The breakfast was good. Eggs, scrambled or hard boiled, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagles, coffee, oj, apple juice, milk, cereal and more.

The Hotel is nice, the rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was nice. The only glitch was the unfriendly front desk young lady who obviously doesn’t like her job! The rest of the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Location is very good and lobby is nice We purposefully booked this hotel for a King and sofa bed and the sofa bed was broken. When we told them, they comped us a very limited number of points. Parking was advertised as $35 and it was almost $50. Beds were very hard.

Check time was 4pm. We reached at 5.30. Even then we were asked to wait for 15 minutes due to in availability of house keeping and there is no empathy towards customers who are coming after a long drive. Did explain about the facilities at all.

Very happy with our room. Lots of storage for clothes, etc. Staff checking in and throughout our stay were great. We did have problems checking out as the girl at the desk didn't know how to split our bill and there was no one else working to help her. Only other complaint I have & this us with most hotels-please don't use 1 ply toilet paper!!! Pet peeve of mine. Otherwise location and walkability was good. I did book again for next year's CMA Fest.

Very nice stay, super spacious room (studio suite) at a great price for CMA Fest. Secure underground garage, but pricey but h the it’s the norm these days, worth not having your car stolen or damaged on an unsecured lot. Included breakfast was decent, hotel bar has pricey appetizer-ish food options, along with live (acoustic) performers for happy hour. Maid service is every 3 days which is fine by me. Good location just a couple blocks from Bridgestone. Staff was pleasant and able to check me in a bit early, even allowed to park there early! Definitely would stay there again.

I stay at this property routinely, primarily because of location, value and service. Given its location off of Broadway, it is surprisingly quiet. All amenities are usually in working order.

Our one complaint was the limited variety of breakfast. We stayed a total of 8 nights and 6/8 of those days had the same breakfast. We are big breakfast fans so that was a let down. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the heated pool was a plus!

The room and food were great. As was the pool. Good location for broadway. The staff not helpful at all. Call me multiple times to tell me they didn’t have a credit card on file. I wasn’t in the room and they couldn’t take over the phone. Then they were gonna email me a form. The form never came. I got back to the hotel and gave them another credit card number. Called me again in a few days. They didn’t have a card on file when I explained they were gonna email me the form they said they didn’t have my email on file which I did give to the man when he said he was gonna email the form. So multiple calls while I’m trying to enjoy a vacation is very annoying. The staff was not very sympathetic to what I was going through offered no kind of compensation not even really an apology. Another time they called. They said the card accidentally got deleted.

The property was clean & staff was friendly Charging $45/day for parking when you are already oagijg for lodging is ridiculous. It should be included.

GREAT location. Less than a 10 minute walk to Broadway. The bed was the best part of the stay. It was so comfortable after a long day and night of walking. Wish there were a few more selections at breakfast buffet.

We checked in with the pleasant front desk staff and were told about the daily happy hour at their hotel bar. We didn't waste any time and headed over to see what they had to offer. They had a sign reading $5.00 bottled and canned beer. My wife and I each ordered two beers and when we received our bill, we were charged full price. We questioned the bar tender and his exact words were "oh....that's an old sign". He proceeded to try to scratch out the $ amount with his nails. We told him "certainly you need to honor the price that is 2 feet in front of us". He dismissively said, "no, I don't". We paid the bill and left zero tip. The room and hotel was well maintained and clean however....we never once received maid service to the room. Per the hotels guidelines, maid service is done on the third day of your trip. With that said, we didn't receive anything. The breakfast was fine but it was the same exact thing everyday with the exception of the potatoes changed from hash browns to home fries. The hotel was fine but we may try something different on our next stay.

We loved staying at the Hyatt House Nashville. We stayed for 4 nights. Easy 10-15 minute walk to Broadway (might've taken more like 15 minutes with my cowgirl boots on). Secure parking. Helpful staff. We also got upgraded to a suite for free at check in- which was amazing! Plenty of room! There is also a Nail bar next door which was wonderful. Breakfast included everyday too. Highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Nashville!!

The location is perfect for everything, just a short walk away from all the bars, country music hall of fame and restaurants. The rooms are well equipped and the pool is a nice size. Breakfast is good too.

It is also right on the bus route from the airport which costs $2. We thought this hotel was great value for money. We would recommend this place to anyone. Our favourite places were so close too, check out The Listening Rooms and 6th & Peabody.

Quiet location of hotel was a 20min stroll down towards Broadway. Perfect location for visiting Bridgestone Arena. The Listening Room was 3min walk and Backstage 3rd and Lindsay 8min walk. Rooms were large enough, great to have a small lounge/couch seating option. In house breakfast was ok, not many healthy options. In house dining options were suitable if you are just wanting a meal with no flash options. Gym was great with good facilities.

