Arrived at hotel and the bathroom had toilet paper. In it like. Someone used it. And it was not flushed. ..,,breakfast Was hot and fresh with plenty of fresh fruit. To choose from . Pool area. Needs some new tables and chairs and some umbrellas to cover from sun.

It was a pleasant stay, decent sized rooms. Coffee is always available which was wonderful! Good breakfast selection that varied each morning.

Very clean room and nice staff. Had a fire alarm go off for burned bacon had to wait for fire department to turn it off. TV didn’t work first day but they fixed it by second day. Overall very nice, clean place and would stay again. Short drive to beaches. Close to a lot of restaurants but recommend rental car for sure.

It could have been just my room, but the air conditioning makes a loud sound like something feel every time it cuts off which woke me up as it comes on and off regularly. The mini fridge door was broken and would not shut. The carpet seemed moist or like a spill had happened. The pool was awful small and old, there are no lounge chairs only a few cheap plastic chairs and 2 tables.

Everything was perfect as usual . The only one thing I would like to bring up is the breakfast . We came for breakfast at 9-30 ( we were said it works to 10 am) and everything was almost out . Lady who was in charge in the kitchen that day wasn’t cooperating at all .

We were in town for our grandson's graduation and the hotel was so nice and clean and maintained and totally relaxing when we were there resting. Breakfast was delicious. Wonderful presentation and lots of choices. The dining area was beautiful. Our room was wonderful and so very clean and comfortable. We had spent 2 days traveling from Texas through pouring down rain both days through the entire trip. When we walked into the room, we just sat and relaxed and enjoyed the peace. The employees at this hotel are so nice and friendly and helpful with questions. I HIGHLY recommend this Hampton Inn Navarre to all who enjoy and nice, accomodating place to stay...

You can't go wrong with this place it's fantastic the room was perfect, large and so clean. Staff was great I would definitely stay here again and I slept like a baby my room was so quiet. The breakfast bar is unbeatable compared to any other Continental breakfast bars who else does broasted potatoes? I was here for a week and loved it. My only suggestion would be is to rid the carpet which I bet you do in the future. Very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was good, they continued to monitor the levels of everything and made sure the supply met the demand. Staff was friendly. The hotel over all was much cleaner than expected. We were very impressed and will make it our go to hotel when in the area. Also, found out it’s a pet friendly hotel for anyone traveling with pets. We didn’t have one with us but it’s good to know so we can bring Fido with us next time and safe the cost of boarding.

Breakfast here was excellent! Eggs were nicely cooked & very warm. Bacon was CRISPY! Loved the moist muffins & coffee was great with half & half provided! It was nice that it started earlier than most (6am). Oatmeal was good too! Checking in took extra time because of an error on another employee’s part. The one who checked us in though went the extra mile in solving the problem! She was very helpful!

This is an older building so it shows some wear but it is very clean and well kept. My room was very comfortable, great air conditioning and hot water for the shower. Their internet is a little slow but does work. I ended up using my cell phone hot spot. I would stay there again and would recommend to my friends. They are also pet friendly.

Families with Pets should have specific rooms assigned to them. I do not mind pets but our room had a pet odor to it.

The staff was professional and really made sure my stay was great. The room was very clean. The location is quite and convent to plenty of dining choices and fuel choices. This was our launching pad for the SE BDR. We also returned to this hotel on our return from Georgia. The property is excellent with plenty of parking for even pick up trucks with motorcycle trailer. We left our trucks here and ventured off to do the first 5 sections of the SE BDR. The morning of departure we had a complementary breakfast that had all the fixing and delicious. Plenty of fresh made coffee. Highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff are excellent.

Rooms seemed dirty with floor turning kids socks black. We unfortunately had a major incident with someone opening up our door at 3 in the morning due to a double booking issue we were told. So the overall experience was very stressful.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Navarre March 5–7 while visiting Navarre Beach. Overall it was a very comfortable stay with friendly service, but one detail future travelers should know is that this property sits on the mainland side of the Navarre Beach Causeway, not on the beach itself. When I booked, I expected it to be closer to the Gulf, but the beach is actually about a 5–10 minute drive across the causeway. Once we realized that, it wasn’t a problem at all — just something worth knowing ahead of time so expectations are set correctly. Our room was extremely clean and well maintained. The bedding was fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the entire room felt comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping clearly does a great job maintaining the property. The front desk staff were excellent. Check-in was quick, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. That level of service always makes a stay more enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked reliably during our stay. and speeds were strong enough for email, streaming, and general browsing until storms came in and interuppted service. While it’s not beachfront, the location still works well. The hotel is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and only a short drive across the bridge when heading to the beach. Very clean rooms, great staff, and a comfortable stay overall. The only surprise was that the hotel is on the mainland rather than directly on the beach.

The lady behind the front desk at check-in was fantastic. She went above her call of duties. She has a wonderful spirt about her. The room was beautiful. Very clean. But the bed was the most uncomfortable. It was hard and springy. My wife felt the same way. The pillows look good until I used them. They went flat very quickly. I had to fold them then they got hard. Not very supportive for mine or my wife's head and neck.

