(Literally had a fan in the room to plug in because they know the air sucks) no thermostat to even change the air settings. bed side lamp plug in for phone charging didn’t work. The floors were torn up around the edges. Pillows were terrible. My husband wanted to leave but they didn’t do refunds and we couldn’t afford to pay to stay a different place.

Our room had no air conditioning on an 80 degree/90% humidity day in Nashville. Our television wouldn’t connect to cable. No WiFi. When I complained, the desk woman told me the air was out in the entire hotel, offered me a personal sized desk fan, and then moved me to a lower level room. Still no air obviously and no cable or WiFi. I contacted hotels.com who contacted the hotel who proceeded to lie and say the air worked and the cable was fine. Hotels refused to refund me or even help me book somewhere else. I had to demand a hotels.com manager at 1am to get my money back. We left and booked at the hotel across the street so we could sleep.

Air conditioning was nonexistent. It never worked. We tried using the overhead fan but that also didn't work and moved very slowly. The bathroom was not clean, mold and rust everywhere. I was afraid of getting an infection. And the roof... looked about ready to cave in. I didn't get to take photos of much but take my word for it, and skip this for your trip to Nashville.

It was exactly what I paid for. A bed, WiFi and a shower. There was problems with the door but the front desk did make me aware of it before I checked in.

Nothing the lady at the front desk is very mean and rude It was one the worst experience I have ever had at hotel. The lady was very rude to me because I wouldn't let her charge my card twice for the room that we done payed for on line . Then she started yelling at me over the deposit fee. Because I asked a question about it. She refused to let us stay there . So we had hurry and find a different place to stay. This one of the most racist and scamming place. I will never walk back in this rude place again

Let's see, to start the outside is covered in cigs, the pool is green and filled with trash and the ambiance is certainly far from safe feeling. When you enter the room, you will be amazed by laminate flooring incorrectly installed with burn marks and sharp protruding broken sections. In our case, blood on the bed as well as a variety of unwanted messes let's just say. The walls are covered in grime and a wonderful mirage of colorful stains, if its a non-smoking room of course you are to expect smoke. Another fascinating feature would be the moldy towel underneath the hvac unit, a real revolution of moisture control! The shower was lined with mold, the drywall of course moist. The graffiti style artwork on the walls and doorframe really do create an environment which reminds you that your are not exactly home. All together the room looked like a bomb went off, it looked as if we were in a post modern apocalyptic society. It is very difficult to articulate just how bad this place is. Pay an extra 20 more dollars, I cancelled this place immediately as I saw it. I'm remised not to have taken pictures as this room is comically disgusting, comically neglected and the staff is aware. Avoid this place at all cost - this review doesn't even come close to describing the disarray here.

Needs a remodel

Nothing I paid for smoking room and when I get there, they say they don’t have smoking rooms. They don’t do smoke rooms, but I pay extra money to have a smoking, wasted my time. The place was horrible. There was cut out in the wall the bathroom smell horrible and the ceiling had leaks and I paid for late checkout and it was at 1 o’clock and soon as 1 o’clock hit on the dot they come banging on the door showing me your phone where it says 1 o’clock and I’m like yes we’re leaving. We’re grabbing the stuff now. The covers had holes in them.

The facility is run down. The photos of the lobby and rooms are misleading. Didn’t receive any amenities when requested. They didn’t turn down the room the entire day. Even after I requested. Ice machine doesn’t function properly, laundry room is EXTREMELY dirty..trash can looks like it hasn’t been emptied in weeks. Switched rooms 3 times because AC in most rooms aren’t operational.

