    Our stay was great, staff was accommodating and helpful with all inquiries and requests. Room was clean, ac worked great to maintain a good temperature. Close to broadway, walking distances to all our needs from the theatres, shops, bars. Breakfast was very good mix of options, being someone with many dietary restrictions I had no issues finding a well balanced breakfast that wasn’t just all carbs and bread!

    The room was great. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Their smoking area needs a seat. The biggest problem I had was when I asked them to book a cab for 7:30 to airport they confirmed they had. In morning SUV pulled up and asked if I was 7:30. I said I was waiting for cab. Front desk confirmed that was who they booked. As a lone female I asked him to further confirm by calling my number. He did. The charge was 45.00. I knew the fare was 30.00. I needed to get to airport so I paid. I only had 20’s so ended up tipping 15.00. Should have been 30.00 plus 10.00 tip. Ended up being 60.00 with tip. I felt it must have been a spouse or friend of front desk. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

    The property location was excellent. Good proximity to everything downtown. I think the only downfall is the ridiculous priced parking but every hotel in Nashville has expensive parking. Best part of our stay was how clean the room amd hotel was.

    Our room was comfortable, clean & roomy with a small sectional couch on which to watch TV. Breakfast buffet was larger than most with hot and cold items good for adults & children (though, as it was CMA Fest weekend, small kids were scarce). Danny, behind the bar, was very accommodating, staying a bit later than close to get us a snack with our cocktails. My only issue was that, I believe, the price of our room was gouged due to the festivities happening in town at that time! It was the only weekend our whole family could gather for birthday celebrations though. Will be sure to check for this kind of activity in the future or stay outside of downtown & Uber in for our dinner

    Room had multiple areas that weren’t thoroughly cleaned, but the staff was very quick to fix what I asked them too. Breakfast was excellent and had a large variety of options. Easy access to live bands and restaurants. Shower water pressure was amazing!

    Fantastic breakfast and great location just a few blocks from Broadway, but the hotel offers a “higher floor” upgrade for a fee to see the city, which we paid, but the hotel is surrounded by taller buildings, so we paid to see the sides of other hotels and parking garage.

    We were assigned a handicap room and it was very 1 star if even that. Hotel had a weird smell. We asked to move to another room and would pay extra but we were told that since we booked through. 3rd party they could not help us. We left and checked in a nearby hotel and it was 10000x better.

    Nice property, convenient location, room was really nice, bed was 8 out of 10 on the comfy scale. I could not park my truck in the garage due to height restrictions 6' 8" so I had to use public parking across the street ($69). The breakfast that is included with the stay was excellent, it far exceeded my expectations.

    The property was conveniently located and was very clean. We were disappointed to find out that garage parking adjacent to the property was $55.00 per night. This charge should have been disclosed upfront during the booking process. Had we known this, we could have booked comparable properties and saved some money when considering the hotel rate plus the nightly parking fee.

    Stayed here with my daughter for a concert at the Bridgestone stadium. The staff was friendly and gave us some great recommendations for dinner. It was an easy walk to the arena! We didn't need our car at all, the hotel has a great location. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept everything well stocked. I would definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

    This is such a great option for a family staying in Nashville. We used the indoor pool, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast was hot and delicious, and the location was ideal for walking to Broadway. Parking was a bit steep at $55/day, but at least it had in/out privileges.

    Staff was really nice especially Jasmine. The hotel was right in the center of everything! All the bars and restaurants on the strip were no more than about a 7 to 8 minute walk. There were a few stragglers that were out at night around the hotel entrance but the door stays locked after a certain time but just be aware because they will walk up on you and a lot of them were intoxicated as well. However, even with that being said I would definitely recommend!

    Be advised that the fire department frequently uses 3rd Avenue to pick up the drunks on broadway, so the sirens were audible and frequent from our room on the 14th floor. The pool is meh, but I wasn’t there to swim in a pool. The Hyatt Centric had a better pool. This experience was exactly what we needed.

    The pool was absolutely disgusting! The floor surrounding it was extremely slippery. Pool water was slimy feeling and the interior of the pool itself was scuzzy!     We were given a suite corner room on the 14th floor with all windows and the view was amazing especially at night. Amenities in the room were great and functional but have your AC checked since it’s a bit loud and somewhat distracts the serenity of the room during sleeping time. Breakfast which is included in the booking is excellent.

    We enjoyed our 3 day stay. This hotel is just a 5 minute walk to Broadway, as well as the Country Music Museum and Ryman Auditorium. The rooms were clean, as well as the entire property. Breakfast was a bonus and was good. I'd stay here again.

    This was my second stay with them. The first time was a corner high floor with a great view. There was moldy food in the fridge and the lamps were damaged and wouldn't turn on. They moved us to a tiny room where the view was another building very close and the guy in the window across from our was nasty to say the least. This time I booked a head of time with Hotels.com. and paid for it in full. When I got to the hotel they wanted a card to keep on file in case of damage. On the first day they had taken $2,328 out of my account. This was on top of the $1,400 I had already paid for the room for 3 days. This made a huge dent on our trip. We were not able to even enjoy ourselves due to the stress of that much money being gone. The staff was standoffish and rude. No follow up and then would be rude to me for asking if it was resolved or when I was getting my money back. It took 6 days to get the money back. They wouldn't even compensate by giving a discount on the parking which was $181 for 3 days to park in a garage. Stayed there twice, won't make that mistake again.

    Morning staff working the front desk at 6am when spoke to politely asking a question about coffee ignored me at first then as I walked around to get her attention found that she had ear buds in watching something on her phone. When she noticed me she acted perturbed and when asked if there was creamer or additional coffee instead of standing up to assist she said no when in fact it was sitting on the bar right behind her. Not happy with this stay at all.

