    Old hotel, old room, no water pressure for the shower and cominication with the hotel was horrible. It took 3 days to respond a email with only came after 11 pm on check in day . Not a good place to stay.

    Every time I went to Starbucks for something I was unformed either the staff was not there or they were all these occasions occurred well before 4PM. The young Hispanic girl who working could not help me and spoke very little English.

    We got in late because we’re in the middle of moving . We got there around 3am, the room was ready and it was beautiful. I didn’t have time to take pics of it before . Only the after math of sleep lol. The hotel is lovely and elegant . Clean room and clean bathroom . Make sure to keep your room key for in and out parking access . Else you’ll be stuck paying the parking fee .

    The hotel was nice and the location was good. There were no washcloths in the room when we arrived, and it took longer than expected to get some to the room. The following day, there was only 1 left in the room, when 2 people was staying in the room. The pillows weren't comfortable at all...no fluffy enough

They cooked food did not stay good ( french was hard and dry and bacon was hard). We didn't like the fruit flies around the pastry table.     I needed a secure hotel because we were moving and had lots of stuff in our truck and in the bed of the truck. The parking lot has a secure entry and exit and all of our stuff was still there the next morning. Libby is beautiful .

    Easy check in. We took the shuttle from the airport (and back to the airport) and it was super fast and smooth, both drivers were very kind. Ate dinner at the bar and the staff was great, also great food and drinks. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

    Upon arrival the property is gated, instead of them letting you through the gate, the person on the other end was rude and no help, thank goodness a person behind us used their key card to let us in. Also watch the yellow caution sidewalk curb when getting out of your car, it goes from normal to sidewalk level just don’t trip over them like I did and twisted my ankle. And there is only 9 ADA handicap parking spots … “9”. Had to park at the farthest end of the property. Room serve, doesn’t exist or there is no menu anywhere in room or web site. Breakfast was not told anything about breakfast or where it’s suppose to be. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in Nashville and this one was a big disappointment. Will not return, will definitely stay elsewhere.

Half of the elevators don't work and it's a huge hotel so you end up waiting for upwards of 15 minutes just to get in. Staff were cold and unwelcoming. Amenities were lacking.

    The carpet in my room was sopping wet. There was a significant leak from somewhere. My guess the air conditioner. My socks were soaking when unaware I walked in it. It was disgusting and smelt like mould. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Room key card never worked at the gate for us to get in or out. Room key had to be redone several times because we couldn’t get in our room. The lobby bathroom was closed the entire weekend we stayed. The fridge in our room had so much ice in it we had to try to defrost it. The door on the fridge was broken and hanging.

    Was very disappointed with this stay. I don’t normally take time to write a negative review, but this is not a “budget hotel”. The value simply isn’t there with this hotel. The lobby & bar are nice, but the rooms are so lackluster. The shower pressure was so poor the water wouldn’t reach the middle of the standard size tub. It gave me the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel! The bedding was horrible (thinnest pillows I’ve seen) and most of all, the room got EXTREMELY hot, which makes it impossible to sleep. I had the thermostat set on 60 degrees, which kept it plenty cool but only while it ran for a few minutes. As soon as it kicked off, it somehow immediately got super hot again. The thermostat wasn’t operating correctly, so I couldn’t keep the fan running constantly. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Next time we have an early flight, I will be staying at the Hilton

We were calling for days before coming. No one ever answered the phone. So we tried while we were standing right in front of the desk. Yes they just ignore it.     It was very frustrating that they couldn't find our reservation It took about 20 minutes. Then we booked a king high floor she kept telling us they were sold out and they didn't have that room available so we ended up with a totally different room. Then the next morning after finishing breakfast we get a bill. Had to pull out my phone and tell her that breakfast was included with our stay. Something because that off she was saying it didn't show that that was included and it wasn't coming up. Oh that was frustrating so we didn't even bother to go to breakfast the next day. You have to pay to park each day. Which I think is 30 dollars It's nowhere on here or on the website.. overall it was clean and nice though.