The room initially provided was not able to be stayed in. The second room the WiFi didn’t work the room was constantly being disturbed. The floors were sticky I was afraid to lay in the bed because of the sheets discoloration. I was charged the price of the room for a 1 hour early check in plus a deposit upon delivery with a card fee for deposit. Overall a horrible experience

We booked through Expedia and immediately encountered multiple health and sanitation concerns upon entering the room. Some of the issues included: * Hair in the bed sheets and even on a supposedly clean towel * Strong moldy/mildew odors throughout the room * Dead bugs behind the refrigerator and in corners * Heavy dust buildup and generally poor cleaning throughout * Sink that would not drain properly and leaked into the cabinet below * Smoke alarm in the first room actively chirping from a low battery * Stains, cigarette burn holes, and discoloration on bedding and walls * Rust, grime, and neglected maintenance throughout the property The overall condition of the room made us uncomfortable staying there due to basic health and cleanliness concerns. This was not a minor issue or a case of an older budget hotel — the property appeared severely neglected. I documented the condition of the room with photos and videos. I strongly encourage Expedia to investigate this property and seriously consider whether it meets the standards required to remain listed on their platform. Travelers should be aware that the condition of this hotel may not match reasonable expectations for cleanliness and safety.

It was worth the money

People aggressively banging and kicking our door trying to get in. Barely any towels. No ice machine working. No trash area to throw away our trash. Overall room appeared like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Shower was dirty as well.

Shower had mold, door didn't close, AC didn't work, towels were "clean" but stained, floor was sticky, chain lock was broken, drawer was broken, bubbles and cracks in the ceiling from bad repairs, painters tape was still on walls that had a shoddy paint job to begin with. Staff was unfriendly and was behind bullet proof glass. Elevator was barely working. I realize you get what you pay for and we checked in late, but I expected more from a Hotels.com recommendation.

Double charged my card and tried to fight me on it on top of it all. We didn’t sleep there. Got a room 5 minutes down the road. I highly suggest you do the same. The hotel doesn't look as bad from the outside, but it barely a 2 star hotel as opposed to a 1 star hotel. The inside of the room is that of a 1 star hotel: stains everywhere, broken pits, worn out sofa bed and chair, old school AC that was really dusty, the bedframe was chipped and looked really old, stained and cracked bathtub, everything looked dusty. Everything looked and was very old and chipped. The sink didn't drain well, there was a spider in the shower, and the shower is an older model with three knobs to use. Stains on the towels and blankets. Our firealarm kept making the noise of when it needs it battery replaced, but they didn't have anyone to fix it, but they did offer to transfer us, we opted to just remove it until they replaced the battery (which never occurred). When we first checked in, the man was okay, but the lady afterwards was nicer. Overall the staff themselves weren't bad, but we didnt interact with them much. All in all, would not return again.

Its soso not bad for the price

The property was not what is displayed via pictures . There was no working tv nor even an iron . There was prostitution outside the hotel . And I was made to leave a deposit even though I had already paid for the room . Very disappointed

It was nasty as hell

Do not stay here. This hotel is disgusting. I found hair in the bed, stained sheets, pubic hair on towels, burn holes in the bed sheets, the filter hanging out of the ac, trash in the elevator, and the tub faucet would not stop running. And that is the first room. I requested a second room and had the same exact issues with the inclusion of a stained bed cover. Myself and another patron, ended our stay after switching rooms twice. They also reported the same issues as me.

It’s a decent budget friendly hotel. It’s nothing special but you’ll be able to access the metro area with ease. The hotel could use more care and love to bring up the aesthetics of the place. It served its purpose for me.

I through Expedia website reserved the room from Friday 4/4 through 4/6. Used my card, and was going to let them charge card when I arrived. The balance on my card was sufficient, but she kept saying it was declined even after I let her listen to the balance from my phone. She was loud, angry, rude, mean, and disrespectful. When I told her to run it for one night she said it went through. I also paid $25 security in cash which they did not return. The next morning they bang on door several times telling me to check out and threatened to have police come to room. The hotel employee refused to allow me to close door. I was tired, sick and needed to rest. That was why I reserved the weekend (holiday). Her behavior (Friday evening employee) was so disturbing and darn near traumatizing that I was unable to relax and rest, so no sleep. Toilet was inoperable but I did not feel comfortable calling front desk for anything. They did not want to honor the price for the reservation and both mgmnt employees made me feel extremely unwelcomed. There are different establishments (hotels/motels that I will try next time. I regret ever going there and ended up paying double for one night. I was defrauded and mistreated. To be so angry and unable to get justice or a refund...and again no rest, whereas rest and relaxation was the reason for going in first place. Totally dissatisfied.

