    Staff was friendly. Decently priced and worked well for a last minute place to sleep. The building is not secure and the parking is terrible. Plan to be there right at check in and then uber around town otherwise you will be parked across the street or behind other vehicles.

    This was one of the cleanest, well decorated hotel we have ever stayed at. It even had a pleasant aroma when we walked in. Rooms were very spacious!! Breakfast was delicious. There’s a McDonald and Kentucky fried chicken within walking distance. Only issue was the ice machines look outdated and the one in the first floor doesn’t work. Would definitely stay again!

    it was fine for one night. Hotel smells like weed everywhere. In my room the floors were dirty and smelled. Again I was there for 9 hours so it did its job for that.

    Unfortunately, our first room was unacceptable. There was hair all over the bed and pillows, and we even saw a roach. Traveling with a young child, this was very concerning. Thankfully, a young man at the front desk (I don’t remember his name) was very apologetic and allowed me to look at three different rooms before selecting a cleaner one. He was the highlight of our stay. The biggest issue was parking. One night there were no available spaces for hotel guests. My husband asked the front desk where we should park and was told to park near the dumpster. While there, several raccoons came out around the dumpster area. Thankfully, my husband reacted quickly and kept our son in the car while we drove off to find somewhere else to park. Other downsides were the lack of a microwave in the room and a very limited TV channel selection. While the location is convenient and the front desk employee did his best to help, the cleanliness issues, roach sighting, and terrible parking situation made this a disappointing stay.

    There was only one person working in the entire hotel so when we needed another towel and washcloth it took him a few minutes. Then when i realized there was no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed I had to go downstairs to retrieve them myself. The pool was not clean, the ac in the halls and elevator didn’t work. Overall disappointed for a Hyatt. This is my first time being disappointed at this chain.

    We have stayed here multiple week long trips however this time was by far the most disappointing. Our toilet struggled to flush and we asked for help twice but never got it fixed. We had to go to the down stairs public bathroom if we needed to go. Also the water temps were equally as frustrating. It was either scalding hot in our shower or ice cold. Please fix things up in the hotel. It has always been a nice place to stay and we hate to see it going down hill and not maintained.

    This place is completely run down. The hotel is falling apart and appears poorly maintained. The room was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Overall, the property was disappointing and not worth the money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

    The room was moderately clean and I say that because there were spider webs like it hasn’t been cleaned for almost a year by the air conditioning. The bed and almost every pillow had dark hairs on them. The hotel really needs to be renovated the chairs in the lobby don’t seem to ever be cleaned. Some of the leather booths were torn and broken as well as the outlets in the breakfast area did not work. The power kept going off on our last day thankfully we were checking out that day. The only good thing I can say about this property was the staff members most especially Jesse at front desk he has the best customer service and was the most attentive as well as the lady that does breakfast she’s amazing and maintains a clean well put together breakfast.

    The property was clean, and well maintained. It was definitely dated. The staff was friendly, and we always had clean linens. Which was amazing. The parking was why I rated them with 4 stars. The Hyatt does not have adequate parking for this location. The gentleman at the desk said he would move his car, but our truck would not fit in the tiny spot he offered. Luckily it was on the weekend so we took up a space by the dumpster area. There were a couple times that I personally witnessed some shady characters run in and out of this location. Which made me uncomfortable having teenagers.

    This hotel doesn’t uphold the Hyatt standards. Even though the personnel is excellent, the cleanliness is pretty bad. Pool was unusable, water temperatures inside the apartment were hot or super hot, AC units are really noisy and there is only one ice machine in the 1st floor that wasn’t working most of the time

    The curtains were visible stained and had holes in them that looked like cigarette burns eventhough its supposed to be non smoking. There was visible mild on the shower head and on the shower tile. Stains on the couch. Not the worst room but not great at all.

    The closet was in the corner and you couldn’t really access it. Having the sink outside of the shower and toilet room meant disturbing the children when we washed our hands. We called ahead to ensure the pool would be working and of course, when we got there, it was green and not in service. Breakfast was the exact same items all four days, but decent with lots of options. The front desk, staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating although we had some issues with the manager who was not very accommodating at all. Overall we would stay at this property again but if the pool isn’t working, we will choose another property nearby. There are tons of options in the area.

