Reviews
The hotel generally received positive reviews for its staff, amenities, and location. However, there were several instances of poor customer service, overcharging, and issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. The rooftop pool was a popular feature, but some guests found it small and not well-maintained.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Great location with easy access to downtown and local attractions

The beds are amazing!!!
- 3/5
AC wasnt working very well and it was hard to set a temperature to shower. It was cold or scalding.
- 4/5
We had issues with our faucet. However the shower was wonderful. The rooftop bat was often reserved and the staff was half helpful and half rude.
- 4/5
Lovely hotel, conveniently located for CMA fest activities. We were able to walk to all venues. One minor issue: Used washclothes were taken away by housekeeping but never replaced. Would stay again.
- 1/5
The staff was generally not very courteous or helpful, and interactions often felt like guests were inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed. The valet service was especially frustrating—extremely expensive for what was offered and poorly managed. If you’re staying here for events at Nissan Stadium, be aware that it’s a much longer walk than advertised and not particularly convenient, especially in the heat or after a late event. The gym is outdated and could use a thorough cleaning and equipment refresh. The pool area was also underwhelming and didn’t feel like much of a resort-style amenity. Overall, the hotel itself has potential, but the service, valet experience, and amenities did not justify the price.
- 5/5
The room was clean (housekeeping was exceptional), but the small white tea hand lotion (awesome stuff) was not replaced each day. I forgot to ask for more from the front desk before I left.
- 5/5
Beautiful… clean… comfortable beds.. hot water.. nice staff. A spa! A rooftop pool and bar. Not too far from Broadway

- 5/5
The staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and trendy. I prefer a bathtub, but it's not a deal breaker.
- 5/5
Easy walking distance to broadway and bars
- 5/5
Quality property and location.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff very polite and helpful.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay for 4 nights over Memorial Day Weekend. Tiffany at the front desk provided us with a very warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.
- 4/5
Need new pillows. They are worn out. Too soft. Expensive drinks in the room refrigerator. I really don't think you need this in the room. You have a bar downstairs and rooftop. Just need a regular room refrigerator.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice including the valet folks. Beautiful interior of the hotel. Need new pillows. They are worn out. Too soft. Expensive drinks in the room refrigerator. I really don't think you need this in the room. You have a bar downstairs and rooftop. Just need a regular room refrigerator.

This is a beautiful hotel. I was impressed by the level of clean they maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful. The lobby spaces were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and bed super comfy. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel and staff. The food at both bar and restaurant were very sub-par.
- 4/5
Dislikes: small indoor and outdoor pool, rooftop unavailable for the whole day of Saturday due to wedding.
- 5/5
sunset on the upper bar, close to all activities we were there for

Great location

Booked this hotel for an overnight romantic getaway that was ruined with an overly warm room, lousy food (I've had better at Waffle House) and constant interruptions from staff that had no respect for the time. I informed them about the AC not working in the room shortly after arriving. It was never fixed, so we had a difficult time sleeping. Staff called at 11pm at night - very disruptive. We ordered room service for 8:15 to 8:30 window so we could have a nice intimate morning but were interrupted by a knock on the door at 7:15am instead. No apologies. We asked for eggs over medium but they were runny (nearly raw) and cold instead. Two slim slices of bacon and some potatoes. $80 for that. What a joke. Constant knocks on the door from staff trying to clean the room before checkout time. They didn't speak English so probably couldn't read the DND sign either. The rooftop pool was really a disappointment. Water was cloudy and unappealing. Be aware that the glass wall of the pool goes right off the edge of the building so if it breaks, there's nothing between you and 27 floors down. Not sure how that's even legal. The adjacent bar was dingy and over-priced. I emailed the management to document all of this before checking out (2 days ago) and have yet to hear back. The photos on the website are very deceiving. If you like throwing money away for lousy rooms and service, then stay at the Westin Nashville. Great stays other Westins, but this one was terrible.

Everything one would expect from a nicer hotel, but the entire staff was stellar. Front desk, valet, even baristas were friendly and responsive. Almost unexpected these days. It made an impression on me.