The room was disguised blood on the sheets, holes in the sheets. I paid for a king size bed and try to give me queen size bed. When you walked into the room it smalls like propane. The pictures of the rooms online is not what they are in person. I wouldn’t even stay there free.

Rooms are filthy and moldy. Crap falling off walls and things both working.

Wonderful, well located place.

Only working plugs were on lamp by bed. Floor dirty. TV not working. No batteries in either remotes. Only 2 small and thin towels and 2 wash cloths. Unable to check in when arriving as system down, went away for 2 hours, then returned.

Couldnt check in for in hour after arriving. Bed was covered in pet hair. Black mold in the bathroom. No towels. Tv didnt work. Ac was missing the entire control panel and was stuck on high the room was 40 degrees.

The bathroom is in very bad shape. The shower head leaks allover, there's mold on the bathroom ceiling. Shower walls not cleaned properly. Bedding old and not frequently washed.

We didn’t stay due to the lack of clean rooms. Group ahead of us got the last clean room on their 3rd try.

Thursday 3/19 I checked in 221 and my first room had no air and lots of mold in bathroom or heat so they told me I will have to wait until fri morning so around 9 am Friday 3/20 I moved to room 523 and the same thing but more problems to the room is very nasty told me they can’t move me because there was no rooms Albert Proctor Jr 513-284-0466 I have pictures of both rooms I was not happy with my stay I want a half refund or a full refund of some gets back to me about this in at less a week or I will be calling the bank

NO room has AC or HEAT….! If you happen to already been there a day or two and decide to book another couple days thru a 3rd party site they’ll give you the option to either check out at 11 and return at 3….or pay $40 dollar early check in fee! If you lose your card key…they’ll charge you $5

Heat did not warm the room. Even after running all day & night wass still cold in room. Air coming out of unit was not as warm as human breathing!! Very sad

We booked this last minute to serve as a place to wait out our delayed flight. It was eventually cancelled, so we ended up moving to a different hotel that was cleaner and we felt better staying in. In the room we received, the floor was dirty, every layer of bed sheets were dirty. It was just gross. Even the lamp shade was falling apart.

Found 1small bug in the fridge. Other than that it was very clean, bathroom was clean and it was quiet. Beds were comfy, good location. Mexican restaurant and Dunkin Donuts next door in walking distance

In my 59 years of living, this is the worst place that I have ever stayed at. Within the first 24 hours I had to move to three different rooms. And the last was not what I booked. Each and every room was filthy and nasty. Each room had mold in the bath rooms and some had active leaks soaking the floor. Each room had things that did not work and broke. My last room the A/C did not work. The floors had missing planks which presents a trip hazard and unsafe. I could see daylight out of the bottom of my door. Other people’s hair were in the shower which did not drain. There is NO WAY this hotel should be open to the public.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! The staff was nice however the hotel itself? Absolutely disgusting! There were stains all over the furniture some looking like blood stains. There were holes in the walls looking like someone punched it or put someone’s head through it. The room smelled horrible and the ac didn’t work. We were put in 2 different rooms and they were the same so I’m sure the rest of the property is also like this! The doors also did not shut all the way and it was just overall very unsafe feeling.

At check in the staff was rude and then I finally get a room and it was nasty and The ceiling was coming apart and molded in the bathroom. The sun was on the same side of the building heating the room hot and no AC. I wouldn't recommend a room here I would rather stay in my car.

It wasn't too bad at all. The bed was comfortable. There were a few minor things that I cannott complain too much about. The heater seemed to be on the blink but they loaned me a portable heater which made things a bit more comfortable. All in all if you need a reasonably priced hotel room it is not too shabby.

Cigarette burns in the top blankets, stains in the blankets and sheets. Floor was dirty. Cigarette butt behind the nightstand. Spider cob webs on ceiling. This place is SO nasty. My kids wanted to sleep in the car. We laid clothes down on the bed and on top of the pillows and slept in our clothes. We will NOT be back.

Ice machine was "broken". The plugs on the lights didn't work. Black mold in the shower/tub. Ceiling was in disrepair. Dirty toilet seat. 2 remotes for the tv but neither one worked.

