Reviews
The hotel received overwhelmingly negative reviews, with guests expressing extreme dissatisfaction. The majority of complaints centered around the hotel's cleanliness and state of disrepair.
- Staff were kind and helpful
- Location was convenient for some guests
- Hotel was extremely dirty and in desperate need of repair and renovation
- Many guests reported issues with beds, bathrooms, and other amenities
- 2/5
This hotel owner needs to hire people with some sort of hospitality knowledge. Two experiences with the front desk personnel were very rude encounters. Overheard the same thing with other patrons. Housekeepers were very nice but the room was not swept and found small hairs all over a towel while using it. Disgraceful experience. I would not recommend. Pool looked like a moat.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Rooms were VERY nice and clean. Will be staying here again.
- 4/5
The train- if you are sitting in silence in your room, you can hear it but its not loud. It never woke me up. I could hear it if I walked outside. Property was clean. Beds were stiff but clean. Breakfast was basic but it did the job. We stayed 4 nights. The area did not feel unsafe to me. Now, its not like some fancy place, but you get what you pay for. I felt fine there with my family. The ONLY reason I would not stay again is the pool. It was super dirty and not maintained at all. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. If you need a place to stay, its not bad.
- 4/5
The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well which was a big plus . My only criticism is that the blind over the window didn’t keep the light out very well. The light came through the sides and bottom so the room wasn’t very dark.
- 1/5
I would not stay in this hotel, we did not think it was safe.
- 5/5
Everything. The 1st presentation of the cleanliness of the property, the lobby, the eating area, and the rooms was exceptional. I LUV the decor, the eminities of the rooms the beds and bedding was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was beautiful, up to modern styles and clean. My only complaint was to make sure housekeeping thoroughly look over sitting table and chair in the room. It was some breakfast syrup something sticky in the table and chair. And add more bars of hand soap in rooms.
- 1/5
There were bugs on the sheets when we walked in. Furniture was also damaged and the pool wasn’t maintained and dirty.
- 5/5
Was closed and didn’t have anything pre posted online to warn guests. We learned upon arrival and have kid’s that we travel with. The pool is what we booked for and was disappointed it was closed. It was full of debris so they knew they had no plans to open it for the season and should list that to the booking sites and main web site.
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 0.5/5
Breakfast was small and not great They didn't want to give towels
- 3/5
The hotel is fine, but it is by a railroad. The screeching of the trains woke us several times during the night. Also, the breakfast does not have any eggs-just sausage links.
- 5/5
Everything was clean & we were close to downtown.
- 0.5/5
This was the worse place in Nashville. I arrived and the facility was dirty in a shitty spot. I was only forty five minutes early and told that ‘nothing was clean yet’. We requested to use a bathroom and was told BY THE PERSON REGISTERING that the facilities were ‘disgusting and he put a ticket in last week’. After that I was no longer interested in seeing the place we would be laying our heads, and I certainly don’t trust anybody to COOK something after that. I cancelled the reservation and was charged 50.00 TWICE. THEN they requested documents from me showing they had charged me. I provided the document, but they are saying that’s ’not enough’. This was the dirtiest and worst experience of my life. I would never stay here and I would never stay here. This has ruined me from the entire chain You can reference the above statement
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Room was clean and updated, bathroom was also clean! The pool was not open and that was never stated anywhere!
- 3/5
Disappointing the pool wasn’t in operation. Few options for breakfast. Sheets and shower liners had stains. Bed wasn’t that comfortable either. It was okay for a nights rest.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 2/5
Not to sound rude but literally nothing I was very disappointed
- 4/5
Convenient. Clean. Reasonable. Handicap shower design.
- 2.5/5
The lobby looked and smelled clean Rooms were very outdated and there was a cup in our bathroom floor that looked like someone had peed in it and hit the wall as well
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 2/5
The pool was nasty, the comforter was stained, the stairs were falling apart.
- 4.5/5
There was totally upgraded and very nice There is no dresser in the room. They need to add some fruit to the breakfast
- 3/5
No clean hair on the bathroom every where!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 1.5/5
It's hard to say - honestly not much. The pictures made it look like it was "nice" - it wasn't. We honestly didn't even feel safe. The room was not really clean - the carpet was definitely not vacuumed and the floors looked dirty.
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly, it was very clean and in a good location
- 2/5
Location The lady that checked us in was having a bad day and very rude.
- 5/5
Clean and accommodating Nothing
- 1.5/5
Nothing The lady at the front desk was rude! The pool was nasty and green. We wanted to pay the $30 early check in fee we couldn't for whatever reason.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 3/5
Pool was disgusting room was clean but outside was dirty
- 5/5
Good no frill hotel. We were there out of season so pool wasn’t open. Would stay again
- 3.5/5
Good
- 3.5/5
Quietness Parking
- 4/5
Large clean room with everything in it in good state.
- 4/5
Beds were hard and cement factory keeps us up with loud noise could hear inside room
- 1/5
The rooms were clean but area was shady. We were ment to stay longer but checked out. They did have a nice breakfast and clean room but I stayed up almost all night checking on my car. There were homeless meeting with cars in the parking lot and panhandling on the corner. I would not recommend.
- 3/5
Didn’t like the train noise hard to sleep
- 3/5
room was clean, beds were uncomfortable. our shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. pool was unusable
- 2/5
First off had swimming pool listed get there and it was green. Second the train beside it was loud all night long. Then the $50.00 deposit which of course I did not mind paying at all. But was told I could not pay it in cash had to be on my card. Then at check out the next morning had to wait 45 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check me out so I could get my deposit back. Then was told it would just go back into my account at 11:00 which was a lie I was charged it never came off. I have called twice and not got a call back either now I have to go to my bank to get my money back. Will not ever stay here again
- 4/5
It could be a little loud being right near the highway and the rail road tracks, but never to the point where it disturbed myself or my husband. Besides the occasional noise the location was awesome! It was right by the highway so it was easy to zip over to downtown Nashville or hit up the mall.
- 3/5
The room was clean. The property was in old condition and not up to my normal expectations from LaQuinta properties.
- 1/5
The pool was green, breakfast consisted of dry cereal, stale donuts and waffles. The doors didn’t look like they had seen any cleaner in months, the rim of the sink had a brown film around it and the corners of the bathroom floor had a nasty brown crust, a previous guest’s used towel was left in the bathroom. The staff was rude, my son and his family had to be moved to two different rooms before getting a working A/C.
- 4/5
Room was clean,Staff was great . However they was out of Orange juice and hot tea bags at breakfast not very happy with breakfast.
- 1/5
Worse hotel ever! I’m so mad at myself from not checking the reviews before hand. I guess the only ok thing is the location and I would rather travel 20-30 min as long as I can have decent sleep. Nasty rooms, pubes everywhere in the bathroom from previous guest. The toilet was clogged and we notified them in the morning when we left. We got back to the hotel at 11 pm and the toilet was still in the same conditions. We paid more so we could eat breakfast there and it was a scam. No eggs, no cereal, just bread and waffles. Awful. Terrible. They should burn it down
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, the location was close to downtown and other points of interest.
- 1/5
Toilet had a dirt ring in it, the floors were not clean, the mattresses were stained, the desk chair was pleather and all torn up, the safety lock was broken (gone), and the pool was thick water and green. The whole experience was gross and we will never be back. You shouldn’t go either.
- 1/5
The staff need to be replaced they are the worst rude and always talk with an attitude the wifi didn't work the staff didn't not want to assist worst group of staff every seen I wouldn't recommend this hotel to an enemy avoid until new staff is hired
- 2/5
The sink leaked and there was mold in the bathroom. The beds were lumpy and you could feel the springs. The front desk person was rude and not helpful. The pool was above full and so dark you couldn’t see through it. The stairs were cracked and falling apart. I can’t say anything good about this place.
- 3/5
Also, the room was clean, however the shower curtain is some sort of cloth material instead of plastic so the water just soaks it and gets all over the bathroom floor. You have to use your already limited amount of towels to mop up the water.
- 2/5
Our room had less than 1/3 roll of toilet paper and no spare roll in the room. Towels were old and thin. Room and bath seemed pretty clean, but tired. Parking lot had exceptionally bright lights. This and the no spare roll of toilet paper and one condiment package for the coffee maker indicated to me they are in a high crime area and have clients who grab extra rolls of TP, creamer, and sugar. I will not stay here again, and it put a bad feeling in me toward the La Quinta family. La Quinta and Wyndham need to consider if the condition of this facility hurts their brand.
- 5/5
It was a great stay.
- 1/5
The room was not clean and just seemed dingy and gross. Disappointed in the reviews and the rooms of the hotel. The main lobby and the staff were great. Breakfast was gross
- 2/5
Nothing really unique about the stay, room was okay and the staff not friendly or helpful, did not take advantage of breakfast because it wasn’t very clean in the room
- 3/5
They put a hold on card for security deposit, like normal, but after 4 days it is still being held. Nice room, staff at check in was (very) slow.
- 3/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The room was pretty dirty, water damaged ceiling and tons of scuffs/dark marks on the walls, especially in the bathroom. Old dried food stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor was nasty, there were a few long human hairs on the towels. The push-pull stopper for the bathtub drain was almost fully clogged with visible hair causing it to drain very slowly; the bathtub and the shower curtain did not look clean. Bed was fine and luckily the bedding seemed clean at least. I needed a very cheap place to stay and this definitely met my needs, it’s just something to be aware of if you care about cleanliness. Having the Waffle House in the same parking lot was very convenient, though I doubt that’s something to give the hotel credit for. The wi-fi portal also did not work for me when I tried to connect to it, but I didn’t ask for any help with it as my stay was short. Like I said, it worked out fine for me and I appreciate how cheap it was (even with the $50 deposit), it was just a little gross. I would stay again though probably.
- 3/5
Breakfast was never available even when we went at 8am, advertised outdoor pool that was closed
- 4/5
We stayed here by accident. We thought this was the hotel that we stayed in last year, but it turns out to be the one we first went to, and saw how nasty the room was and the entire property and decided to stay somewhere else. However, this year was a different experience. You can tell that there had been many renovations and upgrades done to the rooms from the previous year and the overall look was much better. I was pleasantly surprised and we decided to stay this time.
- 3/5
The layout of the hotel was not very convenient to having the complimentary breakfast because the rooms were too spread out. It was very noisy also.
- 2/5
Their weee roaches in the room disgusting. Pictures not an accurate description of place. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean, staff was very sweet!
- 3/5
Not clean
- 2/5
The first time that I experienced the La Quinta brand in a motel-type setting. Very run-down and felt unsafe at the property
- 1/5
Terrible location we couldn't sleep because of the noise from highway traffic but also especially noise from the constant flow of trains on nearby tracks, train breaks (?) squealing at high pitch all night as well as train whistles rumble of train movement.
- 2/5
I wouldn’t go back
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. The only things I would say is the bed was hard as a rock and there was some outside whistling noise all night.
- 3/5
Our room was on the very backside behind a Waffle House. Our parking spot was right up against the metal stairway which made it very difficult to get in and out that side of the car. Staff was friendly. Only hot item for breakfast were sausages. No eggs. Did have a waffle maker. Noise from nearby trains was annoying.
- 4/5
Everything was excellent except, when we tried to check in at 2:15, they were adamant that we had to wait untill 3. We were in a hury to attend a graduation so we had to change somewhere else and we where not able to check in untill late that night.
- 4/5
Rooms clean, nice place to stay for a weekend trip, it’s just the train station is close so you can hear the trains but other than that it’s a great place.
- 4/5
OK
- 5/5
Short drive to downtown
- 3/5
No complaints except the extreme rudeness of the woman at the front desk 5-8-26 PM. Worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in the service industry and unprovoked, at that.
- 4/5
We traveled from Cleveland Oh and the weather was perfect. The place was very clean. Kind of bummed the pool was not open but its still early. The only bad thing is this is close to the railroad yard so you hear trains and screeching all night. Other than that is was a good stay. I would go back.
- 3/5
The air conditioner was really loud. The room was really clean.
- 5/5
The breakfast was awesome and the parking wasn't an issue with it being close to our room.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful the rooms were fresh and clean the property was sketchy and run down, pool not open, breakfast was less than adequate, had to go to Waffle House for breakfast
- 2/5
Staff was not friendly, parking suxed, but the room was clean.
- 1/5
Bathtub was clogged, window was broken, the door connection to the rooms wouldn’t lock
- 1/5
Front desk clerk was rude, property is very run down, the “wrong” crowd of people hang out there. They were strange loud noises all time of the night, strong marijuana smell, overall poor. Room/bathroom dirty.
- 4/5
Room was clean, though very small.
- 1/5
The staff makes you feel like an inconvenience at check in and check out. The towels had other peoples hair imbedded in them. The cable TV kept cutting out. The shower was dirty and they don’t replenish or replace the personal care items. The parking lot is terrible there are pot holes EVERYWHERE! I would not stay here, the area of town isn’t that impressive either.
- 3/5
I did not get information on a return of deposit after attempting to check out. Upon checking out there was no one at the desk. Please advise!!
- 2/5
Good location, clean room. Front desk clerk not a good representative of the brand. Before 8 am, breakfast offerings had run out over an hour before breakfast hours. When asked when food would be replenished, desk clerk ( who was eating herself) never looked up from her reading material and simply said, “we ran out”. No sorry, no apology, no gives a damn. She got hers, so who cares. Sounds harsh, but that was the way it came across. Not a way to make anyone want to come back or form brand loyalty.
- 5/5
Nice area , room was nice and clean
- 5/5
Great handicap accessible room
- 5/5
We loved our room, it was very spacious and clean. The couch was a nice feature. We absolutely loved the Nashville scene window shade. The bathroom counter area was fantastic. We love the bright lighting around the mirror. The refrigerator was a good size. And it was pretty close to everything we wanted to see. The only thing we didn't really like was the two shelves for a dresser. We would have preferred a real dresser that was easier to get in out of.
- 4/5
Ok
- 2/5
The facility was old. Our room smelt like dog food. The shower had mold in it. The sheets had stains on them, and there was a hole in it. The mattress was not that comfortable either. There were not many breakfast options. The whole place needs an upgrade! Never staying there again!
- 5/5
Todo bien
- 1/5
Parking is easy. Room was clean. Breakfast is fair at best. The location is not good. Besides listening to trains passing by, We had to call 911 at 11:30. Lots of yelling and swearing outside. Also pretty sure we heard gunshots in the distance. Not good.
- 1/5
I was not expecting it to be like a motel setting, it was all type of homeless people hanging around the area. When my fiancé asked for more clean towels he was told he had to wait on the morning staff to come with the carts. It did have the Waffle House which share the same parking lot as the hotel the special K and another gstation is walking distance from the room and the room is like 24mins from downtown
- 4/5
Good for a one night lay over
- 1/5
Limited parking, afraid to try breakfast based on other cleanliness, shower head too high water goes over shower curtain soaks floor, tub unstable beneath it and throws you off balance, no cream rinse, hair dryer under performs squeals and trips breaker on high, room not cleaned one day, housekeeping cart has chunk of wheel missing and thumps hard reverberating throughout the balcony, concrete chunks missing on balcony stairs, managers not on site when arriving at 10p, myself and 2 other different customers waited half an hour for them to return from lunch break, door card programmed for 1 day instead of 3. The place is basically a dump. While I don't expect Hilton quality this is the worst La Quinta I've ever stayed in.
- 2/5
Room 210 The hotel was next to a train yard so you could hear the trains all night long. There was a nasty stain on the side of the bed on the mattress cover and it didn’t look too good. The room was exceptionally small for 2 people. I can’t imagine a family staying there. The BED was so uncomfortable that I hurt when I woke up the next morning. This is an older Laquinta and they have somewhat updated the interior but not the beds or pillows. In a side note, it was clean and the ac worked very well. The breakfast was lacking. There was no fresh fruit or cream cheese for the mini bagels. I didn’t see a toaster to warm them up. The juice tasted like cough syrup.
- 3/5
Loud from train yard staff no welcoming at all. Does have Cracker Barrel and waffel house on both sides so that help food wise. They have no amenities bad quality linens. Cigarette hole I. Bed spreads.
- 3/5
Did not like how staff treat guess staff was very arrogant.
- 1/5
The WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I had guests coming and there was an emergency that caused a change in plans and when I called to see what options I had, the employee who worked on Friday 05/01/26 was extremely rude. He answered by just stating the name of the hotel. When I said hi how are you, he said “what did you need sir.” After explaining the situation he said to contact Expedia for any changes. I called Expedia and the rep got in contact with the same employee and the rep told me that he was even rude to her and brushed her off the call. I ended up staying there for the weekend since nothing could be done. The lobby smelled like a sweaty gym locker. The room I was put in was filthy, it had bugs, hair on the bathroom sink and floor, cobwebs and holes in the walls and I feel like the employee put me there on purpose. The WiFi login I was given didn’t work and when I went to call down to the lobby, my phone wasn’t connected to anything and the alarm clock had no power. I will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again and I will deter as many people as I can from this establishment and I think some kind of disciplinary action needs to be taken for the employee that worked on 05/01. No one’s forcing anyone to work a job and be grateful you’ve got one. Absolutely horrible experience.
- 1/5
The dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Would not use the bathtub for my kid; mold - black and grey. Half of the bedframe was stained a dark brown.
- 5/5
Greetings..This area was mentally & physically safe to be in and around 🇺🇸
- 3/5
And very noisy due to train yard across the street, there’s a constant screech from that location
- 4/5
Q
- 5/5
2 of the 3 staffs I had met were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was good. Parking lot was a little dirty but the rooms were great.
- 2/5
Price was outrageous for the level of accommodation. Stained, tattered towels, dirty bathroom floors (grout/corners), aluminum bases of beds. Just…kinda gross. Noise outside of room was so loud with latecomers and early departers. Could hear everything. Tried to air out the musty smell but window did not open and it was full of dust and debris and didn’t want to touch it anyway. Not to mention gentleman at check-in was exceptionally rude.
- 4/5
L a Habitación estaba limpia y cómoda el personal atento pero al momento de ir al desayuno llegué a las 9am y no había nada solo café a pesar de que al llegar nos informaron que el horario para desayuno era de 6am a 11am de resto todo bien
- 4/5
The building did not look exactly as advertised as inline when i booked, but upon arrival the staff were helpful & the rooms although different color/layout were still very clean. The parking lot was somewhat compact but there were plenty of spots for everyone. They had a few breakfast options to choose from as well as a waffle house right next door. Overall was a nice quiet stay just about 15 minutes out of nashville!
- 1/5
When we checked In I asked for extra pillows because the ones they had were so flat and they said they did not have any extra. Then I booked the room from Thursday till Saturday and Friday when I was laying in bed around 8pm someone had a key to our room opened the door and said we were supposed to be out that he was checking the room when I clearly booked it till Saturday morning very disappointing and the bathroom was not very clean I had to get some bleach and clean it when I got there.
- 3/5
Just fine. Didn't like the walkways and stairs. Pool closed. Staff didn't speak much English.
- 3/5
Property was relatively close to local university where my daughter is in college at a fairly moderate price with free parking.
- 1/5
The room was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. The curtains were stained, the walls had visible marks and grime, and there were spots and buildup in multiple areas of the room. The bathroom was especially gross — there was dirt and residue along the sink and shower edges, and it just didn’t feel sanitary at all. The bedding was unacceptable. The sheets had visible stains, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or confident that anything had been washed properly. On top of that, there were gnats flying around the room the entire time, which made the experience even worse. To make matters worse, the TV didn’t even work, so there was nothing to distract from how uncomfortable the stay was. Outside areas like the pool and stairways also looked poorly maintained and dirty, which only added to the overall impression of neglect. This place seriously needs better cleaning standards and maintenance. I would not recommend staying here.
- 3/5
clean room. Good parking. Breakfast okay. Check in lady has an unfriendly demeanor
- 3/5
Staff did not greet upon arrival and left me standing at desk for a while. Check in took a long time. Was called back later to come back and redo deposit due to a system glitch. This took another 20mins. Room had little musty smell to it. Breakfast ends at 9 yet the orange juice and coffee were empty at 830. Coffee refilled but staff said no to refilling juice. All breakfast items being put away at 850. Staff eating her own breakfast at desk while talking on private phone call
- 2/5
Horrible night. Our room was in the back of the property. It was all lit up with neon green lights that came through the curtains so our room was bright all night long. Walls were very thin so we could hear other people outside and in the room next to us. Will not stay here again.
- 4/5
One of the cleanest budget hotels I have been in. Stay there twice over a week period. If you’re a light sleeper, maybe not the best due to train noises periodically. Guy working the front desk had an attitude- that was the only real negative experience I had.
- 4/5
Property itself was pretty quiet but being on the side of the building close to the interstate was very noisy - the white noise of the air conditioner fan covered it decently but the fan also made an unpleasant whine. The bed was nice and firm, and I'm very glad there was an iron and ironing board. I'd stay here again but I would ask for a room on the front of the building.
- 1/5
Very rude front desk. When I arrived the front desk seemed irritated I asked him how his day was going because he did not greet me. He told me his relief was late and he was irritated then proceed to be rude to other guest arriving. After 30 mins I finally get keys to the room I stayed one night the next morning at 10:39 housekeeping knocks I say one min. She proceeds to bust in while I'm naked everyone outside could see my fully naked body. I called the front desk immediately to confirm what that check out was 11am. She tells me take it up with the house keeper an hangs up. I atleast want to be compensated for the viewing of my body of no one is willing to take responsibility for the error.
- 2/5
The property was run down and the stairs were hard to use. The stair steps made of concrete and they were chipped cracked
- 5/5
The night manager was so helpful & gracious to me I was leaving around 3:30 in the morning & was not able to download directions to the airport. I'm not technically smart & did not know how to set my phone up. I was very distressed - not knowing anyone or how to deal with my phone. She was so helpful & got me out of a jam.
- 1/5
The biggest issue, though, was the noise and lack of management response. Around 6 a.m., there were people outside our room in the parking lot screaming, along with others revving their car engines near the lobby area. This went on long enough to completely disrupt our sleep, and despite how close this was to the front desk, nothing was done to address it. Check-in also set a negative tone from the start. The staff member who assisted us was rude and unwelcoming, which is not what you expect after a long day of travel. Because of these issues, we chose to leave early. We attempted to work through Expedia to resolve the situation, but the hotel declined to respond to their outreach regarding a refund. Overall, this stay felt poorly managed, unclean, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Breakfast only sugary cereals, toast or mini muffins. Did provide oranges or apples. There is a Waffle House and a Cracker Barrel within the parking area. Trains can be heard and weird “chime-like” sound intermittently 24/7. Ok for a one night stay only
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Desk chair in rooms are to narrow and had some trouble getting hot water out of shower. Some days couldnt get hot and other days was super hot and hard to get it to cool down.
- 4/5
Staff did not speak clearly and mandatory deposit was not explained unless you asked. Therefore, 4 stars on some areas.
- 4/5
Had a lovely stay but do wish staff refilled our toilet paper and body wash. With that being said, the staff did mention they checked out 92 staff the morning we arrived!
- 2/5
The hotel was very outdated and rundown close it quick
- 4/5
The hotel was nice - however it located near a train station and we could barely sleep with how loud the trains were all night.
- 1/5
My sister and me and my 2 dogs stayed a few nights here. 1st night check in went fine then 2nd
- 3/5
Should be noted that it's between a hwy and train yard where you will likely hear horns and brake squeal. Suite was updated nicely but parking lot had some potholes. Most disappointing was the continental breakfast. Toast, and 2 cereals and waffles, but no jams, jellies etc. Better off to go to Waffle House
- 5/5
The fellow at reception was extra helpful trying hard to find us a room with the closest open parking spot.
- 2/5
Parking was difficult , and I was unable to park near my room. I did not eat at the Inn
- 1/5
I went to go get help with a reservation and the Jamaican lady was sitting at the front to actually SLEEPING. This was right before 11 a.m--still not sure what that was about. Then proceeded to be completely rude and mouthy throughout the entire situation. Afterwards, I immediately emailed management giving a detailed account of what happen. Still no response to this date. Save your money-go elsewhere.
- 5/5
We never made breakfast but the Waffle House in the same parking lot is 24-hour! Perfect for late night people.
- 4/5
parking was good, missed breakfast, but location to Cracker Barrel was great. Noise from the train yard was a bit much through the night.
- 2/5
Parking was accessible. Staff was great.
- 1/5
The room I booked was based on the photos when booking online. The room was not at all what I booked. I received a room that had stains on carpet and bed as well as holes in the walls. It did not feel safe there. I was deeply disappointed. we decided we could not stay there so we went to Holiday Inn. thanks.
