    Very mediocre property. Upon arrival to the property I was told that they were oversold and did not have my rooms available. It took a manager to get me into my rooms (that were pre-paid for). Was here for a conference but wouldn't stay here again.

    First, the staff were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. In my opinion, they were some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. Anything we needed, they handled quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. My wife, our three daughters (ages 2, 10, and 16), and I were on a family road trip. After spending 15 hours in the car, we arrived in Nashville late at night and checked in around 10 p.m. At that point, we were exhausted and just needed a place to shower and sleep. I seriously considered going back downstairs to complain, but I didn’t want to drag my family out of the room after such a long day. I did take a few pictures of what appeared to be black mold, stains on the sheets, and dirt on the headboard. The cleanliness of the room made us so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on top of the blankets. I have never stayed in a hotel room that made me feel that uneasy. I want to be clear that this review is not meant to be hateful. The staff were wonderful, and that deserves recognition. However, a dirty room is unacceptable and can easily make guests think twice about booking with this hotel again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the cleanliness issues so future guests have a better experience.

    The hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We liked all the facilities and the pool area, breakfast was fresh, tasty and had a great choice. The hotel was in a good location for the airport which had a free shuttle, it would be an added bonus if the hotel also added a free shuttle into Nashville. Paying for parking.

    Courteous staff, excellent breakfast, very clean interior, excellent dinning area, and the food was good. Free coffee in the early morning, comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms and floors. I enjoy my stay. However, the lighting in the room was not a illuminated as I would have liked it to be. Outside of the property where the shuttles pickup and drop off was not as clean as I would have expected. The ground of the roundabout looked sticky and what seemed like oil stains.

    My wife and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at Sonesta. The staff were friendly and supportive. The day we arrived there were many young adults at the complex wearing blue shirts and speaking a different language so they caused a bit of mayhem there because there were so many of them. Otherwise, we were able to check in and check out without any problems. The bathroom water pressure was good and the shower had a handheld one as well. Not many hotels have that. If we stop by Nashville again we will reserve this hotel again.

    Staff was AMAZING from check-in to check-out! The breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS and omelets/waffles made to order with a smile and humorous banter. I accidentally left $5000 worth of jewelry behind when rushing out for an early morning flight, and housekeeping turned it in and we got it ALL BACK!! The grounds could have used some attention as the outside trash cans were literally overflowing, and the interior/rooms could have used some maintenance TLC, but it was still an amazing stay. We would DEFINITELY book there again!

    It was conveniently located and the property was very clean. I was concerned that the vinyl floors would be a problem with noise, but it wasn’t and actually helps the room feel that much more clean. When I made the reservation I specifically asked not to be put in a room that was next to anyone who had children and lo and behold that’s exactly who I was put in a room next to. The family next-door was extremely loud and disruptive the whole four days I was there and I’m not even sure if the front desk staff even confronted the family about their noise. I also felt like the bed was quite uncomfortable too hard, and the pillows were too flat.

    The bar/restaurant was a huge disappointment this trip. Extremely slow service, and it wasn't even busy. There was a huge language barrier causing the food and drink orders to be wrong the first time. Then the 2nd time we asked for a full description of items on the menu but didn't get it as described or written. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which was described as grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese, marinara and basil pesto. I received the sandwich with no marinara and cheddar cheese. My husband ordered the wings, which were good, but, the carrots and celery weren't cut very well so he couldn't eat them. Then the waiter spilled the bloody Mary on me and the floor and never cleaned it up or offered me napkins to wipe my legs and pants out floor. Not sure if we will return again as it's really gone down hill since our last time. So sad because we really loved this place prior to this visit.

    Staff was nice & very friendly. Only had one issue their, didn't have my Double Queen size bed room i booked. Front desk upgraded me to a Suite on the 1st Floor. King size bed was to low to the ground and you can tell it was an older mattress. Very uncomfortable. Would of been nice to get the room I actually booked. The restaurant on 1st floor had a good Breakfast Buffet with a great cook to order omelet station. Overall, not bad but personally probably want book here again.

    Was nice that they gave you a 10.43 discount for charging to your room as well. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I was able to wash my laundry as well for $2.00 a load before heading back home that was a plus in its self. If we ever came back to Nashville I would definitely stay here again.

    Room service was horrible. You call and it rings forever and when they do answer they put you on hold at least twice. The second day they just put on hold several times then let it ring until it disconnected. I had go downstairs and order take out. Overall the food was not very good.