    Overall, enjoyed our stay. We were in Nashville only for two nights for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The hotel is in a good location close walking distance to Broadway and to the concert venue. We did run into a couple of issues during our stay. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4pm, got a text saying it was ready about 40 minutes later but then had to wait at front desk for quite awhile before being helped. So, we didn’t get into our room until about 50 minutes after check in time. Then upon trying to load up the car and check out, one of the elevators was down. Wait times were crazy to be able to get on and made checking out pretty hectic. Not huge issues, but enough to be annoying when you’re in a rush. Other than that, it was a decent stay for a short trip.

    We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown tremendously. Several of the staff stood out with their exceptional customer service. "Juju" (front desk) was the best by far.     Upon checkout I was nonchalantly asked whether the property damage charge of $175 should be put on my credit card as well. The receptionist indicated there was a lone due to a broken toilet tank. I told the receptionist we can go up to the room right now because everything was fine. Maintenance had to be called to doublecheck the room causing a delay for my checkout since I had to wait for maintenance’s conformation in order to not get charged. There was no damage. I received no apology and no explanation as to how this charge ended up on my room in the first place. Inspect your charges with a fine tooth comb when you check out.

    I felt like we had a lot of extra charges for our stay. I paid taxes when I booked but then was charged extra fees and taxes during my stay. The breakfast was also not very good. Other hotels in the area also don’t charge for early check in, they do it complimentary if they have rooms available. I also had to call to question the overcharge on my valet bill. Just wasn’t impressed for the price.

    They added breakfast on my bill after I said no thank you, my son is autistic and cant eat just anything then she says oh its ok its added to your room. I said as long as its free and she said yes your good to go. We found out it was not free and was charged the extra for it. We did check in that morning to see if we could find someone to eat but had to leave....very disappointed in her misleading me and especially trying to make extra money off me and my family with the situation we are in. I know Hyatt all together would not do that but it takes one person to mess up things and this was clearly the case....

    The room was great and the view was amazing. I had trouble leaving the parking garage. I turned in my key to the front desk, after I’d already paid for parking. On the way out, I had no room key, so I couldn’t leave. I hit the help button and no one answered. I finally called the hotel and they sent someone out to open the gate.     The room was in great condition. The problem was parking. I get it was around new years eve but I had paid paring in the garage with no place to park. It was full but in reality if the hotel management would make sure parking is done correctly there would have been plenty of parking. Peolpe just took two spots to park not caring at all. Wish I would have taken pics to upload. Other than that the place was nice. Just be prepared to hear lot of sirens at night and the trash truck in the am.

    First time staying at Hyatt Place Downtown and it didn’t disappoint. Location was great. A few blocks from Broadway, Country Hall of Fame, Nissan Stadium and of course across the street from the famed Pancake Pantry. Thus is a place I will recommend to everyone who is visiting Nashville.

    Location, Location, Location! Awesome Location! Large rooms. Clean. Polite and helpful staff on all shifts. Only thing negative is the coffee is only offered certain hours in the morning each day. It could be such an added bonus to have it available all day. (They do have the in-room miniature coffee pots.... just not the same as brewed coffee with the fresh creamer available)

    Be aware that they change $54 per day for parking. Hotel was very busy and elevator took a long time. Breakfast was not free like most Hyatt Place. They changed $14 per person per day. Excellent location only 2 blocks from broadway.

    The hotel is in walking distance to pretty much anything you want to do. We never used our vehicle the entire time we were there. Be aware that the parking garage has very small spaces and low clearance. It was $50+ per day for self-parking and my Expedition barely fit. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

    The only problem I had was the $50 early check in fee. Since I am a world of Hyatt member I never have to pay that. The last time I stayed here, they waived it. They already had the room ready, and di not have to do anything special, so I can't understand why it wasn't waived.

    We chose to stay at a Hyatt for their classy comfort. There's nothing classy though when you go to check-in in the afternoon and are told there's an extra fee to check-in to our unoccupied, clean room before 4pm. Ridiculous! Egregious! And a pure money grab from a loyal client. Waited till 3pm then had to start getting ready for the night so checked-in and still got charged $35 per room X 2 for checking in 1 hour too early. Really Hyatt?!!!! What you don't see is the $$$ you'll lose on the back end when we use Marriott or other classy comfortable hotels who don't nickel and dime their frequent clients.

    We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well maintained facility and close to all the main downtown attractions. We thought drinks at the hotel bar were overpriced, but honestly a drink anywhere in Nashville is overpriced. That said, we would most definitely stay here again and are happy to recommend.

    I checked into my room and before I went to go lay down. I saw something crawling on the bed by the pillows. The room had bed bugs. I packed up and had to leave the hotel and drive 7 and a half hours home. This was a very bad experience. I’ll never book with Hyatt again.

    It was a good stay and family friendly. My only complaint is the bathroom door. It’s an opaque sliding glass door that took someone standing on the other side to push so the person in the bathroom could lock and because it’s opaque it is very bright to the whole room when someone gets up to potty in the middle of the night. Indoor saltwater pool was a nice activity when it was cold and rainy out!

    Location is great, just about a 5-6 minute walk off broadway. The hotel rooms are very loud - all night we heard sirens, car horns, etc. One night there was a clearly intoxicated young girl at the bar not wearing pants or shoes, and later she was escorted to a room by an older man. Not very family friendly for our teenagers to observe. Staff were sweet, buffet breakfast had a lot of options.

    Room is very clean couldn’t figure out how to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Some of our lights were burnt out because they didn’t work paid extra for a high floor and were on floor nine. Overall would probably come back, but definitely not paying for a high floor because who knows if I’ll get it.