- 3/5
I wouldn’t recommend for people to stay here alone.
- 5/5
Yes parking was great
- 5/5
Parking was easy. Breakfast looked decent, sausage was hot. Nothing fancy here, just a clean, comfortable place to stay a short Uber row from downtown. The railroad track close by wa a little annoying due to squeaky train wheels.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly! We don’t eat cause we were always gone!
- 5/5
N/A
- 2/5
The room was in rough shape. Huge stain on the carpet and carpet fraying at the door. Bathroom floor was not clean in the corners (hair and dirt buildup) and the caulking around the tub was discolored and moldy. Toilet did not flush properly.
- 1/5
Terrible location right beside an active train yard. Trains brakes squeeling and blaring horns 24 hours a day. Breakfast consisted of white bread and frozen butter or waffles. Housekeeping started carts rolling noisily around at 5 a.m. Hotel staff not friendly to rude. Rooms were small but pretty clean and water was hot enough for showers. Mattresses were very hard. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean room, but a lot of noise from Trains
- 5/5
When checking in staff was very welcoming and helpful and quick with the checking in process as well as the checking out , I will let yall know there is a $50 deposit fee when checking in.
- 4/5
Super friendly staff
- 2/5
We heard trains all night and lots of noise. The continental breakfast was not accommodating for diabetics. There was not a selection of food at breakfast. No amenities at all because pool was closed.
- 2/5
Shower was so dirty and moldy it was gross. My daughter wore flip flops and used it, but the shower head pointed across the top of her head and wasn’t adjustable because it was being held on with duct tape. When she got out and tried to dry her long hair, the hairdryer didn’t work. Went to the front desk to ask if they had a replacement and she simply answered “no”. Not sorry, not I’ll see if we can find one from another room, not anything. Just no and went back to looking like she would rather not be there. There was no toilet paper holder, just a patched wall where one used to be. I went to use the coffee maker the next morning only to find the water reservoir filled with old coffee grounds and a stir stick. Went down to breakfast, but it was pretty weak. No yogurt or any protein other than sausage links. They had a waffle maker, cold cereal, some sad looking slices of whited bread and a few mini muffins and mini bagels. No jelly. Hard cold butter. Very little milk in a pitcher for the cereal, none to drink. A few really old hard bruised oranges. When a guest told the lady at the front desk that the waffle batter was empty, she insisted that it wasn’t and acted like the guest was an idiot that couldn’t figure out how to push the lever. She finally got off her lazy a— and came over to look at it and realized it was actually empty. The next day, the bread/muffin case was practically empty the entire time I was down there.
- 2/5
I think motel could be better if they tried
- 3/5
Lobby had an air freshener smell that smacked you in the face when you walked in, so strong you could taste it. Could not eat breakfast due to this
- 4/5
Friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay!
- 5/5
Parking so easy; you can park right in front of your room, great cold air. Only 10 mins from downtown & airport areas. Great hot water, wonderful experience
- 3/5
Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast was okay, could use eggs
- 5/5
Excellent location and safe great customer service and super clean bedroom
- 4/5
Staff also started ckeaning riom before we checked out.
- 2/5
Room was musty smelling, never cleaned our room, limited toilet paper, lots of junk in parking lot, and beds very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
We stay here every few months when my husband has his cancer check ups in Nashville. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Sometimes they even give us a free room upgrade. We love it here.
- 4/5
Breakfast items run our fast though (and were not replenished). I would come back.
- 4/5
Easy check in/out, clean room
- 2/5
Positives: recent update to room, conveniently located off i65; and free breakfast.
- 3/5
YES room was clean and YES staff was excellent. Would be nice if window shade blocked edge light and the door had a better seal, lot of light thru the cracks. STRANGE-TV sound would not go down low? ALL in ALL - good stay. The train sounds added an extra touch.
- 1/5
After booking in advance while on the road, we pulled up to the property after an 8 hour drive and saw that the parking lot was full and a lot of people milling about. We checked in and were told that our unit was in an outer building. We drove to our room and had no parking spot. We also saw numerous people sitting outside their units. While backing up out of the cul de sac parking area since there were no spots, another car pulled up with fully tinted windows. A person who was sitting in front of their unit, then got in that vehicle. Seemed fishy. Our car had a lot of valuables and our dogs would not like all of the noise and movements in the area. With all the activity going on late at night, we felt very unsafe. We went back to the office and said that we no longer wanted to stay here because it didn't meet our expectations. We were told no problem and elected to go elsewhere. The property is now denying our refund request through Expedia. Horrible property and now, no good customer service either. I will be taking my concerns higher up with Expedia as well as LaQuinta's corporate offices.
- 2/5
Staff was fine. Just a cheaper hotel with doors that open to the parking lot.
- 5/5
Clean room with outstanding staff. Outstanding remodeled facility.
- 5/5
Attentive staff accommodated us during the bad ice storm in Nashville. It was a bad situation & they worked hard to make sure safety measures were in place. Thank you!
- 1/5
Horrible place to stay , dirty . Toilet was clogged . The bathroom was nasty not clean at all
- 1/5
If you want a good night’s sleep, I would recommend staying somewhere else. The Red Roof Inn Plus next door is much better than this hotel. The customer service here is poor, and the reception and management were very rude
- 5/5
Yes it was fine
- 4/5
Good location for Nashville.
- 3/5
There was no hot water. A lot of big epuipment in parking lot
- 1/5
Terrible location. Safety concerns. Room very small. Staff couldn’t even pronounce La Quinta correctly.
- 3/5
The room was very clean! The mini fridge seemed to have a slight malfunction; it didn't keep things as cold as expected. The door to my room did not have the traditional " latch" that stops someone from entering. This caused me to not sleep as well; I am a female, traveling alone. The cost of the room was favorable; it met my overall expectation. When I checked out in the morning, the female clerk was rude; she said absolutely nothing when I said " Hi, I'm checking out of room ###." I had to ask her if she heard me and if she was alright due to her lack of response. She said, " Yeah". I thought it to be very unprofessional. Would I stay here again: NO.
- 2/5
Room feel neglected, bathroom very dirty, rude attention in the lobby, thank God was only two nights, this hotell need to be repaired
- 1/5
The bed was extremely hard, and there was a loud grinding noise outside of the hotel, the whole day and night.
- 5/5
The room was super clean. The staff was so sweet.
- 1/5
Also employee at front desk was not friendly at all!!
- 1/5
My room was horrible , I had to stay in a room with a non working toilet. The first room that they tried to put me in, had blood on the window curtain.wwindowcart was was just terrible.
- 5/5
Clean spotless room
- 3/5
The room was in good condition, there was a fish tank in the lobby so I knew this was a good place. However, for the first half of my stay, the toilet in my room seemed to have trouble flushing. I had to get maintenance up at my place and the guy said he had started 4 months ago and they were having trouble with them regularly. I felt nervous using it for a little bit after, but turned out after they got it looked at you just needed to hold down the lever. The way the hotel was designed, it could have been easy to get lost looking for one's room.
- 1/5
I booked at this location and paid for it and everything, then when I went to check in they said they didn’t have any rooms when clearly they did, it showed that on Expedia. I feel like I was rejected my stay because of my color & religion. Sad world we like in! Oh yeah I’m still waiting for the return of my money as well!!!
- 4/5
yes the room was spotless. the staff was very courteous.
- 1/5
The room smelled neglected. The property itself was more of a motel. There was dog poop and trash everywhere. I did not even feel safe staying there. I checked in, went to the room and immediately left.
- 5/5
Mario at the front desk was so helpful he made a stressful situation with the ice storm a little easier to handle.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and courteous. I seen one gentleman work from sunup to sundown with a smile on his face still. My room was clean and very fresh. It was great to get warm through the storm with you guys
- 1/5
They charge a $50 "refundable deposit" for a room. Good luck getting it back. I'm still waiting, Has been almost 2 weeks and repeated messages sent with no response.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
If I could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would. Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel for my birthday weekend getaway but we didn't know what we were getting ourself into. Terrible place to stay at, staff at the front desk during check in and leaving was very rude. We got to the room and it was someone else's hair in the shower and not to mention but we also seen a stink bug on the wall by the sink, and later on then found a spider crawling in the shower. I cannot stress how DISGUSTING that is especially since we're not from around Nashville, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even a dog. Also we saw yellow/brown stains on the towels that were there and when we went to ask for more towels the lady at the front desk replied " Don't you all already have towels in the room ? Y'all will get them in the morning. " instead of just simply giving us the towels we asked for and we never received the towels. The lady at the front desk also kept $20 of my $50 deposit and we still haven't received the $30 back yet This place is just filthy all around and I will never book this place again, the pictures can be deceiving to some people but do not fall for it.
- 1/5
No fui a dormir ahí por qué no tenía luz tampoco calefacción y quería cancelar y no se pudo
- 1/5
Hotel was closed. No power. I want a refund.
- 1/5
The worst stay I ever had the people was rude had to change rooms cause thing was broke and food left in room breakfast was only muffins I will never stay there again
- 5/5
Clean room.
- 1/5
The room was poor and the environment felt unsafe
- 2/5
The property online is advertised as an actual hotel and this was more like a motel…. Pictures were incredibly deceiving to the point where when we got there, I thought we were at the wrong place. 12/10 do not recommend. The main lobby smells are heavily perfumed it was hard to breathe. Breakfast was mediocre at best. While the rooms were very clean, there was little to no space. We selected a king bed room and were switched to 2 queens upon arrival being that we didn’t need handicap accessible options, no king bed option was given in place.
- 5/5
👍
- 2/5
Upon arrival, the Inn was desolate which was a red flag. Check in felt a bit unusual. The room was booked for three adults, but only two keys were provided (which is whatever). The front desk asked if I was okay going up stairs. That inquiry made me assume a ground level room was available, and when I requested one, I was advised there was not available. 🤔 The property layout was confusing and poorly marked. It took us about 10 minutes to locate the room. Once inside, the room appeared generally clean (what I'd expect for the cost) with no visible pest issues. However, the bathroom was problematic. The bathroom door was extremely narrow to such a degree that my average sized husband hit both of his shoulders on the door frame trying to enter. Most importantly, and the biggest issue, the toilet was nonfunctional. It would not flush properly. It could not handle a small amount of toilet paper. I attempted to call the front desk 3 times regarding this issue, but the line was busy each time. Because a functioning bathroom is a basic requirement, and I could not get front desk on the phone to address the issue, I immediately booked another hotel nearby and skedaddled. We spent more time trying to locate the room than we did occupying it. The room itself did not appear unsafe or unsanitary, but the lack of a usable toilet made the stay absolutely unacceptable for us.
- 5/5
I love everything about this place I would definitely come back again but I only had an issue with the tv though the remote wasn’t working but rather that everything was great clean and perfect love it
- 4/5
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Though the outside is very worn, the rooms were updated with great lighting, tv, and amenities. The hotel is very close to the train and the noise can be heard at all hours. The breakfast offerings were minimal at best - but the Waffle House next door was great.
- 2/5
Shower curtain was about 2 inches too high. Tv wouldn’t go below 20 on the volume. Very small selection of anything for breakfast. Limited parking that was a couple times taken up by buses. Does what you need it to for a short stay but nothing beyond that
- 1/5
We heard trains all night. Blowing of the train whistle to the tracks screeching. ALL NIGHT. The breakfast choices were a joke. No eggs. No meat. No hot tea. Only carbs: bread bagels waffles milk Shower/toilet area was VERY small - no room to sit on toilet and move around.
- 3/5
Beds hard as a rock. Stingy with toilet paper. Advertised as a nicer place.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Room was very clean and smelled good! A very short drive to downtown while also being in a quiet area, bonus points to them because there is a waffle House right behind the hotel (you can walk right to it it's like a 2 second walk)! my husband and I would for sure stay again!
- 2/5
The room was fine. You could hear the neighbors talking and going in & out of their rooms. The breakfast hardly had any choices. The staff was ok
- 3/5
Room was okay but we were sharing it with a couple of cockroaches. Overall, the place was pretty rundown and tired. It was situated next to a train yard so we could hear the trains breaking. The breakfast was pitiful. One waffle iron was not working and they had no fruit, yogurt or eggs. I expected a tad more than a waffle and sausage. Can’t honestly say I would return to this LaQuinta. It was unlike any we’ve stayed at before. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt this LaQuinta earned one.
- 5/5
Yes enjoyed clean room comfortable beds and linen. Staff extra friendly and location was excellent. Being close to restaurants was a plus.
- 1/5
The room felt neglected, the shower was dirty and there were stains on the bed and carpet. Also they kicked us out an hour before check out after we got told we had a later check out.
- 5/5
Nicely remolded motel.
- 1/5
Bare minimum amenities provided. Water in the shower wasn't warm. Included breakfast was a disaster. Room had used towel from previous guest. Hotel very close to train station, noise isolation is not adequate.
- 2/5
No blow dryer in room. No coffee pot. Big crack in door closing. Mold came out of hot tub jets. Charged $179 for extra night when surrounding hotels would have only charged $79, but it was already 2am and we were tired.
- 3/5
Very disappointed in the service of the way my family was treated at this hotel. Receptionists were very rude and did not want to help us as they were on their personal phone with their AirPods on.
- 4/5
Courteous and quiet property.
- 5/5
Excellent staff! Manager was wonderful. Room was clean and smelled good.
- 5/5
Super clean.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Couldn’t understand staff.
- 3/5
ac was super noisy, was sent on a wild goose chase for an ice machine that was shut off for the season, the distance for music row was "10 minutes" i assume thats at 4 am, with traffic it was 45
- 3/5
Easy parking breakfast simple
- 3/5
Sketchy people hanging around hotel, only one regular coffee cup serving in room (3 decaf), hairs in the sower and bathroom floor. A pile of dirt and debris just pushed into the corner of bathroom, could hear every noise outside all night long, there’s a train hub nearby - hear it all night long.
- 3/5
We were unable to stay, as our flight was canceled due to high winds.
- 4/5
Very good.
- 5/5
Clean room and outstanding front desk staff
- 4/5
It was very clean
- 4/5
Room was very clean and modern. If you’re a light sleeper. bring earplugs.
- 5/5
Clean room and quiet
- 4/5
Room was clean and quiet. No issues
- 2/5
Ok
- 5/5
Room was good, quiet place to shower and sleep, breakfast was decent overall quality was good. Cons- no laundry facilities but I was allowed to use a neighboring hotels facilities. Limited parking.
- 4/5
The location was good, the check in and parking was easy and the room was clean.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Could not turn tv down. People that stayed in connecting room oh 169 was smoking and fumes came thru connecting door. This was Monday night. Thank you
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, and a nice included breakfast to start the day. Greatly enjoyed my stay!
- 3/5
The room was clean and hotel is pet frienly which i loved. The noise at night is loud from the train, breakfast very poor, the good thing was the waffles, no tea at all and no eggs. Pillows are very soft, i couldnt sleep on them. The heater/AC was very loud in our room. Overall 3 is a fair review.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well laid out.
- 4/5
Bed extremely firm and clerk appeared to be bothered with my presence whenchecking in, rooms were clean and bug free
- 3/5
Good for the price. Courteous staff. There wa constant noise from what I assume was train tracks.
- 5/5
Room was good. Staff was especially friendly!
- 5/5
Rooms were up to date and clean. Nice staff and fairly quiet area. Would recommend to stay here anytime.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Stains on furniture, lack of proper toiletries. Room was quiet and the location was decent.
- 4/5
Nice Hotel, staff and breakfast is good
- 1/5
dirty, rude front desk
- 5/5
Excellect condition since the renovation Munch needed improvements
- 4/5
Parking was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast waffles were great but that was about it. The room was great. Very clean and spacious. Overall, I had a great experience.
- 2/5
No stopper in sink to allow for wet shaving.
- 3/5
Brakefast was simple. Wishing some eggs and fruits
- 3/5
Room is good not perfect
- 3/5
Very loud area of town
- 4/5
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice our stay was. I would have liked a full breakfast but the price for our room was excellent and the only thing I’d add to breakfast would be eggs. The hotel property appears to be completely updated recently and the room was very nice with great mattress. We will return on our next trip through this area.
- 1/5
Room was “clean”, meaning bedding, bathroom, etc, but there were several cockroaches and the shrilling sounds from the railroad hub was absolutely horrible. We left before our stay eneded
- 4/5
Not a bad spot, nothin special
- 5/5
a great hotel, rooms were excellent, not a ripe tear chunk out of anything. About a mile away from shopping and a mall. right by the interstate. one of the best I have been in
- 3/5
The room was mostly clean but the sides of the toilet didn't seem clean, neither did the floor in the bathroom. There were brown stains in the shower and the bathroom overall had an odd, unclean odor. One of the queen beds had several random hairs on the sheets. The floors could've been vacuumed better and the breakfast options were very slim but overall it was an okay hotel.
- 4/5
The room was clean
- 5/5
Good stay
- 4/5
Our room was very nice, all renovated with new furniture and beds. It is an older hotel and getting in and out directly from the parking lot feels a little sketchy, but I had none of the cleanliness issues expressed by many recent reviewers.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and the rooms were very nice and kept very clean. The property is older and can use some upgrades however it’s well worth the stay. I would definitely go back again.
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
Staff from the start was terrible. Gave us a room which was already occupied by someone else. Toilet handle was broke, had to take the top off the toilet just to flush, shower handle was broke.
- 1/5
Had a horrific experience with a less than useless staff
- 5/5
It was good
- 2/5
Everything about this hotel was done on the cheap. Breakfast options were not appealing- only cheap and stale carbs with the only hot option old pork sausages that no one would touch. And the staff! No one spoke English well enough to be understood and the daytime staff, a Caribbean woman, was so rude. Either eye-rolling and huffing when asked a question or just ignored customers entirely. Stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
This hotel is right off I-65. It’s right in the middle of a lot of busy roads but the rooms are plenty clean and quiet. Lots of recent updates inside and out and the price is as good as you’ll get in Nashville.
- 2/5
Right next to a Train yard
- 3/5
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Your staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel appeared to be across from a rail yard (or at least sounded like that), and our room was literally 50 ft from a waffle house, so there was noise well past 10 pm. We brought our dog, and even my husband was uncomfortable taking her out after dark.
- 1/5
The blinds on the windows don’t block the bright lights from outside the room and the noise from the train yard is brutal
- 2/5
The room was clean, but there was a mold like smell. Also if you stay here, the trains howling during the night will have you sleeping with two pillows around your head. Very disruptive
- 5/5
Great stay! Room and property were spotless.
- 4/5
No problem
- 3/5
The room was in a nice condition, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was not bad, but there was a noise outside that was faint but enough to require a pillow over my head.
- 2/5
the hotel was not as nice looking as pictures...
- 3/5
The room was in good condition. The problem is you could hear everything outside the window. Especially the train rolling along the tracks. These places need to have the storm windows put in so it blocks the sound out. So it was tough to get to sleep even though the beds were comfortable. And the room was clean. But you guys can do better
- 4/5
It's ok. You get what you pay for
- 4/5
Easy access hotel. Tv sound was an issue -otherwise a good stay
- 5/5
I was a little uneasy when I saw the doors to the rooms went straight outside. The kind gentleman assured me that we were in a safe area. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed in Nashville ever. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed was excellent. Staff was so kind and very accommodating to my needs. I didn’t look at the pool as it was November. There was a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House within walking distance. I was very impressed with the property and staff.
- 2/5
The room was clean, the check in staff was polite. The hotel is located next to a train yard and from our room we heard squealing of trains all through the night. The continental breakfast was nothing special. The usual waffle maker and some cereal. Expected a little something more. Didn’t utilize this feature the 4 days we stayed.
- 5/5
Super friendly
- 1/5
Sleep was impossible with the train yard across street. Screeching of the breaks all through the night. I’ve driven cross-country over the past 45 days and this stay “at the end of the road” ruined Nashville for me. La Quinta getting some good properties, so this surprised me. Do better Expedia.
- 1/5
Cleaning staff was unavailable to clean or replace my towels. Had to go to the desk to get fresh towels daily. Management was unable to get cleaning staff to clean room and apologized daily for the service not being complete. Bugs from outside came in under the door. Had to put extra towels down to keep bugs out.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 2/5
Overpriced for a motel in poor condition
- 3/5
Breakfast was just okay, there was a smell in the lobby
- 1/5
No tv confusing reservation?
- 2/5
The lobby bathroom was unavailable and was given a key at check in to a dirty room…both beds unmade, room dirty……
- 4/5
The room had a few faults (daylight showed along the side of the door, towels were small and thin, tp was the lowest quality I've ever seen) but it was clean and had a nice couch and the money we saved by not staying in downtown Nashville paid for all the rest of the things we did each day. After the first night we barely noticed the shrieks from the train yard but if you are kept awake by noise you should definitely bring earplugs. 😂
- 2/5
The room needed to be updated and cleaned. The bathroom was filthy dirty. The pictures did not reflect an accurate reflection of the room. Also, it is located near train tracks, and the train goes by in the night and is extremely loud. We will never stay here again.
- 3/5
The staff was very helpful and nice
- 4/5
Staff very courteous. Room was clean. That screeching sound outside at night little annoying. Sounds like a train
- 1/5
I did not stay at the property
- 4/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Broken window on first floor. Cold shower and tv with no picture!
- 4/5
Rooms were clean
- 5/5
Room was very nice and clean, quiet area and staff was very polite.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly desk clerks
- 4/5
Seemed like the hotel was going under renovation in some areas. The brea
- 5/5
This room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a quick stay.
- 4/5
It was good in general but not impressive. If it is the first time you are taking a trip to the city, this inn might not be the best option because it is very far from the downtown.
- 4/5
Never got hot water for morning shower-luke warm was the best it got
- 4/5
The room was clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was hot and good, and there was was plenty of food and drinks
- 3/5
The pull down shades on the window let in too much light. Other than that I loved what you hàve done to the place l
- 3/5
Cons: Older hotel that needs updating & a deep cleaning. TV was not connecting to the satellite (had to contact front desk). Desk phone in the room, but not connected or plugged in. Heater/air-conditioner only blew air without the ability to adjust the temperature. A consistent squealing noise outside (possibly from traintracks near the area).
- 1/5
The room had bugs and mold and I didn't get a ref and didn't even stay in the room 5 minutes!
- 1/5
The bed was stained horribly, hair all of the bed, very outdated on the outside, and overall not a great property.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, the room they gave us was still in use. There were people there. Not a good start to our check in process.
- 4/5
Rooms are renovated and nice and clean on the inside. Outside needs some help and guessing that's next. Enjoyed our stay here.
- 3/5
Staff was nice, room was clean other tha a roach in the bathroom
- 5/5
Was good
- 4/5
clean rooms
- 5/5
Excellent service and room.
- 1/5
Heat/ac made terrible noise. Smelled like dust burning. Ants on table. Sheet had some gack on it.
- 1/5
Staff was great , there was an ongoing train service noise that was not disclosed on the hotel details, had to check out early!
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay at this facility
- 2/5
The room was fine. Staff was meh. The location is horrible as it is near a train track and there is a constant screeching of the train wheels on the track. It goes all night and day and can be heard in the room, in the lobby and everywhere.
- 4/5
Everything was perfect, from checking in to checking out.
- 2/5
The receptionist was not friendly. There was a high pitched screeching from a freight train with the horn blowing every 30-45 minutes. It looks like a motel. There is a Waffle House in the middle of the parking lot. The room was nice and clean but did not have a deadbolt lock or any added security once door was shut. We stayed one night and booked another hotel.
- 2/5
It’s super loud and felt very dirty. The sheets were super wrinkled and there was a lingering smell.
- 4/5
Was surprised by the trains, but wasn't that bad. The shower drained a little slow, but wonce I messed with it it started flowing good again. At 10:45 someone came knocking thinking they had my room, so that got me a little flustered. I guess it got resolved because they didn't come back once I told them through the door the room was already occupied.
- 4/5
Parking area was fine. Got up too late to rate the breakfast.
- 4/5
Pretty good for the price. Clean and comfortable. Front desk person was nice.
- 2/5
Stayed for one night. The bed was so uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Room felt very cramped. 2nd bed was so close to the couch if you have long legs its definitely a struggle to use
- 3/5
If you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, its proximity to the train depot is my only real issue. The constant squeeling of trains braking prevents a good nights rest.
- 4/5
This is a motel, not a hotel. The exterior is rough. The breakfast was very limited and not well stocked. There were dirty shoe prints in the shower. Overall, the room was comfortable and modern.
- 2/5
Parking was free, but crowded with construction equipment. Room had bugs including roaches in the bathroom. Breakfast had VERY limited choices, and not much of each. No decaf coffee. Ran out of food items 45 minutes prior to end of breakfast time. Would not recommend and will not stay here again!
- 3/5
The rooms were nice but my room was close to the high way and it noisy
- 3/5
Cloths in the shower area. The breakfast was ok, but not replenished at all.