First room was dirty and no fridge or operaying microwave. Second room was in need of serious attention to the condition of the trim around the base boards and the crown molding and what looked like bullet holes in the wall filled with yellow silicon and the heat did not work. When we call the front desk around the condition of the second room we removed, they told us that they could provide us with a space here.We told them that would not be sufficient as our room also did not have a smoke detector. We don't want to use a space heater in a motel room with no smoke since they are in a potential fire hazard. We requested a refund for our stay so we could go somewhere else. They denied a refund and told us that we would have to wait until the manager was there in the morning to determine whether or not they would refund any or even part of our money, we were supposed to say there for 6 days, there was nothing we could do. We were already $500 invested into this nightmare. So they gave us a third room which was equipped with a smoke detector and functioning heat, but the floor in the room was absolutely atrocious, sticky disgusting feet black as soon as you touched it and there was pubs in the bathtub and the sink leaked from the u-trap all over the floor when you wa your hands, I went to the front desk and requested a broom and a mop and I was advised that they do not have them, I asked if they did not sweep or mop their floors in each room, and she told me we do not have mops

The room had no heat during the big storm that knocked out power to many Nashville homes. The bathroom faucet was broken (the part that turned on the water was off the the side of the faucet). There were holes in the wall and no second lock on the door. The sidewalks weren't tended and were an icy hazard. Avoid this property.

Yikes, the only highlight was the young lady checking people in. He didn’t work well, no soap in the shower door leaked and roaches in the bathroom.

This property falsely claimed they had working heat during the ice storm (Monday, 1/26). Upon arrival, they clearly did not have operational heat, as the line of complaining customers underscored. I would...not recommend.

The room appeared neglected and was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust on multiple surfaces, which made the space feel poorly maintained. More importantly, the heating system did not work. Although the unit indicated that the heat was on, no warm air was produced—only cold air. With outdoor temperatures around 17°, the room was extremely cold throughout my stay. The problem was made worse by a noticeable draft coming from the door. I was uncomfortable the entire time and felt as though I was sleeping outdoors rather than in a hotel room. I would not recommend staying here, especially during cold weather, as basic comfort and temperature control were not provided.

There was no heat in the room where it is 8 degrees outside. We have to sleep with jackets, socks and hats. I guess you get what you pay for? It is a low motel quality.

Rooms had no heating in 5 degree weather, staff lied about it while being told to their face by multiple people that the heat wasn't working. The light switch in the room also didn't work. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I don't like leaving reviews for places in general, but heed my warning; this hotel is awful!

If I could give this hotel room, no stars I would really dirty the first room we got checked into. It was really bad. The toilet was clogged and then we got a different room and it still smelled like sewage. I really wouldn’t trust this hotel maybe if they kept up-to-date with it it would be better really dirty.

It was 30° Fahrenheit outside one New Years eve and the heater didnt work. I got ate up by bed bugs. Roaches roaches and more roaches. In my opinion this hotel needs to be shut down by the health department!!!

I only stayed in the room 30 minutes. The conditions were not hospitable. There were bugs in the room and bed.

We stayed at this hotel, but we left very early because the conditions were extremely poor and felt unsafe. The property appears abandoned: the pool was full of stagnant water, posing a mosquito and health hazard, and the ceiling had visible leaks. Our room was very dirty — insects on the bed, a filthy bathroom, dust accumulated for months on the ceiling fan, and a foul smell. The floors were sticky and grimy. We could not stay any longer and left before sunrise. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we strongly advise others to stay elsewhere until this place is properly cleaned, repaired, and meets basic health and safety standards.

The motel was noisy, and you couldn't sleep. The alarm was going off all night, and the room smelled like weed. Overall, not a good spot.

