The staff are very accommodating, especially Miss Rabia, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From day one until our check-out, she consistently made sure that our experience at the hotel was truly worthwhile. We sincerely appreciate her exceptional service and hospitality.

The room was beautifully decorated. The staff were beyond helpful and accommodating. We loved every moment we were there. The walk to the hotel maybe a problem for someone who has mobility issues as you are required to walk down a small hill; however, it us a short walk.

Mak and her staff have been an excellent host. We contacted her before our arrival, she arranged all our tours and logistics as well as restaurant recommendations and reservations. The view from the breakfast room is simply incredible. The Cave rooms are unique and the receptionist was so kind and willing. Thank you Mak and Staff for everything. We had read it was incredible, and it was. It is unique, in every detail. I could say a draw back is that large cars (People carriers) could not get down to the House door, but Mak and her staff helped us with their private car to get up the hill to meet our transport to and fro the airport with all ur lugagge.

We loved every minute of our stay in this gem of a cave hotel! Our room ( the Orchid room) was large and comfortable, with windows overlooking the valley! Breakfasts were magical, with views of hot air balloons and fairy chimneys everywhere.

Mak's could not have been more hospitable. Each morning, breakfast was delicious, and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and prepare everything exactly to our preferences. They set us up with great excursions, but perhaps most of all, I appreciate that they were very understanding and accommodating when I made a giant booking error. I really have no complaints.

Staff was extremely accommodating, with always looking to support and pleases. They gave breakfast flexibility for any time when you wake up. Breakfast fixed manu was extremely great to. Have one of best breakfast ever.

Location, view of the mountains and castle from the terrace was beautiful. You could also get to see balloons flying over from the house restaurant as well terrace.

The hotel is located on the uphill of Uchisar overlooking the castle in a quiet place with the magnificent scenery of Pigeon valley from its terrace. What an amazing hotel and its staff! The room was spotless, big with the seating area and fireplace, the bed comfortable - had a very good sleep.The breakfast was delicious served in the Turkish style and you can have it inside or on terrace. The girls on the reception are very kind and friendly. The host was fantastic! She has a great knowledge about the city and surrounding area and arrange the ballon ride for us. Strongly recommended! When I come back to Cappadocia, I’ll stay here for sure. Thank you for your hospitality! Everything was great!

Mak's cave hotel was easy to find and location is a short distance from the Uchisar castle. Mak is an exceptional host. She was personally available for us during breakfasts and provided detailed guidance about where to visit keeping in mind out time constraints. All was good.
