    The hotel is not ready for guests. It will be nice and eventually. The pool (which is why I booked this particular hotel) was not open. The construction on the building didn’t woke me early.

    Loved the entire experience however the hotel was in the process of a remodel which limited access to some of the amenities. Staff was amazing, hotel is beautiful. Only blocks from Nissan Stadium and Broadway (easy walk to both).

    I was told by the staff the bar and restaurant will be closing soon for renovations and they will serve a limited menu out of the cafe starting soon. Listed construction hours at 7:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Over all carpet cleanliness and dust on all mirrors and light fixtures just not what I expect in a suite. The bed was on an oversized plywood platform and just hooked cheap and unfinished. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and impractical. The TV in the bedroom hangs almost over the bed as do the light fixtures we repeatedly bumped into both. I have never stayed at an Opal property before and it will probably be awhile before I try them again.

    We had reservations. They cancelled and gave us walking papers to the Westin (which is a lot further from the event). The walking papers said the room at the Westin would be complimentary however The Nash is still charging us almost $400 through booking.com. The Westin double charged us for parking but can’t help us until the manager of the valet can look into it. Horrible experience all around.

    The Nash was awesome! The only thing that I didn’t like was the ugly scarves they make all their employees wear, especially the roof top bartenders. They are going to be sweating when things warm up down there.

    The location was right next to Printer's Alley, an easy walk 3-4 blocks to Broadway and a 15 min walk to Nissan Stadium. It was enough away from Broadway to be quiet, but close enough. There was also shopping, Walgreens, restaurants and more just across the street for a quick bite or nice dining. The rooms were fantastic, well stocked with snack and drinks if needed, as well as the items in the bathroom. The shower was a favorite. It's always nice to have great water pressure and a spacious shower with all the amenities. The feel of a luxury hotel, Opal has a standard and this hotel met that standard. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

    For a $600 room be prepared to pay $93 a night for parking and a $35, experience fee... Stayed for a concert at Nissan Stadium the convenience was nice but would not stay again due to price and lack of service.

    It would have been helpful to know that the rooftop pool was not open and that was the only reason I booked this place. Also the glass door for the bathroom is a little awkward everyone can hear everything that is going on in there. Not enough privacy when it came to that.

    the hotel is very clean, staff there to make you happy, loved the bartender by the restaurant, which he suggest we eat, and it was great. roof top wha that relaxing break you need in nashville. all was exceptional. one thing.. i dont know why bathroom mirror are so hard to do make up... cant see well with those lights too dark.. loved it will go back sws

    Booked with Expedia five months prior to my stay. When I arrived the hotel informed me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number from Expedia. They were all booked up and no more rooms available. Now I have had to file a claim to get my money back. Awful experience and terrible customer service.

    This hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms and staff were nice. Currently, there is a fair amount of the hotel is under renovations. The front outdoor patios and pool/rooftop were closed. While not a big deal and we had a fantastic stay, it should have been disclosed when booked. We'll definitely be back...when all finished

    The hotel (we know it as Bobby’s) was near to the centre it’s Nashville and had a great roof top bar, outdoor cafe area, super room and great concierge, do be ready to pay $60 dollars for your car to be parked, other than that it was a great location and place to stay.

    Made to feel very welcome and the hotel had a good vibe about it. We had a suite which was lovely and had plenty of room Reception and Bar Staff were lovely! Quite a noisy room opposite the gym. we stayed for 3 nights but the room was only cleaned and restocked on the first morning we were out from 10am- 3pm the 2nd day and the room hadn’t been touched which was disappointing.

    Hotel is great. Only complaint is they have an awesome mini bar in the room but no ice machines on the floor. Didn’t really want a hot mixed drink. They did offer to bring ice to us. Think they’d sell more alcohol in room if ice was available. Would stay here again though. Close to the ryman for a concert

The selection of products from the minibar was good and prices weren't completely ridiculous. Overall our stay was amazing.     However we weren’t told that rooms don’t get serviced everyday, so our 2nd night we had no fresh towels, beds made or water and coffee, we contacted the front desk to ask for fresh towels, who were very rude in response. We also didn’t have a flag for the door to say we wanted our room made up, which we told reception but they never gave us one, so we had to then say to reception each morning that we wanted the room made up. When the room did get made up on our 3rd and 4th night, coffee creamer, sugar and stirrers never got replaced, and bathroom was not wiped down. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating for a hotel of this value and star rating. We were really looking forward to this trip in a special hotel, it was disappointing to have such simple issues that could have been solved easily.