    Empty Hand Soap Box. Why would you place only empty box? Broken front call button - Yall dont want customers to call to front desk?😂 The main issue here - Lobby Side of the room is very noisy none-stop loud music and loud conversation. Front Desk said Quiet time is at 10pm but Bar opens until 11pm. If you sleep early, not recommended. If you have no choice and still need to book this hotel then to avoid this madness ask above 5th floor. I thought hotel was where people sleep not to drink and party all night.

    Clean ,great location! Mattresses were terrible hard and old thy were dented in where people had silent on the bed and sat . The shower head in the bathroom was awful it needed to be replaced ! I was in room 421it needs those 2 things replaced but over all it was great I would stay again just not that room!

    The staff at the front desk didn't give much information on amenities. My friend purchased w sodas and candy and they fussed about using a card and said they couldn't print a receipt because it would have been everyone's transaction. So felt they were new and didn't know how to print the receipt. There was no pool. I felt it was nice and clean. Staff was friendly, except for the above issue.

    Beds were comfortable. 4 elevators;only 1 working for 14 floors No room service answer; had to go to the lobby. Breakfast was terrible; out of food 45 minutes before service ends. Syrup pitcher overflowed and stuck to the plate it was on; asked server to replace it and he picked up the pitcher stuck to the plate and poured it on my husband’s pancakes! While we were eating, they were sweeping the floor around us and asked the table next to us to pick up their feet to sweep under!

    Location was convenient for the airport. The atrium bar restaurant was nice & good food. Housekeeping left my door unlocked all day while I was gone. I also had the privacy tag on the door. They didn’t clean my room nor change the sheets only made the beds & changed the towels. I had to call downstairs late one night to have them change my bedding. This was my second room..my first room the fridge didn’t work & I had lots of groceries so I had to switch to a new room.

    Breakfast resembled a holiday inn express, there was what looked like mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and no fan. The AC unit was so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep. The room had an odor that wasnt exactly refreshing. The gym was nice and the lounge area was pleasant. Theyll get there soon.

    I loved that there was a Starbucks down stairs and coffee was always made delicious and strong. There is a nice long great food and drink's. There was a funny smell in the hallways I think it was do to carpet but other than that great! Beds comfortable and so were the pillows.

    This was a beautiful hotel. I had lost power during the ice storm and it was a very relaxing place to stay until my power was restored. Staff was friendly and welcoming.     The experience was okay, not wonderful or terrible. For the money, I wouldn't stay again. It was quite loud between guests and the location near the highway. You do have to pay for parking which isn't disclosed until after booking. We stayed at a nearby one last week which was much nicer for the same price point.

    The manager Kiana was a pain to work with. Customer service at this location was incredibly subpar. There was a third party reservation as to which additional information was needed. Instead of just giving the information took it upon herself to cancel. I would not recommend. Front desk continues to put you on hold and forgets you are on hold then just picks up like hey how may I help you. 0 stars.

    They charged me a hundred dollar pet fee when I didn’t have a pet stay. I wasn’t aware until after the fact because they didn’t mention it at booking, they just assumed the person I was talking to at check-in was with me and it was my dog- they were already checked in their room. Other than lack of communication the hotel was nice- there was trash overflowing from the trash cans by elevators but that’s probably because it was a holiday weekend and they were busy.

    1. They charge to park ($22 a day). That is not disclosed unless you read carefully. The bad part is the exit barrier isnleft open to anyone that wants to come and go. None of the reviews mentioned the parking charge. 2. The hot water didnt work properly. Somwtimes it was hot and othee times it was cold. I did tell the front desk. Hopefully they get it fixed before the next guest comes. We paid a good price but the name didnt meet our standards for a luxary hotel.

    Pretty great for an airport hotel. The lounge/ hotel bar was a total vibe! The food was expensive but sooo delicious. Parking is not included.     Check in time at almost 10pm took over 25 mins where they couldn’t find my reservation. Then I get inside and the door was ajar. Safety concern. The tub was dirty and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Calling the front desk was an issue and the button was broke on the phone so I called using my cell phone and getting connected was frustrating because no one picked up. I gave up and fell asleep. Bed was comfortable and room temp was fine. 2nd night no hot water. Took so long to get someone on the phone who informed me the can send a tech up and noted they had any children in the lobby. Unsure the relevance. Went down for buffet breakfast, flies in the pastries, sausage was cold. For the price of $25 dollar it was waste.my brother stayed down the road at the Cambria and I would choose that hotel over this own. I was truly disappointed and more so when I looked at the price online and was overcharged by a lot. Never again.

