quality experience but when I walked into the room it was like they had tried to upgrade grandmas old house. 2 comfortable beds ...double...tiny tv in far right corner of the room high on the wall with a black cord hanging at an angle from it. A yellowy beige drapy half obscured the screen. It looked really outdated but not in a quaint way. It looked like a motel on highway 66 that got moved to NYC so they charged more ...because its NYC. The foyer is very impressive but the room was really NOT impressive. I was glad to be there one night only.

Loved our stay at this hotel! What stood out to us was the staff who guided us for the best Italian restaurant near the area. He sent us to this delightful neighborhood Italian restaurant with insanely fresh food and it was truly wonderful. I forgot to catch his name, but he was there on February 9 in the evening. The only downside is how far the parking is from the hotel, but otherwise, it was a great experience.

An absolute stellar location in midtown Manhattan, this hotel will appeal to those who prefer a small "boutique" property. The building being older means the doors are heavy/thick. Ceilings are high, all leading to a quiet environment. Rooms are attended to daily by housekeeping, linen is soft and a big plus for me at least...you can open the windows for fresh air. Sadly, they no longer serve a breakfast. However, there is nothing else that I find to be a negative.

Amazing location. Kind staff. Rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. My ONLY complaint is that the room was freezing, and we had no control over the heat. We were given a space heater (which solved the problem!) but only after we asked what our options were. They knew the rooms were cold - I wish they would have offered the space heater on arrival so the first night wasn’t miserable.

The place has an "old NYC" vibe and has an interesting history. It was very convenient that they have a bar/restaurant for lunch and dinner with good food and attentive staff. The building itself is not modern...more like an older NY apartment building...Took a while for the hot water to heat, etc...But enjoyable stay. I'd go again.

My 16 year-old daughter and I stayed here December 20 through the 22nd and we absolutely loved it. You can’t beat the location and the front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. I loved the old-school feel of the lobby and the room decor. Very classic New York. We shared a room with twin beds and it had a spectacular view of the St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Radio City Music Hall. We were also steps from the Rockefeller Tree. I hate to give it such a great review because I don’t want everyone to know about this hidden treasure 😁, but we really loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Convenient Location and the daytime receptionist, complimentary bottles of water, antique furniture. Unclean elevator, no refrigerator, small rooms. The night manager was either confused or he was prejudiced against us for informing us that the hotel was sold out when we asked about extending our stay. after checking out of the hotel and picking up the luggage that they held for us, we learned from the day receptionist that the hotel was in fact, not sold out at all. Quite disappointing!

The stay was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The mattress in our room was extremely comfortable! The rooms are cozy and reminiscent of old New York since they aren’t very updated but they’re still nice and clean. The shower head in our room didn’t offer great water pressure but we were also on the 7th floor. The hotel lobby is cute and feels more like an apartment building with a doorman instead of a hotel. It kind of makes you feel like a local.

Pros: amazing location close to Radio City Music Hall/Rockefeller/shopping/Central Park, charming vintage architecture and decor, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, umbrella available (came in handy on a rainy day) Cons: wifi was terrible and TV was not a smart TV so we had to use our own devices for any streaming (since so many sports games are on streaming services these days), no mini-fridge in basic room (maybe there is one in suites), restaurant/bar is only open during the week. Overall, 3 West Club is a nice hotel with close proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay. With some more upgraded amenities, it has the potential to be an amazing destination for people coming to the city.

We had everything except a hairdryer. We were told there was one in the room but we didn’t have . So had to ask at reception
- 5/5
This is hands down the best mid-town hotel I’ve stayed in. Make sure to visit the solarium for a beautiful view of St Patrick’s. Excellent staff, interesting historical building.
- 5/5
Loved it. We will be back.
- 5/5
We loved the character of the building. It was well maintained and very clean. The staff were all exceptionally capable and nice. The location was perfect and centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.

