Room deposit of $50 per room required (in cash only). No outside entrance. Only thru main doors. Food crumbs on the desk area. Toilet paper was empty. Bed skirt was torn on corner. Long hair under blanket. 2 pillows on 1 bed, 3 on the other. Neighbors were loud sound like fighting. No breakfast at all , was listed as grab and go. I was told coffee only, at 7am. By 710am, no sign of it so we left. Area was decent and close to restaurants. Free parking, air conditioning worked great.

Rooms felt dirty. Felt like bugs were crawling on us. Holes in walls. Carpetscouldve used a good cleaning. Pool area was gross the water hazy.. used the pool once and wouldnt go back. The hot tub wasnt filled and water was grey. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The door to get out of the room was so rusted I didnt even want to touch it. Never again. That was a lesson learned. The pictures were deceiving. Everything

This place was horrible. I am requesting a refund. There were many bugs flying around my room and the bedroom. I had to sway away 5 or 6 just to take a bath. Then I had to sway away and kill another 5 before I could go to bed. The bathroom light was out. The tv had no single at all. As soon as you walk in you smell weed and whatever else people do there. There was no breakfast. This place was disgusting. Everything. Have a breakfast. Not smell like weeed. Call pest control. Get your tvs fixed.

Room had no smoke detector just wires bare from the ceiling, hot was not functioning, someone puked in the hall way outside my room and it took over 24 hours before they cleaned it up. I had to report it to the front desk twice. No tv remotes in room when I checked in. The ice machine worked the first 2 days and after that it never worked again. No breakfast each morning as advertised on the booking. Only coffee every morning. Room had old soap still in bathroom and trash behind microwave and under bed and room was not vacuumed prior to check in. Beds were good. Microwave had no place to plug in to use, had to move microwave to bathroom counter to plug in to use.

Ac was mid had a really bad mildew smell. Pool was really cloudy The room a few down from mine (friend booked their room with us) room looked like it wasnt even cleaned. Cloths still in bathroom not clean and half drunk dr. Pepper in fridge. The front desk guy tryed to up charge my hotel stay it just was an all around mid experience and will not be back to this hotel

Rooms are incredibly small for a hotel room. Mattresses are very cheap and you only get two thin, half size, square pillows. Property altogether seems a little below average.

I like the privacy you get I like to pull that’s hated indoors. I like all the employees they’re very, very nice and helpful and cater to your needs.

The temperature was so high you couldn't stand it and that made the chlorine levels so high it turned my kids clothes almost white and I am still watching them to make sure the chlorine didn't do any damage. There was nothing good about the property. The front desk only would take “Cash only” cleaning deposits. There were VERY obvious drug deals going on in the parking lot. There were cigarette butts in the hallway, for 2 days there was a powder on the floor that wasn’t ever cleaned up, the TV didn’t work, there was no ice bucket, no cups, no towels, the door was hard to open and closed because it was not connected to the hinges properly. Then when we got to the bathroom, there was “Hairs” in the bathtub, there was a “smell” coming from the bathroom. The remote was missing for the TV and 2 days later the TV never worked. There were stains on the carpet, there was so much dust, debris and other items like a roll of duct tape and a .380 bullet laying under my bed, the hookers we’re nice and friendly to the point they held the door secured door open the whole time but wouldn’t let us walk up the stairs. Then to top it off, the shower was nasty, the sink was filthy and wasn’t connected to the plumbing and just leaked on the floor and to add salt to a wound, there was more than a little blood on my pillow case. And to add insult to injury, there was a part of the floor missing between the entrance and the bedroom area. Not much

We checked into the room and found bed bugs walking on the bed. Immediately walked down to the lobby and was moved to another room. The bed springs has someone’s puke stained, it was absolutely nasty room. I would never recommend this place. If the rooms are this nasty, they shouldn’t let customers to stay.

The shower curtain rod looked like it had been pulled out of the wall several times. The access panel to the tub faucet was busted open. The tiles in the entry way were busted and cracked and uneven, almost tripped on them several times. It had a funky smell. Parking was ok. Air conditioner worked. Sheets seemed clean Bed was comfortable We only stayed one night but I doubt I will be back there unless just desperately needing a room. Staff was good. Friendly. Didn't give me any attitude when I asked about my reservation. I guess they are doing the best they can with what little they have. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past few years. It's slowly going downhill. It use to be a super 8. Not sure who owns it now. If your choice is this hotel or the red roof across donelson pike. Pick this one.. if not spend anothet 25 bucks and go somewhere else.

