What a pleasant surprise. A wonderful clean hotel, well maintained. We were just passing through, so we weren't able to use any of the amenities. We left before breakfast. Oh, the shower!! So much water pressure and plenty of hot water. I definitely will stay here again when I come back to Nashville.

The property was great and clean. The staff was nice too. The air conditioning unit in our room is definitely going out. It could not keep up with staying on and according to my husband who is a maintenance man at his job, that the air-conditioning unit is definitely on its last leg as far as needing to be replaced soon. Also, the tub was so slippery because of the liner that was put over an existing tub did not make it safe to stand in while you’re trying to shower.

Front desk staff was juggling a lot and still took time to be friendly and helpful. Location was close to airport, convenient. Could've used more staff to give the impression that all was well. Seemed chaotic with just one very hard working guy up front.

Facilities were fine. Front desk staff were horrible. Staff could not use the reservation system. There was a problem with our booking and their solution kept adding rooms to our booking. Then they tried to charge us for the extra rooms. Still working with our credit card company to resolve the extra charges.

The property was close to the airport and had a shuttle service which was helpful. It was also very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had was the a/c would not kick on often and the thermostat could not be adjusted so the room stayed uncomfortably warm all night.

Staff was execeptionally friendly, communicative and responsive. Thomasina and Christopher were particularly helpful. Lots of breakfast choices, clean rooms and permitting pets put La Quinta at the top of our hotel choices. It would be great if the frig had a freezer compartment.

Right off 40. Convenient to stores and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing the hotel could do but the upstairs room was extremely loud until 3AM and kept waking us up. Sounded like someone was running the room and slamming in to the floor all night.

My room was very clean, and I had one of the best nights of rest ever. Check-in was quick and easy, and parking was conveniently close. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was great once I was able to get some—they had run out at first. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

The check in process was slow and took almost an hour. Half the channels on the TV didn’t work. The breakfast was ok but could have used a little more variety. I’m not sure how this is a 3 star hotel. It’s two at most.

The room was beautiful, cleaned and well maintained. Breakfast was great too. I loved staying there. It was easy to get a busy to and fro downtown.

Myself and my husband stayed there for one night left the next morning . We stayed in the car the 2nd night due to the AC not working properly and it having a set degree you can keep it on and you couldn’t turn it down even a little to cool the room off.

Friendly staff My room was dirty. The sofa bed sheet was dirt with stuff on it. Called the front desk couldn’t get through had to go downstairs to get it. Breakfast on the first day was good after that it was terrible. Very limited. Out of a lot of things at the buffet couldn’t find a work to replenish items that were needed

We arrived late and the night manager was very helpful and friendly. He is why we would stay again. Rooms were clean and convenient to parking area. Breakfast buffet was very good. We would not hesitate to book again.

I would recommend offer alternatives for customers who don’t eat pork. Breakfast only had pork sausages. Also, the staff should be able to bring items such as blankets to the guest room instead of requesting them to come to front desk for pick up.

While I was there I spoke with other pet owners outside while walking their pets. No one had to sign the paper I did or was told what I was told. This is concerning. Why harass us? Upon check out, I spoke with a supervisor. Thomasina, who was wonderful. She told me she was sorry about that, gave me a hug and was truly concerned. I will never stay at this property again. There was trash in the pool, trash around the property and after being harassed by Sai that was enough for us.

My main concern is the staff. Particularly the front desk staff. When I arrived the guy that was supposed to be at the front desk was out in the lobby, flapping his gums and eating popcorn. When he finally decided to come over and do his job, he washed his hands for a minute, then proceeds to use hand sanitizer for 30 seconds. I asked him if he would like to go take a shower prior to commencing with actual work. Then the next morning I had left my key in the room and the woman at the front desk was extremely hostile and racist towards me. At that point I just asked her for the key and I told her that I would leave. She said if you don’t I’m going to call the police. I brought the keys back to her and told her I was checking out, but she was talking to her friend on the phone. Then today I see an additional $50 charge from my bank account. I’m a frequent traveler and have never in my life experienced such poor service. I’ll be avoiding all La Quinta and Wyndham resorts from this point forward.