I had to park in the back the fence was not qell kept but alling apart the elevator was nasty the rooms phone didnt work there was a cable box that was not attached to the wall it was nothing like what was advertised to me

Worth the price

So I was completely shocked with my stay here but in a good way! The reviews had me so worried it was gonna be straight up gross and nasty. Not at all in our case! The room was clean for the most part. Sheets and beds were clean and smelled like so. The only dingy part was the bathroom tile in the shower and the floor left our socks black. But we came prepared based off other ratings and warning and the company either A finally fixed the issues they were having or we got extremely lucky in our room we stayed in. I would definitely stay again if it was like last night's stay. 10/10 for what it costs to stay there. I'm not complaining for the 55 we spent on the room.

Definitely need protection on you with doors locked at all times.

This has to be the worst place! Starting from the parking lot being a med to the front desk not up kept. The room was so hot and could not change the temperature. Room was dirty. Definitely not cleaned before we cheeked in. Water was only slightly warm. We didn’t stay the night ended leaving and finding another hotel and losing our money for the stay as there are no refunds. The bed was infested with bed bugs. When I told the front desk she didn’t seem to care.

Room was disgusting, floors were sticky and our soles were black within two minutes of taking shoes off. Towels and blankets smelled like old cigarette smoke, burns in the blankets/sheets/somehow the freezer door??? Roaches under the counter and behind the nightstand. We stayed for 30 minutes before we checked back out and found a new hotel.

The door did not shut all the way so the cold air was coming through the door. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub. The cold water handle wasn’t connected to the counter so we could not turn it on. There was also a vent in the bathroom that was full of dust that was blowing out. There was dried food on the bedspread so we took them off. At least it was for a night. Won’t be staying again.

I stayed for one night and I had to kill a big cockroach on the wall. The heater in my room was not working so the staff did give me a space heater. There was no way to take a bath only a shower. Weirdly enough, the tv was not set on cable settings so a staff member did come up and change it for me.

My heater didn’t work. I was cold when the outside temps dropped. There were holes in the fitted sheet and the spread . It was run down and not maintained. Had to buy wide tape to seal the lower half of my door from the gap that let quite a draft in. Bed was very comfortable though and lady on evenings was sweet and helpful.

Horrible experience, we did not stay because the room was filthy & infested with bugs. We had to get a different hotel because it was so bad & we tried reaching out to manager because management wasn’t present at time & have been being ignored. We have not received our refund.

for starters, the room was in a dilapidated state. floorboards exposed, burn holes on every blanket and cover. deer ticks found laying on the bed soon as we entered. one roach in the bathtub. luckily we had blankets and pillows packed. then later on in the night the power went out for the whole block. went to the desk to see if its just the building or more than that. was only told "go to your room" and nothing else. When returned the key she mentioned that Expedia called and they are not giving refund. smiled in our face and said your not getting anything.

TV didn’t work. I told the front desk. They tried to explain I didn’t know how to operate it. I’ve had a little experience with turning a tv on. They never came to my room to check. That was unfortunate because it would have been the perfect time to show them the cockroaches in the bathroom including the one on my toothbrush. I reviewed them on their website. They sent me an email apologizing and promising to do better “the next time” I stayed with them. Would have been nice to get a partial refund, but you live and you learn.

Within 2 minutes of exiting our vehicle my friend and myself were verbally agreed and groped by men in the parking lot. The location was filthy. Our room had roaches. The bed smelled of cigars and i found a human pubic hair in the bedding. The lock on the door did not work. I was there for less than 6 hrs before leaving and taking the loss on the reservation. That place should not even be listed on the website

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They rented me a room with a massive hole in the ceiling of the shower that was dripping fowl smelling water and drywall. It was a no smoking room but that would have been a better smell than that room. Don’t book this unless you have to just get out of the cold but I wouldn’t shower or sleep in the bed

This was a very nice place. Way better the most motels iv stayed in. Only thing i recommend is not driving a nice car. I was smoking a cigarette at 3:00am and watched two days break into a fudge Cummings then proceed to point guns with lasers at me from the ground.

We found the smoke detector in the drawer of the nightstand. The deadbolt for the door didn’t work. The elevator broke on a Saturday night and they couldn’t get anyone to fix it until Monday so we had to lug all our belongings down stairs for checkout. The tub backed up and we found trash from previous guests on the room

Roaches in the rooms (the worst part), ceiling looked liked it had water damage (maybe moldy). We DIDN’T STAY!!!!