We were extremely displeased with our stay we stayed and slept for a few hours and checked out the next morning. It did not complete our next two nights there the room was dirty. It had bugs, it smelled, and we had to walk around the entire end of the building up flights of stairs with our luggage. It did not feel like a safe place you could see underneath the door to the outside and all we could hear was the highway. I’ve never been so displeased with a hotel. We asked Expedia to contact the property to see about getting our money back. Expedia said the property manager never reached back to them again just unprofessional with no customer service. I will never stay at a La Quinta again.
- 2/5
Train noise- hard to sleep. Bathroom toilet paper holder touching you as you sit on the toilet. Breakfast poor. No bananas or yogurt. No oatmeal.
- 3/5
Had to go to the front desk for toilet paper since the partial roll ran out overnight. The front desk apologized and explained the "boss" doesn't allow more than one roll in the room (even if it is a partial roll). Ridiculous!!
- 1/5
This is disgusting & a dump. Had big bugs flying in our room, which landed on me. Bugs in coffee basket. There was an open Used Soap. When asked for new soap, they gave me a travel size shampoo bottle. Dirty Rugs. Smelled of Vomit. No Parking in Front, was being used for parking of Different Trucks; Manager & Check in were Rude; made rude & degrading comments; Room was filthy. Checked out after 1 day & requested a refund. When checking out, Lady checking me out, just had a smirk on her face. So disgusting.
- 1/5
Noise around this property is awful, left a day earlier due to this. Staff didn’t care.
- 4/5
The only negative part of this stay was Dish Network went down on Friday evening and was out for several hours. Both days I went to get breakfast and each day there was nothing left (no sausage, bacon, eggs) and I got there almost an hour before the 9am end time.
- 5/5
Thank you, Mario for your kindness.
- 3/5
The location was very close to downtown. You can take an uber for like $15 with tip and to the airport it was like $25 plus tip. Very reasonable. I didn't like that I couldn't lower the volume on the TV lower than 20. Just made no sense to me. I asked the front desk and they said the manager set it to that and it couldn't be changed. The hotel is right next to a Waffle House and there's a Cracker Barrell a couple of minutes away if you like that. There's noise from a train area nearby that didn't bother me but it had some strange sounds as they moved cargo from one track to another. For a last minute place, 4 nights, for $700 was a great deal compared to what I saw online. Nashville accomodations are expensive.
- 3/5
There are train noises all day and night and some people were offered ear plugs but we were not. An undisclosed $50 hold that we weren’t aware of until day of, which is fine but we couldn’t find parking multiple days due to events at the event hall next door. Its cheap ubers to downtown but the staff was overworked and understaffed for the amount of people there. Also breakfast was only waffles, mandrin oranges and some cereals.
- 3/5
Check In Staff were very helpful and accomodating.
- 2/5
The area was terrible. The parking was not controlled and we didn't have a spot sometimes due to the waffle house in the parking lot and the venue next door.
- 3/5
Check-in clerk was AMAZING. Funny and nice. Room wasn't BAD. But them beds? Both were SUPER lumpy. So much so that my shins didn't even touch the bed when I laid on my stomach AND my nephew opted to sleep in the floor!!! Other than that .. it was nice and updated. I would stay here again
- 4/5
We also asked for extra towels at one point and never got them ;(
- 4/5
Internet was terrible, tv cutting on and off by itself. Frint desk had to reboot system, it take a while. Other than that, the stay was good.
- 1/5
dirty, sticky, bad smell, everything inside the rooms is damaged, broken or rusty, very bad customer service, I asked for a room with queen beds and they gave me a full one and when I complained they got upset, it was my first time with them and it will be the last.
- 1/5
Room was dirty
- 4/5
Very clean property and the staff was great. It was a bit loud with a train near by and people up late, but we still slept fine.
- 2/5
No good
- 1/5
I requested a new room the next morning, and the desk associate only agreed to move us after I complained. The property later refunded the second night because we left early, but the first night was charged at a premium rate despite the unacceptable conditions. We were also inconvenienced by having to pack up and find other accommodations at the last minute, with no acknowledgment or compensation for the disruption and stress that caused. Given the circumstances, It is unbelievable that the General Manager only offered 20% discount on a future stay, assuming that I'd choose to stay here again. The stay and the email exchange with the GM left me feeling unvalued as as a customer and unsure if I'll book with LaQuinta going forward. Literally a "bait and switch" situation. 😡😤🎯💯‼️
- 3/5
Honest review: Room was nicely renovated. Bed was too firm for me. Room was clean except mattress pad had stain on it. Price was good. It is outside of their control, but we didn’t realize there is large CSX train station very close and you can hear weird and loud metal squeaking noises at all hours of day and night. So if you are light sleeper or don’t sleep with a white noise machine like we do this is not the hotel for you. Breakfast was decent with waffles and sausage, cereal, bagels, etc. if you want more there is Waffle House in same parking lot as hotel, or Cracker Barrel next door. Hotel parking can be an issue and fills up.