Location is great Pool area was not open even though we chose the hotel specifically for that. Pool area was also in need of a clean.- very dirty

This property is nice, but the service was not great. We had 10 people in our group and all 8 were put on the same floor but us. When we asked to have our room to be on the same floor they would not accommodate. When we asked for a late checkout instead of 11 we leave at 1, they said no they had an influx of people coming in on Monday, we didn’t see a single person checking in on the Monday. When we had to leave to head to the airport our fridge was locked and my insulin was in the fridge. When I called the front desk they said they couldn’t open it that they had to call maintenance who was off the property to come and open it with no expected timeline for when they would arrive. I explained the situation that we were headed to the airport and it was my insulin, the service desk did not seem to care. Then I went down to the front desk and asked for their manager who went up to the room and was able to get the fridge open. Service was terrible, wouldn’t recommend if you like to be treated like a welcomed and valued guest. Hotel was clean and nice looking.
- 3.5/5
Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, mostly friendly and helpful staff. Charged an extra $60 (plus tax) a day after checkout for 'destination/resort fee' despite having already paid this when booking through booking.com as broken down in confirmation email. Disappointing response from hotel to charge this a day after checkout with no notification, no additional updated folio sent - staff on phone unhelpful, asserting that booking.com would never cover this fee. If this was the case, why was this not identified at checkout when I could have shown details of my booking break down to demonstrate I had already paid the resort fee (which is a Junk Fee per federal law). Charging a day after checkout with no notification is a shady practice and I would expect better from Westin/Marriott. Booking.com have apparently contacted the hotel to ask for refund of this fee. Still waiting.
- 5/5
I didn’t like that they didn’t have a fridge in the room. They said it was a “fire hazard” but other than that I really enjoyed my stay and the staff. Drinks are pricey (even coffee) but if you don’t mind that you’ll have a good time. Close to broadway but far enough you can sleep at night. I walked or scooter’d in the area.
- 5/5
Great location, close to Bridgestone Arena. Large comfy and clean rooms. Rooftop lounge was significantly understaffed

- 5/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. View wasn't the greatest from 5th floor. They didn't refill the body wash in the bathroom, but other than that, we loved the room. Hotel was beautiful and loved the roof top with pool and bar! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location- just far enough away from the chaos of downtown but close enough to walk there and enjoy it every day. Would def recommend. Can't wait to go back!
- 4/5
Room is clean! Surprise there is no free WiFi
- 5/5
Great staff!!! Friendly, clean location, great atmosphere!

Roach in hotel lobby and overcharged by hotel staff.
- 5/5
Loved the L27 , the spa and the room set up
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The room & everything about the stay was great, but the check-in & check-out processes were an absolute nightmare because of billing issues. So if you have ANY billing doubts, questions, or issues, ask assertively for the manager on duty BEFORE any card charges are initiated.
- 5/5
Room was beautiful. The staff and the restaurants on property were great. New favorite hotel downtown Nashville.
- 3/5
Despite having a dining area, there were no basic amenities like plates or utensils available, which felt like a strange and inconvenient oversight for a hotel at this level. Ongoing construction nearby started around 7 a.m. and was clearly audible in the room, making it hard to rest. To make matters worse, the front desk was largely unresponsive to requests, which added to the frustration and made the stay feel poorly managed. Overall, this property should be a five-star experience, but in its current state it feels much closer to a three-star hotel. I expected more from a Westin and from a hotel in this price range.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean. Staff was great
- 5/5
Everything was a 10/10!!!!
- 5/5
The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we asked for. They went above and beyond. Gave great recommendations.
- 5/5
Beautiful views of downtown Nashville. Walkable to the Gulch, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and The Music City Convention Center
- 5/5
Great customer service and beautiful hotel
- 5/5
The staff was fantastic
- 1/5
The staff didnt help at all. No Validation for parking i spent over $500 in parking fees to stay here. Then to top all of that off I get charged another $140 for some bogus amenity fees. That expedia doesnt cover. Never again

The stay was great. Hotel was clean and spotless.
- 2/5
My mini fridge in my room was broken, as well as the TV. Room service forgot menu items. There were no room robes and hallways had a weird smell. Dated dirty elevators
- 5/5
Front desk was very professional and accommodating.

