The elevators were out of order, which was told to us upon check in. The whole hotel smelled musty, the room had a strong bleach smell. There were bugs in the restroom, and all night long there were loud noises, stomping, banging, squeaking. Also the beds were like sleeping on a rock.

Location is perfect for my overnight visit in this part of New Caney Texas. Easy access to freeway, easy access to general shopping and restaurants. It's too convenient, it's quiet. It's close to the highway but surprising you never hear the traffic.

We were on the third floor and people kept slamming doors. I called the office at 11:30pm and they told me it wasn’t late enough! The door slamming continued in the morning. Bring your own pillows! Water pressure was terrible! Thank goodness it was only 1 night!

Expedia said it was the hotel's decision, and the hotel said it was expedia's decision. Called and waited OVER AN HOUR with expedia and basically got nowhere! Super frustrating. Will not use expedia nor stay at a LaQuinta ever again!

The location was easy to get on 99 ant to Valley Ranch for food choices. Dogs next door. They said these were service dogs. Service dogs are trained not to bark. Breakfast was the same everyday. When you stay several days it needs to be some different items. Sausage actually looked old. I know it was probably Turkey, but to eat that stuff several days in a row? Never been to a hotel with the same breakfast.

We were greeted upon entry into the lobby. The front desk had our key ready and waiting. I only had to provide my ID and we were checked in very promptly. I needed a last minute room for myself and my dog after our water well quit working. The staff at check in were wonderful and the room was very clean. The main gripes I have are the rock hard bed and low water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was a good stay.

Sounds like they've had issues with this individual before. Also, the parking lot was full every night when I returned to hotel. Need more parking spots. Room was clean. She had a group of baseball select team of boys she had to get food in their little bellies! She was working with a smile checking people in and out and cooking!! I would stay again my stay was pleasant Parking could be better but we went during a very busy time otherwise I think that would be fine as well.

I was disappointed because they didn't offer early check in unless you paid a $50 or $30 fee depending on the time of check in. We were in the area for a Softball tournament so we didn't get to check in till 10 PM. The morning staff was very nice and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds.

The fit was center is actually pretty good. The clientele there is mostly oilfield guys and contractors. When they get off work, they drink beer and smoke in the parking lot, but they're harmless. The downstairs pantry does sell alcohol, snacks and other sundries. There are plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. I'm pretty sure the night manager was hot boxing the elevator, but she left us alone, so whatevs.

The location sucks, but it is near where I need to be for business, not a resort but if you have to do business in North Houston a good deal.

My friend and myself were not scheduled to fly back to Chicago until Tuesday and at the apartment we were staying at the electricity went out on Thursday because of a storm. We had to find a place somewhat close to the airport since we had no car. I found this place, and for the price it was pretty good. Our stay was pleasant.

Lobby, hallways, and room looked and smelled clean. The TV in our room didn't work and the front desk didn't answer the phone any of the 4 times I tried calling. We went to the front desk and they gave us a new remote that worked for a bit but then the TV wouldn't turn on at all. We were tired of messing with it at that point. Water pressure was poor too. Otherwise, everything went fine.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in town. Its always an easy, hassle free stay. Always clean, staff is friendly and accomodating. Continental breakfast has a decent variety of hot and quick options (eggs, sausage, buscuits, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc.). The ONLY issue we had was on the door in the room, checkout time said 12pm, in the lobby there's a sign that says 11am...11am has been the proper time (for approx 2 years) but they havent changed the door signs.

Let me clarify my rating of cleanliness, we had 4 rooms in our group of people. All but 1 room were fine. The other room had a small bag of meth in a drawer with lighters. Yes I know that is last occupants but this shows how the cleaners clean the room. What if a child got a hold of this.

Very clean, very quiet! Spacious room-Dustin, my host, was Fantastic! Hot coffee in the morning and Im out the door feeling like royalty!

The front desk clerk was very helpful and answered all of mg questions. I likes the room I stayed in. It was cozy, spacious, and warm.