Fast, easy check in and out. Don't let the location scare you. Room was practically brand new, very clean and a great night sleep. Was not impressed with the breakfast options, but I also didn't have time to eat before my appointment, so I didn't rate that piece. Will definitely stay again when I'm just coming into town the night before my doctor appointments at Vanderbilt.
- 5/5
Thanks Samantha staff of the hotel very helpful. You have done excellent job 👏👏👏💯
- 5/5
All else at breakfast area good. Room was wonderful and comfy
- 5/5
Breakfast was very poor and limited. Room was clean
- 1/5
No flexibility
- 4/5
The hotel was excellent. However, there was a loud screeching noise coming from somewhere near the hotel that went on and off thoughout the day and night that was really annoying. But the hotel was a great value.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was getting fresh towels. I had called the front desk and requested towels. My husband and I were gone for several hours and came back, and NO towels were delivered. I went to the front desk to ask for towels (since this was a 3 day stay) and she stated she could only give me 1 towel??? I asked her why and she stated that they do not keep towels in the office, that housekeeping stores them. It told her I called several hours ago and requested clean towels, and she said housekeeping came by and we had a "do not disturb" sign on our door. I explained to her that I made the phone call 4 to 6 hours prior to my husband and I returning to the room. So I am under the assumption that housekeeping only delivers towels in the late evening? Other than that, our stay was nice.
- 1/5
We were given a key to our room and the awful smell was the first thing we noticed. When we got inside the room, we checked the beds - the one bed had bodily fluids on the sheets and the other bed did not even have sheets. The bathtub still had dirt all over inside and outside of the tub. The rest if the room was absolutely dirty and rundown. The front desk agent offered another room. The besd in this room had wrinkled sheets on bith beds and the one bed was caved in. This room also had a really bad distinct smell. As we left the room, we found emergency services pulling up with lights and sirens. This all took place in about 10 minutes and we immediately called another motel and booked a roomThis place was a nightmare. When trying to get a refund, management refused to refund the whole amount of what we had paid (3 nights) even after Expedia fought for us to get a full refund.
- 5/5
The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
- 5/5
Property looks like it’s in the middle of a remodel two restaurants, local and close within walking distance. People are friendly room was clean.
- 1/5
I will say the front desk lady is very nice and had I mentioned it to her sooner I think she might have moved us but they were sold out the first night and after dealing with it for a night we just decided it wasn’t worth it but it definitely ruined our trip in the beginning. I can also say this is the best water pressure Ive ever experienced in a hotel setting-almost too good if you know you know
- 5/5
The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very polite. The room was clean.
- 2/5
No beverages for breakfast. Juice machine broken.
- 2/5
Insects in our room Manager would not take my call Hard to find parking close to the room
- 1/5
If I could give it zero stars, I WOULD! Disgusting. Room wasn’t cleaned at all, dirty bed linens, soiled bathroom, wet towels everywhere. When we went back to the understaffed front desk to complain, the employee knew it wasn’t cleaned and told us to sit and wait for them to have time to clean it bc they didn’t have any extra rooms available. All the good reviews can’t be true. It’s an old run down motel looking property with bad staff. Do yourself a favor and keep looking
- 4/5
Clean and dated furniture and fixtures
- 3/5
Pleasantly surprised to see room recently updated but outside dated. The beds are extra firm.
- 2/5
One of the beds was very worn in the middle. The faucet in the bathroom was held together with tape. The TV was stuck on one volume and one channel. The volume was high that’s OK because it mask the sounds outside. We did not have bugs. It was in a good location.
- 1/5
Our room was non-smoking but smelled like lots of people smoked in there. There are loud train screeching noises all hours of the night. We got zero sleep. The A/C was even louder than the train noises. Our tv internet was broken. When I asked for someone to fix it, he came in and problem solved for 5 seconds and pretty much said sorry, that sucks and left. Book anywhere else!
- 1/5
We did not stay after seeing the room. Was old and outdated, had bad odor, not clean.
- 4/5
We were apprehensive due to reviews but with reviews referencing a recent remodel we decided to roll the dice because of the price and location. We are happy we did. I'd say the remodel was on the lower end (i.e. repaint trim vs replace trim and not a top of the line painter, older building with no exterior remodel, etc.. ) but it was fresh and clean. The mattresses must have been replaced as they were very firm. There was ample space and storage space. The bathroom fixtures were new. Yes, we heard the train yard and not chuga-chuga-choo-choo but a steel on steel screeching. The noise wasnt enough to disrupt our sleep but i can see where room location and personal sleep habits/preferences could be factors. The room next to us had a couple of dogs and i think the higher pitch screeching prevented them from feeling at ease. Speaking of neighboring rooms... we did not hear a peep from them (other than the dogs). The breakfast was basic coffee/juice, muffins, cereal, waffles and sausage links. The parking lot is shared with a Waffle House and there is a Cracker Barrel two buildings down. The staff were not rude but not very personable or friendly. Our only issue was the volume on the tv could not be lowered below 20 (which was quite loud). We notifoed the front desk and hopefully it can be ammended. We would stay there again.
- 1/5
Worst night of sleep of my life. I could deal with the very hard bed, & 2 large bugs, but the rail yard across the street was god awful- screeching metal on metal all.night.long. We canceled the second night of our stay because it was so bad.
- 1/5
The pictures of the rooms online are not the way the rooms look. We were given a room with blood all over the wall. We went back to office to inform management and was given another room that had bugs and dead bugs along the headboard wall, also no microwave. We went back to office to inform management again. There's a train right next to the property that runs all night. There's people hanging outside of the lower level rooms. This was more like a motel instead of a hotel. We asked to speak to manager and was informed there's no manager on duty at night. So we asked for refund for our two nights stay. Have been trying to speak we management for days with no luck. Needless to say we booked at a different hotel in the area. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE!!!! EVER!!!!
- 1/5
so it’s always noisy and hard to sleep. The lady with a Jamaican accent is rude and had a scowl on her face at all times. I arrived after 12 am from a 24 hour flight so I was jet lagged. I thought I had an extra day in the room. I went to saint louis to pick up my car and they called me telling me to check out. I was 3 hours away so I couldn’t make it in time so they packed my stuff and held at the front desk. I told them I had a very expensive watch here I just bought. When I got there I asked about my watch. I was thrown in a bag with other items that could have scratched. It wasn’t handled properly. I would absolutely no recommend this room for anyone. Unless you have a pistol and don’t mind hearing loud trains all night. The staff is rude and not understanding. It is was too expensive for how crappy it was. Poor customer service and outside smells of urine
- 1/5
The sheets were clean but everything else was dirty. The floor was not vacuum cleaned, and crumbs in the couch. The shower had hair on the walls and floor.
- 5/5
Renovated rooms are great! Breakfast is terrible though old fruit out and just waffles or bagels with sausage but luckily there’s a Waffle House right there! Non renovated rooms were scary af! I had an incident were I was attacked DV case and the manager felt that I deserved a downgraded room after telling officers I could stay in my room. There’s was no damages to the room, beds were still made but I’m sure that was a tactical move to get me out of there. Other than that decent rooms for the price
- 5/5
House waffles on the side. And another restaurant on the another side.