Absolutely nothing Nasty room enter while I was there then staff stole my luggage next day after I was away...I had went down same night to tell someone openu door while I was in bed..was told was maintenance enter wrong room then next day luggage was stole so I believe staff stole since enter day before with key...owner wold not talk with me and I file police report now I'm going to sue since I have police report. I asked for manger to call and pay for my luggage and refund my stay and have been ignored

It said non smoking facility but it definitely wasn’t. Hot tub didn’t work and wasn’t clean. Bathroom in the pool area was so dirty there was human poop in the floor. Bathroom in the room had a sink that leaked water and mold all around that area visible up the wall toward the floor. The door of the room was broken somehow as it was extremely hard to pull open.

We appreciate the hotel accepting late patrons due to the power outage and we had just got to our original hotel only to be turned away. We called and had only a few left and so we took it. I didn’t like the mattress on the bed, it was too fluffy or soft. the area, we had to ask for everything like the ice buckets. Just didn’t like it.

The people working at the reception were of no help during all this. Just stood there and laughed at the situation. More than five groups demanded a refund within an hour as their beds had not been made and there were drugs in the fridge. I know it's cheap but you might loose all your valuable things. Book Sonesta which is right next door.

Well the bed picture frame fell on my husband and I while laying in bed, lucky it wasn't my kid. Also dirty wash cloth in the bathroom left from the last person visit. I did let management know about the picture issue just not happy at all. We have to come back this way from Florida to Wisconsin was planning on rebooking on the way back, but my family and I are looking else where. Not going to spend money when there's a chance of a picture falling on me in my sleep no thanks. That hurt and I am good. Not even a refund offered for that happening.

The beds and sheets were for the most part clean. The paint was fresh and newish. They had Direct TV. lol My wife walked over to me and said it's raining on me as I use the bathroom. I think to myself, do what? No way. The truth is the ceiling was wet and soggy and full of mold from a leak that has soaked through and is literally making the bathroom floor soaked and dripping on you as you use the bathroom. Then the water pressure in the shower is almost unnoticeable. The fitness center has 4 pieces of equipment and no blinds, so you can watch through the window at someone working out. The pool didn't seem too bad, other than the fact that the pool room smelled horrible. The whole hotel smelled of weed. Its all good to smoke, but considering I had my children with me you could atleast do it outside. Considering all the other things I assume they don't care.

I’m not sure where 2begin. The property itself is a conversion but it has NOT been converted! Looks absolutely NOTHING like any of the pictures online! We found our broken smoke detector in the side tables broken drawer w/wiring cut n covered in the ceiling w/plastic wrap. The only working entrance n exit in entire facility where the front door N 1rear door, all others cards readers hung off bldg unwired. The microwave was NOT cleaned, the refrigerator, if u want 2call it that, could probably get a can of Coke cold in 3days, if u never opened the door again.The bathroom door had a cut out the size of a kitty door on the bottom left corner from dry rot maybe water damage. There was NEVER breakfast served at all, as advtz’d. NOT ANY of the mornings! The back n side parking lot was a cesspool for about 20-25 people. They were definitely addicts and or individual that sold it 2them. You would know this just by simply walking out 2the parking lot if ur vehicle was parked there, the first time by simply listening 2the conversations and things that they would say. Unsafe!! I was also charged an additional cash deposit, which is not a problem but online depending on the website, all were different amounts and different accepted payment types. Upon arrival I paid with a $100 bill in cash, being told cash only but was not given proper change because “they didn’t have any” and was told that I would get the rest of my money with my deposit upon checking out!? I FEEL KID TO AND ROBBED!

Room was clean but iron was singed with burned residue, ironing board was broken and when blow dryer was turned on it rumbled, sparked and smoked. Immediately unplugged and warned staff it was a fire hazard. If looking for a hotel near the airport there are many other options. Spend a little more $$ for a better place to stay.

Room was dirty didn’t seem it had been cleaned. There was clothes left in the furniture by a previous guest along with a crack pipe. They no longer have a working hot tub and still advertise they do. Used to come to this hotel several times a year but the past two has really gone downhill. Won’t ever be going back.