    Location and environment, hotel is very accommodating MONEY, CHARGES!!!!! Sonesta charged my credit card $86.52 for room, claim it was reversed ( no charges reversed at time of report ), $136.52 as well! Why hasn’t Booking.com indicated that the room was prepaid??? Documents from my financial institution are available for verification. Is there a communication problem or do I need to use a different travel agency, I cannot afford your services!

    First and last time at this brand of hotel. Felt like Motel 6 tried to make a luxury line. No microwave in room. Upon arrival we noticed the $6 water bottles were half empty. There were additional open water bottles in the fridge both used and unused further proving this room was not cleaned. The shower water was warm at best and didn’t matter what time of day. Sheets were dirty. Bed was hard as a rock. Charge $20 per day to park your car in their parking lot. Upon check out I noted an additional $600 hold on my credit card. They added $50 per day at check in for incidentals but continued to place additional holds on my cards every day for our 3 night stay!

    The staff have all been amazing. We have found the various hotel rooms there that we have stayed in to be very clean. The hotel staff have all been friendly and gracious. The Taphouse is great, our favorite bartender is Nathan. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and is very kind. The food/restaurant is great perk as well. The breakfast buffet is really good too.

    Extremely excellent hotel, in a very good location for my needs, but the best thing about the hotel, there is a restaurante Taps Bar open until 1.00 am, pretty much unheard of in almost any hotel in the US, especially when we work until after 11.00pm and we could be sure of having a very late dinner, when in most hotels the restaurantes close at 10.00pm.... I will ALWAYS at this hotel, every time I go to Nashville.... Thankyou Sonesta !!! A great service... Nothing !!!

    Nice please hotel ! But the fact it’s not a microwave in the rooms really inconvenience me and my family. I traveled with little ones and to keep having to get on the elevator from the ninth floor just to warm up. Leftovers is a trap to keep spending money inside the hotel. They have a few restaurants inside with one microwave for the residence to use that’s inside of a Starbucks there were times where I have to wait to use the microwave. It was already stressful enough coming from the ninth floor. I stressed that again however, the indoor pool was remarkable. It was nice very clean. They charge you although you are a guest at the hotel you have to pay $20 to park. I found that insane so I spent over $100 just to park somewhere where I could already stay to pay is insane. This is a first and last time stay for me and my crew

    Clean, friendly staff, good location, comfortable beds The only disappointment was that the hot tub was filled in and the pictures advertised a hot tub still. One of the main reasons we picked the hotel was due to a hot tub, so we were bummed as parents with kids that like to swim. The pool was very cold even though indoor. The kids there didn’t enjoy it because it was too cold.

    Everything was great. I always hate that I have to pay to park but it’s not a secret that you have to pay. Our sink was clogged and I had to ask twice to get it fixed. After the second time maintenance came to fix it and we ended up having to move rooms which was a bit annoying.

    We have stayed at this location many times and it is very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant and tap room are really good. I wish the parking was included as they have a very spacious self parking area. During this particular day, our room was not serviced every day and we did have to ask for towels and water, but typically the cleaning staff is very attentive. It has become our go to hotel for Nashville, which we can visit very frequently.

    The staff was great. The room was roomy, modern and clean. The bed was comfy and the sheets smelled wonderful ( they smelled sented not like bleach like at other hotels) The shower water pressure and temperature was perfect.     The room was very different than the discriotion. The toiolet was acting up and making weird noises, the lamp had whatn ooked like Ketchup and Blood on it.     The room was spotless. The bar was so relaxing. The food within the bar was so delicious. And this is very quiet hotel. The area of the pool was located right off the lobby, but it wasn’t disturbing anyone and it was so nice! Definitely will return. I hate that you have to pay to park (as a guest), to me that should be included, but I also understand that basically everywhere in Nashville charges for parking. It’s just a shame. The other thing I personally didn’t like, was the down pillows. My neck and shoulders were killing me after 2 nights of using them. I will definitely bring my own pillow next visit. Otherwise, perfect place to stay. The corner room was an LOVELY room!