Pierre and the young lady at the desk were so helpful and happy to see us. The bar was relaxing after a long day. Thank you 3 West

excellent, great location. The guy at the desk told me there were no phone chargers when there was one on the desk in my room the whole time, but I didn't even look because he told me there wasn't one...

The old charm. They also were prompt to resolve an issue with the shower.

3 West Club is a picturesque hotel with a classical elegant look situated in an ideal area of the city. It is right across from the Rockefeller, Lego Store and beautiful St. Patrick's Cathedral; also a short walk to the subway, Times Square, the Broadway Theatre District, and Central Park. Lots of access to shopping and restaurants nearby. We could also take longer walks to Korea Town, the UN, and other sites. We were also grateful to the staff who were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and lovely. The only reason I didn't give a 5 for facilities is the room size was small-ish (we were in one with 2 twin size beds) and when I tried to turn on the heating at night it wasn't warm air coming out of the vents, just cold air, so I turned off the temp system after 5 minutes. Maybe it takes a while for an older building? I did like they included an umbrella in our closet just in case it rained. Very thoughtful! Thank you 3 West Club team for making our stay wonderful and memorable!
- 5/5
We had a fantastic time and the staff were lovely. Truly a great experience.
- 5/5
The staff at the reception desk could not have been nicer.
- 5/5
Charming place; great location!
- 4/5
Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Amazing location. Docking a point because the wifi doesnt work. I brought it up twice with the front desk and it was never remedied.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff were great. It was a very small one room facility with one king size bed. The room was advertised as a superior double room with king bed. It was not a double room so I don’t know what that’s supposed to mean. The brochure and advertisement stated that there was 24 hour best service, restaurant and limited service. The advertisement neglected that the restaurant and bar were not open on the weekend. If I had known, there was no restaurant as advertise, I WOULD NOT stayed there. I will not book a reservation in this hotel or recommended it.
- 5/5
Great hotel and perfect location
- 3/5
Great central location near everything we wanted to do. It is an older building but we really appreciate the beauty of the place! We did book a Superior King Suite but the room had a queen bed. Other than that, all the staff were wonderful and accommodating. We had a lovely dinner in the dining room and visited the bar a couple of times!
- 5/5
Check in was very efficient and very friendly
- 4/5
3 West Club is a quaint and charming place to stay in the heart of NYC. The rooms are small and a bit dated — as you might expect in NYC — but clean and comfortable. Using an actual key for your room adds a nostalgic touch. The location is truly unbeatable, just a block from Rockefeller Center and a short walk to Times Square. Overall, a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Great location for ease. Rooms and bathroom had plenty of space, especially for a big city. The only downside if I had to say something was the lack of a refrigerator and outlets not super easy to access. Other than that, it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Amazing staff and beautiful building. The staff sets the place apart. Great humans
- 5/5
We will stay here again. Hidden jewel in the heart of midtown
- 5/5
Nice people, comfy beds, clean, and in a nice spot in the city!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Extremely comfortable stay!
- 3/5
No food available at the hotel, however they did recommend a good place for breakfast close by which was helpful. The location was excellent. While the hotel is old, the bed was comfortable, the facilities were adequate, however our room had an adjoining door and you could hear muffled voices quite easily. A small fridge would have been handy, especially in the heat.

