Very good location to Broadway and the Ole Smokey Distillery where we frequent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had very good amenities. It was raining so we didn't get to fully enjoy the 4th floor bar, but we did see the potential. The parking was expensive and during the stay the app indicated an extra day would be charged. It ultimately was not but I'm not sure that wasn't a result of my constant inquiry's. I never got a straight answer from them - had to wait for the bill to confirm. The room was fine but the fold out bed was small and uncomfortable. We also thought the shower (half open) was odd and also made it breezy. The restaurant food was mediocre, and the drinks were expensive. The bartender on 10/30/25 was not friendly. Lastly, we did the vacation package seminar and had a horrible experience due to one of the higher ups that came over to try to seal the deal and basically told me i wasn't cleaver enough to understand the "great" deal they were offering. Our guide and the presentation were fine.

This room was fantastic. It was clean it was comfortable and had a beautiful view. It even had a signature Jimmy Buffet Margarita machine. We loved it! It was out second stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it!

Walkable to Broadway street. Close to restaurants. Very clean. Hated that check out, which was 10 am! This is absurd. I travel frequently and never stayed anywhere with such an early check out, especially after late nights out at local bars. Tried to get late check out on a weekday but denied!

Decent location. Excellent room. Avoid the restaurant

$60 a day to park is a lot outrageous.

We enjoyed the stay. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We did not like no room service unless requested. This should be in writing in room on card. Also, it would be helpful to have a bellman to help with getting luggage down from room for senior citizens or women traveling alone. Maybe one of the valet attendants could assist if needed.

We were not told that daily room cleaning was not included which was quite surprising. This left a bad impression on us.

Breakfast was fine. I did call back to the location after I had left. I forgot my sunglasses and asked if they could mail them to me. They found them, but it is right at $50.00 to mail them to me. Also, I would think they would service the rooms daily. Mine was never serviced during my stay.

I was so pleasantly surprised about how modern and clean the hotel was. All of the staff we met were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem. Nothing really. The only negative from our side as Irish people was the room had no kettle so we couldn’t make tea. It did provide a coffee maker. However there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor and the girls there kindly gave us hot water as we had our own teabags.

I reserved a regular room and received a handicap room. The issue was the shower water was all over the floor. Had to use some of the towels on the floor. Thought would receive room service but no room service was received during my stay.

Very nice, close walk to broadway, nice restaurant/ bar on the sight nice rooftop pool

Loved this hotel - clean, fun, great location. Only complaint was the shower. I didn’t like that it doesn’t have a shower door and no water pressure. Also we reserved a king and they gave us two queen beds. Not a deal breaker - I would definitely stay again.

Expedia got greedy and booked too many rooms. So they called me the day before (when I booked 6 months in advance) and told me they were just going to switch our room type. Had to argue to get the type of bed we wanted. But hotel/expedia refused to comp us for the room change. Paid for a room with a kitchenette. Didn’t get a room with kitchenette. But they still kept my money. Hotel manager couldn’t have cared less of course. Typical response…”call Expedia.” I’m sure they will care even less. Won’t use them in the future. And won’t stay at Margaritaville.

Super close to Broadway and amazing staff!

We were booked for the Wyndham vacation suite and at the last minute they moved us to the hotel. The room was smaller and did not have the kitchenette.
- 4/5
Homeless people asking for $$ and coffee and such and lack of security was a bit concerning
- 5/5
Great property! Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
The property is in a great location we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Starbucks in the building was a great feature
- 5/5
Better than expected. Close to Hockey arena and Broadway. An easy walk

The vacation club suites are perfect. Super comfortable, chill ambience, everything necessary for a few night's stay. Staff was great. Hotel and all amenities beautiful, welcoming and clean!

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the resort was beautiful and clean. I highly suggest this hotel to stay at!

Very nice property. We would definitely stay again!

I booked a studio with a king bed and kitchenette but when we checked in, we were put in a room with 2 queen beds and told the studio rooms were not available. It was very disappointing as we chose this property because of the studio rooms.
- 4/5
Great location for the Music City convention center. Restaurant menu was a little limited

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Room was great. Location amazing. Bed and pillows were not comfortable !
- 4/5
We booked a deluxe suit and were given a standard room being told “the only difference is a half wall, separating the bed from the room” which is what we wanted. There was no discount for a lesser room.
- 4/5
I was a little disappointed since we booked the vacation club but was contacted the night before that the rooms were all booked. They gave us a room in the regular part of the hotel. All in all the resort is very clean and staff was great.
- 5/5
Great hotel. The Margarita machine was a great touch. The location was excellent. Lather was very helpful and informative and Antonio at check in was great.
- 4/5
Room was very nice. However, even though we were only there for a weekend. Our beds were not made. All that was done is we got a fresh supply of sheets. I don't even think the garbage was emptied
- 5/5
Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating !

Great stay! Amazing.

The hotel itself is very good. The homeless in Nashville’s problem always around the hotel. One other problem was bartender over charging us.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel. friendly staff. Nashville needs to address the problem with the homeless people.
- 1/5
Horrible. A nightmare to had booked this hotel. They cancelled my booking last minute and did not even care to say sorry once I got there, they did not even tried to help me. Horrible experience from them.
- 5/5
Location was great, a few blocks from Broadway. Live music in the hotel bars. Pool was relaxing. Staff catered to our needs.
- 2/5
I didn’t realize I’d have to listen to a lady try to get me to go to a timeshare presentation when I checked in. That was really annoying.
- 5/5
After stating in some quite dated places earlier on our road trip, this hotel was such a breath of fresh air. Greeted with a margarita it really set our weekend in Nashville off with a bang. We also had a morning by the pool and it was lovely and relaxing and the pool food and drink was pricey but very good, and the staff very attentive
- 5/5
We had a fabulous time - great location!
- 5/5
Everything was amazing, Antonio at the front desk was BOMB, that man needs a raise. Atmosphere of the lobby & rooms are beautiful.
- 3/5
We had a great time but was told a room for 4. Pull out was a twin so really only room for three
- 4/5
Convenient to downtown. Staff was pleasant.
- 3/5
The pool itself, however, was filthy and disgusting. I would suggest they clean it DAILY!
- 5/5
Everything was great. Very clean and a short walk to the bars. Only complaint is the 15+ bird poops on the drivers side rear door of the car (we used valet). Must have been parked under a nest or common bird pooping ground.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, close to the strip, good drinks and food, the pool is a nice place to relax
- 3/5
The room decor and amenities were nice.
- 5/5
Margaritaville was perfect walking distance from Broadway and appeared to be a safe street. The property was clean and definitely gave resort vibes. Any time we asked for more towels or needed help with anything, the staff followed through quickly and politely.
- 5/5
Good location about 10 min walk to Broadway. The pool area and bar were nice, with good service.
- 5/5
Great property, very comfortable room and bed. The only problem was we were above the bar so it was noisy. Otherwise nice place.
- 5/5
Great hotel and great staff. Very friendly and went out of their way to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
- 5/5