Love the doggie policy. Love the fresh coffee all day. Parking is very good and places to walk the doggie are nearby. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. I wish the little poopy bag dispensers in the dog areas were filled more often. We stay here very often when we visit Nashville, and will again.

Parking was easy, staff was very friendly, I had zero issues with my room. The only complaint I can think of is that the doors and walls are INCREDIBLY thin. I could overhear conversations in rooms across the hall. Naturally, this means anyone not overly cautious about how much noise they're making will create a substantial disturbance.

Front desk was very slow although nice. Only one person there to handle everything. Property was not in top shape and it appeared a few homeless people were using the facilities. The area around didn’t seem too safe. Room door was not very secure or sealed and refrigerator didn’t work very well.

We chose this location because it was pet-friendly and my husband had a very early flight the next morning. Unfortunately, he had to be at the airport at 3:30am so it was too early for the shuttle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the general area around was a little sketchy. I hit the road after taking my husband to the airport in the morning because I didn't want to be there alone. The room was very nice and comfortable, but there was a lot of noice outside as well as in the room next door. People were leaving room keys outside the door to the parking lot (I noticed when I took the dog out to go potty), so that contributed to my unease at being there. I'm pretty sure there were some illegal things going on outside in the parking lot.

I can’t remember the young lady who checked us in, but she was phenomenal very accommodating and friendly. Really appreciate the airport shuttle and being able to park at the motel to save money. I will definitely stay here again. When I told my coworkers about your shuttle and letting you park at the motel, they said they would all be staying there next time.

It's ok for one night. It's near the airport that's why we selected as the place to sleep before return to home. There it's a nice mall near the hotel and several places to eat.

The lobby had a bit of cheap motel vibes. The bed was a little hard and the linens felt cheap. The AC unit squeaked loudly while running. Not fun while trying to sleep. Also the very bright parking lot lights are pointed towards the hotel and shine into the windows. Even with the curtains drawn, a lot of light comes in at night.

The rooms were a bit outdated with chipped paint and dirty carpets. There was a dog in the room next to me barking non stop- the front desk could not get a hold of the owner. She was able to switch my room at 11 pm, I was already in bed which was not convenient but she was very helpful- she went to the room first to ensure it was quiet. She also came to my room with the keys and walked me up there. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond

Stepping inside the door and immediately standing in the bathroom vanity area is an unacceptable design. Also, the floors were dirty and the extra safety latch lock was misaligned and did not work. The outside grounds were filthy with cigarette butts and no care put toward the cleanliness of the surrounding landscape. I believe there were hookers in the parking lot vaping. This was a pretty disgusting property.

Well the dryer didn’t work but management let me use there dryer . The beds in room 314 were bad but they gave me another room much nicer overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was alright, but I didn’t like the area as it seemed really sketchy and there is a pole that is leaning and will likely fall. We did inform them about it but apparently they were aware of it. Great option for breakfast!

The one good element of this stay was the kind lady at the front desk who checked me in. Otherwise I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. There was a live stinkbug in one of the beds, the shower water alternated between hot and cold through my shower, the walls were so thin that I heard every sound from my neighbors, and they wouldn’t give me a late check-out despite being told I would be granted one if I requested it in the morning.

No one at the counter when we arrived. Waited ten minutes before calling the front desk and it took 17 rings before someone came to answer it.

Everything was good except the hallways, room, and especially elevator had a nasty smokey musty smell. Other than that our stay was good.

Real friendly but need a little more variety on the free breakfast. Not everybody likes just sausage for the meat .

My husband and I, along withour service dog came to Nashville because I had to have surgery. We came in the night before surgery and stayed until checkout the day after surgery. The room was clean, the staff was great. If we needed something all we had to do was ask. Thank you.