The hotel is dated, when we pulled up there were homeless people in the corner of the hotel, the staff dud not speak English well and did not understand what we were asking, then it look like they had people that were there to handle theur sexual needs and nothing else they most definitely were not Travelers if I thought I can get my $252 back I would the bathroom had nothing to lock you just closed the door anybody could just push open the door the bathroom was Tiny the shower and the water ran at the same time so if they don't want me to make bad reviews stop sending me surveys I would never ever ever recommend this hotel there were guests that were complaining about cigarette butts no hot water working it was crazy I almost felt afraid to stay there if it wasn't for my son I probably would have paid another hotel to feel comfortable if you want a one-night hookup most definitely go to that hotel because that's exactly what it seem like they house Street urchins for a room for a couple hours don't take the children there plus the only thing they offered for a continental breakfast was coffee nothing else. The pictures that they have on hotel.com or fake pictures that is not what that hotel look like it ain't a studio it's a old Motel 8.

We have stayed here before and it was very bare bones but fine for a quick night of sleep near the airport. This time, when we checked in we were directed to 2 different rooms that had obviously not been cleaned (sheets torn off the beds etc), before finally finding us a room that was actually available. When we finally got a room on the 3rd floor- there was no button in the elevator indicating there was a third floor (picture attached). The smoke detector in our room was removed from the ceiling and in the drawer of the dresser. There was trash piled up in the hallway. And our kids found an open pack of cigarettes in their room. Definitely not worth the cost savings.

Buyer beware: this is Super 8 motel that has been rebranded but not refurbished. As such, the property is in abysmal condition. Our room had a defunct smoke alarm dangling from the ceiling, an active leak from the floor above with black mold, holes in the wall (roughly patched), a broken shower rod, light fixtures without covers, a desk off kilter, broken tile in the bathroom, reversed hot and cold faucets, shabby carpet, etc. Given all of this, I suspect that the glowingly positive reviews of the property are fakes.

The facility was in horrible condition. The tile on the floor was all cracked, holes in the wall, just not a clean place. Some lady smoking weed by the pool. Sketchy people. Yikes.

Hot tub was literally colder than the pool which was a big bummer there too. They say “Free Breakfast” nothing was offered for that either but cheap coffee you make yourself lol. The room was fine other than a smoke detector literally ripped out of the celling. For the price I guess you get what you pay for but don’t think I’ll be staying here again to be honest. Just pay the extra if you can.

You get what you pay for. Sleeping area and beds fine. Bathroom looks like it probably was not cleaned. There was hair from previous people in the shower and there was dirt on the bathroom floor. There was no breakfast, but there was free parking. Adequate for what we needed. This was advertised as a Super 8 so I expected more. Didn't really want to walk in the sink and bathroom areas without shoes. The sink faucet and shower faucet were loose. Good water pressure in the shower and good hot water.

Bed was half made like some one slept in it and then thru the covered back. So I just pulled them on back and spayed the bed with Lysol. The tv didn’t work my friend ended up fixing it for us. I told them at front desk and he stated he would come up and fix it but never did. Then they changed the deposit to 60 instead of 50 I only had 50 on the card I was using so that put me in the negative and I’m haven’t received it back yet so still waiting on that. I love the area because it’s close to airport and when I drive in it’s close enough as soon as I get off the road. Definitely needs to be cleaned better but for the cost it was all good.

Bugs in the hotel room Homeless sleeping in the hallways. Hot Tub does not work. The indoor pool was nice. Ok hotel for the price but would not bring children here. Need to handle the bug problem. Staff was nice. Oh there is no outdoor pool even though Expedia says there is one. No Breakfast. Sometimes they have coffee set out but that was all. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We didn’t make it a big deal because we were only there for a certain amount of time, but we moved rooms after asking management to fix our toilet that wouldn’t flush. To a room that’s was absolutely disgusting and could take 10 mins to clean if they wanted to.

Service sucked, I stood at the counter waiting for someone to come after we checked in for several minutes. All the while I was ringing the bell. The hot tub was broken, the toilet seat in our room was nearly falling off. The windows in our room were so dirty that this morning when the sun came in I couldn’t even see the building next door. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. The room was booked, and secured with a card, but wasn’t supposed to be charged until we checked in. The lobby reaked of marijuana. The back steps leading to the parking lot had trash in the floor, broken plastic forks and who knows what all. Over all this was the worst place I have booked a room in all of my 50 years. I have been a truck driver and traveled all over since 1999.