Everything was very clean and the location is perfect. About a 5 min walk from everything. The room experience was phenomenal. On the day of check out, I noticed a notification for a charge of $350 for a smoking fee to my card. I asked the front desk and they said nothing could be done and referred me to the manager. We were able to get in touch with the manager later that evening and he was able to clear the charge. (We are not smokers, vapers, or users of nicotine/tobacco). We think that my wives curling iron set off the alert. We had a great trip, and we are thankful for the management staff believing us and refunding the charge. It was just an unfortunate ending to what was a great trip at the time of the fee.

The pool is not heated. The beds are on the firm side. All staff was friendly and helpful, except when we checked in.

Very cool vibe hotel that was clean a stylish. In good location in downtown Nashville. Only con was that Breakfast was just not great. Pretty traditional continental breakfast that probably tasted better towards the beginning of breakfast serving time rather than the end which is when we ate.

It's a little further from town than some might like but you have the Yeehaw distillery to break the journey up! It's an entirely adequate property, you might struggle to remember it in a years time, but that's because nothing bad happened either! Staff behind the bar could focus more on their current career, rather than the future one as a music star that they are 'definitely' going to have. Breakfast not worth getting up for.

Had a great time, they let us check in before 4 with no extra fee, room was excellent (721) had a small kitchen and living room, all open to the bed but laid out nice! Was 2 blocks from downtown! Great location and nice parking garage.

No frills but that’s what we wanted. Bed and pillows were great. Location also great. No hassle self parking. I recommend if you want to stay out of the fray and pay less. It was a good value, quiet and adequate.

The breakfast was mediocre, but it had lots of protein. The distance was perfect from Music City Center but a little far from Broadway, not too far, but difficult in heels.

I am currently trying to dispute a bill for this hotel. I was charged a smoking fee for a room when I don't even smoke. Hotel staff assured me that the smoking sensors in the room are 100% accurate, probably based upon verbiage from a sales person. This is not factual as these sensors can confuse other fumes such as perfumes or aerosols with actual cigarette smoke or vape fumes. Technology is never 100%, and there numerous complaints from other customers who experienced the same issue that I have. The hotel referred me to corporate and corporate referred me back to the hotel. Beware that you may be looking at an additional $400 charge which is a complete scam with no proper dispute procedure. Additionally, the hotel did not notify me that a sensor was activated while on site on during the checkout process, I only received notice by way of an additional charge on my card and a bill in my email after checkout. These are predatory tactics by the company to tack on additional fees after the customer leaves the property.

Location is great. Staff nice Room 637 smelled like cat piss. Rugs damp. Would have complained on arrival but it was 1100 at night, and didn't want to deal with it. Have stayed at Hyatt Houses before and never had an issue. Maybe get that room fumigated before renting it.

The place is clean they have a very nice breakfast the only problem was we were there for 4 days and I had to keep asking for towels and wash clothes they don't automatically bring you new ones daily. Housekeeping doesn't see you at all until your third day

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed our stay. The hotel needs some updating. The cleanliness was good, but not fantastic. You were not able to try the breakfast due to catching a plane. We stayed here due to the location right across from “the listening room.” Its a bit of a walk down to Broadway, but definitely doable.

The hotel is very lovely and the staff was amazing as well. Clean room and bedding and bath room. The only issue was having was that the breaker kept shutting off for some reason we had to keep cutting it back on.

Location and facility I felt deceived by the hotel. This morning, I asked to the ladies at the hotel reception if the hotel offers shuttle service to the airport and they pointed right away to a man that was standing there at the reception. He promptly asked me for my phone number and booked the time, without saying anything else. He took me to the airport in a fancy car and talked all the way long. When dropping me off he charged me 45$. I got surprised and told him that I’ve asked for hotel shuttle service not private driver. He tried to explain that this might be a confusion since the receptionist is new (he mentioned that it was her first day) and insisted for me not complaining to the hotel. Not sure if this is a scheme between him and someone else in the hotel, but when asking for shuttle service I expect the receptionist to be clear that the hotel don’t offer that.

The property is well kept up. Great location. It’s in walking distance to the African American Museum, Bridgestone Area, & Nissan Stadium. The property was great. I didn’t understand why charge to park when parking is located on the hotel grounds.

Beware of this hotel. They charged me a smoking fee of $350. I have asthma I do not smoke. The employee at the front desk couldn’t give me any information & there wasn’t a manager on site. No answers when I tried calling. When I finally spoke to someone they told me I would be better off disputing with my bank because they cannot remove that charge. I travel a lot & have stayed in many hotels & this is a first.

Hyatt House downtown was an excellent hotel experience, it was very clean, staff were extremely friendly, and it was located walking distance to Broadway. I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Nashville. They provided us with your guidance maps to get around, locate what to do, monuments, restaurants, museums, and tour rides through the town. Breakfast was served every morning, pool was available throughout the day, and the bar located in the lobby was open around 4pm until late.