Location !
- 5/5
The hotel was nice overall and conveniently located.
- 5/5
staff very helpful and friendly loved the rooftop bar
- 5/5
The room and customer service was amazing !
- 2/5
Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice, but I've stayed at better hotels for the price of the room. Secondly, they don't tell you about the $100 a night deposit you need to pay until you check in. Thirdly, there are so many surcharge fees — for example, dining at the hotel restaurant will cost you a $30 per night destination fee. ASK UP FRONT ABOUT ALL SURCHARGES. Make sure to check your invoice for your hotel because some else fees where on my invoice.
- 3/5
Valet parking only, which isnt sufficient. Paid parking outside of hotel was dangerous. Car parked near our vehicle had a window busted out during the night and was burglarized, in that lot. Was charged $32 for something we never received an invoice for, so we do not know what it was. Only used coffee machine so hopefully it wasnt that, for one cup of coffee. Lounge was nice upstairs.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Cleanliness and great front desk service
- 5/5
every member of the staff was exceptional—from parking to front desk to hostess at roof top bar. The hotel lobby is impressive. we received a complimentary room upgrade with nice views of the city. first rate experience.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and welcoming staff. Our stay was great!
- 5/5
Nice hotel great staff
- 5/5
Great and clean hotel with lots of amenities. Concierge and staff were nice, only had one negative interaction with a hostess on the rooftop bar who wouldn’t allow us to come in since “tables were full” although we were alright with standing and saw several others doing the same. She eventually let us in but it felt like pulling teeth…however the serving staff was great! Nice clean rooms and close to everything in Broadway!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, our room had a noisey air conditioner fan. The food menu could be better and not have same thing every day.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean. I just wish the staff had advised how the free drinks work in the bar area only.
- 5/5
delicious breakfast
- 3/5
This place would have received more stars if on the first morning after the cleaning lady cleaned our room our charger wasn’t missing. We reported it to the front desk as it was an odd thing . Very disappointed, we had our iPod charging when we left to go to the pool and when we came back all the chargers were unplugged and rolled up on the night stand except for the one. I know it’s only a charger but still, come on.

Great hotel experience
- 5/5
Entire staff was great.
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff
- 1/5
The infinity pool that is advertised is not available for use unless you are a hotel resident. It was one of my main reasons for booking this property but you won’t know that until you see the sign on the door going into the pool- false advertisement. Also the refrigerator is not available for personal use either and a sign on that as well when opening. All of the glass around the hotel was not clean- fingerprints everywhere. A BLOOD/ BLOOD STAIN on the comforter that we didn’t notice until we were about to check out. The shower in my room as not clean, there was soap down the walls and on the handle, dust around the room. Let’s not forget the casing on the elevator buttons is loose. For what I paid to stay there pissed me off. I was expecting better.
- 3/5
Huge hotel 20+ stories. Room was nice, clean & spacious. Valet parking at $60.00/night - WAY TOO pricey but comparable to other hotels in that particular area. Street noise was unpleasant, could hear people in the hall talking and going in & out of rooms. Staff was stellar - friendly and helpful. Probably would not be my first choice of hotels.
- 4/5
I left the breakfast order hangtag on my door at 9 pm. I thought I would wake up to breakfast but no one collected the hangtag. The phone in my room was dead. I tried multiple times to call front desk with my cell but was unsuccessful. There was no pricing anywhere in the room or online about the prices of snacks in the room.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel within walking distance to the busy streets.
- 5/5
Beautiful room with a view of downtown, very friendly staff. Great stay
- 5/5
Just a pleasure staying there. No surprise that i will stay there again and again
- 4/5
The area was great!