    Good vibes, beautifully decorated , tons of drinks, snack and alcohol in the room for a fee…staff was never around , getting your car was a task usually, valet was poorly managed. Housekeeping knocked on the door super early like 7:30 am which was frustrating, room was stuffy , toilet had bad water pressure but the shower was amazing… lots of inconsistency

    This hotel was most memorable. The furnishings, lighting, and other aspects of the hotel were very eclectic. We went at Christmas and the interior was decorated so nicely. It was warm and inviting with the wood tones and upscale decorations, every person that we dealt with at this hotel is most accommodating and extremely friendly. We definitely give them an A+ plus on service. The sisters from Virginia will definitely be back!

    Room was big but very dark, just a small window. What really disappointed us is the Valet parking waiting time… 28 minutes is not acceptable. I can’t understand why there was only one valet guy there…. He did what he could, not his fault at all but Hotel management. A dissapointing valet parking turned a good hotel opinion into a bad one.     Check in got a little goofy. The lady checking us in had to get the manager to finalize our pre charges and upgrades. It wasn’t her fault and I felt bad for her but she was super apologetic. I was disappointed to hear the spa was closed and there was no art available to view. We’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.

    I loved the room, the rooftop and the exceptional chandelier in the lobby. I love everything about the hotel, especially the location. The vibe is very cool. We were there on a Sunday night.     The hotel is very cool and the room is clean and updated. the location was perfect. My complaint is that for $25 a day, they offer you a complimentary welcome drink, coffee delivered to your room between 5-7 am, $15 off of your dining bill and faster wi-fi. They don't tell you that you have to answer the door and tell them how you want your coffee. they put cream in it right in the hallway. we didn't realize that, so we didn't answer the door. so, the first day, one black coffee was left at our door. they also don't tell you that you have to fill out a form every day to have the coffee delivered - and they didn't have a form in our room, so the second day, we didn't get any coffee. When I inquired the first day about a black coffee left at the door, they did give me a free coffee. We didn't eat in the restaurant (which was closed for repairs of some sort) and weren't around for our complimentary drink! Wasn't really worth $25 a day - so buyer beware! Otherwise, nice hotel!!

    This was my second stay here, and I loved it just as much as the first! The bed is incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool during the day. The location is perfect, and everything I wanted to do was within walking distance.

    The only disappointment was the restaurant was Nader renovation and we were not notified when we booked. We love the Bobby Hotel and everyone’s there. Such wonderful staff. Rooftop was great, but we missed the restaurant and its bar. We’ve stayed several times and we were looking forward to the restaurant and Bar.

    You saw the pictures. As nice as it looked, we wouldn't want to stay here again. The designer never really stayed in a hotel room. Room was beautiful but impractical. Shower: Hot water not hot enough, cold water not cold enough. No grab bar to hold when you wash your feet. The soap shelf is too small. No place to put the wash rags in between uses. Lois doesn't like a rain shower. Not enough light in the bathroom. We had to you a flashlight to plug in the hair dryer. The Bedroom: Lois is very aggravated right now. She can't see enough to pack. The first night, it took forever to find the headboard light switch. The nightstand receptions was too loose to hold the plug. Luckily we knew enough to bring a cord with multi outlets for the one outlet we could get too. Not enough counter space to spread our stuff out. Thank you.

    That said, there were a few challenges during our stay. I requested housekeeping service multiple times before it was finally provided a few days into the visit. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room did not seem to be working properly for several nights, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Although a technician reportedly checked the system while we were out and it improved somewhat afterward, the cooling never felt entirely effective. In summary, while the hotel offers a great property and ambiance, consistency in service and room comfort could be improved.

    Enjoyed the convenience of the lobby café. Joesph and the café manager ar gems. Crow the security is also a knowledgeable asset to the hotel. The garage bar bartender was also fantastic. Pool was smaller than expected. Gym could use some mirrors and equipment. Ice machine for the hotel and ice buckets in the rooms would be nice. Having the refrigerator was great but it was full of items to sell for the room.