On our travel I began to look at other reviews. My first look on expedia indicated the property was rated rather highly. When I looked at the confirmation email in preparation of our arrival other reviews showed up. They mentioned stains on the sheets, bed bugs (with photo evidence), unclean bath rooms, odors in the room. We backed away from our stay and canceled our reservation. I called the La Quinta and shared what we had seen by way of the reviews and wanted to cancel. The person at the desk I spoke with indicated there would still be a $25 fee for cancellation. I asked for a confirmation email of that because I was inside the cancellation time allowed. The email I received seemed to indicate I was still charged the full amount. I would suggest to stay away from this property.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the bed very confortable
- 3/5
The area had a train near it that was very noisy. For some reason we was not getting hot water but the room was decent for the price.
- 4/5
Staff and property clean and neat. Next to busy train yard.
- 3/5
Clean room but poor breakfast
- 1/5
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Advertised as a hotel, but it’s actually a motel. It was very dirty, we had used towels and washcloths, and there were roaches in our room! Front desk lady was rude, and there were a lot of extra charges!!! Terrible experience.
- 5/5
It was newly renovated. Modern style.
- 4/5
Newly renovated
- 4/5
Friendly staff, remodeled room was clean,no dresser though. Breakfast was good, could use more protein in addition to sausage. Noisy due to proximity to railyard. On a good note could not hear the interstate from our room. Overall it is a nice hotel. Short drive to Downtown Nashville.
- 3/5
The room was sufficient for what we needed, a place to sleep, shower, and launch from. I had seen other reviews stating that it was in an area that was noisy or in an unsafe place. We did not feel unsafe there, but the noise was definitely an issue. The fact that you hear the train very clearly, the planes from the airport, and some road noise or area noises made it difficult for my wife to be content there. If you're looking for a place that is relatively clean, reasonable cost, and can sleep without being distracted by noise then this place may work for you. Another challenge was that the entrance into the room is directly from an outside balcony and we had an individual a couple doors down that thought it was a good idea to have a full-blown conversation on his speaker phone at 1:30 in the morning without considering other people attempting to sleep. Sometimes you win sometimes you don't.
- 3/5
Seems like something shady is going on there too, lots of ladies of the night and two different types of Do not Disturb signs. One's a magnet and ones a door hanger, weird people going in and out of the magnets room, women in and out of vehicles all night. Overall if you wanna sleep, sure you'll survive and experience a different culture. But if your looking to relax, nah this ain't it.
- 5/5
Good price, customer service, and cleanliness! It's an older property but well maintained. Just 6.5 miles from Downtown Nashville, 8.5 miles from the airport, a skip away from a Cracker Barrel, and just around the corner from a Circle K gas station for fuel. But, the nearby, screeching rail yard is a nuisance (obviously out of the hotel's control). If you're willing to compromise, then this is a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and polite!
- 3/5
When booking it showed pictures of the main facility but they put us on a separate building not connected to the main. Bad advertising. Room was damp feeling, old A/C.
- 2/5
Staff ride
- 5/5
It was a nice place, however, they should have mentioned that the trains run all hours of the night.
- 4/5
The room & bathroom were nicely updated. I loved having a stocked shower & a microwave /mini fridge an extra bonus! Only draw back was the shower did leak at the faucet.
- 5/5
Internet was good but I didn’t use the laundry
- 5/5
The only issue was that a giant rail switch yard is literally across the road. The squeal of train car brakes was extreme 24/7
- 5/5
Staff super nice. Clean rooms.
- 3/5
I choose the wrong Laquita without looking at the picture, it was close to my workplace and the Caribbean lady at the front was wonderful so I stayed. As a medical traveler that works at night and sleep in day, it’s was hard for me to sleep peacefully. The rooms are to be cleaned every two days, noise of people coming in after work. I will not stay there again.
- 4/5
It filled our needs rooms very clean