Great clean hotel. Friendly check in. Disappointed I couldn’t keep my drinks in refrigerator
- 5/5
It was easy to walk to places.
- 5/5
Very nice property and walkable to broadway
- 5/5
Decent location
- 5/5
Quick one nighter for a concert at Nissan Stadium. Hotel is walking distance to venue and easy to navigate all of Nashville. Great location. Valet parking was super easy and convenient. Front desk crew is excellent!!
- 5/5
Wonderful birthday celebration stay!
- 5/5
The staff was terrific
- 5/5
Service and lovely mezcal drink!
- 1/5
Dirty,
- 3/5
The hotel is in mid condition. The lobby bathrooms were disgusting, the room we stayed had the sun come in thru the window every morning and it felt super hot even with the black out curtains. The pool is super small and if you dont make a reservation you wont find a place to seat. The "executive suite" was just ok. Nothing special, the sofa is old and super uncomfortable. I definitely would stay here or recommend it to anyone, specially for the prize.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice with good location, but rooftop pool is very small and not set up well. No lounge chairs and can’t use the chairs outside the fence unless you have a reservation. Also, the bar downstairs isn’t open late.
- 5/5
Everything we expected and hoped for.
- 3/5
Not very impressed. The value for the dollar was not worth it. Hotel failed to inform that the rooftop pool would not be open due to 4th of July festivities. I would have not stayed here had I known. Onsite restaurant was subpar, food was cold and nothing special. Daily room cleaning was not completed until the offering on the 3rd day. Not a huge deal but again another reason the value was not worth it. Would not stay again.
- 4/5
Will definitely ask for higher floor room to watch fireworks in the comfort of the room.
- 5/5
Great stay wit
- 5/5
Amazing! Room, Staff, Food, Comfort definitely will be back
- 4/5
Hotel is very pretty, especially the lobby. Bathrooms down in lobby get pretty messy from people and could use more cleanings through the day. The staff was very helpful and room was very clean!
- 3/5
Nice hotel liked the property. Staff were not very friendly and helpful. Pool was very small and was overcrowded. Had to go across the street to JW Marriott to get some travel essentials that we forgot because they don’t have a little market store like most hotels.
- 3/5
It was a very nice property however not one person outside offered to help me with my bags when I arrived or when I left. Parking $60 and $7 wifi . The cabanas and food are also very expensive. I had trouble understanding some of the staff
- 2/5
It is a nice hotel property but the roof top pool was scheduled to be closed for a month for maintenance and no one notified us. We would have booked elsewhere had we known.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and even upgraded our room without asking. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Gulch.
- 5/5
Great stay, if in Nashville again will stay here.
- 5/5
Fancy, would stay here again.
- 5/5
No complaints about the hotel
- 5/5
Very comfortable and luxurious hotel with easy access to the Gulch and Downtown. Great coffee too.
- 3/5
The shower head in our room leaked so loudly! It probably just needed a washer but it got very annoying to listen to.
- 5/5
This place is really nice, the staff is amazing could be our new Nashville place they took care of us.
- 5/5
The Nashville Westin is great. Short walk to strip.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Very nice property with free apples.
- 4/5
Good place and walking distance from broadway.
- 5/5
Excellent location to Bridgestone Arena ‘ great hotel and staff at the Westin
- 5/5
Great location. Staff was great.Room was very nice.
- 5/5
Clean and courteous staff
- 5/5
The Westin was a gorgeous, well-appointed hotel within walking distance of all of downtown Nashville's main attractions: Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, the Gulch restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy drive to both the airport and Gaylord/Grand Ole Opry area, as well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the Westin "Heavenly Bed" is always fantastic. Staff here was top notch, friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
What i did not care for was the fact that it's an upper class hotel and there are a few things missing-airport shuttle, little store for missing items, a coffee bar (not for paid coffee or in room)
- 5/5
I went for my birthday weekend and the staff was so nice and amazing. I received a complimentary bottle of champagne and any request we had were handled immediately
- 4/5
Close to Broadway (walking distance), staff was very friendly, check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Coffee was terrible.
- 5/5
Great Hotel
- 5/5
extremely close to Bridgestone Arena. It was fun to go watch a hockey game.
- 5/5
The beds were so comfortable! The staff were really nice.
- 5/5
HOWEVER, $60 + tax per day for parking is absolutely absurd.
- 5/5
Gorgeous hotel, great lobby bar, very nice staff!!
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and everyone was so nice...the food could have been better...I will definitely stay here again...thank you
- 5/5
Expensive, but worth it. Clean, beautiful
- 5/5
Great stay! Close to all the big attractions! Beautiful Hotel!
- 5/5
Great location and the rooms were very nice. The front desk receptionist was awesome. Great experience.
- 5/5
Outstanding!! The Westin Nashville is by far one of the best places to stay!! I most definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back soon!!!!
- 5/5
The customer service was amazing all the front desk workers were friendly and helpful. Bartender was so great wonderful personality.
- 5/5
Our flight was delayed so I called and spoke with Kayla who ensured that our room would be ready when we got there first thing in the morning. When we checked in AP was fabulous and was very informative and helpful with all of our questions. The rooftop lounge was amazing and Brian gave us impeccable service. He was very friendly and personable. Shae at the lobby lounge was the absolute best! The Westin is very lucky to have her as an employee. I would go back just to visit her! Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Austin did an outstanding job for breakfast. Thank you.