    Other positives: -The minibar is one of the best-stocked I’ve ever seen, with reasonable prices. -The room is cute, and while I saw concerns in reviews about the commode privacy, there’s actually a curtain you can pull — totally fine. -No ice machine or in-room coffee maker, but they deliver ice on request, and even free coffee to your room between 5–7 AM (and it’s excellent coffee). -The rooftop bar is adorable, and the pool — while small — wasn’t crowded and felt just right. A couple downsides: -I booked partly because of the “Dog in Residence,” but unfortunately, there was no dog during my stay. Happy to know he was adopted, but I was a little disappointed not to meet him. -Tried to order room service a couple times, but no one answered the phone. -There’s a resort fee (around $30) that I wasn’t aware of when booking on Expedia. However, they gave us $15/day credit for restaurants/spa plus free Wi-Fi, so to me, it ended up being worth it.

    The room was nice but not the room we paid for. They blamed it on hotels.com and said they booked us the wrong room when I should they didn’t not book the wrong room the manager blamed there website and said they were in the process of fixing it. Not a great honeymoon.

    Hotel was great for my daughter and myself for our girl's trip. Great location!! Roof top bar and pool area was a cool option for an afternoon. Beds were very comfortable, and room was spacious. LOTS of snacks and alcohol for purchase in the room. Fridge was full of the hotels items which I would rather have had an emptier fridge for my own items. More hooks for towels and makeup bags in the bathroom would have been great as well. There was only one. Not really a deal breaker. The Bobby Hotel hit all the important marks and we would definitely stay here again.

    I ended up getting a suite and it was really fun. There was enough room for all my friends to hangout. The minibar was convenient and nice. Great big shower and bed. Nice bath tub even though I don’t take baths. Overall very fun and the vibe is great.

    Beautiful accommodations, beautiful hotel filled with art and beautiful rooms. Well stocked minibar in rooms and soaps/etc were excellent. But service was less than expected for a 4-star hotel. Despite several onsite bars and restaurants, usually none were open. Resort fee includes a daily coffee service, but it was only delivered one of the days we stayed and only available between 5-7am. Otherwise charged for coffee. Resort fee also includes roof top pool access, but there were people not staying at the hotel also at the pool. Cleaning service either came too early or too late, but did at least come daily. Location is excellent - just far enough away for a quiet/peaceful night but close enough for an easy walk to the Broadway music and entertainment. With so many other hotel options in the area, likely would not stay here again.

    Dated room, lighting is terrible, bed wasnt great and linens were sub par and tv was reminiscent of 2009. Cool spot, great location, but not for getting relaxation / great sleep if needed. Half glass showers so you can make sure to get the floor soaked are always enjoyable.

    The property itself was nice. The room was a decent size. We got a king sized bed. The view was nothing spectacular. No in room safe or coffee pot, room service was closed or out of most items. House keeping took towels but didn’t replenish them or replenish toilet paper. We asked for extra pillows but they were never brought to the room. The roof top pool is a nice feature but it’s only 3.5’ deep. So, it’s only good for cooling off not for swimming. We got a savings on the hotel through Expedia, but would have been even more disappointed if we had paid full price.

    From the moment we walked in we knew we were in the right place. The lobby was beautiful, the reception we received (Katie I believe her name was) was friendly helpful and genuine. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. The property location was perfect close enough to the action bu not too close.     some of the costs are a little out there. $60 per night to park is crazy, it should be included and then being pronpted to tip on top of that. We only utilized thr valet twice when we showed up and then left.The food was not great at the rooftop bar, or in the lobby cafe. Terrible quality and very pricey for what you get. Everything is priced so that you are spending a minimun $40 everytime for two people. $25 experience fee every night? What was the experience? I paid $1500 for 2 nights and paid $120 to park and countless drinks and terrible food couple hundred bucks and then im paying an "experience" fee

    Bobby's garage is only open on the weekends and is literally in the basement garage with a hard to find entrance. Printers Alley is interesting but very small. Bankers Alley is smaller with just a couple of expensive restaurants and a photo opp bench.
