A good restaurant is next door. Easy to walk from Lobby. Also bus to Opry was great and only $10 por person. Fresh yogurt machine and fixings were very good for breakfast.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is welcoming, clean, and minimalistic, with a modern feel. Our room was perfectly clean. And the hotel was so quiet, I wondered if anyone else was staying there. Each staff member we met was so nice and friendly. Our floor lamp was broken at the base, so I called to let the front desk know. In a matter of minutes the staff was there replacing the lamp. The location is fabulous too. I’m not “cheap”, but I’m not paying Gaylord Opryland prices, but the rates and location is perfect and the distance to restaurants and the Opry area is great. I can’t comment about breakfast because we didn’t eat there. The beds were comfortable also! The only recommendation I would make is thicker pillows. I know not everyone loves them, but I appreciate a good thick pillow! I would definitely stay again!

The property was super clean, inviting, and a great value for the price. The location was perfect as well. I will certainly utilize it again in the future! I truthfully didn't have any negative experience. We stayed in a different hotel at the same price point just a few nights prior, and it was a terrible experience. The thought crossed my mind that maybe hotels within that price range were all just janky and unclean because typically, you get what you pay for, but Spark proved me wrong! It was a win, and we will be back!

First time staying at a Spark. We were impressed and will stay again. Breakfast is continental and was much better than some others that are hot breakfast. Yogurt machine was awesome! Room key stopped working but Tracey came immediately and fixed it. Said they had an update and were having lots of problems. Great service. Small glitch but no complaints.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was only bagels and cereal. There was no coffee or microwave in the room...only in the lobby for everyone. No conditioner in shower.

This was a great affordable place to stay, right near Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills, and the Grand Ole Opry. The staff was welcoming and everything was clean. The breakfast had all the basics and was kept fresh. Someone was constantly coming around cleaning it as people got food. Our room was clean and functional, with a refrigerator. I really liked when we came in late they had a kiosk on the front where we were able to get drinks and snacks and do a self checkout. It had quite a variety of options. Highly recommend!

Staff was incredibly friendly and the location was convenient to everything in the Opryland area. This is an old hotel that has been refurbished so keep that in mind when considering a stay here. The sheets must have been from the “original” hotel prior to being refurbished because they were covered in pills (cheap fabric bumps). So gross! And the odor in the room was very mildewed.

No hot in bathroom sink, stayed 5 nights and got maid service once. The tv cable service has 4 channels to watch. Continual breakfast consists of cold cereal and over ripe fruit.. if you like the motel 6 experience this is for you. I don't understand why Hilton would want their name connected to this property. Can recommend this property to anyone.

The rooms do not have a coffee maker, but they offer 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The free breakfast is continental, with a dispenser for a locally made vanilla yogurt.

The air conditioning was effective and loud in a good way that made it easy to sleep. There was not a coffee maker in the room but the coffee in the lobby was good. We recommend trying the yogurt from the dispenser at breakfast and adding frozen blueberries and sliced almonds from the toppings section. Next to the bagels you will find paper plates. The coffee is very hot. Think lava. If you must carry coffee and food back to your room for yourself and a companion, select a paper plate and place your coffees and food selections on the plate like a tray. The shower doors in the bathroom both slide back and forth. I like this. I do not like the bathrooms where there's no shower door, only half of a fixed glass wall. 11/10 would stay here again.

This hotel was so basic it looked like it was a remodeled prison. The rooms are small, bathroom was tiny. The walls have cheap looking texture on them. Ceilings are short. It looks nothing like a Hilton property. The breakfast was the slimmest pickings I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price we paid seems high for that property ($140). I don’t think we would stay there again.

We had a cheer comp at the Gaylord and it was a 5 minute ride. You can walk. It takes about 25 minutes. It sounds like an odd complaint, the faucet in the bathroom is too far back from the sink and it is almost impossible to wash your hands, face, brush your teeth etc….

Definitely not a full continental breakfast. Wouldn't let this keep me from the hotel, given the great price, but something to be aware of.

Well when we walked in rhe toilet paper holder was sitting on toilet i immediatly went to front desk to inform them i did not do this cause there was a 74 damge fee she asked if i wanted to be moved well we decided to stay cause we had alredy un packed most befor we got into bathroom so i declined they di next morning come in to repar but used a little too much bleach which sort of go r a little buzz off of cause no blower to suck smell out yes a vent but no fan in bathroom giy was very nice and friendly he was kinda like myself why didnt the house keeping tell him before the rented room but oh well alls well that ends well other than that as long as i get my deposit back it will all b be good

There was a lot of long black hair in the bathmat and on the shower wall. No sower gel in the dispenser. Bed had fresh sheets, but needed the blanket changed--musty smell.

The only noticeable thing was the sink faucet seemed set back to far making it a challenge to wash the face. The location is excellent. Opryland is within walking distance or you can drive to the mall, park near the movie theatre and walk across the Opryland parking lot to access.

Spark Nashville is in a great location to get around the city but be far enough away you dont have to deal with the city. The place is newly remodeled and clean. It is a value hotel so it is what it is but its a great value in a city where hotel prices are getting out of hand.