    The toilet seat was broken in the room, and we waited 45 minutes and 3 calls for it to be fixed. It took almost 20 minutes to get hot water, no matter when we tried. Breakfast menu was good, just so overpriced. Ordered hashbrowns $6, single egg $3 off the menu and was served 2 eggs $6. When I asked about it the server stated that they can only ring up 2 eggs. I will never stay at a Mariot again.

    Overall the hotel was ok for a one night stay prior to an early morning flight. Lobby and bar area were nice, but the hallways and rooms need a refresh. Carpets and hallways were smelly and the corners in the bathroom had dirt and dust. The cubby where towels were kept in bathroom were very dusty as well. The air conditioning vents were quite dusty. Seems as though these rooms just get a quick cleaning but fixtures and heavy cleaning are never done. I understand there is high turnover with an airport hotel, but the managers have a brand standard to uphold in all areas not just guest facing employees. All of the staff were friendly except for one, the shuttle driver she seemed to have an attitude when she saw our party of four come out with full size suitcases. We all had to put our own bags in the back, which was fine but I didn’t need all the attitude at 3:45 am.

    I tried two nights in a row to order room service and no one answered me ever. I called the restaurant and no one answered the keys to our room suddenly stoped working and I had to go to the front desk with no shoes and the whole stay was just not pleasant. Everyone but a few were very rude and the room was very dirty as soon as we arrived

    Definitely a beautiful hotel in a nice area for an affordable price. Airport shuttle service was great and Uber fees to downtown and other areas were very affordable. Would stay again!

    From the moment we arrived, everything at the Nashville Airport Marriott exceeded expectations. The complimentary shuttle was ready when we landed, and the driver was very pleasant. At check-in, the front desk reception was more than helpful with every question we had. Complimentary water at the reception desk was a thoughtful touch. Virginia our server during breakfast was PHENOMENAL, her kindness and care started our day off right. The property itself is beautiful and well-kept. There’s a Starbucks on the main floor along with a restaurant and bar with multiple TVs, plus cozy seating areas throughout. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the entire hotel was very, very clean. Our room had everything we needed, including a huge TV. We were able to log into Netflix easily and even watch the Canelo–Crawford fight without any problems. We came to town for the Titans game and loved that it was only about a $12, 10-minute ride downtown. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will absolutely return again!

    We had an amazing stay here. The receptionists were very friendly and kind. Check in/check out was so smooth. The only downside you should keep in mind is that the hotel is right next to the highway so it might be noisy at night. But it’s convenient that way.

    The property was good. Our room must have been recently renovated the pillows were flat we asked for two extra pillows and they was flat as well for platinum elite we was only allowed to have buffet breakfast was told we couldn’t order off the menu , which was the same items. All three days and plates were dirty all 3 days. No microwaves in the room and the hallway smelled musty. A/C units are loud. Very close to the airport and would stay again if in the area.

    The AC in the room is super loud and turns on and off . The lady at Starbucks downstairs does not know what she is doing and she is very unprofessional. She told me she can’t give me a coffe with milk because she only has latte available ( what? ) , then she made me a refresher without any fruit ( after she gave it to me , she said she ran out ( when asked)

    The hotel had an unexpected $22 per day parking fee that we were not aware of. The room did not have a microwave. We had what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room, but the bathroom did not have safety rails. The hotel was clean and the staff were all nice.

    While not the cleanest hotel, it was close to the airport. Original room assigned had a broken Deadbolt and had a balcony that only looked onto the atrium and could be accessed by the hallway near the elevators. Asked to be reassigned and was given a new room, no questions asked which was good. BUT beware, the property is not super clean or welcoming. Convenience wins, but not a highlight of our trip