Besides the dirty socks found on floor in room things were ok but that just let us know housekeeping isn’t doing a well job. Also, it’s advertised online as having free breakfast only to wake up and find out breakfast isn’t any longer offered. Thank God was just a 1 night stay.

Once we got to our room, the hallways were filled with trash bags, the elevator was missing panels and there were screws all over the floor. Coming into our room we noticed the light fixture on the ceiling was missing with the wires exposed and the nightstand drawer handle was broken and missing screws. The floors were dirty and not cleaned. I notified the front desk of the issues and was not given confirmation of notation. When we needed new towels, I went to the front desk to request new ones and was handed a trash bag and told to go retrieve the old towels and bring them back. When I returned with the old towels the employee walked me into the back of the employee area and asked me to take the towels from the storage room. it felt very unattended and the property was overall not cared for nor did it meet the standards of the online listing on Hotels.com and it was posted to be a Super 8 and was not.

As a business owner in the trucking industry, I found the booking process for a single night to be seamless, and the front desk staff efficiently facilitated an extension of our stay for an additional two nights. We intend to consistently choose this establishment for future travel to Tennessee.

Rooms were cleanish, Shower heads leaking to the point where your getting water everywhere but yourself, trash in the hallways maybe vacuumed once a week, the indoor pool was nice just had a lot of chlorine, hot non functional, floor to the work out room was peeling at the door witch made it hard to open, key entry on side of building is busted, the window to the room I had opened but good luck closing it, blinds weren’t really functional either. I will say you kind of get what you pay for hopefully this is seen and improvements are made. Could be a really nice place if cleaned up

My stay at Luxe Studios was extremely disappointing. The shower in my room was broken and the tub was visibly filthy. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The building felt unsafe, with people constantly coming in and out and no clear security presence. There was also never anyone at the front desk to address concerns. The experience did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here. You would be better off sleeping in Walgreens parking lot honestly.

I only stayed one night before an early morning flight. I don’t think I would stay there again because if their current cleaning practices continue it will become a dump.

The elevator wasn’t working. The people staying there were loud outside in the parking lot and blaring music (I am going to assume they were extended stay customers, just how they acted). Someone let their dog out to run the hallway at midnight. I won’t be staying here again or recommend staying here.

my room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was dust that was at least a month of collecting ( and that’s being modest). The room hasn’t been swept, there was smudges in the mirror. The bedding need to bed replaced, it’s been in rotation so long it’s turning cream/ brownish colored. I saw there was a $50 deposit but was told $50 at the desk. I almost slipped on ice just trying to get to the front door because no one seem to think to try to melt it for first safety. I will NEVER stay at this place again. I feel like i needed to call the cdc and health department just from staying here. I hate that i wasted my money but my power was out, so i had to stay in this filthy place.

The room was not clean. There was a dirty towels in the bed and sink. The bed was never made, I have pictures to prove it. I literally went inside the room and went outside to check out. I didn't feel safe. I never use that hotel. I'm losing my money. They didn't even say if they gonna refund my money, I'm still shocked unbelievable.

It was trash. Only tangerines for fresh food. No eggs. No bowls for cereal. When I came out at 8 there was barely anything there. I mean it’s not a high end place but no milk. There was bagels snd butter and cream cheese. Water for tea was not hot.

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby and after ringing bell for staff to greet/welcome me. Door to room 315 would not fully shut or stay closed unless I literally slammed the door with my body weight. The TV did not work. Had to rig the phone in able to call downstairs to the front desk. I let the staff know about the TV and they did try to take care of it but they couldn't get it to work.

I was in room 122 and someone above me took a shower and my whole room was flooding water was coming down in my room on the floor on my laptop and I could not complete my work as I was doing my work ruined my whole night and I missed completing my work for my job I hope I can be accommodated for another night or my money back this is the worst experience I've ever had at the hotel ever. Even the plugs in the room stopped working in the lights were flickering on and off and I heard a humming sound coming from the electrical lights in the bathroom where the water was dripping from so I turned all the lights off because who knows if I touch the water if I will get electrocuted very dangerous and unsafe I definitely should be accommodated or need some type of reimbursement on this

I was in the same hotel 7 years ago, liked it then and like it now. Funny I was in the same exact room this trip too.