- 5/5
What a delightful find in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Midtown. All was good.
- 5/5
It was beautiful nice and quiet
- 5/5
Traveled for business. Convenient location at a good price
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. Kept up very nicely and extremely clean. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of charm while also being convenient in its amenities.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. In a good location. Quiet. No mini fridge in the room. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
This is a very clean, basic, affordable , and lovely hotel. Its location is ideal for Midtown Manhattan. It’s basic in that there’s few amenities. No workout room, fridge in the room, etc. It’s also older. They have real metal keys, for example. But it was clean throughout the hotel and the staff is kind and helpful. It’s also near about a million things to do. So if you want a clean place to stay while you dig into Manhattan, this place is great.
- 1/5
Didn't like.
- 5/5
This quaint little hotel is located just a block west of the St. Patrick's Cathedral, and two blocks south of 5th Avenue/53rd Street Station. That means it's accessible from both JFK and LGA airports, and close to attractions such as Broadway and the Rockefeller Center. The building is a bit old, but that makes it charming. Room keys are still metal keys that go into the doors, and turning it to open my room was a bit tricky. The beds and TV were of good quality, but the bathtub still had some dust and hair from either a maid or a previous guest inside. Nothing a quick rinse on my part couldn't fix, so I won't complain. It's pricey to stay in this part of NYC, but you definitely get what you pay for. If I ever have the privilege of visiting NYC again I'll try to book this place again.

Location, Location, Location.
- 5/5
We will stay here again.
- 5/5
3 West Club is my favorite property in New York City. Price is the only thing that would prohibit me from staying there for every visit but the cost is very much in line with comparable New York properties. Excellent in every way!
- 5/5
Nice room and a fast elevator- sometimes an issue in NYC! Would definitely stay again
- 3/5
Bed was extremely uncomfortable, tiny room with carpet from 1920

- 5/5
Excellent location not nearly a block from St. Patrick’s and an easy walk to the theaters. Small and quiet property with excellent staff. We will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
This was a great hotel located in a perfect part of Manhattan. Loved the historic charm, but it was updated to be comfortable. Staff are all helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Excellent location close to Rockefeller, 5th Avenue and many other amenities. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night.
- 5/5
The BEST place in Manhattan!!
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I liked the central location. I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room, but other than that I was extremely satisfied.
- 3/5
Room on 8th floor was away street but noisy in the morning from staff break room traffic and uncarpeted floors, noisy in the evening from moving chairs on the 9th floor public room. Poor electrics, lack of outlets, aging furniture, inadequate lighting and weak water flow in bathroom.
- 5/5
I had a great stay. The beds are comfortable, the hotel ambiance is classy, as well as the location. The front desk lady is warm and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is an old hotel but very well maintained and super clean. In a nice area near Time Square, the rock and Broadway.
- 5/5
Unique charm and very quiet property. Beds were comfy and room was spacious enough for the area. Staff was excellent, couldn't have asked for better!
- 5/5
What a lovely place and fabulous find! Comfortable, clean and very quaint. Excellent location, close to many of the sights and restaurants. I want to especially thank Irene, Demaris and Christopher for all their help during my recent stay. My husband was at Sloan Kettering and his release date changed a couple times and they were so accommodating. I will stay there again when next in NYC!
- 3/5
Bathroom and shower pressure was good.

Property is very well located. Older facility but quaint. Promised two twins. Not available. Provided s "queen" which was one double. Room was a suite. All okay but bed was tight, Bath was very nice,