The hotel itself was great. Clean and close to opryland. The only con was that there were 7 cars broken into (windows busted). 6 the first night and 1 the second. I guess its common along that strip of hotels.its very unfortunate because its not the hotels fault but i think the staff needs to be more aware of this. Better security maybe.

This property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It smelt and felt and looked clean. There were a few cosmetic things around that could be fixed but I’ll take a paint chip here or there for clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the only area that could be improved and that was simply because of have liked a few more options but the breakfast they did have was amazing. The area was quiet but in the middle of everything. Will definitely be recommending and hopefully coming back!!!

The breakfast could be improved with more variety, maybe more fruit than just whole apples and bananas. Our room was nice, shower leaked a little, otherwise no other issues.

Spark was close to our venue, parking was free, it was a walkable distance to restaurants. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast area was very organized and clean. It was a reasonable priced. We would stay here again.

Great property and priced nicely. Super convenient to the Gaylord Opryland. The snag that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the brand itself. Booked multiple rooms and initially had no issues until a colleague tried to check in and Hilton(not the actual property ) had overbooked rooms. Thank God for a friendly staff that made sure we got all of our rooms(prepaid way ahead of time). Hilton, you made Marriott Bonvoy an easy choice. Saying that, I would recommend this property. Just make sure Hilton didn’t sell your room to you and 10 others…smh

Performance and wanted a brand we can trust as close as we could find, at a reasonable price. Just two miles away. Spark did it all! The bonus was …. they had shuttle service… except on Monday and Tuesday!!! Our show was on Monday. So we did a Lyft instead. I was not familiar with Spark by Hilton. It is no frills with typical excellent Hilton service. Would stay again.

Everything was very clean and staff were very helpful. The only thing I have to complain about was there was no microwave in my room. I didn’t realize it when I booked and it was my fault but it just caught me off guard when I had to go all the way downstairs to heat my dinner leftovers up.

The king bed because two queens. No biggie except there was no comfortable seating in the room. We were there four nights and got tired of sitting on the small desk chair or the bed. Great location to take in the Opry.

Virtual check-in and check-out made the process efficient and seamless. The property was nicely renovated and clean. The location was great, close enough to activities and transportation but far enough from the noise to be restful at night. It had all the amenities you would expect (ie. Breakfast area, gym, front desk staff etc.) The price was great for my stay and I would definitely come back in the future.

We loved the easy, walkable, access to the Sante Fe Cattle restaurant. It was delicious, great service and nice portions. I did enjoy being near the Opry, we drove to the mall, and walked around there. Very nice, out of the downtown area, place to stay for the night.

The toilets were stopped up they tried to unstop then during the night it came up thru shower and sink and was a horrible smell . Moved to a different room and the smell was still in that room . Overall it was very flustering to say the least.

The EV charger has never worked although they advertize having charging the front desk said the city has never hooked it up. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the sink faucet was misplaced so water got all over the sink and you couldn’t fit your hands under it. The pillows smelled bad.

I would have gave 5 stars but they didn't give us the mobility accessible room we booked. My husband, who is in a wheelchair, had a very difficult time in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.

Close to highway easy for travel

We were assigned a room with a known issues with the door lock. As a single mom with a daughter, I was frustrated that they would do this. Our neighbors told us the lock didn't work because their mom was in the room prior to us and they requested that she be moved. We tested the door and sure enough you could just simply push it open. I went to the front and asked to be moved. Then was moved to a room where the air was not working. It was in the 90's and we were already sweaty from lugging our luggage all over the hotel. The hallways were hot (not air moving). We had 3 hours before we were supposed to attend an event. I went to the desk and said I did not want to stay there as I was unsatisfied with the accommodations. They refused a refund since I booked through Travelocity. I took it to Travelocity and they also declined to refund the money. I will never use either of them again.

The only door we could come and go through was the front door, but our room was towards the back. I was traveling with work equipment and couldn't leave it in the car so I had to haul a ton of stuff from the back of the parking lot to the front door to the back of the hotel. If I had realized I would have booked somewhere else to make this whole process easier because I did have to make several trips. Hotel was still under a small amount of construction.

The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. The sink leaked water from the base of the faucet all over our things. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. Neighborhood was noisy and people set off fireworks at 1am. Complimentary breakfast was cereal and bagels. There was only one entrance to the hotel and our room was at the far end. We had to carry our luggage a very long way from our car. I would not recommend this hotel. I expected much better for being fairly new.

Clean room reasonably priced and wonderful staff. Will definitely stay there again

This hotel is just across the road (5 minutes) from Gaylord Opryland. There is Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Bob Evans close by. It was clean and modern looking. Plenty of fresh towels. Free breakfast had cereal, hard cooked eggs, oatmeal, tea and coffee. Staff was very pleasant.

The room wasn't clean.. We had very few wash clothes. No microwave.. The bed was hard

Nice basic clean lobby and dining area.

the rooms are nice. the area around is all steakhouse. not much to walk around. there is a nice lobby seating area with one dirty microwave