The King Suite was amazing and huge. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom amenities included. Always tricky with shower handles so took a while to get used to. Fresh milk instead of powdered would have been preferred. More hooks in the bathroom needed for towels to dry. A little out of the busyness of the main streets but walkable and quiet. Good selection of breakfast buffet drinks and food included. A couple of food trucks at the end of the street and a cafe across the street. Friendly and helpful staff. A little food/gift shop on site available.

Not a great location for Broadway. The elevators are sketchy. There is only one person working at a time. The computers were down. And I paid $45 to park myself. Not recommended.

I loved the location and proximity to downtown and the stadium. It was quiet and felt safe walking after dark. Room service attendants never came to refresh our towels on day 3 as they stared. Once we called the front desk, they were delivered.

Breakfast was far and above what most hotels offer with the purchase of your room. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and provided everything we needed. I would classify this as the perfect setting between a traditional hotel and an Airbnb. We will definitely stay again.

The linens on our bed were not changed by housekeeping before we checked in. In addition to a single earring left on the vanity, we found a few hairs on the pillowcases during a preliminary check around 4pm and had housekeeping change them out at that time, but they did not change sheets. When we went to bed later that night, we discovered a brown stain on the fitted sheet and called the front desk to see about a sheet change. Because housekeeping was not on the clock at that point, they said it might be a wait for new sheets. I do not believe they ever came to our room, because we ended up flipping the fitted sheet inside out ourselves so that we could get to bed. Staff was apologetic, but could not issue us a partial refund because we booked through Expedia. I would like some sort of credit for having slept in a used bed, which we paid full price for.

The staff was friendly and helpful, although we had to wait longer than expected to receive sheets after requesting them, since we couldn’t use the sofa bed as intended. The location is great, but overall the room condition did not meet expectations. This may have been an isolated issue, but it impacted our stay.

My room mate ended up getting ill during our stay. They moved her to another room on the same floor and checked in with her while I attended out conference. They brought her meds and were genuinely concerned. Ashley at the front desk was amazing! I will 100% be back again some day!

Breakfast was well stocked and clean. Great selection of warm food, fresh food and beverage options. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the gym is surprisingly well equipped and spacious for a hotel.

When we went to our room it was occupied. We were given a different room. Soneone tried to enter our room in the middle of the night. Staff completely indifferent and unhelpful.

Breakfast was often cold. The toaster oven and toaster didn’t brown anything.

It took 3 hours to check in. We arrived at 7 pm and got into our room at 11 pm.

Room was clean and comfortable. Our hallway unfortunately smelled like marijuana most of our stay, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I also wish there were more selections for food options at the bar. My husband and I did not care for our food unfortunately. We had a major ice storm and lost power for days. I needed my child to be entertained while I could work from a hotel, and searched the reviews fo SO many hotels to find a nice pool that was actually warm! After reading the reviews for Hyatt House we booked, and we’re so glad we did! The pool was lovely and my kid was able to play for hours while I worked from the pool deck! The restaurant did run out of food, but I’m sure that’s due to the full house from the ice storm. Other than that, it was a great room, and we were lucky to find it!

Room was spotless. Breakfast location was great and the hotel is located close to downtown.

Check-in and check-out staff was courteous. Kitchenette in room stocked nicely. Comfortable room. Big shower. Lots of storage. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. TV swivels to watch from almost anywhere. Made to stay for an extended time in comfort.

We stayed due to the power being out in our home. The staff have been extremely accommodating and tolerant (there are lots of kids and dogs!).

It is convenient to go to downtown. But there is no hot water in the common area except breakfast time. This is not friendly in winter. The WiFi is not efficient. Some time, it is not connected.

We booked two rooms for two nights because of the power outage in Nashville. After one night, one of our homes had the power back on. I called to make sure we could cut the one room down to just the one night. The female front desk personnel said it would be fine. I told her we would call back to confirm this was what we wanted to do. At 10:30 a.m. I placed a call back to the front desk to say we would be leaving one room. The gentleman I spoke with said that was great. On both calls with the front desk, no one told me we needed to bring the key to the front desk and check out in person. I had completely confirmed with call number two that we would be leaving the room by 11 a.m. Today, I received a bill to my email charging me for two days for both rooms. When I called the front desk the First Lady I had spoken with lectured me on how I should have checked out. I explained, I was never told I needed to go to the front desk in order for them to honor the verbal approval. Also, the hotel has signs all over stating it is a smoke free hotel and if caught smoking any thing a $250.00 fee would be imposed. However, the bartender at the H Bar and another kitchen staff member were smoking vape cigs. Replace the management.

I was disappointed that there was zero service of the room for the entire stay. When I am on Holiday I prefer to stay at a place that makes the bed each day and gives the room a quick tidy. We stayed for four nights, no services...

