    The only good thing about this place was the price, and location. I had to initially call the front desk after standing there for several minutes to get someone to come up front and check us in. Once an employee showed up, so did a wave of body odor. We get checked in, amd walking toward the room, the hall smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were multiple stains on the carpets in the halls. While walking past the gym we noted black mold on the wall. Our room was not clean, there was food, and other debris covering the floor in one corner. The shower was covered in mildew. The toilet had yellow tinted water, I'm assuming wasnt flushed properly after the last use. The phone was for decoration only, as there was no cord connecting it to the wall. All the furniture had water damage. The night stands had cigarette burns on it. There was a weird hard substance on one of the covers. The cleaning person just walked in the next morning without knocking, walking in on my child who was changing. Found a cockaroach in the bathtub. There was a weird questionable substance on the lid for the ice bucket. The breakfast? Didn't exist. Couldn't even get juice. And we went down at 8am. Paint was peeling from every door in the building, amd the wallpaper mural in our room was half missing, and what was there was peeling away from the wall.

    We thought it was close to what we were doing but it wasn’t. Smelled when we walked in , very warm at lobby and hallways, elevator out of order, no headboards room, beds were moved to another wall and one squeaked terrible.. I’m sorry but it was pretty upsetting experience .

    The spot is nice. Went there 8 years ago and was WAY MUCH BETTER. I will not be back. Everything is broken. No more pool. Elevators aren’t working. Black spots everywhere on the ceiling and walls. Bathroom’s fan not working. We had to ask for new towels and seemed to be asking too much. No one at the front desk, hard to see someone. No security at the doors anytime you can enter without a card. Floor weren’t clean at all and not only in the rooms. There were even bullets in our wall! I do not recommend. You might pay a little more for a better stay anywhere else.

    Absolutely nothing! The property smelled horrible, I had paid for a queen room with 2 queen beds I got a room with 1 queen bed I went downstairs to the guy I paid for a room with two queen beds. He gave me a room two double beds. AC didn’t work TV didn’t work so we went back to the one bed. None of the TVs worked. The beds were uncomfortable. Definitely never staying here again! Only reason I got this hotel was for the price with the room with 2 beds.

    Nothing about this hotel is worth the price. I will never stay here again. Don't waste your money. I didn't like anything because I was not able to like anything I was moved because of issues with the room and guess what the rooms I moved to were the same issues.

    Dirty!!!! Except the bathroom. But hallways smelled like trash. Full of overflowing trash cans. TV legs were broken so it was leaning. Sofa had stains all over it. And it was broken as far as the cushion sank into the sofa itself way down.

    Nothing. Dirty, extremely worn, scrapes everywhere - in the room in the hallways. The only thing that looked OK was in the lobby. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. When the flooring in the room was replaced with laminate flooring, the installers didn’t peel all the old carpet that was glued to the floor from the edges like the entrance so there was old dirty carpet there. Tub and sink drains looked awful. I have never been in a hotel in this bad of condition. Not even close for the second worst hotel I ever stayed in.

    Nothing. Don’t stay here. Especially if you have kids. We walked in saw our rooms, they were absolutely filthy. The hotel smelled awful, our rooms were not clean. There was mold in the showers. We walked downstairs for a refund. Lady said she would now they are refusing after we didn’t even stay. Booking.com was no help. Just go to any other place other than this. Nothing. Don’t stay here.     Literally nothing. Worst hotel on the face of the earth Avoid at all costs. The property was SO run down, dirty and smelly that we couldn't even stay here. We checked in, saw the room and immediately left. And no one will refund for it! Elevator was out of order, pool was broken, cigarette ashes & dirty laundry everywhere. Cigarette burns on bedding, carpet and chairs. I don't think the hotel even owns a vacuum or broom.

    Location. That was the ONLY thing. The WiFi doesn’t work. The curtains won’t close all the way. The elevators don’t work. The pool was closed and empty. I booked several days before I got there for a king room. When we got there the lady told me they had overbooked and my room was no longer available. I got two queens on the third floor instead. She would not give me any kind of a discount. I told her that I lived 3 hours away. That it wasn’t my fault they overbooked and gave my room away that I had paid for days ago. She didn’t care. I got there 30 min after check in and room still wasn’t ready. The entire third floor smelled like weed. Even the bedding. The vending machines were empty. Like completely. The remote to the tv would not turn it on and off or work the volume. The tv didn’t not have a volume button on it. There was no way to turn it up or down. The bed squeaked loudly every time we moved and were very uncomfortable. They didn’t not call to warn us of any of this. Room changes, elevators, pool…nothing. The third floor was a complete dump. I was worried about the safety and cleanliness but the only options we had was drive back home, 3 hours away, late that night or stay. It was me and my two young boys. All other hotels were booked. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

    The location was close to the Gaylord The property was unfortunately really run down, all the hotel doors were chipping of paint, there were bright yellow (almost like bleach) stains on the floor. The elevators did not work. There was no free breakfast as advertised, the pool was empty and not usable. In my hotel room the bathroom door was repaired with parts of a card board box. There were roaches in the hotel room. My room smelled like cigarettes the whole stay. It was brutal.

    NOTHING!!! Everything!! This is a very old run down hotel. Our toilet wouldn’t even flush, Looked like puke in the hallway & Room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. When we went down to talk to the front desk there was already a woman there complaining about her room & she told us that she had already been switched from 4 different rooms. We told the front desk about everything that was wrong and she stated they had tried cleaning the hallway but it wouldn’t come out of the carpet. The picture online definitely is not what the rooms look like so BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS A VERY DIRTY PLACE….. STAY FAR AWAY