- 5/5
Great stay as usual!
- 4/5
Just not what I would expect for the town.
- 5/5
The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in!
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean hotel!
- 5/5
Place is fantastic. Only complaint is that the showers are not good at all. Terrible pressure, clogged shower heads. Shower is beautiful but they need to update the shower heads. Other then that amazing resort and beautiful
- 5/5
This was our second stay at the Westin. Very neat & clean. The ONLY complaint was the length of time for the valet. The valet guys were working their tails off but it seemed to be chaotic and unorganized. It took over 40 minutes to valet our car upon arrival and about the same at check out. I understand it being a busy weekend however, they did not seemed staffed adequately enough for the volume of traffic.
- 5/5
Hotel Was quite far from broadway - 20 minute walk. However,, hotels on broadway were ridiculously expensive, like $200 more a night. So westin was worth it. Taking Ubers was easy. We were able to walk home from some restaurants. Slept great. Gym was awesome, very clean.Would stay again.
- 5/5
It was just Beautiful
- 5/5
Great location and home base
- 5/5
Wouldn't hestitate to stay at the Westin again. Everyone from top to bottom was friendly and professional. Fantastic location, and beautiful facilities.
- 4/5
Everything was great except charging the wrong card and L27 service was terrible
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing hotel nearby all of the attractions in Nashville!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
We absolutely loved it here. It’s super nice and well taken care of.
- 3/5
Loud, rooms are dirty
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. We paid $60 to valet because we were worried about the recent car break-ins in that area. Our room faced railroad tracks, so not the greatest view. Next time we'll stay closer a few blocks closer to the strip.
- 5/5
Great hotel with a great staff.
- 5/5
Very beautiful hotel not far from all attractions. However, I would recommend getting the valet parking when booking property. If you wait it is $60 at property. We were told self parking is not on site and many cars have been broken into.
- 5/5
The Westin in Nashville is a wonderful property with a staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. We had the opportunity to get checked in by Jamaiya which was very helpful and nice. She printed out a list of all the best restaurants, places to go and give us a bottle of wine delivered to our room. Also, they gave us multiple free drinks. Property itself was quiet, clean and very comforting. We will be coming back..Thank you!
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Great staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and very kind. Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to Broadway.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff! Very clean!
- 5/5
I struggle significantly with remembering names. Nonetheless, the individual who assisted me during my check-in was exceptionally kind and polite. He allowed me to check in early and gave me a room with the most stunning view. The service was excellent. The hotel's comfort and atmosphere were remarkable, particularly the bed's comfort.
- 5/5
Maykel! He was so welcoming! Makes the best drinks! Both flavored coffee and alcoholic drinks!
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
We had an amazing time. The hotel was just perfect for us and not far from all the fun on Broadway.
- 5/5
Our Nashville weekend was fantastic with the Westin as homebase. If you're in town for a Bridgestone show, this is the place!
- 5/5
very well done.... however, there is a dispute with being charged for a valet one night that was not accurate. I have a complaint number that is being investigated.
- 3/5
They moved us to another room, and it was the same with the bacterial smell- a pungent foot smell. Upon checking my mother's room, she also had the terrible smell in her bathroom. Having been in the cleaning business myself, I recognized the stench as a bacteria from unclean water/dirty rags/mops that have likely been used room to room spreading it without refreshing, & without enough sanitizer in the water itself. I spoke my concerns to the desk manager & they said they would clean our room while we were out for the day. Upon returning, the instant we got off the elevator, we could smell a fragrant deodorizer that lead all the way down the hall to our door & into our room. The bacteria smell was still there. They just tried to cover it up. I ended up taking a ton of their shower gel & a wash cloth with hot water & I scrubbed the shower myself. In addition to this rather big issue, we also found a random pill laying on the floor beside the couch when we arrived. My boyfriend is a doctor & looked up what it was- an over the counter pain reliever- but had it not been, and had a youth gotten ahold of it, a very different conversation would've been had. Beautiful design, but Not clean enough for the price they charge to be there. Very disappointed
- 5/5
Excellent service from the front desk to the dining area. Rooms were clean, great recommendations and great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to broadway and the gulch. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, great location, and excellent staff. Bryan at L27 is a mix master and we enjoyed his drinks and company! Will definitely visit again.
- 5/5
Very nice rooftop bar. Staff was pleasant and very quick. Pool and workout areas were nice and clean. The pool was small and shallow but adequate for a few laps. The music in the area was appreciated. Although, a hot tub would be preferred. Enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Needed better cleaning
- 5/5
Loved loved loved this hotel super comfortable beds and pillows!
