Staff was excellent. Breakfast was nice. If your a light sleeper pick somewhere else. You can hear the next door neighbor talking on the phone. Extremely close to airport and can hear them landing all through the night. Sofa mattress isn't kept in the room. You have to request it at the desk.

I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel but this place was very nice. Clean, quiet, with a good breakfast and really friendly staff.

Breakfast was standard breakfast foods--scrambled eggs/bagels/cereal/milk/juice. With the sofa bed pulled out the room was cramped but doable. Had full size fridge and dishwasher in suite but sink and stove top was small. We really only needed the sink and fridge. Had plenty of storage in the room and bathroom--did not find the hairdryer til we were checking drawers to pack up. Parking lot was small.

Stayed here with my two dogs and was told there was going to be an incidental hold on my card, completely understandable. However, I was not informed of the $175 that was also charged. I’m assuming this was a pet fee but this was never told to me upfront which is resulting in my 2-star review. I specifically picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and I think that the fee is valuable information for those planning to stay. The room itself was good and clean. The breakfast was okay, not very many options.

I slept on the sofa couch and my body broke out with rashes on my arms,back, and face. I had to buy me some Benadryl and dial soap after I left for the rash to go away.

It was very clean. The breakfast was good. The exercise room was clean. All the equipment was working. I was able to do my morning workout. The workers was very nice and helpful when I need help. The location was great. It was very peaceful and quiet. I love that. I slept on the sofa couch and my body broke out with rashes on my arms,back, and face. Property is dated. Close to airport so its loud. Not ideal for light sleepers. Bathroom is small and tight. Stove burners were rusty, need to be changed. Beds were comfortable but thats about it. Decent place to sleep for 2 nights.

The breakfast left alot to be desired, and was not staffed properly. The OJ machine ran out during breakfast, I asked if it could be refilled. The woman at the desk said sure I'll get someone on it. She asked a man to refill the machine, what neither of them realized was I overheard their conversation. The man said it's kinda late into breakfast I don't think we need to do that. The woman came back around the corner and told me they were working on it. Knowing they had no plans at all to refill the machine. If you don't want to refill it, say that or simply we are out of OJ at the moment. Either would have been fine. Don't lie and say they are working on it when you know better.

I didn't like the fact that I booked a room for a sofa bed as well.. And it did not accommodate me and my family needs.. It was understood from booking that It will be 1 adult and 3 children.. All four of us slept extremely uncomfortable.. The bed that they brought up it was NO WHERE TO PLACE IT BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE A SOFA BED/ LET OUT COUCH.. ALSO no towels where brought up upon asking... I just feel like if I'm going to pay my room service should be included, I shouldn't have to walk down to retrieve anything ? Overall the stay wasn't bad but it definitely could have been BETTER.

Room looked dingy. We used a sleeper sofa and had to place a coil mattress on top which was not very comfortable.

The property overall, needs a refresher; our room door pad lock knob was broken. I killed a few ladybugs in our room. The overall cleanliness of the facility was poor. I definitely will NOT return to this location or any TownPlace Suites by Marriott.

The property was the food for breakfast was great plenty never having to wait. We had a travel from Pennsylvania to Tennessee and unfortunately we left way too early however the hotel was able to accommodate us with a 1:00 check in versus a 300 check in we actually needed to sleep as our travel was hard we were here for our cheer come. The management was amazing The pool was clean not too much chlorine it was perfect I would stay here over and over again

As far as the room goes it was fine and clean for the short stay we had. Did not care for the breakfast sandwiches, too soggy. The remotes did not work in one if the bedrooms and took a while to be able to turn off the tv. The door that led to the bathroom and into the toilet did not lock properly. Did notice a stink bug on the curtains in the living room.

It was pretty beat up, and we had to leave early due to family member going to hospital and they were not budging on giving us money back. mind you this hotel is not worth what we paid to begin with . Outdated. Not worth what we paid the images did not reflect what we experienced at all I would not rate this more than 5-6 out of 10. Also tried to charge us EVEN more when we checked out a day early. Unbelievable … we are still currently dealing with said charge, over 200 in random charges after we paid the hotel in full prior to even arriving

It was clean and it was in the perfect location. It was close to the airport and close to food and shopping, as well as not far from downtown. I checked beforehand on the shuttle hours. It was one of my main decisions in choosing that hotel. Online, it stated 24 hour shuttle. Upon arriving, I found out that the shuttle didn’t start running until 6 am. Which, was an issue because 2 of my guests had to be at the airport by 4 am.

