This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire department to help extract her because I tried & could not. Otherwise, there are OTHER ISSUES. There is a water problem that seemed to ooze out of the vinyl planks in the bathroom that took awhile for me to figure out. The shower curtain does not stop the water from wetting the floor even when the curtain is carefully placed INSIDE the tub. The curtain isn’t sufficiently waterproof. A second problem is that if you run the water in the bathroom sink, it leaks water onto the floor badly enough to create a pool of water that not only wets the bathroom floor, but passes under the bathroom wall to form a pool in the bedroom! This is room 127. Too bad. People need a hotel for trades people & people intending to do tasks, not a vacation like the Four Seasons hotels. I needed a working suite to help move my daughter. There is a need for a hotel to serve the purpose with no need of a bar, hot tub, etc. I just wish the maintenance was up to industry standard.

Very dirty but room was okay for the price. Also, looked a lot better from the outside.
- 1/5
There was a pipe leak that left 3 floors vacant and I wasn't notified until I arrived and had to find another hotel.
- 1/5
This hotel was very unclean. The first room they gave was not clean with garbage in floor and no sheets on the bed. The front desk apologized and gave us a second room next to the first one. The second room had the bed made up but the fridge was spattered with something red all over the front. The floor was filthy, mold growing in shower, trash still in trash cans. We left and found other accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice, and they changed our room. However, the shower was broken and water leaked out everywhere. The room looked old and poorly maintained, with peeling cabinets and worn furniture. The blankets had cigarette burns, and the hotel hallways were dirty. The entire place smelled like food and cigarette smoke. The air conditioning also did not work properly.

I prepaid through Expedia and yet two days before I had to checkout the staff said I needed to pay $350 and harassed me for my remaining stay until they gave up on that demand. Very crooked folk. There was dog poop in the stairway and the place reeked of weed. Don't stay here.
- 1/5
This was the first time I have ever not slept in a hotel that I booked due to it being so dirty. Our bathroom light did not work, hotel smelled horrible, room was dirty. Left immediately.
- 3/5
The quality of the rooms, on the other hand, left much to be desired. The water temp in the shower seldom went beyond lukewarm. There was a hole in the dimensions of a 2×4x6 in the wall around the sprinkler. The smoke alarm was tampered with. The entire property smelled like cigarette and cheap weed. As far as a budget stay is concerned, it was exactly what I expected. Basic maintainence does need to be done to ensure adequate lodging.

Worse place I've ever stayed. Beds are nasty. People constantly up and down and outside day and night. It was a apartment complex. Though pet friendly, there were tons on dogs everywhere. Avoid this place if your looking for a nice clean place to stay

The area was decent, the staff unavailable after a certain time at night if any emergency no one to contact , bugs in the room we were in, no ice machine in the building, this may sound like not a big deal but one mirror in the bathroom.not very clean at all . Some good things stovetop a whole refrigerator and laundry room, so I guess before you make a choice on your hotel stay figure out what is important to you.

HORRIBLEEEEEE!!!!! From the time I got there to the time I got back!!! Stated they had late check in just for me to get there and NOBODY ANSWER the damn phone!! Hotel full of crack/meth heads. Dirty rooms, literally a 0/10. I want a refund like everything was bad.

I have one word for my entire experience. DISGUSTING. Upon arrival, the sheets were stained and smelt terrible. After I exchanged for new ones, I went to go shower and when I looked up the ceiling above the shower was covered in black mold. My husband saw a dog pee on the floor in the hallway and no one cleaned it up. The entire hotel smelt like marijuana. On the stairwell, there was a USED condom on the stairs. Again, DISGUSTING. This hotel needs shut down.

Didn’t even get to stay there. Hotel was very dirty from the moment I first walked inside the building. I tried to check in. The person that was supposed to be in front desk wasn’t there. Some random person who had been waiting to check in told they call for the person to help them check in and have been waiting for over half an hour. I looked around. See how dirty the property was and just left. I booked a different hotel which was the right choices. I’ve never stayed at such a dirty hotel and have no intention of starting.
- 4/5
It is affordable and close to the airport.
- 2/5
Cheap place to be. All side doors handles broken. Force you to walk to the front to enter. Very short time at desk. Nobody’s there. If you are very self sufficient and bunch of dogs that’s the place.
- 2/5
The whole motel smells like weed at night time! My boyfriend and I went to take our dogs out and both doors were propped open so people could go in and out all night long. Huge Safety Concern! I got a call at work before quite time that our dogs were barking so my boyfriend had to leave work to go get them. I paid $100 just to have them with me for 3 days. But at 2:00 AM both neighbors on both sides of us were super loud banging stuff around and being loud as heck! When we first walked into the hotel lobby there was literal tweakers arguing with front desk about getting their stuff back. Just a super bad experience! My boyfriend and I were trying to save some money but you really get what you pay for. The only good thing about the motel is the front desk girl Melissa. She was super sweet and helpful. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve been completely disappointed and with everything!

