Very clean Staff was very nice Breakfast was good The hotel is close by a lot of restaurants Only about 20-30 min to Coronado and the cove beach The entrance to the hotel was very hard to get in, I’m not from here so I’m not use to how people drive here in Cali, I think I almost crashed like 3 times because of how the entrance is set up.

Our third floor room faced the neighborhood adjacent to the property. There was a party going on with loud music until after midnight. We could hear it even with the wondow closed. Then someone was shooting off M80's....at least 5. At first we thought it was gun fire. It made sleeping near to impossible. I was up until 3 AM. This was our first time staying at this property. The room was nice. Staff was friendly. But our stay was uncomfortable due to the outside noise and blasts.

First time staying here, the check-in process is very fast and smooth, and the king bed is very spacious, soft, and comfortable. The pillows are super soft, the bathroom amenities dove shampoo, conditioner, body lotion a nice plus, parking is free, the free breakfast buffet was good

Stayed one night for a conference at a near by school. Nice hotel, reception staff is excellent, both during check in and check out. Room is nice and clean, breakfast is very good. Overall comfortable stay.

I’m very disappointed about the location of the place, it wasn’t what I was told. I was told that we would be in the downtown area, with only a 17 minute walk to the ship port.

I loved that my room smelled cleaned and looked newly remodeled. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. We will be returning soon.

I booked two rooms and one was supposed to been this week and I never received my refund back because both of my rooms was the same but I paid two different prices I paid $400 and something for the sweet and 300 for the regular room and wind up getting the same two rooms and they never refunded my money back It was clean the breakfast was good quiet nice day really wish it would have had a Jacuzzi

The location is kind of hidden, the parking lot is small.

The staff was very friendly and the lobby had decorations for Halloween. It was great to have the breakfast as an option, it was hot and ready as soon as I woke up. The room was very clean, and decorated well. The hotel was worth the price and if I’m ever in town I will try to stay here again.

Good breakfast choices, clean friendly service. Only is was I called the hotel to ask about parking for upcoming cruise. I was assured I could leave my car for no charge. When I arrived I was told I could not leave my car. Later I was informed I could for 140. I would have stayed at another Holiday Inn had I known this. I felt this was deceptive.

The breakfast offered a variety of options including healthy breakfast. Every option was delicious & the staff are constantly making sure the area is kept clean and everything in order.

I don’t appreciate only turkey option for meats at breakfast and that no type of bacon was offered during my stay. Option for pork bacon would be appreciated or pork breakfast sausage. Scrambled eggs does not do it for me as a hot breakfast without a breakfast meat that I will eat is not

Entrance and exit is just around a blind curve in the very busy road next to the interstate 805, otherwise the property was excellent condition.

Stayed 3 days and two of those days I had no hot water for my shower. I will not be staying in your hotel again. I believe it was 500+ dollars for two dreadful mornings having to hand wash before meetings! Thanks but no thanks!

We only stayed one night and needed a wake up call for 5 am but never received one so we were late leaving the hotel and reaching our destination. Not happy about that!

Very clean, spacious with comfortable bed, nicely upgraded shower and sink. The pillows looked fluffy but flatten when laying on them. Clean well kept breakfast area and lobby. Elevators are clean. Plan to atay here next vacation. Vanessa was great

The lady at the front desk was very nice she helped me because she knew it was my first time booking a hotel the rooms we got were very clean and organized pool was clean and not to cold felt safe and as well as comfortable to let my kids (12,7) run to my parents room further down the hall from me without watch would book again

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights traveling from out of town with some friends. Check-in was very smooth and easy (shout out to Angel). The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. Not sure what detergent they use but it makes their sheets and blankets smell so fresh and clean. I like how their pillows are labeled one for soft and one for firm. I also appreciated the toilet and shower being separate from the sink because it allowed us to do different things at the same time. Microwave in the room was awesome. Fridge - not as awesome. Didn’t get cold. Their ice machine dispenses the good ice so that balanced it out. They also have snack items and drinks for you to purchase next to the check in the desk. My friends all woke up early enough for the continental breakfast and they really liked the variety. The entrance from the street is interesting because there’s only one way in and out but overall a very centralized location that was close to everything we needed. Would recommend staying here.

It was a decent stay plus closed to a lot of establishments. The room has that old and wet rug smell to it but overall its doable for the price and location. Safe place also.

Very clean and organized hotel. My room was very quiet, neat and the staff were very hospitable. They do service breakfast which was fresh and good each morning of my stay. This hotel does have a $100 deposit which is refundable. There is a a very small gym on site and laundry facilities as well.

Property was nice and clean. Just be aware this hotel puts a hold on your credit card for the amount of your room, then when you check in charges you again plus a deposit and the holds don’t get released for 2-3 business days. So you get charged over double the amount of the room for 2-3 days. Terrible business practice.

The room was mostly clean and comfortable. I did find a few dark hairs in my sheets. (not mine, I'm blonde). There are quite a few places to eat and shop in the area. There was a small continental breakfast in the morning; better than nothing. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Overall it was a nice hotel I liked how they had shampoo and conditioner in the restroom nicest hotel I’ve gone to so far. I didn’t like that the curtain shade didn’t go all the way up so i couldn’t sleep past 6am. Another issue I had was the whole room smelled like bleach from the blanket and pillows the smell was pretty strong was kinda hard to sleep with.

Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice visit to San Diego with a central location to everything!