The staff was very friendly & helpful!
- 4/5
The rooms were super nice and clean! Staff was fantastic!! Only complaint was the beds were hard.
- 5/5
Incredibly kind to us and took extra care to make sure we were happy.
- 4/5
the room was clean..the bath shower needs hand suction type bars for safety...the shower is very slippery and could use a safety matt...the was a lack of breakfast choices....mainly no scrambled eggs...and muffins etc....
- 5/5
Loved everything and great people!
- 4/5
And the guest room was the size of a Motel 6 room w the price of La Quinta Inn by Wyndham, not impressed.
- 2/5
Clean room; excellent bellboy service; disastrous service at front desk (for the sake of the customers, they should replace this lady).
- 4/5
Really good
- 5/5
This was the highlight of my vacation. The room was more than I expected, clean, microwave, enough towels, fantastic desk staff, cleaning staff was great. I had asked the desk staff if it was hard to get a Uber at 1:30 am. They suggested for me to reserve a Uber for that time. I asked for a wake-up call at midnight, they were prompt for the wake-up. This was just a fantastic place, restaurants were close by it was great.
- 1/5
Bed and Bathroom wasnt clean. One roome fuven first was usedbir in-use. we were scared to open room and see all lights ON bed blankets halfway open and were were scared that someone already in room, pleasefindattachedphoto.. had to go back to front desk all tok 30 to 40min, kids were tired and I hate this experience. more over next room given to us had one bed broken at center as such deep circle spot at right side if bed. Super clean up dated room. Nice staff.
- 2/5
It was dirty , sock on the floor hand prints on the wall, oil and hair on the blow dryer. Floor had stained every where. Black crumbs on the sheets
- 4/5
The property was nice and the room was clean. Great place for short stays.
- 3/5
The photos on Expedia show much better than the actual property is. I booked at the last minute for a very low rate, so I’m not surprised or complaining. It served the purpose - a place to shower and sleep. However, if you want an 8+ experience, this is not it, so that Expedia rating cannot be trusted. Bed was so uncomfortable, sheets and pillow cases were very wrinkles, which made me question things, bathroom wasn’t super clean, and there was heavy dust in some spots (ie: top of the mini fridge). Breakfast was comical, but I was thankful for the coffee to grab before heading to the conference I was in town for.
- 3/5
Friends non upgraded room was dirty and had bug in the drawer
- 3/5
Room was fine, parking situation terrible
- 2/5
Wifi doesnt work. Tv doesnt work. No idea where the ice machine is. Sketchy area to park in the back. The room is clean but the air conditioner is so loud.
- 5/5
The staff was great , clean and comfortable but unfortunately very noisy! Nothing they can do about it , there’s a train track right in front of it and the train noises were all night long, not ideal for travelers that really need some rest before hitting the road!
- 4/5
Free breakfast was very limited. No eggs. No yogurt.
- 3/5
Breakfast service also left a lot to be desired. The front desk attendant was responsible for both the desk and the breakfast area, and she often seemed impatient with guests. She appeared frustrated if people used more than one paper plate, and she mopped areas without placing a “wet floor” sign, which felt unsafe and inconvenient while guests were carrying food. Instead of being welcoming, she seemed annoyed when guests walked through areas she had just cleaned, even though it was unavoidable during breakfast hours. I understand that everyone can have a rough day, but as a guest, the experience came across as unwelcoming. A little more courtesy and attentiveness would have made a big difference.
- 4/5
If you need a place to rest your head for a couple of nights this is perfect for someone on a budget. Sandra at the front desk was very helpful with all my questions. The outside may need updating sure but I was surprised to walk into an updated modern room where I was resting. I will warn there’s a loud sound outside nearby that doesn’t stop so if you have trouble sleeping it may not befrom
- 5/5
Check in and out was fast and easy. Lady at front desk was friendly, helpful, and a good conversationalist. She made the process extremely pleasant.