Staff was decent and did all they could do. Our initial room had keys that wouldn't work so staff had to unlock. Floors had dust bunnies everywhere along with spiders and best of all, a used condom behind our lamp. AC was not on upon entering. AC unit was extremely outdated with dust and damaged components. It is very apparent it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time which is a big respiratory hazard. Toilet paper was used and had little left. Room smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. Our replacement room was far better but still very disappointed. Shower was still dirty and had ceiling peeling off. Both are the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

The experience was horrible the room is incredibly disgusting. The room was not clean, stains on the comforter, the bathroom was horrid AND just when I was gone try and make it work…. A ROACH crawled across the floor in front of me!!!!!! YIKES!!! There was mold all inside the pull out couch! I have a video if you want it! the young lady at the desk seem not to be surprised but rather irritated with the fact that I didn’t want to go look at another room but that I just wanted to leave and leave with my money!! Needless to say, they have processed a refund. You get wat u pay for most definitely BUT THE RODEWAY INN IS UNACCEPTABLE!

This hotel is absolutely HORRIBLE! We walked into our room to find blood on the sheets and roaches in our bed and all over the bathroom! I went to the front desk and they said they'd put us in a different room. We went to the 2nd room and there was boogers all over the wall behind the pillows on the bed, roaches crawling around, and the sheets were filthy! As we were walking out of that room, the lady from the front desk was waiting for us at the opposite end of the building to show us a different room. We walked in and immediately noticed cigarette burns in the covers and sheets. I told them we would just leave. They told me to contact my booking app and they'd issue a refund. When I asked for something on paper stating that I dis not stay there, she tried to hand me a receipt for my deposit. I asked her to write the date and time that we checked out and she tried to write a.m. instead of p.m. and when I brought it to her attention, she caught an attitude. I reached out to my booking app and they called the front desk, and they denied my refund. Now the booking app is disputing this for me. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Very nice motel and reasonable. I went downtown for music. less than 15 minutes. clean, everything worked, and i liked the Mexican restaurant next door. highly recommend both.

This has to be the nastiest, filthist hotel I have stayed at. My feet were black from the dirt on the floor. The walls were not even painted the same color. Looked as if there was water damage in the walls. The connecting room door did not have a lock on the door. My wife and I had to sleep on top of the covers as we were not sure if the sheats were cleaned recently. Horrible Hotel. Stay Away from this place. I cant believe this place is near the Ferrari and Mercedes dealerships in Nashville.

The TV didnt work. The room had cracked paint and just not a clean feeling. If you dont care about cleanliness, then it works for a place just to sleep.

It was OK please can definitely use some upgrades but the staff in the front is the problem oh and make sure you have $30 for your deposit. They don’t tell you that upfront on Hotels.com but let me save you the hassle and a stress.

I saw roaches and the room was smoke free and smelled strongly like nicotine. The TV and plugged didn't work. I had to by cleaning products to clean this room.

Broken mirror was a hazard to not cut yourself on. The overall room condition was nauseating with suspicious stains on couch suspect to be blood, unknown hairs on the toilet, bed, and tables. Room was dirty with stains and dirt everywhere. Door lock was broken, area had homeless and drug users who harassed up over our food as we tried to get to our room.

Was a legitimate smex trafficking area. Rooms were disgusting and smelled like sewage. There were lookouts around premises and people were going in and out of same rooms consistently. We left after a few hours as we did not feel safe. The room locks were kicked off and there were bugs and damage to both rooms. I asked for a different room after we first entered. There was one mini pillow on a king bed. Worst experience with a hotel in 30 years and I live in south GA. I dont expect nice for the price, but this was legit a episode of CSI. I had a ten year old with me and wouldnt let her stay there as a parent considering the approaches from the randoms around the premises.

Dirty room holes in beds

This place is a dump. When you enter reception you're greeted by a lexan booth containing the staff. The first room we were given had no lightbulbs. The rooms are old, there are little to no outlets. The walls are plywood beadboard. There were no toiletries and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The ceiling fan didn't work. The whole place is sketchy. In short, they should search you at the door and if you are not carrying a gun they should issue you one. If there had not been a big concert in town we would have just stayed somewhere else once we saw the room. But everywhere else was booked.