We came back after a hot, late nyc wedding to find NO WATER. Think sink, shower, toilet. No note in advance and when we called at minute we got a water bottle. No surprise it was an uncomfortable night and a lousy experience. I’ve sent a message to the property about the stay which has been ignored. Just so poorly handled.
- 5/5
You are in the heart of new york city. My wife and i really enjoyed the hotel and recommend it.
- 5/5
We had your sons wedding at the hotel it was amazing if you are looking for a wedding venue that everyone can stay at in NY this is it.
- 5/5
Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
The location is the perfect starting point for a day of shopping or sightseeing.
- 4/5
Great area to stay in, very close to many attractions and easy to walk around the area. The hotel is alittle dated, but was ok for us as we only stayed 1 night. Staff was also very nice and accommodating. The only reason Im giving it -1 star, was that the air conditioning kept making this weird noise every few mins, even after we turned it off
- 5/5
Quiet Hotel. Location was great! I would definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
I was allowed to do a late check out, greatly appreciated due to flight delay. Very clean room, polite staff!
- 4/5
Nice hotel with nice rooms. Great location. Front desk staff were a bit indifferent.
- 4/5
Although older, my room was clean. The bathroom had been updated but the carpet in the bedroom area felt quite old. The twin beds were soft and very comfortable, as were the pillows. I did wear earplugs and would recommend guests have some handy, not for street noise but for the sounds of guests and cleaning staff. My room was situated away from the elevators and was quite quiet - I stayed mid week and don’t think all rooms were occupied. The desk staff weren’t overly friendly. Perhaps they have such a turnover of guests that it’s tiring to be enthusiastic? I saw a lot of different staff covering the front desk and not once did I feel welcomed or had staff ask if I was enjoying my stay/is there anything I need/tell me about the facilities, etc. So it greatly lacked a feeling of welcome. For my first visit to NYC, and solo travelling, this was a pretty good choice and I’d stay again.
- 3/5
After a busy day, we returned from a Broadway show and planned to have dinner at the hotel. The book in the room stated that the dining room would be open until 10 pm. Even though it was 9:05 pm when we returned, the dining room was closed. There was nothing within walking distance. The front desk personnel offered no assistance.
- 5/5