0/10 would NEVER recommend! First off my door didn’t close all the way. The door stayed cracked somewhat open the entire night, so terrible. The windows are literally made cookie sheet paper, or at least that’s what it felt like. When I got in the room, the window was left open, and it was a struggle for me to close it which was pretty gross. Next was the sound of the interstate. With the door made of cardboard, and the cookie sheet windows, ALLLLLLLL NIGHT LONG you are hearing the loudest vehicles zipping by. Then, probably due to the window being open, there were a few large flies in the room which was just annoying. And lastly, the BEDS!!!! Oh my god…. I have NEVER in my entire life laid on anything more uncomfortable. Their mattresses are just as awful as lying on cement for an entire night and I’m not even exaggerating. I dare anyone to test me on this. It was so bad that I literally chose to sleep, curled up, on the mini couch for the rest of the night. I woke up aching in pain. I then tried to cancel my next two nights of my stay asking for a refund for just upcoming nights, not even asking for a full refund… I’m still waiting to hear back if I’m approved on this cancellation. Even after my door wouldn’t shut all the way, these scammers are giving me a hard time to give me a two night refund back. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. You’re very welcome!
- 3/5
Disappointed in this La Quinta location. It smelled like trash outside the buildings and is situated near railroad tracks, so the sound of trains squealing on the tracks could be heard all day and night. The room was nice enough. Wifi was very good. I didn't use the shower, but my husband said it was oddly configured with the knob on the opposite wall from the shower head, which meant getting doused with cold water while turning the water on. We saw one roach in our room. It was OK for one night, but I definitely wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.
- 4/5
The rooms were remodeled and very clean and nice decor. I just wish I had known it was by the railroad station. Very hard to sleep as the trains ran ALL night long.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was waffles, sausage, bagels, toast, fruit, juice, and coffee. Breakfast area was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Bed was comfortable. Great spot for the price.
- 1/5
Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with two full beds that was filthy. Called the front desk and they said they didn’t have any other rooms and there was nothing they could do. There were people outside smoking weed when we arrived and the bathroom was disgusting.

