Stayed for a concert and we never stay anywhere else when visiting Mohegan Sun. Everything was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff was helpful and welcoming when I got there. The room was all that I expected and more. I was absolutely delighted with the whirlpool tub. Breakfast was abundant and more than I could eat. Everything was cooked to perfection. I cannot say enough good about this hotel it was the high point of all of my stays for this trip.

The hotel ran their irrigation system overnight and it left large stains all over my car that even the windshield fluid could not remove. I called to inquire whether they used recycled water (dirty water) in their system. I was transferred to the managers Voice mail box and left a message detailing my dis-satisfaction. It is now 5 days with no response. Obviously customer satisfaction is not high on their list.