It was probably the worst hotels that I ever stayed in, considering it was in a major city like Nashville, TN. The room smelled horrible. It smelled like a molded closet room. Not a fresh smell that you receive in most hotels. One of my towels had brown stains onit and I ask the front desk for more towels and they told they had no more to give me. The room needs to be remodeling. The shower started getting cold after being in the shower for 3 minutes. tot
- 1/5
Worst hotel ever. Smells like smoke. Fire alarms constantly going off. Keys stop working and no night time staff to be found despite calls. Would not allow food delivery. Screaming children next door.
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful, however there was constant noise with people yelling in the hallways and doors being slammed on a regular basis. Unlike other WoodSpring hotels I've stayed at, there were no utensils or pots and pans in the room, and the water for the shower was at best lukewarm. I would not recommend this WoodSpring Suites to anyone.

What breakfast? the front desk gentlemen, said McDonald opens at 5. The staff was helpful and informative, and frankly The only reason this place is worth visiting The only part of the building that has a fresh smell is the lobby the entire Hallway and elevator and Room had an unpleasant smell. The sheets did not seem clean and had dog hair as well as dog hair on the floor and? there was a roach in the suite as well and no kitchen utensils to cook, so very much ruined my plans to try and cook and save money on going out to eat. The front desk informed me of what an extended stay really is and I was totally unaware I know for next time, but this was definitely not satisfied. No iron or hairdryer like a normal hotel that I was expecting and the t. V was non-functional, which the staff said they have known about for weeks now. This would have been nice to have been given the heads up. The room overall did not seem mantained or very well cleaned. The furniture had a tear in the leather and was just an eyesore would be better off without that piece of trash in the room. There was definitely an odor that Smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. I tried to tough it out with a candle. But I just did not feel comfortable sleeping in that dump. Canceled after my first night
- 1.5/5
The TV seemed new, the towels were clean, and the A/C worked well. First off, took a few minutes before someone showed up to check me in. And, yes, I rang the bell multiple times and even called out loudly. Next, the room had a strong odor. Maybe it was from some cleaning agent? The refrigerator looked like it was purchased used, as it was very rusty. The chair looked like it was purchased used as well. It had places missing on the arm. Paint was missing from the walls in various places. The bed was a glorified cot, but it was at least a place to stretch out. The blinds needed curtains to block out the parking lot lights. Lastly, cleaning crew apparently needs supervision, as the shower had long and short hair all over it. Would I stay here again? No.

The room was easily the worst I've ever stayed in - trash from previous occupant hadn't been taken out, sticky floors, no TV remote. BUT, I would love to give a shout out to the front desk staff, who was wonderful! Thank you for your warm smile and hospitality.

Hotel check in assistance was horrible. Stated things such as check was taken care of and wasn’t.
- 2/5
It wasn't up to the standards that we had in our minds and from the picture. My girlfriend and I just wanted a little getaway, but it was way below average the pillows were very limited and woke up in the middle of the night with my neck hurting
- 4/5
Yes, my room was clean, and staff was very nice. My issue was the smell of dogs seeping in the room and hallway. People letting their dogs pee where you come out the side door. But overall it was decent. Thank You

Drug deals in the parking lot. Man urinating on the side of the building right by an employee who didn’t stop it. Disgusting conditions inside. Not cleaned. This place should be removed from third party websites but that privacy won’t be happening.
- 1/5
There was blood in the shower that was not mine! There were roaches. The whole hotel was smoking. You could smell that and chemicals everywhere. The front desk people will lie to you. They told me I can cancel the next two nights for a refund but I must stay that initial Thursday night. Yet they won’t and are dodging call left and right. Absolutely awful

When we first checked in we asked for another room because the people across were yelling and fighting, 2nd room we asked to be moved because it smelled heavily of smoke even though it was supposed to be a not smoking room, 3rd room (301) had a no covers on one of the outlets, visible crumbs in the floor. No mirrors besides the small one in the bathroom that was difficult to get ready for two people. It was too late to cancel or we would lose our money. We had no choice but to stay put. I wish they would have given us some credit on our credit card for the inconvenience and unhappiness with our accommodations.