It's a dated property. The rooms we had we refurnished. There are rainway tracks near by. There's always a spooky whistling.

We stopped here on our way to see the Ark in Williamstown KY. It is by the airport but you only hear the airplanes when you are outside and the same with train brake squeaking noise. I would stay again if in the area.
- 1/5
During our stay, there were multiple occasions where staff members were rude and disrespectful. Most concerning, on our second day, a maintenance worker entered our room without prior notice while two females were changing. Despite being asked to leave, he refused and proceeded to change the locks while we were inside, even after we explained we would be leaving in 20–30 minutes. This was an invasion of privacy and a serious violation of our rights. Additionally, when one of our group members went downstairs to ask a question and get a drink, they witnessed a female employee sitting on a male staff member’s lap and making out with him behind the counter. This behavior was highly unprofessional, and the staff member was dismissive and disrespectful even after being approached. The condition of the room itself was also unacceptable. It was filthy, the shower did not work properly, the bathtub would not drain, and the bottom of the tub was covered in dirt. Given these issues, our stay was not only unpleasant but unsafe and unprofessional. We expect a full refund and appropriate action to be taken to prevent this from happening to other guests.
- 1/5
Carpet on the walkways are filthy. Compliment breakfast is for the name's sake only. NO Egg, NO Bananas, NO Yogurt, nothing good there to eat for breakfast. Mini bagels are there but can't pick it up from the toaster once toasted since they are too small in the deep toaster, hence no use. Emergency exit signs arrow is pointing the opposite side from the exit door. Inside the room was okay.
- 4/5
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the TV and remote were a problem! You would select a channel and it would switch to something else. The volume could not be turned down low enough for our liking. We were traveling with our son and he was trying to rest and it was too loud.

Obvious homeless and mentally ill filks hanging around, screaming

The property was great. The staff was not very friendly and I am still waiting fir my deposit refund $50.
- 1/5
Dirty, smells bad. Not real pictures.
- 1/5
The rooms are in terrible condition with mold present
- 4/5
Property is undergoingc enovations. Only reason it got 4 starts instead of 5 is that some travelers might not appreciate the exterior needing work. The room ww st a yed had been newly renovated. It was clean, updated with lots of plug-in options, new furnishings. Very nice! In a rather industrialized area but not so noisy it disturbed us. Waffle House adjacent to parking lot.
- 1/5
Beds & pillow are not comfortable hert my neck also brake fast is so bad no honey 🍯 no eggs 🍳 no jams etc worse experience 😢
- 4/5
Updated older property with outdoor entrances for each room. Beds were very firm. Unfortunately there is a manufacturing facility across the street creating noise throughout the night. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but area was clean.
- 1/5
The Wyndham site — parent company to La Quinta — listed guest laundry on their site — but there is no such thing. They sent us to a Red Roof a quarter mile away, which featured one badly maintained laundry combo. The bathroom floor flooded in the middle of the night for no apparent reason, making it dangerous to use the toilet. When these issues were pointed out, their representative just kept arguing that the Wyndham site doesn’t represent them. The best make good I was offered was a no-fee cancellation of our second booked night. And they were indignant and rude and baffled as to why we were upset … really awful customer service. While I’m at it, the beds were terrible, too.
- 5/5
This property is under renovation. However the rooms are incredible, they are still working on the exterior so don’t let that let you off so bad and they are very, very nice.
- 4/5
I would recommend this location for the future.
- 5/5
The room was nice it was clean. The only problem was the window was broken.

As an affordable option within a high expense arena, it is a good choice. Overall, I was quite happy with the experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and of a reasonable standard. A positive impression remains.

It was ok for my purposes but there was construction on the property and the neighborhood seemed to be a bit on the creepy side.

Staff were accomodating. Area was convenient. Surrounded by construction so it could be a bit noisy

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights. Samantha was amazing and truly a very hard worker. Always smiling and very nice. 10 out of 10 for her!!

Overall, my day was very good. I was in one of the refurbished rooms. Everything was excellent in the room. The only thing keeping it from a five star rating is the fact that you’re still under construction. And the construction itself hampers the ability to get around the property and is a call bit stressed. But the staff and the room I was in was great.

A+++ rating, without a doubt! 😃 The cleanliness was over the top. The rooms were great. Very well lit and were very spacious. 🍁🍃🍂 The morning breakfast was more than you could ever ask for. Simple, but it passed all my expectations. ( Im talking - - - waffles, sausage, muffins, bagels…… and last but definitely not least they had FRIUT LOOPS available.‼️‼️‼️ My all time favorite. 🙌 I highly recommend staying here.
