    Let's just say you get what you pay for. Hallways were not vacuumed on a regular basis. We were there 5 days 1st 2 days no housekeeping came. The 3rd day they came, striped my bed left clean duvet cover and new blanket, did not put any sheets back on the bed. Housekeeping came back in, while we were there and didn't finish anything. I slept on the top of the blanket and used the other beds blanket to cover up with

    Check in was smooth but I noticed they changed my room number to a different floor. There were burn holes in the window shade. The a/c was terribly loud and it didn't cool very well. I felt the need to keep my shoes on unless my feet were off the ground. Stall shower that leaked and took 12 minutes to get hot water. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The bedside outlets didn't work so could only charge phone when plugged into bathroom outlet but it would trip the bathroom lights. The linens smelled and looked clean - otherwise a big heck no for Sleep Inns. There was also a baggie of weed on the sidewalk outside the front door for a couple of hours, I hope some kiddo didn't pick it up.

    The staff at this location is the best part of the whole experience. They were very hospitable. The hotel is very run down and for a smokefree hotel, smelled very strongly of extracurricular smoking activities, if you catch my drift. The bed was comfortable, but the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. There was a microwave, but we would have had to move it to plug it in. Breakfast was a bit of a joke. There weren't many options, the only hot food was the machine to make waffles. Coffee was available 24/7. It seems like they are trying, but falling flat. The hotel also didn't seem to be in the safest area. Lots of homeless in the area or those who appeared to possibly be homeless. Not sure I'd stay here again unless it is upgraded.

    Nothing We asked for a handicap accessible room, but it wasn’t. We got a regular room with a shower chair. The tub was too slick for me to use and the shower head isn’t removable so I could not shower for our entire stay. The room had holes in the ceiling and the lights were falling out of the ceiling. No shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in our room. There are always people lurking outside at night so be careful. The back entrance to the hotel also doesn’t open like it’s supposed to so if you have to park back there (there’s only 2 handicap spots and they’re in the front), then you have to walk around the entire hotel to the front door. The free breakfast is a joke. The only thing they offer is waffles (the machine doesn’t cook them all the way), cereal with no spoons, or yogurt. I would not recommend this hotel. We were very disappointed in our stay, especially asking for a handicap accessible room and receiving what we did.

    First off, the elevator is a death trap. Not only very slow, but squeaks very loud, rubbing something very loudly, and the operating permit posted inside the elevator has an expiration date of April 30, 2022. We stayed 5 nights, 1st morning we left for the day asked the maid on the floor to exchange the towels, she said, ok. Didn't do it. 2nd day, again asked, didn't do it. We confronted her as to why she hadn't done it, she says her key card wasn't working, Hello, go fix it. The next day she attended to the room, very incomplete job. We were gonna use the room phone to call the desk, the phone was nasty, with coffee or something that's been there who knows how long. At the end of our stay, asked to speak with the manager, was told, he's out of the country and can't be reached and no one else is in charge, to make any decisions or help.

    You get what you pay for but with there being three other properties a stones throw away - stay elsewhere. The space is outdated, to be expected however. The key cards never worked each time I needed to get to my room I had to retrieve a new room key. Each. Time. Room service is said to be every third day of your stay, I was there Monday-Friday for work, my room was never cleaned. When I asked for additional pillows for the room I was told that I got the allotted amount of pillows. They towe people from the parking lot, each night. Annoying for a rural area on its own but the NOISE of it every night for customers? On my final night in the “hotel” a homeless man had camped out in the stairwell…

    I checked in with a group of 14 high school students and 3 chaperones, trying to rest so we could leave for a flight at 4:00 am. When we arrived, three parking spots had smashed car windows laying on the asphalt indicating break-ins. One of our rooms had not been cleaned when we entered the room, so one group ended up on a different floor. Someone knocked on our room door at 12:30 am and again at 1:30 am waking us up, (I did not open the door). People were arguing and shouting in the middle of the night and woke all three rooms up. A questionable man was standing silently in the hall when we arrived at 7:00 pm. He was still loitering when we went to bed at 10:pm, and was still standing silently in the hall when we left at 4:00 am. I can sleep in a lot of places and tolerate a lot, but the female chaperones and students felt very unsafe from the moment we arrived. They asked me not to book there again if we return.