Booked three rooms but one was sold to someone else and we only got two so was forced to sleep with someone
- 5/5
The hotel was very pleasant and in a nice location. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the two pillows were accommodating. The location was very nice and the level of noise was non-existent. There wss a fee for items such as dishes, flatware, pots etc. but I had no need on this trip being that it was last minute situation.

I wish i had read the reviews. The cable was still out for the entire week i was there. The free wifi was absolute garbage. I even paid for the upgrade and there was really no difference. The staff was excellent when they were there, the office hours end at 4 during the week. Then the airplanes taking off every 3 minutes. They did call me before i checked in to let me know the cable was out but they didn't say it's been out for at least 2 months.

When I got there, I was told that the tv and the Internet was not working, which is fine because I was only staying one day but also when I was checking out, there was no one around and people were just leaving their key cards on the desk so no real staff to help and the number they gave to call Didn’t reach anyone
- 1/5
They are super dirty have a foul odor and they look nothing like they pictures always have guest harassing you I will not recommend to nobody please do not book they horrible

if I had a great stay I would’ve rush to review but I’m being charged 66 now I know that’s incorrect & must be retaliation since I had to go back & forth with front desk for accommodating me for issues they had & never disclosed to me which is wild. check in which went smooth just took a while I had a nice conversation with the lady who checked me in , I asked about the weather and spots to go even talked abt food BUT NOT AT ALL WAS TOLD WIFI IS OUT , TV OUT AND ONLY GET 1 ROLL OF TISSUE FOR A 4-5 night stay! Which I could’ve definitely understood at the time &had a choice to agree or if not would’ve stayed elsewhere if I was told before hand or even if it was listed while booking or checking in instead I had to actually experience trying to use WiFi and it not working when I had terrible service in the hotel , I tried to tv everyday to no avail , ran out of tissue since there were two of us an while on the toilet my roomie went down to ask for tissue and that’s where she met the “manager” who told her Per extended stay policy they ONLY GIVE 1 tissue no matter what your stay is! i literally just left and extended stay and checked in for ONE night and had two tissues so that was insulting but we just bought our own on vacation!! then she proceeded to tell him the issues we’ve been experiencing and he basically said their guest see this and still stay and other bs; me being in hospitality would NEVER! it’s more but this bad CUSTservic & experience should’ve been free honestly

Long term residents in and out with dogs. Cheap furnishings. Highly not recommended for tourists.

I did not check in for this hotel. When I arrived at the Hotel there was a man in what looked like Pajamas.
- 3/5
When we arrived, it was raining pretty hard and guess what? No awning to drive under to keep dry as you unload. It took 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk even though it was still within their window to be manned. I honestly did not think about this being an extended stay hotel when I booked it, I was mainly looking for 2 queen beds. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but the faint smell of weed mixed with whatever someone was cooking on our floor was not the best experience. Glad we brought a candle. I would not stay here again, I would spend the extra $40 or so and drive a few extra miles for something nicer.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay
- 4/5
It’s an ok property but the front desk staff was very helpful, and that’s important. The room is nice and clean, only provided 2 pillows , if you’re on a budget and want a good place this one is close to food chains like McDonalds and Wendy’s.

You cancel my reservation on Saturday, same day due to over booking.
- 2/5
The floors looked like they had not been mopped since there were installed! I wouldn’t even wear socks on it, went bought slippers! Police were there a couple of times in a very sketchy area

