This was a very well maintained property, very convenient to access off and on the interstate. Breakfast was enough to get you started

Seemed very ran down , was tucked behind a Waffle House and another restaurant. Had some permanent residents . Parking lot was trashed . Only seen one staff the 2 nights we stayed.

It was great for what we needed- a clean, quiet place to stay just to sleep and then get on the road.

Room reeked of bleach upon entry. Decor is very outdated and furnishings tired and worn. Floor appeared clean, but the filth on the sheets from my feet walking across told a different story. Maintenance is amateur at best. However, no insects were present.

The room was clean but the tub area desperately needs to be replaced as it is old and worn and difficult to clean. The rest of the room and facility were spotless. It is a bare bones room but has all you need (no alarm clock) and is affordably priced. We felt safe in the area. The free breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, juice, coffee, a waffle maker, toast and a basket of apples which is sufficient but not what you typically find at a budget hotel although there is a Waffle House across the parking lot. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and appreciate the quality for the price paid.

Convenient location to the expressway and food/gas within a minute walk, we aren’t fancy folks and this property had exactly what we were looking for (microwave, refrigerator, working ac/heat, etc.), staff was phenomenal - we were already arriving past midnight, but then got a flat tire to delay us further… I’ve never been to a more flexible property regarding late check ins and their communication was top tier always responding back almost immediately, would be happy to stay again if I find myself back in the area

Janak and the team were excellent dealing with a difficult disruptive guest group. This property is an excellent value and where there are easily overlooked rough edges here and there (dirty curtain). The core room stay experience is solid. The team is responsive to every thoughtful request. And they work hard to hold the line on value and quality experience. Not an easy task. Recommend highly.

I went to sleep at 930pm because I had to wake up at 6am. Around 1130p I was woken up by intense itching from bed bug bites (on my back, arms, shoulder, and my face. They were aware of the problem, just not in that room I was told. I got a refund and switched hotels.

Stains on the window curtains, and on the shower curtains, the toilet seat was dirty never cleaned. There were stains on the pillowcases, stains on the walls, refrigerator and microwave had handprints and food all over them. There was a hole in the ceiling stuff with tissue. I would not recommend this hotel.

OK, so this was a old motel that has been kind of remodeled and tried to modernize a bit and as long as you take that into account, I mean this is not a five star hotel it was a two star and I would say that even with going into that, I was actually impressed. Our room was clean. The AC worked. The beds were clean and nicely made the room was painted. The shower was not bad at all And the breakfast was mediocre at best but I’m not paying 50 bucks at Hilton for it so I wasn’t expecting very much they had waffles couple cereal, frosted flakes and raisin bran I think and some toast and fruit, coffee and juice just enough to get you by. Overall, I would rate it a five my experience. It wasn’t bad and my car was not broken into or anything. It did its job for the price. I’m not gonna complain, especially in Nashville.

Location was perfect. Short distance to downtown area. Several places to choose from to go eat. Staff was friendly and courteous. The entrance/exit to get on the road is a little janky due to the road angled but all in all it was a good hotel to stay at.

The room interior was clean and in good condition. The location was just ok but might be off putting for some. The reason for two star demotion was for the poor breakfast offerings. I ended up skipping it completely and opted to walk to the Waffle House where I spent $20. I would rather have spent the money in the room rent and had a passable breakfast. I won’t repeat business here again

Not much. Listing says coffee maker in room. We called front desk and he said only some rooms have them. He would not get us one, there were only 7 cars in the entire hotel. He could have gotten one from any other room. Mold in shower !!!

The first room was dirty the bed looked like the covers wasn’t clean and had black hair all over them and had holed in the walls. The second room had dog hair all over the room bed and bathroom.