I tried calling 3 times the day of my arrival to see if I could check in early. Was put on hold every time and no one came back to my call. I arrived 30 min before check in time and was told I'd be charged a fee for early check in or I could wait. I was then told I had to give a $60 CASH deposit. I received a message the day before saying it was a $50 credit card charge. I finally agreed to the cash deposit because she said it would be 10 days before I'd get the refund on my card. Not friendly.

All in all 3/5 in our opinion I’d probably stay again just for a place to sleep before a flight that takes off really early but not as a vacation destination

My experience at the hotel was okay I've noticed that the hotel is picking back up the manager of the hotel had quit and it looks like Miss lo has returned when she was absent I noticed everything falling apart it wasn't being clean like it was supposed to things wasn't getting done and I had asked where was she at and they said she had quit but I see she is back now so whatever happened to miss low y'all need to keep her cuz she keeps your hotel at a five-star rating for me and I'm a very OCD person I notice a lot but she keeps everything in order and clean this time my shower curtain was broken and my toilet seat broken but overall it's all a 4.7 hotel keep Mrs. Lol in there and you will be a 5 Star hotel She a good person every time I come to Nashville to work cuz I'm a traveling nurse I always see her doing something and greeting the customers and keeping it clean that's what I like about a manager greeting the customers making sure everything gets done so if you don't want bad ratings or reports of bad hotel that you need to keep Miss lo as manager.

The trip from the beginning shouted red flags. Staff was friendly, but SUPER hard to understand. Acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Got our room key to be given a room that was already occupied. TALK ABOUT EMBARRASSING TO WALK INTO. Went back down to not even get a sincere apology since they clearly thought the room was empty. Was given a new room that smelled, was dirty, had stained sheets, food crumbs up and down hallways. People smoking weed and it smelled terrible. No shampoo/conditioner provided, no makeup towels, no cups for coffee or a coffee pot in rooms. Pushed through the stay only to get up at 6:30 and for breakfast to be wiped out by 7am. I mean there was NOTHING. Even the juices GONE. The location was close to airport but overall the stay was non-enjoyable. Unless you don’t care about cleanliness, provided essentials like most hotels offer, and breakfast, I don’t recommend staying here.

Staff got us a room on the first floor and were quick to check us in. Impression of the other guests staying there was not great. Let’s just say they were possibly working out the hotel in a non legal manner. The room was average and bed was comfortable but the shower floor was falling in. The hair dryer nearly caught my hair on fire, however they replaced it. Woke up early for the continental breakfast which had one honey bun, one plain bagel and or cold cereal as an option. No coffee, no tea, only OJ or cranberry from a dispenser, with nobody actively replenishing anything. It was as soon as it opened as well so it was as if they put out the bare minimum!

We chose this hotel because it was decently priced and very close to the airport. Sits among the Hyatt, Drury Inn, etc. STaY at one of those! The rooms were all terribly Smokey and halls, lobby and everything was very unclean. He gave us another room to try. Nope, nasty and Smokey as well. He would NOT refund our money so we left and stayed at the nicer, very clean Drury Inn next door. Don’t waste your time here, entry to the lobby will be all you need to decide.

There were roaches in my room. Their website says they offer shuttle to airport but they dont. Hotel is old and worn. The breakfast consist of cereal and toast.

The carpet on the floor was nasty, stained, dead bugs. Chair ottomon had dark stains. Heater didnt work in the hot tub. Asked for some orange juice for my husbands low blood sugar around 1030pm. Keep in mind they serve breakfast. I was told they didnt make it until morning. Im sure they dont freshly squeeze the juice. We went down for breakfast the next morning in the time frame they served breakfast. There was nothing left even though it was way before they stopped serving it.