This is an average budget airport hotel option. Lots of fast food options very nearby. The hotel is in decent condition and the room had some modern amenities such as USB sockets and smart tv. Extremely high water pressure on shower which couldn't be adjusted. Some people might like this, I didn't. Nashville airport is within 5 minutes drive. Staff were polite and efficient. However, the building has minimal soundproofing both externally and internally, so you may be disturbed by aircraft noise, traffic on the busy adjacent road and noise from neighbouring rooms. Reasonable amount of free parking but if the hotel is busy, you may find the carpark full also.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s a great location and great stay for the price. This time was disappointing because I was directly under the Owner’s Suite. There was apparently a large family in there and I hear nothing but loud running footsteps all day and all night. Not sure what was going on. But it made it very hard to sleep or get work done. There never seemed to be a time it wasn’t loud. Not all on the hotel; but be warned the ceiling/floors are very thin and carry noise very loudly. I’ve had no other issues with this hotel and will probably continue to stay there as long as I can get a room on the top floor.

The hotel was conveniently located. Property and room were clean. Check-in was incredibly slow. I recommend completing their check-in paperwork ahead of time if given the opportunity. Elevator was out of order for almost our entire stay. Overall, the hotel served our need for somewhere to sleep after a concert, but I’m not sure we’d stay here again the next time we’re in town for an event.

Came for a weekend trip and it was great. The room was super spacious with upgraded appliances and furniture. The breakfast was amazing; buffet style with lots of protein and of course waffles. The airport shuttle was very convenient and only 12-15 minutes from Downtown Broadway. 10/10 would come again.

There was drainage issues in the bathroom, and the sheets smell like split pea soup, and it was just not up to par.

It was a mix of things. Getting there was very difficult. Google maps which is what your site uses was sending me around the city over and over. I had to pull over and use Apple Maps to find it. The first room had no AC. Then I moved to another and it was a floor unit. Just very outdated. The Chatanooga one was so nice so I booked another la Quinta for Nashville. That was ni where near as nice. I just didn’t like it. Also the front desk lady was nice but chatted so much. Like? Read the energy. I said the pleasentrues now move on. No need to keep chatting my ear off. It was late I was obviously tired. Then had to switch rooms and she’s trying to see how my vacation went and what I was doing. Stop.

They didn’t clean our room the first day. When they came to clean the room the second day they only made one bed. I never received towels I asked for. Nice stay but they need more employees.

There was a water link in our room under the thermostat. The front desk gal offered to move us. We declined, but wanted her to take note so that the water leak could be fixed the next morning. Then I went to sit back down on the bed and noticed what looked to be like a tick! We then opted to move to another room. The front desk receptionist was quick, apologetic, and very pleasant! She did take a photo of the tick/bug that I had put in a tissue. So all ended well for us. Thanks!

I stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and I enjoyed my stay. They served a free breakfast in the morning and it was pretty good. They have a pool but it’s outdoors on the parking lot and it’s pretty small. People at the front desk are very helpful if you needed anything or had a question. You’re not far from the downtown area but if you don’t rent a car be prepared to spend a lot of Ubers/lyfts. There’s plenty of fast food places around the hotel but no grocery stores.

You get what you pay for. This hotel was convenient because it was close to the airport, had shuttle service, and continental breakfast. Also allowed pets in which we had a dog. But, areas in the hotel smelled like urine. If you're going to allow animals, they're should be better disinfecting being done. The breakfast wasn't very good. Not many choices. The pool was never unlocked the whole 4 days I was there. The 3rd day, housekeeping never came around so had to go to front desk to get clean towels. Did have microwave and minifridge and was close to many restaurants.

The hotel staff were wonderful! It’s a shame that the hallways, elevator and front lobby had a very evident odor of marijuana from the guests that did come through the vent in my room. This was very bothersome but was so widespread it would have been too difficult to track down. I’d love not to have to breathe that odor on my next visit, if possible.

Property was generally dirty throughout. The front desk person wanted to charge us 30 dollars extra to check in a half hour early, but then a person who came in before 3 pm was not only allowed to check in early but also upgraded for no apparent reason. Would not recommend the place, and the saving grace is it is close to the airport.

It was a pretty decent stay, they have a good variety of options for breakfast (hot and cold items; fresh fruits and packaged items, parking was just about impossible and people had to park along the side of the parking lot earlier morning. We caught someone leaving and got their spot and beds need to be replaced; they are pretty worn out.

Staff was very helpful with check in and check out and streamlined the process. Room was very clean and everything worked and was in order. Complimentary breakfast had a few options but nothing too fancy. All in all very satisfied with this short stay.