Great location and amazing facilities
- 5/5
I travel a lot for work and stay in big brand hotels, but this was a perfect change of pace. It had an old New York feel and felt exclusive and private. Excellent customer service, doors with actual old style metal keys, beautiful views from the 9th floor, large rooms and spacious bathrooms. This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in! The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was cold! The location was great as well. Short walk to the subway, same block as radio city and right in the heart of the theater district! If I come back to stay in midtown anytime soon, this will be my go to spot!
- 5/5
Great location, comfortable stay
- 5/5
This hotel was AMAZING!!!!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Hotel was nice, location is unbelievable, so close to Rockefeller, central Park, times square and so many other locations. Staff friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Old building but everything worked. Close to where we needed to be.
- 3/5
Hotel that caters to events , & it was extremely busy our entire stay . I felt like the events took priority over us , as guests . Unfortunately despite it being in a prime location for walking to all the sites of NYC , I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
- 4/5
This place is all about location and worth the money for that alone . The extra functions that were hosted here made lobby/elevators busy on weekends with all the non-hotel guests . Room was clean and daily service very good !
- 3/5
We wanted to stay at a unique hotel that was small. This hotel is exactly that. Great location , nice staff but very frustrated how long it’s taking to get my $50 per night security deposit back. I called after a week and was told it should show up soon. Still nothing. I would really like my $300 refunded to me.
- 5/5
Great Hotel quiet and good location Clean and tidy. Restaurant and bar didn't appear to be open.
- 4/5
The hotel was within walking distance to Radio City Music Hall. We had a beautiful view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral from our room and the Solarium roof patio. Great places to walk to for food of any kind and drinks. The hotel was very pretty with a lot of charm. I only have 1 complaint, we were informed when we checked in the Pub/Resturant in the hotel wasn’t open because of the Memorial Holiday. We checked in on Sunday and left Wednesday, that whole time it wasn’t open. It would have been nice to know that a head of time since that was a feature we were interested in when booking.
- 5/5
We were seeing a show at Radio City Music Hall and wanted to be close but not to all the noise on Times Square. This place was nice and staff great.
- 5/5
Such a perfect place to stay! Walk to Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Radio City Music Hall etc…… such a cute property !
- 3/5
Although the location was very good the hotel itself was very dated and was very difficult to find. The reception staff who checked us in was not really very helpful or clear when we encounted a problem paying. Luckily the nxt morning a very helpful lady was on reception and she was able to sort things out for us.
- 5/5
Very close to radio city where we are seeing an event. Also, a very clean room, The building is very old so everything echoes, including when you close the doors. However, due to proximity to midtown and to the cleanliness of the room, and a nice view from the window, I would stay here again. Also loved the library, but I was a little disappointed that I could not go to the solarium because it was closed during the day.
- 4/5
The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were great and the room was comfortable. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Outstanding NYC hotel! Entire staff wonderful! Beautiful room and great location!!!
- 4/5
Perfect location. The hallway was unusually loud from 6 am on but the room was clean and super convenient.
- 5/5
The hotel is a real hidden gem compared to other places to stay in NY - the perfect combination of location without the hectic tourist traffic - staff amazing - room clean - bed extremely comfortable- hotel would compete with some of the best in the city
- 4/5
This is a funny little hotel - someone told me it used to be the Republican Women's Club, and that would make sense. It's still an event space on some floors, but the noise didn't bother me at all. It's a nice little place in the heart of midtown, a 15-minute walk away from Times Square, so very convenient. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice!
- 5/5
very good choice in midtown.
- 5/5
Small quiet hotel is in the middle of everything New York. Good transportation.
- 4/5
It’s fine but just that. It’s dingy like most social clubs but the light bulbs were all dead in my room and the A/C left literal puddles on the floor of the room.
- 3/5
Slow elevators, very small lobby. Good size room with comfortable bed. Very noisy hallways every morning at 6 am.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 3 nights and were so pleased with this hotel. The location is incredile and the staff is super friendly.
- 5/5
One of the girls at front desk is SO rude! And the maids are rude- they seem uptight if you’re checking in or not, that vibe. But, the hotel is spectacularly clean. Otherwise fantastic!
- 4/5
It is easy to miss, but is a really lovely hotel. I must stress, it is not modern and seems to be stuck in an older New York time, but this is what we really loved about it. It is clean, has comfortable beds and good sized rooms and we could see St Patrick’s Cathedral out of our window. There is also an amazing little Pizza place next door for a cheap eat and is very popular. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we had an absolutely amazing time.
- 4/5
Convenient for a short stay in NYC. Is a basic but comfortable room. Would be good to have a mini fridge
- 5/5
This property is very well kept and clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The convenient location was a bonus.
- 5/5
Loved staying here with my daughter. The employees were all so friendly and very helpful. We were close to shopping and walking distance to so much!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and quiet. I would 100% recommend staying here.
- 5/5
3 West Club is a hidden gem. The rooms were charming and clean. The staff was very accommodating. We were not informed of the restaurant and bar on the second floor when we checked in, but we found it on our own. The top floor balcony overlooks St. Patrick's Cathedral. And the best part is the affordable cost. We were on a girls trip and would highly recommend to anyone.
- 5/5
Old, beautiful, clean, great views of cathedral, just a few feet from Radio City, classy staff and...the best part...REAL KEYS!
- 5/5
I really liked this hotel but there was a subtle sewer smell in our bathroom, and there was some piece of equipment outside our window that kept cycling off and on throughout the night - it didn’t prevent me from sleeping, but I think the next time I visit NY, I’ll stay at the 3 W Club, but ask for a room other than 603.
- 5/5
Great hotel, conveniently located
- 5/5
Classic old style hotel, kept beautifully clean. Comfortable, friendly staff and fab location for many of the main attractions.
- 4/5
My friend and I loved the history and atmosphere of your hotel. It was clean, friendly, and was located right beside of Rockefeller Plaza.
- 5/5
Great service, excellent location
- 5/5
Loved that everything was within walking distance
- 3/5
Price was good. Convenient location and quiet. I arrived early AM before room available and asked to store my bag. No bellman on duty and no locked luggage room. Had to store in an open coat room. Front desk thought a bellman would be on duty by noon, so I asked that my bag be taken to my room when it was ready as I wouldn't be back until 5:30pm. When I returned to hotel, I found my bag still in the open room and still no bellman anywhere. Bathroom sink had only a trickle of cold water, and shower/tub faucet had 3 streamlets of water that wouldn't turn off after showering. Took forever to get hot water in the shower.
- 5/5
Great size and great location. Very clean and neat! Nice oasis from rush of 5th ave