    The room was not clean. The bed had sheets with stains on them. We had to ask for more towels, we had one small piece of soap for two people being there three days. An ironing board but no iron. Awoken by the disgusting smell of a very strong pot being smoked by the neighbors. People have a right to do whatever they want, but something with the ventilation that it was so strong.     Staff were mostly miserable and unhelpful and the room was really tired and in dire need of modernisation or refurbishment. There were several areas in the room and bathroom where there were cracks in the wall and paint peeling off (see pictures below).The remote control for the TV did not work, and had sellotape over the battery compartment, so I called Reception, for a replacement. The gentleman was very difficult to understand, due to a strong accent, and asked me to come down to Reception to collect some new batteries. I explained I had already changed into my pyjamas, but he was unwilling to send the batteries up to the room, so I sent my son down to collect. He said the man disappeared for ages and then came back with a new remote instead! Thankfully, this worked fine. The a/c unit was very noisy and kept me awake at night, so I had to turn it off in the end, which meant we were too hot. Breakfast was very disappointing and the "continental breakfast" consisted of just cereal and a waffle. Most of the tables and food area were messy and dirty and most of the food had gone. A member of staff came in and switched everything off and turned off the lights about 5 mins before 9am and we assumed that was the end!

    I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day work conference at the Opryland Resort. I was disappointed in the breakfast options - which were only yogurt, waffles, and muffins - and was unhappy about having to get breakfast elsewhere when I was already going to be paying for lunch and dinner for 3 days. The Uber rides out here were also costly; $25 from the airport which is only 3 miles away. Even though the rooms were comfortable and the shower was hot, I would probably stay somewhere closer to downtown or Opryland in retrospect.

    Property was quite and had easy parking. Property is in walking distance to several restaurants, gas station and a shopping center. Property is close to the airport. Room was clean but need a deep clean to get rid of the discoloration in the bathroom floor. The staff was very friendly are hard to understand and should be able to print a hard copy of your receipt when you reserve the room on line.

    The sprinkler head in the bathroom has been leaking for quite some time. The wallpaper and popcorn ceiling are delaminating and there is visible black mold on the ceiling in Room 118. Door keys and locks don't work well. Took multiple attempts every time. Breakfast area was not organized or maintained. Guy that checked me in was cold and impersonal. Won't be back there.

    The elevator was extremely slow (I was scared to get stuck), there was a damp stench inside the hotel, the room had patches in the walls, the dresser which held the tv had broken wood chips around the connections, the blanket and sheets were dingy/dirty/stained and the tv did not work. They sent someone up to fix it and it still would not stay connected, the maintenance person said he would be back to change the tv out but never returned.

    There were holes in the ceiling near the window, which was not able to be closed. There was possible black mold in the bathroom ceiling, in the ceiling of the beds, and along the cabinet of the refrigerator. Carpet was stained in several spots and with black marks on the walls. There is a claim that this is a non-smoking hotel, but you can clearly smell smoke in the hallway.

    We got in from a concert at 3am and when we finally were getting into bed we discovered bed bugs! Called front desk and they acted not concerned, especially after the fact that when I checked in he told me the room I had booked with 1 king had bed bugs and he had to give us a different room. But they said they were all booked and had no other rooms. So we quickly packed up our stuff and asked for a refund. He said he'd have to talk to Mgr the next day to see about that. We called and went to several other hotels in the area and they were all full and so my daughter and I ended up having to sleep in our vehicle all night because it was already 4am, and we felt very unsafe even doing that. Hotel was dark, dingy and the staff acted very unbothered by it all. Worst experience ever!

    The room had lots of broken items like the door handle, security latch, toilet seat. The room was also dirty, found food from a previous guest on the floor, and everything just felt generally grimy. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable at least. The hotel over all is probably fine if you need a cheap stay.

