Woox Cappadocia Hotel

Location was very nice, close to many local restaurants which were delicious. The breakfast was REALLY good! We loved it.

The room was big and clean and the architecture was great. Just the location. It was little away.

The rooms were nice and big...smelled really good...we're fantastic in terms of being clean...location is fine close to a main shopping area so access to food and basic groceries was quite accessible. The WiFi didn't work and the network had poor receptivity so if you can fall off the grid it might work. Otherwise, it could be an issue....Also I was fasting and at all the hotels that I stayed at they managed a Sahoor for me as Turkey does have a major Muslim population but Woox didn't accommodate till I really insisted so no Sahoor on the first day but the second night they put together a box...

After a long day of exploring, soaking in that beautiful tub felt like such a treat! Speaking of exploring, the hotel’s location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of everything — restaurants, shops, and some of the best viewpoints in the area. We loved how easy it was to get around without needing a car. The breakfast was another standout -- a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that change daily. Even if you stay longer, you won’t get bored of the choices. It felt like a mini feast every morning! The staff was amazing -- warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. And of course, the views are magical, especially in the early morning when the hot air balloons fill the sky. Woox Cappadocia is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia! Honestly, the only downside was that we didn’t stay longer! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impressively spacious, giving me plenty of room to unwind. The entire hotel had that fresh, new vibe, which I absolutely loved. ?✨ But what truly set this place apart was the staff. The people at the reception were beyond amazing. From the moment I made my reservation nearly a month ahead, they reached out via WhatsApp, ready to assist in any way possible. ?? Their friendliness, willingness to accommodate, and approachable demeanor really made me feel welcome. And let's talk about their support in arranging activities – they went above and beyond! ??️ From helping me organize activities in Cappadocia to ensuring everything was set for my trip, they made my experience unforgettable. This stay served as a great reminder that it's always the people who truly make a place special. ?❤️ Their warm hospitality turned an already impressive stay into an exceptional one. There was nothing i didn't like. Lovely staff, welcoming & kind. The breakfast was so delicious and the staff preparing it were so hospitable. The room was warm and comfy, with a loveky size bath and shower.. I think it would be comfortable in either hot summer or cold winter, thanks to the careful design. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the centre, yet in the most peaceful spot. I loved it. Nothing. Perhaps a few more non Turkish tv channels, however....i really enjoy having local tv on where i go....it is interesting, even if i don't understand everything being said!

I loved everything about my stay. The service was exceptional, the bed comfortable and the food so delicious, I will miss the Borëk so much. The toiletries smelt so divine and everything was perfect!

It's in a good location in uchisar just a few minutes walk from the centre which has some good food places and probably around 5-10 mins walk from uchisar castle. Our room was great we had a good size jacuzzi and our own private balcony. Everything was clean and there wasn't much to fault here. Staff were very accommodating too from the moment of entry. Our stay was great but was ruined by some noisy guests late at night who woke me up 3 times. Thankfully they did pipe it down after we reported to reception. The Jacuzzi was clean and very good size. However the water pressure wasn't great for warm water which meant we had to wait almost around 45 mins to fill it up, like a very slow tap. Also when we actually turned it on for the first time, it had some horrendous egg stench and I'm not sure why that might be, maybe it wasn't used in a while. Didn't use it after that purely due to the time it takes to fill it up. Everything else was great.

Great place, the location is perfect with uchisar castle and good resturant near by. The reception staff are amazing aziz, Mohamed and all helped alot in anyway possible from airport shuttle to hot air balloon, highly recommend this place None

We loved our stay at Woox Cappadocia. The rooms are beautifully designed, very spacious, and feel like a palace when you enter! The staff (especially Akif) went out of their way to help us when we had difficulties with the hire car company. The breakfast terrace has a lovely view. I’d highly recommend this hotel which has a very good balance between value for money and luxury. I don’t think there was anything!

Almost everything - the decor, behaviour of the hosts et all Nothing at all

The staff were exceptional! From welcoming us after a long journey to helping us book balloon tours to the amazing rooftop breakfast and talking with the airlines and airport for our lost luggage, the front desk and restaurant staff were truly amazing, so professional and kind. We will never forget them.
