Got into the room where we were warned the mirror was broken. Didn’t know that the main bathroom mirror was going to be completely missing. Shower is flush with the floor so it would flood out and we would have to shower quickly while the other held towels to catch the water that couldn’t go down the drain. There is minimal outlets so we had to plug our phones in far and fully get out of bed when our alarms would go off in the morning. There were burn holes in the blanket provided on bed.

There was mold on the bathtub, the room smelled bad and no staff available.

$40 deposit was required as soon as you check in. Parking is fine. Check in time was at 2pm but the room wasn’t ready yet when we got there at 2:10pm. Luckily front desk staff let the cleaning staff know right away. (There was no hairdryer or microwave in our room). Everything else was fine, there was hot water to shower, there was working AC, and a working mini fridge. you get what you pay for

There were pipes dripping all night making it almost impossible to sleep. There were prostitutes in front of the property and all around the area. Also I walked to get food at the corner and a guy was tagging the walls at the place.

worst place i have ever stayed at. sheets were dirty AND had holes in them! we did ask for another room and we got a new one, but it still had the same problem. we took all the sheets off and sprayed perfume because aside from the sheets the rooms had an awful smell. to make things worse we had to deal with this through a guy on the screen because the lady upfront would not say anything to us and just point to the screen, even though she did speak english. DONT RECOMMEND!!

The room floor need better cleaning it was sticky , the bed was not cleaned, no blankets provided, and should at least add a microwave. Better cleaning in bathroom needed.

Check in was ackward, locked in the office w/virtual agent. They charged an unknown $20 fee. Hotel is under Choice Hotels International, same thing happened with their other hotel, Comfort Inn - BBB complaint submitted for fradulent business tactics.

Price not worth it! To be in a hotel with tons of prostitution and sketchy people!

The room wasn’t clean and there were stained sheets with I don’t know , it was just obviously not cleaned before I checked in . Then a housekeeper came to the door and asked if I needed service I said no because I was still in the room and so as I was leaving I go up to the front desk and ask for my room to be cleaned mind you it was half ass cleaned before I even got there and both the housekeeper and the front desk lady had an attitude 🤔

Went into the room the room was clean nice quarterly yes but there was for 80 on one of the walls the picture frame at at one point in breaking. The remote look like something had chewed added even burnt it off. I must say that this day about being was different in the last game just rewarded his prior.. I do believe they have a wonderful and socking just must have happened in the room 252.. But all in all my stay was good I was able to rest cheats and everything work done in the next day the room was clean so we only issues were that and also that took toilets was perfect

The room was of a good size. The heater took for every to heat the room. Beds comfortable. Furnture was fine . Good fridge. Rooms could use some rugs and bed comforter to help with the decor ti warn up the room.

They let us park the rental car there for $50 while we were in Mexico for 5 days. Cheaper than the border car parks. Bed linen had stains, the rooms had a bad smell, mould in the fridge, my brother's room had cockroaches.

Dirty sheets and flooring , bathroom was not clean. Asked for new bedding sheets and lady at front desk did not want to provide, only gave limited items as flat sheet and pillow case. Area does not feel safe . Says no smoking but I could smell cigarette smoke coming into my room from vents. I requested for a different room and was denied . Would not recommend to stay here .

As we drove up to the Inn we were welcome with hookers. When we checked in to our room they stated we needed to pay a $20 deposit fee. I was under the impression of booking with Hotels.com what you see is what you pay. Finally when we got to our room it looks as if the sheets were turned in inside out and they were a bit crusty. There was BM all over the handle of the toilet. There was a big whole in the wall as if someone punched the wall. The first day there was no hot water. We had a non smoking room and the whole room smelled of cigarettes it began to give a headache. I wish I have taken pictures but I was too grossed out. No one should have to stay in something like that.