First of all the pictures online is definitely not what i saw when i got there. The foyer and carpet down the hall was digusting. Went into the room and it looked good until I went in the bathroom. There is no way they cleaned it. Urine stains on the floor beside toilet. Sheets had some type of paint on it. I went to the store and bought my own covers because I was tired and didnt feel like going back and forth with anyone. My daughter went to the pool and she said it looked spooky. I put on my list to never go there again.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. To start off, this place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. It’s an old super8 that has been bought or something. The place is so grimy, the carpet was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days, the tile had obviously not been swept or mopped in forever either and had little specks of stuff all over it, the walls were covered in horrible paint jobs with random holes all over. The bathroom was super tiny and had no ventilation so unless you’re okay with a cold shower it essentially becomes a sauna. The toilet takes about 3 or so flushes to get anything down and the shower doesn’t drain. We also didn’t have a toilet paper holder in our room, it looked like it had been ripped off the wall or something. The bed didn’t have a comforter, just three top sheets folded on top of one another. We also didn’t see house keeping our entire two days despite never having a do not disturb sign up(there wasn’t one available to begin with actually even if we had wanted to put it up). We had all our trash piled up and no where to take it and had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash cloths. The tv wouldn’t work, we only had three little lights in the room which barely lit anything up and I’m sure was on purpose because if I could have had brighter light who knows what I would have seen upon closer inspection. We had requested a queen size mattress, but we received a bed that appeared to be a full size. When I went to the front desk to inform them about the situation, the manager was very unprofessional with her tone of voice and facial expression. There was nothing Luxurious about the Luxe Suite.

The photos with this hotel show a free breakfast including eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, etc. There was none of this available and when ask about it, the gentleman at the desk said sorry, it's a contintental breakfast. I only saw packaged oatmeal and dry bread.

Overall, this was a great hotel for the price. The main complaint we had was that the refrigerator in the room did not work well. We were only there for the weekend, so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. However, the first night, the hot tub wasn't working. We woud definitely stay here again though.

Those two factors aside, this was/is a great value for a hotel near the airport. Rooms are small but very clean, the staff kept everything tip-top clean and the pool is kid-friendly. Staff is courteous. Make sure you don't push the breakfast by even a minute, though! They're cleaning it up right away to keep things in shape.

The rooms were awkwardly put together. Our bathroom door was incorrectly assembled so it wouldn’t close properly and the shower head was not fully attached to the wall. The walls were very thin and overall it was just a very uncomfortable experience.

I rented 3 rooms for country music fest. We had to give a $50 cash only deposit for each room. All rooms were not very clean with garbage under the beds and old food left in the fridge. One of the rooms the sink and shower had difficulty draining. The other room had roaches in the bathroom. Our group only lasted 3 of the 5 night stay and had to find other accommodations for the last 2 nights. Do not stay here.

The property is centrally located to plenty of places to eat. Broadway St. not to far. The property was dirty with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. though its a non smoking hotel. The milk for the cereal was bad. I could see little clabbored chunks around the lid so i smelled it and it smelled bad. I told the lady at the front desk. She stomped over to the little eating area and said the milk was just opened the day before. She took the silver container the milk was in and brought back the container with some more milk in it. I could tell she had washed the container but the milk in the container still smelled bad. There were some kids come to the pool while my kids were at the pool. The adult that was with the kids was on the phone with someone arguing with them and using language that he shouldn't be using around any kid. One is the little boys began talking to me and ended up telling me that their cousin was the manager. Another one of the older boys said yea we run this pool. A little while later the boys began splashing water in my kids faces who are 3 and 5 years old and wouldn't stop at all so we left the pool and my kids were upset they couldn't play in the pool. When I said something to the lady at the front desk she said she wasn't responsible for what other customers do. I said to her don't you mean what your family does that's not paying and isn't staying here. She didn't respond. I will not stay there again.

The pool was disgusting, stagnant, and cold (supposed to be warm) and hot tub was ice cold and didn’t work. Room was fine for one night, clean, quiet.

One person on the staff overcharged me and then kicked another person out because they were 20min late checking back in for the day. She was yelling and very rude to a paying customer. She also took 20$ from her deposit for being 20min late on check out but she was only late because she was coming to pay for the new night.

I was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful and it was under renovation time and we were complaining about it, but when you were in your ruse looking at the solar system never heard her.

Was told the hot tub would be fixed next day, but 2 days later it was still broken. Pool equipment and vents were all rusted out, and ceiling was peeling down over the pool. Would not have felt safe bringing our toddler in the pool room with all the rust on all surfaces. Found trash under the bed in the room, from previous guests. Elevator condition was poor, broken numbers and lights.

Also, at check-in I asked for a wake-up call at 4:00AM. The person at the desk said no problem. I received no wake-up call and when I checked out the new person at the desk said they don't do wake-up calls. What hotel doesn't do wake-up calls?