    Breakfast was ok, but not great, signs posted everywhere that we could not take out breakfast to our room to eat, despite being served on styrofoam plates with plastic utinsils. There was no safe in the room, the closet space was tiny. On a positive note the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great.

    Excellent choice for a quick overnight before flying out of Nashville. You can park your car here for your trip for a reasonable fee. Shuttle ride to airport is about 10 minutes.

    Quiet airport location and adequate for a quick 1 night stay only. Entire hotel is weathered & dated. Room smelled stale, loud AC / fan, dim lighting in room, but clean comfortable bed.     Room had leaking sink in bathroom and I’ve seen better couches in the street for the homeless . Dirty torn, stained,. hall bathroom actual ceiling was heavily leaking and flooded.     HORRIBLE!! This is place is privately owner. Which means they take short cuts on everything. The room had plumbing issues and the maintenance was the owners cousin or something. Never was fixed and ask my money and it was a issue. The front desk was the owner nephew and he called the owner back in forth. WORST EXPERIENCE ever! These corporations are allowing people from other countries buy them out which is fine if they continue to run the business like a corporation and not a family business.

    The price was a good value. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. From waffles you could make yourself , eggs prepared different ways, bacon and sausage and fresh coffee.     Great location, close to the airport, several dinning places around, close to the main tourist points and famous places, the room was exacly as advertised, plenty breakfast options, plus transportation from and to the airport, in general kind staff, the only tiny negative thing, it was the elevators were dirty inside everyday, it seems nothing, but, you use the elevators all the time, even though I saw cleaning staff all day long in everywhere, I even mentioned to the lobby staff!. Overall this hotel is so recommended!!!.

    The staff was never at the front desk. They never answered the phone from the room. The television had a special code in order to watch and wasn't given at check in. The bathroom door squeaked loudly when opening and closing due to the hinges being very rusty. Overall not a very good stay.

    Stayed at this property for 5 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in/out was smooth and the continental breakfast was a plus. The facilities could have been much better, both in cleanliness (I.e carpet needed to be shampooed or replaced, walls washed etc) and upgrades.

    Breakfast was a huge letdown. Food was cheap, cold, and plain. They also gave my room away before we checked in. They ended up giving me a room for 3 when I booked a room for 5. I booked 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed for 5 and they only had a king bed with pullout sofaI had no choice but to accept the smaller room at 10:30pm at night. Hotel still charged me for my original room. Hotel management will do nothing for me even after contacting them. Will stay away from this location and chain in the future.

    Airport shuttle stops running at 11:15 p.m., so flights arriving late must use Uber or Lyft. That created a problem for us. However, room was exceptional, breakfast was surprisingly fresh, staff was terrific, friendly and welcoming.

    The hotel was quiet, convenient to 13 minutes convention center and 3 minutes to the nashville airport. Hotel was clean, breakfast the same everyday. Sausage, chicken patty potatoes, eggs, waffle, bagels, nuffins, cereals, oatmeal and juices. Good taste. Hotel could use some updating. Rooms look dated but overall clean and good experience

    The breakfast was great for a hotel stay, the staff was nice, but the room was not the cleanest. It was remedied when we complained, but the room should’ve been clean before we checked in. The TV in the room didn’t work well, but this hotel was fine for what it was and the distance to the airport was pretty amazing.

    I feel like this hotel has not been updated in years. It’s gotten cheaper which is a plus, but also a minus. You get what you pay for and that includes teenagers knocking on your door and being loud in the middle of the night. Probably won’t stay here again.

    The hotel needs updating! Hotel is in need of fresh paint and new furniture, in rooms and breakfast area! Website is misleading, there is not a Starbucks in lobby, however there is a Starbucks sign. There is not a bar area as well.

    This was the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had!!! From dirty rooms, to mildew smelling carpet, to dirty showers! This was just an overall nasty experience!! The maid walked in on me as I was about to get into the shower! The shower water smelled like dirty feet. The customer service was fine and the breakfast was amazing! But my overall experience was horrific!