It was dirty. I saw roaches and as soon as I checked in the sheets for the bed were dirty. The bathroom was dirty as well.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cool when arrived, Ac was super cold. Tv had good channels, only thing missing was a microwave. Fridge worked great. Check in and check out was a breeze.

My fiance and I stay here any time we are in San Diego for a few reasons. Typically we just need a place to sleep and shower, we don't spend much time at the hotel itself. This place is pretty clean, has ample off-street parking, and is easy to check in and out. This most recent stay they had a virtual attendant who checked us in which was a new experience but still very quick and efficient. If you are looking for an affordable place to crash while on the road, this is a good spot.

I had bug bites the next day after our stay. I am terrified they were bed bugs. I have not taken anything out of my car and am not sure what to do. I pray we are not going to get them if they were.

Staff was mostly nice and requests were attended to. The room i found to be generally unclean. I asked for the sheets to be changed at one point and while the request was attended to, the new sheets had a stain on them. There was an issue where the smoke detector was beeping as if it needed to be replaced. and the solution given to me was to unplug it myself.

Blankets contain holes with cigarette, they are not clean and fresh. Washroom is below average and no proper toiletries were provided

There was used bar soap in the shower, everything was dirty and all of the sheets had stains and burns.

Took along time to check in due to them giving away our room. Once we got our room is was nasty. The sheets were dirty and stained. The bathroom and air conditioning was disgusting and look like it haven’t been cleaned in years. Bugs everywhere and even on the bed

Nice and comfortable stay

This property shows a clean property and a room with un damaged floors. When you pull into the property it looks far worse than what is perceived on this side. Once you receive your room key and get into your room the floors are damaged the non smoking rooms smell like cigarette smoke and the towels are absolutely disgusting. I walked out requested a refund so I can go somewhere else. The gentleman at the front issued me a $20 dollar refund of booking and advised me to contact Expedia as he is unable to make a refund since I booked with the website. The next day they deny the request with Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Very nice man checked us in. He let us park 2 vechicals and let us in the room early. That was the only good thing about this property. There was a woman entertaining men in the room across from us. A different person every 30 minutes. You would not want children to see the way she was dressed! People were roaming about the parking lot all day and night. I did not feel safe. I would upload a photo but they are far from family friendly.

I like everything about the place the only thing is I'm allergic to everything and there was something that bit my feet and it was hard to sleep but that had nothing to do with the motels it's just something that is in society I guess. So just took a pill!

Was put in a room next to the office which they do not allow anyone to come into no matter the time of day and you have to go to the “night window.” There is a security deposit which is not listed on the listing here and they told me it can take over two weeks to be returned which is unacceptable but they don’t tell you until check out or I would have never stayed here.

To start off, I had a really bad experience here. So I initially booked through Expedia, and I went based off the pictures and price. As soon as we walked in the room, we got hit with a really bad humid smell. The beds weren't even done and right away noticed that the sheets and covers had stains, hairs and cigarette burn marks. The ceilings and walls had water damage stains. The refrigerator was in no condition to store any type of food or beverages. When I asked the front desk to see if I can get a different room I was denied. So then I asked if they can change the sheets out and I was just handed more sheets with more stains. Don't let the pictures fool you. We had to leave and just drive 2 hrs back home. Therefore, I am demanding a full refund from the hotel because I wasn't going to expose myself or my family to that unsanitary room.

The location worked well for us however it was not as described. I booked through Kayak and it stated there was a continental breakfast as well as a microwave in each room which was untrue. All there was, was a mini frige. I would have booked elsewhere had I known we were not getting was I was told. Also there was hair in sink, bathtub and floor of bathroom and the tv did not work. Will never stay here again.

The front desk lady for check in was friendly and helpful just the room and experience arriving to see 3 hookers prostituting outside of the hotel is what killed the experience. The room also had small black hairs on the bed like the washer they use didn’t catch them. When booked wanted a smoke free room and smelled so much like cigarettes I had to use my inhaler and allergy medication for itchiness. But like I said the front desk person was the most helpful.