Very impressed and honestly quite shocked at how clean, affordable and inexpensive this hotel was. The best part was that they accommodated our two German shepherds during our stay. The staff was great to work with, I requested an early check in and they were very accommodating, the air was out in one of our 2 rooms, they quickly moved us to a different room! Was very expensive for what it was, we had to be checked out of our condo on Saturday & needed somewhere to stay one night bc we had a wedding to go to, I had higher expectations for what I paid for it...it was very dirty, floors weren't cleaned, sheets were dirty and it was stifling hot/muggy.

We have stayed in worse, but our stay here wasn't ideal. Getting off the elevator on the 4th floor, the level was very humid for some reason, way more humid & warm than it was outside! Getting into the room, it was a little cooler but still pretty humid, even though the AC was set to 70. This also made sleeping here challenging. The room was relatively clean; there were a few areas that cleaning staff should pay attention to, such as door knobs and the like, but overall it was generally clean. The bathroom was very big & accommodating, although it would have been nice to have a larger shelf or another one in the shower for your own items. The bed was incredibly firm; I would put it in the 8-10 range, which is horrible for a side sleeper like me. The pillows for a king bed were half the size of standard pillows, and you only get 2 options per sleeper. With how the HVAC unit is situated & facing the street, the road noise comes into the room VERY clearly & makes it difficult to get restful sleep. It's a shame they aren't better at keeping outside noises outside. There's also about a 2" gap underneath the room door, which not only lets in the hallway noises in, especially loud & disruptive being near the stairwell, but it lets the hallway light into the room, so if you need it completely dark or mostly dark, you will be out of luck. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst sleeping experiences I've had at a hotel.

Upon entering room, noticed table was dirty with coffee ring and sticky as well as the floor tile and a dirty used washcloth on shower rod! When walking our pup, she walked into a sand spur plants on your property!!! So many that they were inbetween her pads and couldnt even walk! Had to be carried back to room! Thank God i had a comb and could and was able to remove them!

Hotel was great. I wasn’t happy that I reserved a king room and was put in a double. Was told no kings were available. We also had a pet with us and even after the total for room and pet fee was taken out of bank a week later and I still have a pending charge on my bank for the initial pet fee charged. Not happy about that either. Bank said I have to call hotel to remove it. The breakfast was great.

This hotel is old and you can tell..the blind was broken in the room so you couldn’t let it down all the way…some previous reviews claimed the breakfast was so good..that was a stretch..the orange juice was the best option…the rest were watered down..the instant scrambled eggs were soggy from too much water..stayed there a couple nights..one morning they didn’t have any meat for their supposedly hot breakfast..just that white gravy and the lady said they crumbled the meat in the gravy..the best thing about this hotel was the low rate per night…the only reason that I stayed multiple nights and you’re less that ten minutes from the beach

Great room. Reason for lower overall rating was that other guests left their dog across the hall alone to make such a racket. The behavior simply should not be allowed. It doesn’t bother me that the premises are pet friendly, but guests should not be allowed to leave their pets unattended to howl all day and night. I’d hope these particular guests are banned from returning to the hotel.

I didn’t like that the facility had animals. I was unaware when I booked and there were so many of them. No housekeeping for our entire trip. SO went to the front desk to get a trash bag to dump out our trash. He said he would leave it by the ice maker. She said he had to bring it down. This was while she was cross-stitching. The ladies at the breakfast area were all so nice and helpful. Pretty good breakfast for a continental breakfast as well. It was bright in the room at night. Some from outside, but mostly the light under the door from the hall.

Front desk staff were great, but they told us they only cleaned rooms every other day. We stayed for 3 nights, but our room was never cleaned. Even though we saw housekeeping in the room next door on the scheduled day for our room to be cleaned. We called the front desk to report and to ask for at least some clean towels. The front desk attendant told us several housekeepers had quit that morning, so rooms didn't get cleaned. They told us we would have to come to front desk to get clean towels because they were the only staff member on duty.

Very friendly and amenable, nothing was too much trouble

The staff doing the breakfast were a bit much. I understand they’re trying to have fun. However, I was there with friends and we were continually interrupted to listen to their “act” about “kakawing” to get food after 10. It became annoying.

I would have given 5 stars but the room still had sand on the bathroom floor, our comforter had a brown stain underneath it and the one pillow smelled like armpit sweat. We only stayed for 2 nights and usually have great experiences with Hampton Inn but this one was a little disappointing. They did offer us an early check in which was wonderful, but we had both of our dogs with us and added it to the special instructions area when making the reservation and that was not forwarded to them according to the front desk. I have no problem paying a pet deposit fee as hotels have them. I felt that when I went to front to explain the situation, after my husband’s key wasn’t working, I was lying and trying to avoid the pet deposit. Honest mistake and paid for it right away, but maybe when using the third party sites they should call and verify all the information is correct and nothing is missing or email. Breakfast was good and the location works well for Navarre.

Breakfast at 6 6:15 nothing

First they were under staffed, one of my rooms was not cleaned upon arrival and the clerk at the front counter did not even know. I was checked in and sent to a dirty room after a 5 hr drive. Then the next day were go out and come

This was our third year staying at this property when we vacation in Navarre. We love the spacious, clean rooms. The continental breakfast is delicious and well stocked with a wide variety of hot and cold items. We are always treated right here!