    Not to happy with the hotel. I flew in and came over to get a room to just check in so I could go to a meeting. they told me they had them available. This was about 11 o’clock and then said the only way I could check in. I had to pay more money so I would have to wait till two to check in. Never had this issue before at other hotels unless the rooms were not available. But if they had some available, I was able to check in. Not sure what the big deal is since I’m gonna be staying at the hotel anyway. Did not like to customer service representative who didn’t care about customer service wasn’t satisfied with the service at all. I probably won’t be staying there again or at another Hyatt.. I’m in customer service and I know that you always take care of your customer when you have opportunities to do so. Trying to squeeze every dime out of a customer isn’t gonna get you anywhere.

    The staff were acceptable, courtesy & polite, and the room was clean & comfortable. I was there for an extended stay due to an ice event power outage in Nashville and needed a hotel with a restaurant & lounge on site. This hotel stated it has both, it had neither! That's the only reason I decided on this location is for the restaurant & lounge so I was not in a vehicle due to weather restrictions. I was left without food other than pizza delivery & the small breakfast they served. I'd like a refund for my stay at this location since I was told false information about the accommodations. Thank you!

    stayed here during the freeze! the staff was very friendly & accommodating despite the weather circumstances. i was quite disappointed that the bar/restaurant & airport shuttles were not available as shown on the description because that was one of the main reasons for our booking, so having to walk to our own restaurants & finding ubers in the weather as travelers was very difficult, but thankfully the hotel was conveniently located to many things without having to take a far drive. the hotel does need some remodeling as our elevator was poorly functioning, but overall it was an okay experience given the timing.

    Check-in was great! I had one issue. I made reservations and checked in into this hotel because Nashville was experiencing mass power outtage and my familynwas affected. Initially the reservation was for 2 nights. As we found out that powered was rested to oue home we checked out. We only stayed forn1 night. Front desk clerk told me yiu can check out but since you made reservations through a 3rd party (hotels.com) you will need to contact them. I did just that. They said no contact the hotel.So was anything accomplished, not all. This why a 3 star rating, it was frustrating.

    While the staff for check-in was very courteous, I immediately recognized that there was no restaurant or bar, which is the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. Also said there was a 24 hour Starbucks or espresso shop which there was not as well. Room was dated, but beds were comfortable just feel really deceived. That bar and restaurant was advertised as we did not want to leave our hotel that night.

    The plumbing in our room was messed up. The sink only had hot water, the toilet did not completely flush, and the shower only trickled. We were given another room to use the shower in the morning, once we made the front desk staff aware of the issue. The breakfast was not fully stocked - cold eggs and no coffee.     First impression: this hotel felt abandoned. Like it was purchased by someone who doesnt know anything about hospitality, but saw an opportunity for a profit. And jumped on it- in 1990 and hasn’t done any updates since…. Upon entering the welcome mat was stained and the air freshener scent was SOOO strong I was convinced it was covering up something. The deodorizer was pumping out of some large contraption that was visible and an eye soar. The public bathrooms were visibly worn as was the lobby furniture. Everything looked dated and worn. My room was large and clean but the impression of the entrance made everything feel dark and dated. My hotel room door had a huge space between the door and the frame where the rubber framing was missing- I could see into the hallway and that made me feel unsafe- being right next to the elevator. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I missed breakfast because I had to leave by 5:30 and breakfast didn’t start until 6 - which is odd for a weekday…most hotels have breakfast available at 5:30 on the weekdays and 630 on weekends. The staff was okay, not overly friendly just doing his job. The welcome snack for guest included apple wrapped in Saran wrap and ice water from a dispenser that had a slight taste of lemon. There was not a lemon in sight.

    The hotel was pretty nice however the room could have been cleaner. The housekeeping needs to pay attention to the corners of the room. The wet bar sink was turned off I’m assuming because there was water that had leaked under the sink and was already mildew/mold present which is a hazardous condition.This indicated to us that it was known this was an issue but not fixed. There was also a huge parking issue. We had to park on the curb in an unsafe place as instructed by the guy on night duty because the parking was not sufficient for the amount of people staying there. Just a few things that do need to be addressed for sure!