Staff was AMAZING!!!! Best accommodations and care I could ask for. Room was not as described but I 100% think that’s Expedia issue not hotel, itself. Will 100% go back and recommend.

Pots and bowls pans were dirty. The shower head water pressure was extremely hard I could enjoy the water flush. The bathroom sink was missing an aerator on the faucet so water was spraying out everywhere. Due to the handicap pathway being such an awkward distance from the sidewalk I had to walk ways from the parking lot to the front hotel entrance. I’ll probably stay at another hotel within I visit Nashville

Fantastic breakfast. Staff was attentive to our needs. So convenient to get to Bridgestone Arena from here. Everything was great!

Do not stay. Staff very nice but paid crazy amt to stay in a room full of stink bugs and dirty conditions. Woke up to at least 5 cars with busted out widows in the parking lot! Carpeting in halls needed filthy, baseboards all beat up, and painting needed. Room furniture hard and uncomfortable! Dated. Wouldn’t sit on without a sheet. Stink bugs all in rooms. Stay somewhere else. Truly feel like we were bamboozled. Never again.

The place was nice and very appropriate for a family trip like ours. Staffs were very approachable and accommodating. We booked a 2-bedroom suite for a family of 5 and it was the ideal room for us. We did have a problem with one of the AC’s in the unit that was not functioning. We did check in late in the evening and I understand why it was not fixed right away. Overall, our stay was good.

We have had a great stay here! There was a mix up with my reservation and the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating as well as the hotels.com representative that assisted me. It's quiet, the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. I didn't really eat the breakfast but my husband had oatmeal. It was the basic breakfast choices but a decent variety.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean not to mention the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again. I think the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. My husband also agrees.

In for a quick business trip to the Music City. And our stay at Towne Place Suites by Marriott near the airport did not disappoint. Very conveniently situated near the airport and interstate, yet still close enough for an uber trip into all of the major sites in the city. The suite was very clean and large enough to accommodate my two guests and myself. The relaxing porch outside provided an outdoor spot to meet when the summer air cooled down. Plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel (<10mins). And finally checking out and headed to our next appointments, whether by interstate or plane is just 5-10mins access. The bathroom split from the sink & vanity is smart but wish it was a little less clustered.

We were disappointed to hear that the shuttle service would start at 6:00 AM, even though we had an early morning flight.

Due to an airline delay, we had to book a room near the airport at the last minute. This was not far from the airport. Thankfully, we had a rental car to get us there. Room was clean. However the set up was a little different. The vanity area was essentially in the bedroom. The shower and commode were in a room with a door. It was convenient, but once the airplanes started departing at 5:00 am, it sounded like we were at the end of the runway. You could hear each plane roaring off into the sky.

I liked the location, but because the property is older there was no drive through carport. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and we were soaking wet just to go register.

The airport was more noisy than we had anticipated, but we weren't bothered by it. We liked staying on the outskirts of the main city of Nashville. Everything was still a quick drive! We would definitely love to stay here again!

The beds were not incredibly comfy, it provides a small dining area for breakfast and there was a trashcan with lots of trash right outside of the elevators with lots of flies on the 4th floor on several nights. The suite we had was for 6 nights. I really enjoyed the 2 separate rooms with the kitchen and living room in the middle. I wasn't aware that I had booked a handicap suite so that was unexpected. It was quiet overall every night abd it was nice and cold inside bedrooms and living room/kitchen open space. This hotel was pretty centered and not to far (15-25 minutes) from the different places we planned to visit. Ex: Grand Ole Opry, downtown Nashville, state Capitol etc.

Hotel is very outdated. We were uncomfortable using appliances because they were not in the best condition. Couch in room was small and uncomfortable. We had the two bedroom. Bedrooms were ok, but I would not put anything in the drawers throughout entire room (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). Drawers were very dirty. It was decently spaced, but I think the way it was set up made it feel smaller than it was. Some of the front desk staff were so nice and sweet and helpful, others were very rude. We also had a problem with payment that they said they would work on and by the time we left, they said they didn’t work on it so we were not pleased. I would not stay again.

Excellent Hotel and Service. The in-house breakfast was on point as well. My little situation with my wallet being lost the staff was very helpful and the shuttle ride back to the airport was beyond helpful. Thanks to the front desk and I'm definitely coming back to this hotel again.

