It was in a good spot for me and for what I was in Nashville for. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. I love the way the garage is set up all hotels can learn from that set up. I will be back when coming to Nashville. Thanks!!

But, I absolutely did not like being charged $35.00 to park in their garage. After paying over $300.00 for one night, and being older, retired folks on a fixed income, that did not seem very fair. Lynne

Great breakfast options both hot and cold. Nice eating area. The staff I think her name was just, she checked us in Saturday and have us many eating and sites to visit. I loved the garage and how easy it was to get to my room from the garage. It's a great set up. I would definitely start again!

Very happy with the property, staff, room was clean and equipped, spacious. Parking garage was easy to navigate. Breakfast options were plentiful and good food! Would stay here again and recommend to others.

No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me.

Breakfast bar was really impressive! I'm still giving it 5-stars, but Hotels.com should say overnight parking is $35. We used mall parking garage across the street.

The wheelchair accessible 2 bedroom was perfect. The parking garage allows you to pull up to the floor of your room so you can wheel right onto you floor without taking elevators..

Parking was very safe and good wish they didn't charge so much when you pay so much for the room. The room was quiet, clean, coffee in room needs an update it wasn't very good. But over all it was very good.

The hotel was nice and breakfast was good, but we had to ask to have our room cleaned and our bed was never made.

Otherwise, very nice, convenient, reasonably priced room in Nashville.

The evening staff made my late night check in easy and made us feel very welcome! The breakfast is really good as well.

It was very nice. It so great to have a pool but the parking structure covers 90% of the pool so it’s cold and the sun doesn’t reach around to lay out until 12:30pm. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms were perfect and come with everything you could need. The Mall is in walking distance with a ton of restaurant choices. Also a sports bar at the Mall called sports and social for those needing to get in some sports.

Parking was a problem

Loved the property wonderful place to stay only down to it was the pool wasn’t clean stuff floating around everywhere and needed cleaned bad.

We were there for a baseball tournament at the local universities. It was a pretty central location, clean, great facilities, good breakfast and the staff was very nice. The parking was a bit expensive.

Terrible service. No one came up to clean the room and I had asked for it to be cleaned. We called for towels to be changed out and were only given two towels and still had a few more nights of the stay. Paying for parking $35 a night is outrageous also. Would not stay here again.

The shower leans . The shower doors doesnt work properly. The 1st night water was cold. Not enough lighting in the room . No extra garabage bags in the room . I had to pay 8.00 for 2 bottles of water Do not stay here . You can find a better place to stay .

Good location, friendly staff, comfy bed, nice set up/roomy, good breakfast, decent price. Water in sink either scalding or cool. Hard to wash face with nice temp water. Also sink would plug up. Some construction noise but not too bad.

Make sure you keep your key to get out of the garage and then you can put it in the key box at the gate. Also, there is very little signage on the building and trees cover the name of the hotel . Make sure your GPS doesn’t take you to the Hilton next door. There’s a very small entrance to turn into.

The hotel is located in the area we frequent, has great covered parking and friendly staff. The breakfast was actually good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are no negatives that I can think of

Breakfast was good, parking was convenient (but a bit costly) room was comfortable and clean. A bit dated room decor. No complimentary bottled water or snacks in the room. Could use a nightlight in the bathroom.

Bed hurts way too soft currently cannot fall asleep my back is aching and I have to be here for 3 nights

The only complaint is the $35 parking fee each night. Had to dig through 5 pages to find that charge. Should be stated UP FRONT with room charge. VERY misleading

Great location for Holiday shopping experience

It was a quick & short stay for us. Checked in, dinner, show, slept & gone the next morning. TV did not work after many attempts by my husband, technical guru. Did not report because it wasn’t worth the hastle to only catch a glimpse of something before bed (it was late) and moments of the news as we showered before leaving. Husband stated all the breakfast coffee in the lobby was cold!?

Didn’t communicate about incidentals and parking. It took weeks to return my incidentals. I stayed there a few days and wasn’t told about parking until I looked at my statement and it was charged afterward. Staff was telling different stories over promising. I called several times for weeks and no one has ever called me back. On top of that I was charged twice from the hotel and booking .com. I literally called so many times and was told 3 times my money would be returned and it never was then after speaking to 4 different ppl after leaving 3 messages for the manager they said it was booking and not them. After I was told it’d be returned because it was a mistake on their end Staff doesn’t know how to communicate, they didn’t know what they were doing at all.

Staff should be trained to be more welcoming. We were traveling from another stay and the arrive was just OK.

Everything was great. Nice room. Delicious breakfast. Nice people.

Could not get the Air conditioner in room to work. Luckily it was a cool night. The AC seemed to work in the hallways overtime!

Staff, room size(I’m in a wheelchair recovering from foot surgery) , King bed, parking near room on our floor. 3rd party booking (with Booking.com) caused our room keys to cancel today, even though we have a second reservation with you going through Tuesday.

Great location & great value

I wasn't able to stay, my family had a car issue on the road and was delayed by a day to get it fixed and despite all my efforts to get through to hotels.com and the hotel neither would let me change my stay by one night to the next day even though I am a Marriott rewards member.

All was good. Very nice hotel. But, my biggest complaints are the water pressure in the shower was poor. The breakfast was cold each day. Had to eventually take the breakfast back to the room and put it in the microwave to make it better. I’ve had many hotels with better showers and breakfasts.