    To make things worse, I noticed bugs in the room, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The hotel overall feels very outdated and neglected, with hallways that smell damp and poorly lit areas. I reported these issues to the front desk, but nothing was done to address them. For the price I paid, this was completely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

    The second room wasn’t much better. There was no hot water, and the front desk was never around to help with anything. It honestly felt like no one cared at all about the guests or the condition of the hotel. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.     Room was very basic. Had two big stains in the carpet. Third floor ice machine was out of order and a broken luggage rack was laying against it. Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Tv remote in room didn’t work. One of the elevators was out of order. Room was right next to elevator which may be very loud to some people. We saw the 7.8 rating and realized this was accurate but surprising for a Hyatt. Not terrible…not great.

    The property is a little run down. Our bathroom door didn't work. Place was not clean generally. There wasn't good communication on the late checkout policy. I called a few weeks in advance to inquire because i had a late flight and was told that i could pay for extra hours at checkout, and that there was no late checkout time. This was in fact the reason i choose the hotel. Today, we find out that latest check out is at 3, and you have to pay in advance.

    When we were checking in we overheard someone talking about not having hot water and didn’t think much of it. In the morning we started the shower and it never got hot. We called the front desk and were told that there was a boiler issue and there was no hot water in the hotel. I booked a room at another hotel across the street and asked for a refund. As we were leaving they were continuing to book in guests without notifying them that they wouldn’t have hot water.

    Loved this hotel! Everything was clean and organized. The front desk staff was welcoming. The room was wonderful. Loved the layout and the carpet was clean. The beds were comfortable and provided great sleep. The food options were great, they had breakfast tacos with cheddar cheese! Real food options in addition to the regular bread and cereal.     The hotel could use maintenance. The pool was nice. Something was wrong with the water temperature, the water was scalding hot all the time, even hot water in the toilet. I had to run shower forever to waste hot water in order to shower. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Not many restaurants near, but plenty within 15-20 min drive.

    There was no restaurant or actual bar. The listing showed a Starbucks but it was only a Starbucks machine that was inoperable. The "bar" was attached to the reservation desk on the backside and had very little to offer. Had some liquor bottles on display but did not actually have it available.     One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it claimed to provide airport shuttle. However, when we arrived to our destination and called, we were told to wait at a pick up location but then the clerk called me back to inform us that the contract with the shuttle service has ended and we had acquire transportation to the hotel on our own. One front desk clerk had no answers for us regarding anything, and another clerk was extremely rude. Therefore, if you see under the amenities that they provide airport shuttle, do not be fooled.

    Customer service was awful. It took an entire weekend for staff to unclog a toilet that had issues from the moment I arrived. Not to mention the lack of maturity from staff when I mentioned the lack of communication amongst them and myself to try and resolve this problem. They had been getting in contact with the wrong room despite me telling them my room number that needed service. When I went to address it with the front desk on the third day, I was blamed for not picking up the phone or answering the door (they were knocking/calling on the wrong room). No one apologized and there was no manager to bring this to their attention.

    Stayed here as a stop over on our drive home from Florida. We weren’t looking for much more than a place to lay our head. We reserved two rooms ( 2 double beds in each room). On our drive there, we received a phone call stating they overbooked double rooms and offered a king bed with sofa bed at a discounted rate. We changed one of our reserved rooms. On arrival, we checked in and were given a key card to a room that had personal belongings in it and the bathroom door was locked (someone maybe inside). We were then given another room. Asked for another pillow at 5pm but were told housekeeping left and no one could give us an extra pillow. Requested water to fill up a water bottle on a hot day and had to pay for the water. Breakfast was good for what it was but I wouldn’t stay here again. We’re not 5 star hotel guests but this was definitely one of the bad ones we stayed at.

    Staff over booked and didn’t notify me until I checked in. I was told they contacted everyone scheduled to check in that day, then he said he didn’t have my contact information because I booked through a third party. I know for a fact they had my contact information because I called 3 days prior to me checking in and added a guest to my reservation and I was never notified of anything. I kept asking the employee to speak to a manager or get the number to corporate and he ignored me and called who knows instead. So rude, unprofessional, and not sympathetic to travelers from out of town