Very classless place. It’s cheap priced for a reason. Spend the extra money and save yourself from being threatened by the manager for questioning.Your going to loose the cash only deposit anyways Worst experience ever and totally ruined my first experience in Nashville!! What you might expect for me For the price it was decent , very sketchy the front desk requests cash for the security deposit, I refused.

Horrible loud hallways doors didnt lock properly! Cheap smelled like marijuana through hallways. Would not stay again unless in a pinch. Would not have stayed if kids were with me!

Denied refund after 3 attempts at finding us an acceptable room. Room #1 toilet was broken. Room#2 - Door wouldn’t lock. Room#3 and 4 - same issues, doors were unable to lock. Garbage in hallway (plastic bottles, chips bags). Simply asked for a refund but was denied. Finally found out a a room. My credit deposit will take 2 weeks to refund! The morning breakfast was a few slices of bread and cereal that was all over the floor. Would not recommend.

We had to pay a cash safety deposit which is very uncommon for hotel stays. The parking was unmanned and the place overall just seemed sketchy. The room we occupied had a leaky shower that ran the entire duration of our stay regardless of how many times we tried adjusting it. I would recommend spending the extra $10-$20 for a better hotel close by.

This hotel is old and needs updating. The staff were not very helpful and it took 20 minutes for us to check out because there was no one on the desk and we couldn't find any staff. The breakfast was very limited with many empty containers. Cereal, bagels, and coffee were the options.

Will stay again!! Staff was super nice!! And CLEAN room.

The bathroom wasn't the best. The tub was horrible and sink water hardly went down. .

Got there and the credit card machine was broken.. they wanted me to use the atm to put the 50 dollars on the room… I refused and the guys finally said no problem. We went into the room the lock was broken and the 2/3 light didn’t turn on. The sink leaked in the bathroom and it was a terrible experience.. don’t waste your money sleep in your rental car! Everything was broken and the photo above the bed was on the floor and big holes where someone had torn it off the wall. The shower drain wouldn’t drain. All the plugs on the room didn’t work.

So the real big bummer about this property is that they do not tell you when you reserve or when you are considering to reserve that they demand, it is not a suggestion and it is not something you can avoid, they demand an extra $50 cash. You cannot check in unless you hand the man behind the desk $50 cash. Which he claims he might give you back in the morning if he decides that you didn’t smoke in the room or you didn’t cause any damage. But it is not disclosed ahead of time And if it’s the reservation, you’ve made it’s too late to change.

No room service at all! No extra hangers (we were provided with 3 hangers for a 2-person, 5-day stay). VERY limited breakfast. STRONG sanitizer odor upon entering facility. Demand of $50 cash deposit (it was refunded). Luggage carts in poor condition. Very limited space for clothes and toiletries. I had to go buy hangers and also a power strip to accommodate all our chargers. We will never stay there again.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable in a very small room but the door had to be pushed hard to close. A/c worked. If you're into pools, they have it indoors with a Jacuzzi. Breakfast is basic, no eggs. Hot water was good but drained slowly. Price was good. For an overnight or 2 it's fine.

Manager was very unprofessional looking the part But not Acting the part , she was very rude and definitely wasnt a great leader at all for that position had two rooms , our key to one room me and family was smimming trying to go bk to our room and our card would not work went to front cold amd wet excuse me caun u recharge are card!!! He saida ID to room , u saw us two nights in row checked us in and out first night saw us come out the pool still tell us no id u cant recharge your card then we ask again well can u come unlock it so i can grab it out room my babies are cold boom still no card so i go in my mother room at this point grab id shoot to the front !! Me place id on counter this is crazy at this point i say .. Then like a taz mainy devil the blk lady shoots from the back oh he doing his job dont be worried bout why we need a i d and so on so on im like it was my opinion on how they carried theyselves to customs and it was crazy but the attitude her flooded jean wear to tight blazer wearing dirty face crusty lips as manager he attitide ugly she ugly and it makes the whole dang place ugly the pool is super cold a waste of money if u wanna book and swim the hot tub works but dirty the rooms smell molded and all and this same day 3 other ppl checking out had to lay that lady out but a manager and still acceptes my mother id from me recharged my card but a Indian that cant talk english she say was just doing his job but u still acceptes somebody else i d

The management was unfriendly and unaccommodating, no coffee in the rooms, sink was plugged, tub didnt work.