I am a long haul truck driver and i have a layover in nashville every 10 to 14 days for 2 ir 3 days. I have been staying here fir more than a year. Winderful people. They even acceot my amazon packafes when i am on the road. Knowing that the packages will bebthere when i get to town is a wonderful thing. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Stopped here on a cross county trip with 2 dogs in tow. Rooms were clean & fine for an over night stay. The fridge & microwave were a bonus. It is RIGHT off the highway, which is super convenient but makes things a little noisier. We were on the back side of the building & slept fine but there was some highway noise. Staff was very friendly. Good stop overall

The hotel front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The entrance to the hotel was awkward from the street as shared another exit from a street. I did have bed bugs bites which didn’t show up until check out on the second day

Friendly staff. Not a prime location, but we felt safe, and there are good restaurants, convenience stores, etc, very close. It wasn’t too far from downtown Nashville, as we attended a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater, and we found the distance and drive were not bad at all. We didn’t make it up for breakfast, but they do offer breakfast. The only concern I have is that the tile in the restroom is very slick with a polished finish, and there is no texture for traction. When my wife took a shower, water splashed out on the floor, and I slipped and almost fell backwards when I stepped in to hand her some shampoo because of the wet floor. Still, we liked the property, overall.

The room was not completely cleaned. The Website (not their fault) did not ask about smoking/ nonsmoking and the reservation was smoking, I was concerned about convincing the clerk that we were not smokers. He did give us a nonsmoking room and alerted staff about the cleanliness of room and we hope the next guest benefit from this complaint.

The hotel was OK but it was difficult to find the entrance road because of the intersection it was near, especially at night.

The first night I stayed was ok. The second night wasn’t so great, that next morning woke up with bites on my arm and back, and found bed bugs. Wasn’t happy at all. Showed video I took to the man at the office and all he said was ok. So I’ll not be staying there anymore.

Entrance to Hotel is confusing but check in easy. Asked if we preferred 1st or 2nd floor. We opted for 1st, as we didnt want to carry everything up the steps. However, the noise coming from the room above was awful. Could hear every step. So if you are a light sleeper, get 2nd floor. Room was clean and had been updated. Bed was comfortable and our room had a fridge and small microwave. Overall for the price it was a good stay for one night.

I was skeptical at first. I was worried when I saw they had outside entrances to the rooms. However, they did have metal stoppers at the top corner to keep anyone from busting in & bolt locks on the doors. We had no problems and the bed was comfy, the room was clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating and made sure my friends and I had 3 rooms beside each other.

I have family in Nashville and this is where we stay when we come to town. I am impressed with the cleanliness. The windows are even glossy. The breakfast and coffee are good and the beds are comfort and clean. I wish they had a pool.

I was not satisfied with how clean our room was. The carpet was old and dirty. The bathroom had algae and mold around the tub, and there was what even appeared to be mold on the wall near the tub. They need to do some renovations to repair the conditions of the bathroom and floors. The breakfast had very few things available as well, only bread, waffles, and a couple cereals. At the bare minimum they should add a mini fridge with yogurt.

The A/C blew very cold and the water in the shower got hot QUICK! The water pressure was perfect and the interior of the bathroom was a modern white marble type with a tub. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, desk, and small table to sit at. The bed was very comfortable, a bit on the firmer side. Could definitely use some updating, but perfectly fine for a quick stay.

Check in was easy and quick. My request for a top floor, quiet room was honored. For a one night stay while passing through Nashville, this hotel was fine. The buffet was very clean but limited. There's a Waffle House in front of the hotel, so breakfast can be easily purchased there.

I am a Wyndham rewards member. And they are robbed my belongings in Dickson and I missed my attorney brothers wedding, also left their car keys in my car illegally. Patell LLC from Dickson to where the next honest Patel (no relationship) I also had my phone stolen, a silver fox mink etc. I set up 📸 linked via WiFi. I will be pressing criminal and civil suits/charges.

Some how they give another key to another person and this dude open my door and through that my room 106 was his. He left and front deck called and said it was a mistake. Other that no problem

Great spot to stay for a couple of nights for a weekend in Nashville. Nice folks at the front desk, and no complaints about the room. If you want a more robust breakfast, the Waffle House right out front is a really good option.