This was our second time at the property. It is pricy and the parking is an additional $35 dollars a night. The good: location, full kitchen in the room, comfortable rooms, parking right on the same floor. It is really convenient not to drag your luggage up and down the elevator. The bad: quality of breakfast. Really limited offerings and not apatizing. For the price, better options are expected.

The room was very spacious. It felt like home! The location was very convenient and the staff were very nice. Parking was very convenient! All of the construction around the outside. Not their fault though.

There was a guy across the street down a block and a half that harassed us and threatened to kill us for no apparent reason. He was screaming loud and threatened to kill us several times.

This place was perfectly located to the office of my appointment. The size and functionality of the suite was great. I could have been closer to the elevator. Didn't find any luggage carts on my floor which would have been helpful since my room was the furtherest from the elevator.

Really appreciated being able to park in the garage at the same level as our 4th floor room. Made unloading and loading the car so easy! Great location with a large mall, grocery and convenience stores nearby. Away from crowds & noise of downtown Nashville but short drive to get downtown.

I wish i could remember the name of the woman at the front desk because she was excellent. Sweet, courteous and remembered me 6 hours later when i went back to get something. Great staff all around.

We always stay here as it’s close for doctor appointments. This time was a let down. Parking garage was gross. Had to change rooms. They use a horribly strong air freshener. Couldn’t breathe.

But it is also walkable to green hills malls and tons of other places Staff is unbelievably polite and friendly

This was a great place to stay for our 5 night stay. If you've got to be away from home. This place makes it worth it for food and sleeping. I would stay again. Great for shopping and eating a great restaurants.

Overall, not a great experience. We have stayed at lsimilar hotels with the IGH hotel chains, and this hotel was very like it in the style and set up. Although very disappointed for various reasons. The parking set up was confusing and left little direction on how to navigate the garage or how exactly the ticket situation would work. Once we finally parked on a level 2, we couldn’t get into the building from that level without a key card. The lobby was on the 1st floor and the elevator on the 2nd level only went up so we had to walk the whole garage with our luggage out to the front down into level 1, to even get to the lobby. Upon checking in the receptionist was initially kind in greeting us, but then proceeded to give me a hard time for making “demands”, as she put it. Multiple times, over and over again. I tried to use the Marriott app on our drive in, to do early check in. I received an email to do this. It was not a functional app and gave me no way to check in. It promoted me to ask for “requests” or “accommodations” and I selected all my items for towels, bath mats, and a blanket. Which I was confused by as these are items normally in the rooms. Again, I was promoted by the app to do so. I ended up waiting to check in, in person. The receptionist would not let it go, that I apparently asked way too much of her by requesting these items be in my room and continued to laugh and talk over me while I tried to explain how the app didn’t work. Vacationed in Nashville for a week. Hotel was in a nice suburban area - still needed a car to get around though. Parking on site was pricey, but worth the convenience. Rooms were big and clean. Kitchen had odd layout, but useable for one cook. Large microwave and fridge helped us save money eating in. Breakfast bar, on-site laundry, and market downstairs helped make it easy to keep the family comfortable.

Near everything, great parking, great pool. rooms are clean and well kept. Kitchen area everything you need.

We were in town for a family event and this hotel was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, etc. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good as well. Parking was in an attached garage where it felt safe. I would recommend this hotel!

The staff made this stay so wonderful. Everyone was kind and our two young children loved going down to breakfast everyday because they were fun and extra friendly in the kitchen. Everyone here deserves a raise, they are what makes this hotel so special. Thank you!

The room we were in, 716, smelled HORRIBLY of mold. There’s no way that hotel staff didn’t know that the room has a mold issue.

The room was spacious and clean except the wall paper in the bathroom. Yuck !!! Stains everywhere. The hallway carpet was in awful condition. Decent breakfast was served, but the coffee was disgusting. There was a 6 person line at the front desk with one girl to check everyone in after 6:30pm. We waited in line for 45 minutes. Unacceptable

Our room exceeded expectations with space and first-class furnishings. (Only the toilet paper was poor.) All the staff - front desk and cleaning - were helpful and easy to contact. Broad breakfast choices!

Good hotel, nice, clean and quiet. Only complaint was that housekeeping didn’t come the first day, so didn’t pickup dirty towels, but they came the 2nd day at 8:15 knocking on the door to clean and kids were sleeping still and we were checking out that day, so no idea why they came to clean before we even left.

We had the two-bedroom suite and it was great. Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and each bedroom had their own full-size bathroom. Hope to be able to book on future business trips to Nashville.

We have been coming to this Residence Inn for many times. The rooms are spacious and the staff is always nice and easy to work with. There are free coffee, tea, hotwater, etc for you to get whenever you want. The location is great as it's literally cross street from the Green Hills Mall. Though parking is a bit costly it feels safe and convenient to park in the attached garage.

The staff member who checked me in (Brandon) was very pleasant and helpful.

Hotels prices sky high overall hotels good no free parking paying extra. This is totally wrong making extra money on sides. Unhappy parking paid extra separately

Comfortable room with a good sized refrigerator and freezer, which we needed for frozen fish. Quiet despite being in a busy part of town. Room needed brighter lights.