The hotel staff were great, but the hotel had no water from 9-5 daily due to repairs and we weren't informed until we checked-in. We should have been made aware of ahead of time so we could book elsewhere. Huge inconvenience.

The carpet in the hallways and by the elevators was dirty. Had not been vacuumed in a while. Our room had an odor like mildew. There was also a huge stain o. The drapes in our room. All in all very disappointing. I expect more from a Marriott property. Won’t stay again.

Our room was amazing. We were on a mini vacation with our 3 boys and they loved the room. The pool was great and everything was clean! Breakfast was tasty although I do believe more waffle irons are needed.

The only thing I would change, would be to update the beds. It was not very comfortable, but everything else was perfect! Close to the airport, close to the school I was there for, and close to some shopping and entertainment.

We were passing through Nashville and decided to stop to get some sleep. So we booked and shower up 10 minutes later. The staff was so nice from start to finish. The room was great would be amazing for a business trip. Breakfast in the morning was very good. The hotel despite being pet friendly was very clean and didn’t have an odor at all. I would definitely stay here again if i ever stayed In Nashville again!

The staff and facilities were great. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and smelled clean (which is important in my book). The beds and pillows were just as I like. This was our first time in Nashville and didn't have a clue where to stay. This location was great. It's quiet with plenty of free parking but very close to restaurants, downtown and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Dirtiest hotel EVER!!! Bodily fluids on chair, used hairbrush in the couch and dirty dishes in sink. Plus it smelled like pee and had urine on the ground. We paid for 3 nights- left after one night. On 1-10 scale I would give this place a zero. The few homeless people we saw outside probably had a room there but thought it would be better to sleep outside- I can’t argue with this logic. Simple horrible

This was a good property to stay at. Stayed in a king suite w sofa bed, and I felt like the room had ample room for 2 people to stay in for a long weekend and for us to both work in. The bed did not feel like a king at all which was disappointing, and there were areas of the hotel that definitely didn’t look the cleanest (a pink stain in our sofa and random stains on hallway walls). Overall the area felt safe, and I enjoyed being close to the airport. The noise wasn’t a big issue. The staff was friendly at night when we came back from broadway and gave out waters, and even better in the morning at the breakfast.

Would like to rate this property a 4/5, but cannot due to unsafe conditions. The 2 bedroom was more like an apartment and very comfortable. We had rented our vehicle and found the next morning the screen saying check your windows. We had ensured the night before retiring to the room that we completely emptied our vehicle. Apparently, someone tried to check the inside with some sophisticated bugler tool. We could not wait to leave this place after. Would not recommend this property because of this threat.

Marriott is my go to hotel because I can be sure of the quality of my stay. As always, the hotel is very clean, very comfortable. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite and it was AWESOME!!! So spacious and the kitchen has everything I needed. It made my stay wonderful, I didn't want to leave!!!

Breakfast was very good! Had ask for handicap access room, from picture on receipt assumed that's what I was getting. Had only 1 grab bar to step in the tub. No chair was available doe handicap!! Sofa bed was rock hard!!! I have never seen something that's suppose to be a bed be this hard and uncomfortable. Will never use this Hotel again and I encourage others to check their reservation to make sure they are getting what they ask for!

Arrived at check in at 4:25 and was told that the room was not ready. Check in time online shows 3:00 but it’s not correct and check in time is 4:00. However we still had to wait in lobby until a room was clean. The website should have the correct time for people that are traveling from far.

The air traffic is noisy at night, they never once cleaned our room during the stay. And by the time we left the trash was overflowing Also our car was broken into.

We had a beautiful room but you will hear the person above you. If they're up early you'll be up early. The ceilings are thin and we heard the person above us walking, opening and closing their suitcase, and slamming down something heavy on the floor multiple times.

I didn’t care for the area or the staff. The only nice person was the woman who checked us out.

The customer service ,front desk was so nice and professional . As far as the hotel , it is not clean , children all over the pool and that was a safety hazard in itself .

It was nice. Some problems with the reservations. Had 2 rooms paid for already but one was only shown. Then it was found and at the time of discharge it showed only one room was paid. I had to pay it and then I will get my refund. It was just a hassle. The hotel was nice as well as staff. I’m a non smoker and some visitors are not respecting the non smoking areas when u go out the door, That’s not the hotel problem it’s just rood of visitors.