If you like crackheads that knock on your door throughout the night this is the place for you!
- 3/5
You get what you pay for but we have paid the same price and stayed on nicer places. We checked in on Friday and Checked out Sunday. That was the only two times I saw someone at the front desk. Saturday we left the hotel around 8:30 am and returned around 8-8:30 pm, didn’t see anyone at the front desk either time. The room was clean and sufficient but the pillows were super flat. I was hoping to get extra ones at the front desk but again didn’t ever see a worker. The elevator had trash in it a couple times. We stayed on the 4th floor and there seemed to be some guests having a party. The hallways smelled strongly of pot and they were extremely loud. What employees I did see was very nice but doesn’t seem to be enough staff or hours given to be able to monitor the hotel properly. I probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.
- 2/5
Property staff accused us of causing noise and threatened to have us removed from the property. They did not attempt investigate the noise even after we told them we weren't there at the property to cause the noise. Entire interaction seemed very one sided where staff only had their own opinion
- 4/5
I liked the pictures of the room on the internet but it was small in person.
- 2/5
Property was pretty dirty and cheap materials used for finishes. It made for a fairly inexpensive stay at a newer property that didn't quite meet expectations.
- 2/5
Hours where staff was available was very limited! My bed sheets were all stained and women’s hairs were all over my blanket!
- 1/5
Before checking in, I knew I would not be staying. I told the lady at the desk and she said she would make it for one night but I ended up getting charged for 4 nights! This place was so creepy. Dimly lit areas by the elevator and the parking lot was also dark. Some of the people hanging out in the lobby and outside were shady and made me nervous about going out at night. Never again!!
- 1/5
The bed had stains and the room had roaches in it. They do not have real comforters. The linen on the bed is some cheap stuff from the dollar store
- 1/5
Overall a pretty terrible experience was had here at Woodspring Suits. We checked in here for the night after our wedding to leave for our honeymoon. Service was terrible as when we arrived there was no one on site to check us in. You have to call to get someone to help service you at front desk and have to wait on them to show up. Room was disgusting. Comforter was quite literally as thin as a sheet. Very misleading pictures promoted on website..beware! Should’ve spent the extra $10 for the holiday inn. This hotel isn’t worth what they are charging.
- 4/5
Great place. Good price. Need to start each room cleaning with fresh mop water. Pet friendly in all rooms don’t work well. Pillows and comforter smelled like dog! The place was clean ,as the crew were seen cleaning. Switch out mop water more often. People let there dogs sleep on beds! Like at home .
- 3/5
It really needs to be cleaner especially around the cooking area including the ceiling.
- 1/5
The place is not suitable for anyone who values cleanliness. We found small cockroaches, the pillow is as small as an airplane pillow and of poor quality. We didn't stay there and asked for our money back. On the other hand, the receptionist was very kind and understanding with us.
- 3/5
Property is more set up as a long stay/live in hotel, and does not have good facilities for short stays. No toiletries, in room, coffee machine, breakfast, etc. Perfect for a week or more as it has a kitchenette and large fridge/freezer, but suggest elsewhere for shorter stays.
- 5/5
Nice place friendly staff
- 2/5
Air conditioner worked but had a funky smell, that was unbearable in the room. Had to turn off and deal with hot room. Also found roaches at night all around the room.
- 1/5
Staff very unkind I was assaulted by someone I didn’t know and the staff allowed it police were called and the video was made out of mockery and jokes from other staff members

Everything…the best part is pet friendly ♥️

The lobby service open the room door when I’m sleeping to ask if I have soap 😞

I booked people to stay there for a company meeting. One arrived at the property and after checking in asked to be relocated and recommended I relocated the other guests I had booked there as well. She did not feel safe, and her comment to me was, "You did your best, but don't always trust the hotel's website and pictures."
- 1/5
Not enough towels at the room, I usually I went to hotel they provide little conditioner, lotion and shoap this one haven’t none
- 1/5
Arrived at 11pm desperate to get checked into the room but no one was there! No one to check us in, no one answering their phones- NO ONE! 30 mins later a rude guy shows up acting bothered to get us into the over priced not much to speak about room!
- 3/5
The property was in an industrial complex which was both good an bad, limited dining around the area, but close to the interstate

Absolutely filthy. Vomit in the elevator and hallways that wasn’t cleaned up in the 5 days we were there. Blood in the elevator. A health hazard for sure. Malfunctioning fire alarm woke us up in the middle of the night and went off repeatedly. Dirty room, uncomfortable beds. Just awful. This place should be shut down.

The building & room were smelly & unclean. We couldn’t stay & have to checked out asap. However, front desk was wonderful.

Room had roaches...no pots not pans not even plates to eat on

Very dirty and noisy facility. Staff was kind though

The worst hotel I ever stayed...bugs everywhere...there were no soap sampoo provided...the bed was making noise even with little body movement...

Property was decent - located in a safe and comfortable area but upon arrival, it was obvious that this was almost exclusively used for extended stay clientele. We had to request everything like towels, toilet paper, etc. Linens and towels were very cheap and the room was worn. The place served its purpose for us, but I wouldn't recommend for a relaxing Nashville vacation.