The stairs are covered with yellow tape there’s no elevator for the four levels they have, making it extremely difficult to carry luggage up all the stairs. The shower towels had hair on them. Bedsheets are stained and room smelled of mold.

The ac was missing parts and not working, the door chain was broken off and the area is very sketchy looking with lots of characters around. The staff was very nice and the room was kind of clean. Couch had a stain on it and the room smelled like smoke

The first room that I received had water coming up from underneath the tile it was dirty trash everywhere. I went to the lobby to let them know she made me take a room on the next floor up that was just as bad spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

If you value your health dont stay here, absolutely shocking. Filthy bedding, bathroom, windows, smelly just everything about this place is opposite to advertised. I have used other Rodeway inns been great but this one needs condeming

We don't mind going cheap and aren't as picky as most travelers. However this is definitely the worst hotel we have stayed at. There was trash leftover from the previous stay. The celing was falling apart at the door. The pillows were flat. The floor was so dirty it made your feet black when walking barefoot. The location was at least closr to the attractions we went to.

Strong smell of urine outside, thick dust on air vents, cops were present at one point for disruptive guests. Parking lot did not seem safe.

This is a NASTY little hotel, mold everywhere, there were burn holes in the blanket, elevator was ripped up, the drains had some funk come back up if you ran the water too long. Ended up here after an emergency evacuation from a nearby event and we were scared to touch anything the entire time. :-/

Booked a week, put in a queen when booked a king. Main light was blown and tv did not work. Fixed light but not tv. Took 2 days before they moved us. Moved into a king. Went to tale shower and found 2 live cockroaches in shower...none anywhere else. Neber again gping to a rodeway inn!

The AC didn’t work. The room smelled of Indian food and weed at the same time. I initially booked for another week but then canceled the booking to relocate to a more expensive place. It wasn't that noisy though as I expected it would be.

I wasn't going to pay for an overpriced hotel, but I was very misled by other reviews thinking this was "middle of the road". It did NOT feel safe after dark. NEVER AGAIN.

the front desk staff were very rude about absolutely everything. they told us to put the trash out by the door and the trash stayed piled up for 4 days. the television didnt work and they refused to fix it or swap it out .

The front desk was enclosed in bullet proof glass of some kind. It was more imposing than a bank. Had to pass my credit card through a one inch slit to the clerk. I was charged $3 extra, non refundable to put in a $100 deposit for incidentals. In the room, there was an old rusted out air conditioner, non functioning. NO WIFI. Peeling paint, room and facality looked and felt run down. AVOID.

Advertises a shuttle for the airport and there was none extra hundred dollars to put on a card when you check in rooms were not clean. Building is falling apart. There was a hole on the ceiling in the shower, pretty creepy.

Lobby was closed at approximately 8:30 pm. I had to make a phone call for an attendent to open the door and check me in. Outside the lobby door was a sign that said: DON'T LEAVE FIREARMS IN YOUR VEHICLE. I have traveled extensively for business and leisure.

THE INFORMATION ONLINE IS A LIE! They advertise a $50.00 security deposit, that is only for 1-2 day stays. For 3 days, $100.00 They charge extra for using a debit card. They don't actually have any smoking rooms that are advertised. There are broken railings, broken locks on doors, and the power at certain outlets randomly cut out for hours. I know it looks worth it for the price, I promise it isn't. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Check-in and check-out was fast, without any issues.

I was able to check-in quickly. The staff was pleasant and greeted me promptly. The bed was neatly made and the linoleum faux wood floor was clean. The toilet flushed well and the hot water was a good temperature.

There was a space heater for heat and box fan for air 1 sheet on bed and thin blanket We froze the first night, the next morning we went and asked for more covers she gave us one more blanket and said every room has the space heater

I had no major issues. The room was okay but furniture, bathroom and other areas of the room were dirty. The front desk had issues with the system so i had to wait some time for them to check me in. The rate was a good cheap price to stay for a Night.