I never actually went into the hotel. On the outside it looked like it wasn't even open there was cement like a cement half wall half painted half chipped a couple of empty flower pots one with a dead flower in it a man literally laying outside smoking on the sidewalk trash everywhere and when I mean everywhere I mean I could have filled a trash bag from the one spot I was sitting at looking at the hotel. It did not feel safe to me and I did not stay I called the hotel tried to cancel they would not let me cancel even though they're advertisement was a complete lie there's no way it could have been on the inside what the pictures showed and the outside was not even close I confirmed I was at the right place it was gross and scary and I did not stay.

There are A LOT of words you could use to describe this hotel. LUXE is not one of those words. The whole place was dirty and in disrepair. The hallways smelled horrible. The only items available at breakfast were bread and Raisin Bran cereal. Along with coffee and a juice machine. Also at check-in there is a surprise $50 CASH deposit. If you're like me and don't carry cash. They be sure to let you know that there's an ATM right behind you.

People screaming obscenities outside at multiple times in the middle of the night, also, no one should be forced to pay cash for deposit.

Was worried for our safety- requires a $50 cash deposit to get room after paying for our room with card. Sent us to a room that had someone in it already.

Was okay for what we needed, staff was not around much.

We showed and and were told the price we paid couldn't be honored we would have to pay an additional $200 or drive to another location 15 minutes away. Unfortunately we went to the one 15 minutes away. The tv didnt work and we had to have it fixed. The air-conditioning was also broken. No breakfast just coffee. Ive stayed at well over 100 hotels and this takes the cake for worst experience ever.

Everyone who works here are so amazing. They go above and beyond to help in any way they can. They also ask you if you need anything anytime you see someone who works here. It's super close to Shoney's, The Waffle House, KFC, Wendy's, McDonald's and a couple of gas stations. It's a very convienant location and the rooms are very comfortable and very clean.

Leak in our sink, drenched the entire floor. It was wet outside the shower right when we walked in. Level 2 is a smoke free floor but you can still smell the smoke from floor 1. Pepe was cool at the front desk

The only nice thing about our room was the beds were comfortable, surprisingly no loud noises, and the shower was nice and hot.

This was a terrible motel. We had 2 rooms, stayed 3 nights and never saw a housekeeper. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper at the front desk. Our garbage stayed in the hall for the length of our stay. We went out at 10:00am to load the car and the keys didn’t work when we came back, although checkout wasn’t until 11. The worker said he didn’t know what happened so we had to get them reactivated and one still didn’t work. We will never stay there again.

This is a very basic place. I guess it is what youshould expect for the price. One thing that bothered me was their request for a CASH deposit, after they had sent me an email ststong they would require a deposit on my credit card. There were no drinking cups or glasses in theroom. The breakfast was junk, basically some cerial and other junk.

It felt a little grungy in the hallways and lobby, but the sheets and towles were clean. My deposit was promptly return in the morning. Breakfast had juice, black coffee, hot water for tea or oatmeal, 2 cereals, mandarines white bread, plain bagels, butter, cream cheese, and grape jelly. We didn't swim, but checked out the pool and it was clean. Shower was clean, hot water, low pressure. No water/coffee cups or coffee in the room. Microwave and mini fridge were available in the room.

Some of the handicap parking spots were unsafe or unavailable because they require maintenance. The hot tub area looked a little rough. Several tiles on my room floor were loose and it is an accessible room.

The beds were clean other than that it was terrible there was a chair in the shower when I moved it I almost fell through the floor it was rotten out not clean at all people above us were partying all night I would never stay there again

Not the best hotel. Normal hotels.com delivers good clean rooms at a good price. This hotel misses the mark.

Requires $50 cash at check-in, I vaguely remember mention of deposit, but didn't realize it needed to be cash. They have cash machine next to check-in desk, to help those without cash. Cash was promptly returned at check out. Breakfast was very light - bread, bagel, 2 kinds of cereal, tangerines, juice, and coffee. When stay at same hotel 17 months ago, no airport shuttle. Hotel has new ownership now, so maybe that changed. Room was clean, except under bed. Lobby was clean, flowers on table.

We booked a King room and when we got there to check in we were told there was no King rooms and we prepaid for it in advance. We were told ALL the rooms are the same price so it shouldn’t matter what room we get. Also they only take cash deposits - i’m still trying to figure that out as no one checked our room upon check out and we were just given the cash back