    Hotel was old, bathroom shower drain was half off, mold starting on bathroom wall, bathroom door wouldnt open, all furniture was old and pieces of finish either hone or marred up, lamp was dirty. Hallway carpets were dirty with large stains. Staff moved us to a different room that was slightly improved. Would have left but was late on Friday of Labor Day weekend and no other available rooms in the area. Hotel does not match the pictures and rating on the site. Would not reccomemd this hotel to anyone

    The room was clean, the bed was hard and pillows flat but those are preferences not necessities. Check in was smooth but the key card wouldn't work anytime we tried to use it. People stomping or slamming doors at all hours of the night so did not get much sleep the 2 nights there. Was a birthday getaway and i will definitely not waste my money staying there again.

    they did not clean my room and I was there for a two day stay.     They charged a $75 deposit and told us to clean the room to make it easier for the cleaning staff, or they would not return the deposit. This was unknown to us. Along with making us clean the room after we paid a not so little fee, the room was dirty, blood on the walls, a cracked picture frame, dirty walls with stains. The worst part was the humidity in the room and the MOLD on the ceiling. This was a huge concern but we had no choice.

    The only thing that was clean was the bed, which we were thankful for. Everything was visibly run down and dirty, and we were also finding other guest’s things (coconut oil by the bed for example). Decor was broken and not replaced; a frame shattered and the broken glass was left in it. The sliding bathroom door stuck so badly my husband couldn’t open it if it closed all of the way. It was a fine place to sleep for one night during a long haul road trip but for an extended trip, I would avoid.

    Every day we had to go by desk to rekey our card. Furniture in the room was ragged, looked beaten up. Went on an adventure one day and when we returned there was water dripping from the ceiling. My luggage was damp from the water dripping and a couple of my clothing.

    I dont understand, if I make a reservation with my credit card, then why do I need to hand over my card at check in for "incidentals"? Its already on file. There was another patron pacing back and forth behind us as we checked in.I believe he was upset over the wi fi dropping. Not sure why the clerk felt the need to say our room number out loud. He should have pointed to it for safety reasons. The room was clean, but it smelled like either must or cigarettes. Odd for a non smoking room. We could hear every door that opened and most conversations from the inside of our room. I went to the soda machine to buy a bottle of Dasani water and nothing came out. I went to the front desk and the clerk did not seem to be surprised, just handed me a bottle of water from under his desk. If you know it doesnt work, why not put up a sign to let people know?

    When we arrived at the property and did the check-in? We got to our room and the bathroom floor was disgusting. The front desk agent offered us 2 other rooms that wicked. Look at and it turned out that both rooms that he offered, we're occupied. We felt unsafe i'm very unsanitary

    The stay wasn’t bad. We saw no bugs. Maids don’t come to tidy your room except every 3 days. Our only complaint is that the electronic keys worked sporadically. We always had to go down to the desk and have them reprogrammed.

    It was find for an overnight stay, especially for the price. The room is on the smaller side and the beds were full, not queen as listed. The property is a little tired. These things were okay with us, as we chose this property for our overnight stay instead of a more expensive one. The shower had a great shower head and water pressure. The lobby and elevator smelled like pot several times, though that could have been from a guest coming from the outside.

    It was just what I needed. My only complaint is check in was incredibly slow due the guest in front of me, problems with her reservation and their only being one employee working at 10p at night. The room was clean, the bed was just right!, the bathroom was spacious and provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar etc. In the bathrooms. They have an outdoor pool and provide a complimentary breakfast buffet.

    Air conditioner leaked into half the room. We had to walk in water drenched carpet to turn lights on/off…we also had to walk trough the drenched carpet to open/close shades and use the usb port that worked in the room.

    Our stay was okay. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The carpets need to be cleaned throughout. The door to the pool did not open from outside with key card so you had to walk around to the front to get back in. That was inconvenient. It was 4th July weekend and crowded. We didn’t even bother with breakfast due to it being crowded and the mess from other guest. But our room was clean. Parking was nice. It did smell like someone was smoking on the 1st floor but I believe the manager addressed it same day. Overall good stay! :)

    This place needs a sound proofing makeover. I tried to sleep with noises coming from outside the room: babies crying, some woman in the lobby laughing loudly every few minutes, doors continually opening and slamming shut. In the room, there was a very noisy fridge - lots of buzzing and rattling. I've had better times in dumps (which this is not). Also, be wary at night. This place is in a rather shifty area.

    The room was absolutely filthy, with clear water damage throughout the ceiling and furniture and reeked of mildew. The hotel required an additional deposit and upon checkout had me wait at the counter so he could inspect the room. I honestly feel like I should've been paid to stay there. Not the other way around. I won't be back.