The property is bed beg infested I mean so bad made me cry and it was my birthday week

Overall it was not great because when we got in, there was no one at the desk to check in, i went to the car and called. The gentleman who worked there had been out patrolling i guess. The big deal for us was all that appeared to be going on in the parking lot. Lots of people sitting in cars, sitting on side of building with grocery carts, someone taking their car apart in the back of the building. We were uncomfortable leaving our decent vehicle alone in the lot with fear it may get broken into. We had additional luggage a beach supplies for our vacation in there that made no sense to drag all in. Yelling from the room next door as well as banging made us a bit uneasy as well. I felt safe in our room which appeared clean, but very basic. Overall i would not stay here again for the crazy going on in the parking lot.

The extended stay was a little different as in awkward. But I met a few people which was nice.

The property would've been fine for the 2 days I stayed but unfortunately when I left the 1st night, I came back only to realize that someone had been rambling through my belongings. Very disheartening and uncomfortable to have my privacy encroached upon like that. I was offered a full refund and accepted, however when I visit Nashville again I will not be staying here. Also extended stay attract very shady ppl, a hotel is the best route to go.

Afrer that, I had to wait for a staff for a while. In front of the door, there are so many cicadas dead. You cannot pass without touching their flying on dead ones on the floor.

There was nothing wrong with it but i might spend more money the next time.

This location is located near harding place! Which is amazing because it’s close to a Sam’s Club and Multiple Fast Food Restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly, made me feel just like family! My room was clean and it was just peaceful. I will becoming back to this location.

Seemed a little pricey for the day rate. They close up early, sign says to call a number but no phone……phone is located in first set of doors, but sign was in second set?

This is a "bare bones" property. You must bring all your own kitchen ware in order to utilize the kitchen. The website was misleading on this point. House keeping is every 2 weeks so you either change your own sheets and towels or you have dirty linen

No front desk help. Our room wasn't on the cleaup schedule so we couldn't get any type of clenup service.

Everyone there is very polite and attentive.

I did not expect this to be a property where people lived. The odor in the hall was not pleasant at all. The small smell of weed was disturbing as well. The lack of extra blankets and toilet paper was an inconvenience.

Loved it here

About the room itself... There are ZERO amenities. i,e. no soap, no shampoos/conditioners/lotions, not even tissues! Gratefully, there is a Walmart not too far away from the location. I asked for an extra pillow upon check in and I was told, "I'll see if I can find one." Kinda weird. There's zero room service/cleaning. If you need new linen or towels, you have to take the ones you are given to the front desk for an exchange. Also kinda weird. The room feels like a dorm room. vinyl flooring. Fairly significant gap under the door so you hear EVERYTHING in the halls. The walls are thin, so don't expect any real privacy... You can hear your neighbors and they can hear you. Bed squeaks. It's clean for the most part, but feels very used... like lived in, lol. The chairs are all worn and the sink was stained. I've stayed at worst locations, which is why I gave it a generous 3, but i won't be staying here again. Just not my bag.

Five stars, great mid-priced extended stay hotel near the airport

The front desk were friendly and helpful ,but the room was not clean and I have to take the dirty towels to the front desk to replace it. I stayed two days and they did not clean the room. I was told that I have to request during the day time. The fire alarm went on at 2:30 am. No one in the hotel was there to take it off. There was no fire and I do not know why it went on! We called 911 then the fire department employees help us to remove this false alarm that bother us! Also, there was not shampoo in the shower! Any way we did not sleep the 2nd day becuase of the fire alarm in our room!

I liked everything about the property. It is an extended stay property very quiet and safe.

Close to main hwy.

It was not bad. The clientele were alot of people who lived there since it was a extended stay. They were more sketchy than the hotel but we had no trouble.

Quiet and easy to get to.

Customer service was inadequate my room was not ready upon check in and it took two hours to be assigned a room and the room I was assigned had another couple inside sleeping.

We arrived after making a reservation for two rooms and were told there were none available. Thankfully the front desk guy Markeese was outstanding and helped us get our $ back and find a hotel nearby.

Not a great neighborhood but tucked away enough to feel safe.

I’ve been in Nashville since early January on an extended work trip, and stayed at this WoodSpring location. Wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Rowena at the front desk was fantastic - she helped me extend my stay when I needed to and always let me know when I had a package delivered. I like extended stay hotels for long trips like this one because the rooms include a kitchenette, so I was able to get groceries and cook. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a mid-priced, clean, quiet hotel stay!