    Was placed in the dungeon, literally had to go down a floor to get to my room. Room was old, walls were dirty and there was rust on the ceiling in the bathroom. The people at the front desk were easy to work with, and the checkout was seamless. It was only a 12 minute drive to Broadway and spend a little time downtown. Going out that night, I noticed the lot is not lit up very well the farther away your spot is, so it can be a little sketchy. Another thing I noticed is that if you like to go out at night, be prepared to have to park towards the back lot and walk when you come in for the night. Seems that most people don't leave lol Let's get into all the fees, there is a $20 daily parking fee which is ridiculous. it will be taken out of your $50/day incidental refundable deposit. A daily destination fee which I believe was $21/day as well as a $20/per fee for breakfast. If you book online, pay the extra $5 for breakfast, especially if you don't plan to eat out for it or have a family. I'd stay here again.

    Check in was quick, easy, and she was so nice! The rooms need some maintenance done to them but not enough of an inconvenience that we wanted another room or asked for anything to be repaired. I suggest routine inspections of the rooms to make sure that toilets aren't running, exhaust fans are working Etc. Other than that the room was very acceptable

    The check-in process was a bit unclear, as the front desk clerk was very quiet and didn’t provide much explanation. Even after asking several times, we’re still unsure whether we’ll be charged for parking. Additionally, we found a sock under the lounge chair that wasn’t ours, which raised some cleanliness concerns. On a positive note, the bathroom shower was excellent—probably one of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel.

    DO NOT STAY HERE! First the hotel is “appears clean on surface” room were okay, but dusty & in need of a deep clean, but the real reason to not stay… they use a 3rd party company to “enforce parking” I registered per instructed with QR code at check in… few weeks later, I receive a notice in the mail saying I owe $75 for “unauthorized parking” and they will add “late fees” and pursue legal action within 15 days. All my traveling I’ve never encountered something like this - nor was it in any review I read. Just stay clear. I’m now fighting weeks later over “parking”

    The staff was friendly, but when we asked for fixes for our coffee machine and TV remote, there was no follow through. Having to pay for parking seemed excessive since we were not directly in the city and there was a spacious lot. I also wish they had different pillow options on hand because the pillows provides were extremely soft and offered no neck support. The room was relatively clean, but with some spots and dust in places.

    My room was filthy when I arrived, dust everywhere, coffee stains onthe table, and a foul odor. Also didn't like that the rooms had no microwave and no hot tub in the pool area. The maid stunk up the hallway because it smelled like she hadn't bathed in weeks. Not a good look.

    This would have been a great hotel if not for staff. Overall it was a great stay, very clean and hospitable. The restaurant had great food and amazing servers. The biggest downside was staff’s knowledge of the hotel and its amenities. Upon check in, I asked about special amenities and VIP packages. They didn’t have the information ready and told me to return later. When I did and asked if there were any special instructions or requirements they said “No, everything is on the flyer.” It wasn’t until check out that I found out that there were special instructions. They told me that they couldn’t do anything about it and that I’d have to contact accounting. I spent a week trying to speak with anyone from accounting, left 6 voicemails and no response or callback. I was left with an extra $300 bill at the end of my stay with no proper resolution. If you wish to stay at this hotel, I suggest making sure staff clarifies everything upon arrival or you to will be stuck with an extra bill.

    Nice hotel. Appreciate the free shuttle service! A safe hotel, however had about 10 vehicle break-in’s (thankfully we just Uber’d!). Staff was great and very friendly. Also appreciated the Tap House to grab a quick bite for convenience. We were so busy with festivities and didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it’s not right in town which is nice if you want a quiet stay.

    We visited Nashville for the weekend from Canada and chose to stay somewhere further away from downtown. The shuttle from airport to hotel was convenient but Uber’s to downtown areas (broadway) were quite pricey (no fault of the hotel obviously) the hotel was very clean, rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was amazing (21 USD per person) and the restaurant menu was great - we ate here frequently. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

    We got there about 230-3 in the morning a the girls there was finalizing the rooms. We was being considered a no call no show. They immediately checked us in anyway an told us to come back down there in the morning to finish it up. This place was really nice. My room was extremely big. Room 420. I king size bed but the room was huge. Bed was comfortable. They did have big bottles of water on top of the stand for 6.00. But other than that it was nice. The restaurant there was awful. I would definitely return an just door dash lol.

    The room was nice, and I liked that it had a table for my laptop, a fridge, and no carpet. There were 2 bottles of water included with the room. yay! The staff at the Starbucks were great both mornings. Know that there is ample parking on site, but it is an additional $20/day. Also you may want to bring your own soap and shampoo. They only offer those large shared bottles with no ingredients listed in them.