I reported suspicious activity of people in the halls knocking on door and checking door knobs. When I checked out the Manager Shakera said she will follow back up with me and discount the next stay. I have stayed at the hotel a few times and after this last stay with false promises made me NOT want to go back.

The room was clean and you a shower mat to use for your feet. A lot of towels and wash cloths to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was good with several options to eat.

Love the layout of the room. Very clean. Wish it was a little closer to Broadway, but the weather was decent so the walk was fine. If it would have been really cold walk would have been a lot less pleasant .

Great place to stay, room and food are excellent. The girl that checked me in was kinda snobby, I checked in early on Thursday and she lied to me. Everybody else was GreatOnly 1 problem is they charge you $45 a night for parking your car there when right across the street you can park for $15 . That was kinda grimy cause I asked and they say they don’t know.

Went to Nashville for the holidays. Stayed at the Hyatt House in downtown Nashville. Front desk staff is first rate. They were very helpful and professional. Hotel was close to the action, but far enough away that it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely go back again.

Property is located near Greyhound facility.

We had a smokey room and discovered a couple cockroaches, one in the kitchen and the other in the bathroom. We were able to change rooms for the final two nights.

This was our first time staying at this Hyatt. We often select Hyatt because of their breakfast quality and cleanliness. Everything was real good, except the breakfast. Everything every day was cold.

The room was really good! The trash cans were a little small, but other than that everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was awesome and friendly and helpful. There was a staff member working in the hallway the first day we were there, but it was not noisy, and he was very respectful each time we passed him. Pool was really good as well. Parking is $45 per day which is not ideal, but it's whatever. This was a great stay and I think we will be back!

Pros: Location was good. We could walk to Broadway easily. Front Desk staff were very kind and helpful. Parking Garage was good to have for security. Cons: walls very thin. We could hear the guests next door clear as day, especially coming back from bar at 2:30am and having a fight 😳 The shower did not have a good seal and leaked all over the floor.

This hotel was a last minute choice. I ran into a situation at another hotel in which I had to leave. This hotel welcomed me with open arms. Reasonable price, spacious and also close to everything downtown Nashville. If I ever return to the city Hyatt House is on the top of my list

The hotel was great - but having to walk alone uptown to a conference left me feeling unsettled. The last two blocks are darker than the rest. I ended up driving daily to my conference and incurring additional parking fees.

The Hotel itself was nice however the location was absolutely terrible. I was almost robbed attempting to walk from the hotel down the block for coffee. It was around 8am - a bystander driving down the road intervened. I made a police report and brought this to the attention of Hotel management and they didn’t offer anything but advice not to walk alone and also informed me they do not have video surveillance around their property.

Entrance area and parking while checking in very limited. In order to gain access to the very lovely, large and well lighted under ground garage you must check- in. Garage access requires your room. There is no signage indicating need for key access is required so multiple cars back up, get stuck at the gate and Munster back up in very tight area and turn around. Poor design!

The location was great and close to downtown, which made getting around easy. The hotel itself wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed — it’s fairly updated — but the experience overall was disappointing. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, and we had to take out our own garbage and call for toilet paper. The food wasn’t great, and drinks were overpriced ($10 for one beer). You can only fill water bottles at the gym, which is inconvenient. The room wasn’t very comfortable, and we had to keep our blinds closed due to inappropriate activity happening in the empty lot across the street. Overall, while the location was convenient, it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice to come back to.

My poor rating is because I had to check out one day before and I was charged the full night. I do not think this is acceptable.

They were very cold. I had to leave a day early not accommodated although I fully pay my stay. I did not cancel. I paid for kings size bed I was in a Queen size. I am certain there’s a price difference.

We had booked this hotel four months in advance specifically to be within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena for an event. I explained this to the front desk supervisor, Shakira Bryant, who stated that there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with the next-level manager, she responded that the manager would tell me the same thing. I explained that, while I understood that might be the case, I still had additional questions about how and when guests were notified of the issue. Ms. Bryant stated that the hotel had attempted to notify guests the previous day, but that since I had booked through Hotels.com, the notification should have come from them. However, I never received any notice and could have made alternate arrangements had I been informed earlier. I also requested a copy of the refund receipt, but was told they could not provide one and that there was nothing further they could offer. At this point, I was only three hours away from my concert, without a hotel room, and forced to book last-minute accommodations at significantly higher prices. Fortunately, we were able to secure a room at The Joseph. However, based on this experience, I would not recommend the Hyatt House at the Convention Center

The lobby was lightly fragranced, the parking simple, and rooms spacious and spotless. Breakfast was a nice amenity. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

They had me next to where they were doing construction or work inside the hotel. All the drilling and water leaks. I need a refund or partial refund unacceptable

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The location was great, we could walk down to Broadway. The staff was wonderful! We would stay there again..
